Dream Dress

Such a wonderful experience finding my gown. The ladies made me comfortable and were even accommodating that we did a zoom with family that were out of town. Found my dream dress and the process was so easy!

Dream Dress

My dress was perfect! The amount of dresses they have, you are going to find "The One". They make sure that you are getting everything you want in a dress and more. We had no hiccups and everything was ordered and altered on time and in a timely manner. I am so glad that I chose them as my first dress fitting.

Incredibly Pleased!

This was my sixth stop looking at wedding dresses (not all in one day 😂). Anjelica suggested I trim some lace from a dress I tried on and it quickly became exactly what I wanted! Fabulous service from knowledgeable individuals! Before alterations my dress was less than $1000. I will recommend them to all of my friends!

Dream Dress Store

Mayfair Bridal was a joy to work with!! My consultant listened to what I was looking for and after each dress I tried on adjusted for what I liked and didn't like about it. She helped me find the perfect dress for me!! It's stunning and I'm in love with it! Alterations was also great to work with, they put a price cap on it. The whole staff is just so nice and helpful. They made the process of finding my dress relaxing and fun.

Great selection

Mayfair bridal made choosing a wedding dress painless! The ladies listened to what I wanted, but also suggested options! They were patient and so sweet! Mayfair bridal had a large selection of gowns and a variety of sizes which made it a successful gown buying experience.

The best ever!!

I can't say enough good things about Mayfair! My sisters best friend recommended I go here and I couldn't have imagined a better place. Do not let the size deceive you! They have so many gorgeous dresses inside! Maria knew exactly what style of dress for my body type and after I told her what I was looking for she went searching for my options. I ended up getting a beautiful Eddy K gown that made everyone cry when I put it on. They offer alterations that made my dress fit perfectly and even offered to store my dress so my groom wouldn't see it. My sister told me I was also given a coupon for a cleaning after! If you want to be taken care of with genuine customer service and find the dress of your dreams, go to Mayfair! You will not be disappointed!!

Mayfair Bridal was amazing to work with. Yazmin was wonderful and so helpful in assisting me with finding and ordering my wedding gown. Also, I was able to order all my wedding party dresses and they all arrived early than planned which was great. All the staff are friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Mayfair Bridal to everyone. They get the job done right first the time and no hestiation and hassle.

They were AMAZING at Mayfair! The ladies were so nice and accommodating! They really made me feel special and beautiful. Even when I wanted to try on 50,000 dresses they were super cool about it. I bought my dress from them and I CANNOT WAIT to wear it soon!

Mayfair bridal was the first and last place I looked for my wedding dress. They listen to what you want. You don't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Would highly recommend.

very first appointment ever for wedding dresses. they took me in earlier than my appt and was very very helpful Im going back next weekend to say yes to the dress. she helped me try on the dresses and listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect dress. trish is who you need to see. went to davids bridal afterwards was told to find my own dress and then was told to put on my dress and to let her know if I need help mind you I am 5 foot nothing with these insanely heavy dresses. MAYFAIR BRIDALS IS THE PLACE TO GO. LOVE YOU TRISH AND THANK YOU. CANT WAIT TO SAY YES TO THE DRESS.

they had every dress that I showed them on my IPad, and then I picked a totally different dress. But is was THE dress. The only p[problem was that it was a strapless sweetheart and I wanted my shoulders covered. The told me it was not a problem. When ordering the dress, they ordered extra lace. When I went for my first fitting, the seamstress worked with me to find the look I wanted. She then set to work adding the lace. When I went for the second fitting, the shoulders were exactly what I wanted. No one would ever know that the dress was originally strapless. After removing some of the boning, the dress was perfection.

Super friendly staff. Had so many more options than I thought. I threw out like 3 descriptive words on what I was looking for and it's like she was in my head and saw exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this store.

To say I shopped around for my wedding dress is an understatement. I tried on 45 dresses before I arrived at Mayfair Bridal and had a specific style dress I was looking for. I called to make an appointment to try on my dress and Mayfair Bridal was very accommodating and made sure that they had the dress for me to try on. When I arrived in the store, they had the dress already ready for me as well as a few other dresses to try on. Mayfair Bridal was the best bridal shop we went to and I ended up ordering my dress and veil through them. Since I was moving out of the state after I found the dress, they were very accommodating scheduling a bridal trial for me as well as alterations the week before my wedding and a final fitting a few days before the wedding as well. At the final fitting, they were very accommodating making an adjustment to the length of the dress so I wouldn't be stepping on my dress during our first dance. In addition, they already had the dress pressed and sent it out to get pressed again so it would be perfect before I picked it up the day before the wedding! I had a great experience at Mayfair Bridal!

I knew exactly what I wanted in a bridal gown. After shopping at 4 other stores, I was stressed, frustrated and almost settled for a dress I didn't love. I searched online for specific style #s that I loved and found Mayfair had 3 of the 4 I really liked. When I came in for my appointment they had the dresses ready for me to try on. Trish my consultant was very sweet and helpful. I said YES to the dress! I highly recommend Mayfair Bridal. From the moment I spoke to someone by phone until the minute I walked out of the shop they were professional and extremely helpful!!

Angelica saved the day by rescuing my first daughter's dress after another establishment ruined it. She repaired holes and snags that were put there by an inept seamstress. Angelica worked her magic and the dress was exquisite when she finished it. When my second daughter got married we went straight to Mayfair Bridal and we had a wonderful experience! Their ability to listen to what the bride's vision is and translate that to a perfect finished product is remarkable!

Continued great service with all of these ladies!! I've been in so many times for bridesmaid's fittings, my shoes (to pick out, then having them dyed), my mother's dress, and my wedding dress. I originally went in to find the bridesmaids' dresses with my MOH, and went in early before my MOH's appointment. Found a wedding dress that was UNDER my budget and that I fell in love with! Although there's no room to peruse about, the wedding dresses, the ladies are quite helpful in picking out a few to try on. When I went in for my first fitting to make the alterations on my wedding dress, the seamstress was very nice and contoured the dress to my shape wonderfully! Overall, everyone was very accommodating and helpful in regards to the pricing, timing, and overall look of everything that was purchased. Plus it was a small business rather than a chain (which is a BIG DEAL to me) and I would definitely recommend them to any other bride looking for her dress, bridesmaids dresses, MOTB dresses, etc.

My experience was awesome at Mayfair bridal. Jazmin was amazing, she made me feel like she was one of my girlfiends. She was very personal and helpful! Unfortunately, I don't have any daughters or family in San Antonio, that was why I was having a destination wedding. Jazmin helped make this an awesome experience for me! I was taking jetblue for our destination wedding. I was so stressed how I was going to bring my dress. Jetblue doesn't have anywhere to hang your dress, so you have to pack it. Jazmin, told me, please don't worry. Just bring your suite case and I will pack it for you! She immediately took the stress away from me:) Thanks Jazmin!

Mayfair bridal saved my life. I was having a copy of a Maggie stattero dress made and 18 days before we left for our destination wedding the lady tells me she she can make the flowers which are all along the sholder strap. Mayfair found me the dress made sure it was altered and perfect for my wedding day.

I love everything about Mayfair Bridal and the lovely ladies who work there. This was the 6th shop I stopped in after looking at a few places in Austin and San Antonio. They have an amazing selection from various collections with prices for every budget! I went in looking for a specific designer dress I had tried on in Austin and came out falling in love with a completely different dress that was more than perfect! I was able to buy the dress in stock and with all the alterations being done at the store it is basically a bride's dream "one-stop-shop!" I am so thankful for Mayfair Bridal!

I could not have picked a better dress shop, which I found from other brides recommendations. I loved that they never had more than 2 brides at a time every visit, it really made you feel like you had all their attention.

Mayfair Bridal not only offers beautiful wedding gowns but provides extraordinary service. Due to unexpected medical surgeries, I was unable to begin shopping for my wedding gown until 3 months before the wedding date (which is way too late in the normal wedding planning cycle). Angelica @ Mayfair Bridal did everything possible to order the dress and have it altered on time for my wedding....and she did as promised. Mayfair Bridal truly dedicates their heart in making every brides day the best day of their life!

They are my angels, my heroes. Saved my dress from a previous seamstress who doesn't have a website, but was recommended by Idothedressido.com. Don't go to Blanca, but Linda at I do the dress i do has great deals on dresses. Mayfair Bridal, should have gone there first for my alterations. They are so gifted and talented.

Mayfair Bridal is the best bridal salon in San Antonio, Texas!!! Angelica and her staff helped me find the perfect dress for my intimate garden wedding in Windsor, Maine. They paid attention to every detail. My dress fit perfectly! They had it pressed and ready for me to take on the plane. When I got to Maine, the dress looked like it had just been pressed! Yasmin also helped me pick out my veil and hair piece for the reception. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you, Angelica and staff!

Such wonderful service! The ladies here are absolutely fantastic to work with and were extremely patient and that helps when making a decision as big as a wedding dress purchase. They would offer their suggestions and opinions when asked and made me feel so comfortable. Alterations were spot on and my dress fit me like it was made just for me on wedding day! So impressed! The ladies at Mayfair Bridal are wonderful! Long story, but worth reading....

I had my eye on this Allure gown I saw online. I tried it on at two different stores in Austin, but neither store would let me buy it off the rack. To have it made by the manufacturer was not an option because of time constraints.

When I called Mayfair Bridal, they explained that they did not have the dress in stock, but would call the designer and have one sent to them in my size. Within 1 week, I went to Mayfair, tried on the dress, fell in love, and jumped at the chance to buy it off the rack for cheaper than what it was in Austin!!!

I decided to have my alterations done by them as well, and they did a fantastic job! After a horror story with a previous dress with a previous seamstress....yes, I had 2 dresses! My Mom and I agreed that we should leave it with them at Mayfair and trust them to complete the alterations. And I'm so glad I did!

I am so glad I found Mayfair bridal... Angelica and (most) of her team were AMAZING! I say most because there are a few people that work there that are not quite as helpful as the others (to say it nicely), but Angelia sure makes up for it. She helped me find my dream dress, and was so kind and caring every step of the way. Their alterations team is wonderful, and really helped me feel at ease with everything.

Angelica and the rest of the girls took such great care of me! I was recommended to Angelica from Greg at Events by Reese and I couldn't believe how magnificent it all sounded. When I made my appt. with her, she narrowed my dream dress to 3, based from what I explained. The first dress she found me was the one! :) Throughout the 8 months I was there for my fittings and alterations, I felt like a part of the family. I trust and value what they say and follow their lead. I was amazed throughout the process from beginning to end. Angelica and the girls were encouraging and nurturing along the way. They helped me find the perfect jewelry to accent my dress. With their help and support, I can't imagine going anywhere else because of my experience at Mayfair. I'm so glad I went there and not anywhere else... Save your time, money and dream by going to Mayfair Bridal! :)

Everyone LOVED my dress. I was complimented on it all night long. Mayfair was able to custom make the back into a corset and made the train shorter for me. They did all the alterations for $250, and did not go a dime over it. Plus they held my dress for me until the wedding date which was over a year. My only concern is that when I ordered the dress, I had an unusually short backing in the corset (the flap to cover my skin), so they made a longer one for me. I paid $30 dollars for that. I only did one formal fitting, and the backing was perfect. However, when I put my dress on at the venue, it was apparent that the extended backing was somehow left out of the dress bag. I almost did not fit into my dress because of this. This should have been something I checked before I left the shop, so the blame is really on me.

My older sister bought her wedding dress from Mayfair Bridal. When I got engaged my mother and sister said I had to go to Mayfair to get my dress! I am so thankful because they have the BEST service and the most beautiful dresses! I told them that I was thinking about a lace dress and I did not want strapless, they brought me a gorgeous dress and it was the only one I tried on! Yes, I bought the first dress I tried on!
They hemmed the lace dress (amazing job) and they cleaned my mothers vail and had it ready to pick up with the dress.
I would highly recommend this company. They are the nicest women with the best service and selection!

While we didn't buy the dress from Mayfair we bought the viel and had our cleaning done there. There was some confusion in the services included with the cleaning, but the owner made everything perfect! I would highly recommend going to Mayfair bridal as their service is the best!

Look no further if you want a gorgeous dress. We went in, told them what I was interested in and our rough price range and I came out with a dress that everyone told me was the most beautiful wedding dress they'd ever seen.

Everytime I went in for a fitting, they had something new and amazing on display. I tried two other shops, but if you want selection and unique dresses, Mayfair is the place to go.

I absoluetly loved my Justin Alexander dress from Mayfair Bridal! They were very friendly and helpful with each step! I went there numerous times to be fitted, have alterations, have the dress steamed before bridal portraits and again before the wedding! The steaming was included in the original price of the dress. The alterations cost but they told me in the beginning that there was a price cap for them and no matter how much you altered, they price wouldnt go higher then that! I loved the service and the attention we were given due to it being a smaller bridal boutique! Would highly recommend!!!

I would not go ANYWHERE else.... the service was great... all of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.... they were happy to order for me and help me find the dress of my dreams. AMAZING!

The service was great. The owner (Angelica) received me, asked patiently what I was looking for and came back with 6 options all in the style and the range of price I wanted.

I had to have the dressed reduced and that added an extra cost, but at the end I was looking gorgeous on my dress and my groom loved it.

It is not a huge store like other bridals but it has everything you need and a great service.

Who knew you could stuff so many dresses in a room. There are no bells and whistles only beautiful dresses and amazing service. The girls (Angelica & Jasmine) will give you an honest opinion and help you every step of the way. The same dresses in Austin cost 200-600 dollars more. If you want more bang for your buck go to Mayfair.

I bought my dress here and had an overall great experience. I needed a few alterations appointments and they were very accommodating in getting me in, sometimes twice in one day. Angelica was great to work with and her attention to detail is so helpful. They have a great selection of dresses as well!

I went into Mayfair after becoming frustrated with my options at bigger wedding dress chains such as David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo. I did not want to go broke buying a dress but found the quality and limited styles there were overpriced and not up to par. My sister sent me to Mayfair after having a positive experience there in another wedding. Jasmine listened to what I wanted and she was confident that she would find the perfect dress for me. The second dress she pulled was THE ONE. I knew as soon as I put it on. After that, we made many trips back and forth for fittings, alterations, cleanings, etc. Many many visits and the girls were always very kind every time I went. They never complained about all of our questions and changes, and Jasmine saved the day more than once!

This boutique does carry designer brands and the prices and quality can reflect that. My budget was measly but they still had some options for me. At the end of the day, I did end up going over budget. If not for my mother, I would not have been able to afford my dress alone. But the dress was beautiful in quality and I found that Mayfair's in house alterations team does a good job for a much better price than you'd find at most other alterations shops. They also steamed my dress more than once and offered a small discount on wedding dress preservation once it's all said and done.

From the moment I called to schedule a consultation to the time I paid for my dress, it's been a great experience. The consultants were very nice, I saw the owner everytime I was here, and they even made an exception because I was paying with an Amex card. They changed their alternations prices before I ordered my dress, but they honored the old price. Now that's customer service. There are many places to shop but they got the customer service down! :)

Mayfair Bridal was the first placed we looked for a dress, and we ended up going back there because they had a wonderful selection and they were very helpful. I loved that they were a smaller place and they let you try as many dresses as you'd like (I wasn't limited to two at a time, like I was at other places). They had a fabulous selection of dresses in a variety of price points. The staff was very friendly, and they worked with me as many times as I wanted to come in for fittings or just to see the dress. They also allowed me to store the dress at the store until the wedding which helped tremendously. The only issue that occurred was that the dress was taken in around the rib cage (which it wasn't supposed to be), but luckily it was just a few stitches on the inside and it was easily and quickly taken out. Overall, they were a great place, and I was so glad I found my perfect dress with them!

My experience working with Mayfair was mostly fabulous. The woman I initially began working with left which was somewhat hard, because I didn't have as much consistency with the fitting and sales appointments after I purchased the dress. However, the shop was very flexible and helped me try on many dresses and find the perfect one for me, and was able to make any adjustments I requested. They also seemed genuinely happy for me when I picked up the dress after the final pressing. I would recommend them in the future.

My daughter fell in love with her dress. It was gorgeous. Fittings were superb and accessories selection was good. The dress fit her like a glove and she was stunning.

It was a bit of a challenge communicating with employees some days. All records are kept manually so keep good records yourself. If someone doesn't manually record your payment in your folder you might get charged again or at least have to go through the hassle of digging out your receipts.

I think that you can search for better prices elsewhere and try to negotiate down with this company. It is a small shop and they are very nice and very personalized. They have lots of dresses. The only thing I did not like is that they are kind of forceful with payments needed and they also say that the maxiumum amount for alterations is $267 or so and will never charge less than that. Overall, they were okay.

I found my dream dress at Mayfair Bridal! Heads up ladies, if you're looking to shop and look through dresses on your own, that won't happen here. The shop itself is very small and the dresses are crowded together in such a way that it's impossible to peruse for yourself. The woman who was helping me wasn't quite getting what I wanted but my sweet sister and mom went digging and found my dress for me. The fitting area is also very small and on a crowded day, you can only have 1 or 2 people there with you and it's still pretty stuffy. In short, if you're looking for a "Say Yes to the Dress" experience where you're on a pedestal surrounded by more than 2 of your nearest and dearest, you should look elsewhere.

There were also a few hiccups: I found out after leaving the salon that my dress was going to cost $200 extra because I didn't want beading. I kind of wish I had known that before putting the down payment on the dress. Also, when I went back to pick up my dress, they had me try it on and I found safety pins still in the dress where they had not finished the alterations. I had to wait another week to pick it up.

Overall, it was an okay experience. I got the dress I wanted and at a reasonable price. I would recommend this shop if you already know your dress and style number and just need a cheap place to buy it.

Overpriced haven

The value of professional ability there was very high yet any time we asked how much a dress was y’all were making up prices off the top of your head we could tell it was a ripoff we will be sure to only go to official bridal shop.

This bridal shop has a good selection of dresses and seemingly good customer service when you walk in but don't be fooled. Everything was going great until my bridesmaids decided to get their dresses from the store (which is $$$). They charge premium prices but fell completely short after they took our money.

1. Did not deliver the dresses on time:
Although we came a little late to the game, my bridesmaids picked out their dresses in early February for my wedding on April 22. The owner assured me that she can "rush ship" the dresses for an upcharge on 65$ and the dresses would be there well in advance so alterations could be done. Needless to say, the wedding was 3 weeks away and we haven't heard a thing. It was very stressful and each time we called we received vague answers about when they would arrive. They finally arrived with one week to go...and they were the wrong length. (see below)

2. Dresses were ordered in the wrong length without our knowledge, and she still made us pay for the alterations!!
The owner promised that the dresses my bridal party picked out came in a short and long length and there shouldn't be a problem getting them in short length in time. They ensured us that if they were not able to order the shorter length that they would call my ladies to let them know. We didn't hear anything from the shop so we assumed that everything went well and our dresses would arrive how we wanted them. In addition to arriving much much later than they originally stated, they came in long. The owner assured me that she "left me a message" telling me she wasn't able to get the dresses in the shorter length. And to make matters worse, she still made me ladies pay for the alterations to make them short. There was no apology about their mistake.

TL;DR This place is not honest. They will make promises to earn your business that they cannot keep. And once they have you locked in, they will nickel and dime you to death. Super disappointed.

I had the absolute WORST experience imaginable with Mayfair Bridal. They nearly ruined my dress and took no responsibility. This is a very dishonest establishment and I would avoid Mayfair Bridal at all costs--the customer service is unimaginable. I ordered my dress in September. When it arrived in January, it needed to be taken in. They made the alternations and I came in for my final fitting. The dress fit perfectly except the lace around the armpits was uncomfortable. In the store with the dress on, they cut the lace under the armpit and said that they would just have to clean up the last cuts they made. My schedule then got very busy and I didn't have time to pick up my dress or try it on before they sent it out of state for my wedding. A few days before my wedding, I tried the dress and couldn't get it on--it fit perfectly 2 months ago in the store and I had actually lost 2 lbs since that fitting. Someone had taken it in AGAIN! The next morning, I took it to my tailor who saw that it had been taken in twice with the excess material removed. He wasn't sure if there was enough material left to fix the dress (2 days before my wedding). We called Mayfair and told them that someone must have taken the dress in again--having misread the adjustment note. They told us that the dress had fit perfectly (sending a video of me in the dress after the 1st alteration) and DENIED and further alteration orders. But, they sent us the 2 alteration slips. With this evidence, they reluctantly admitted to "just altering the armpits" but denied any mistakes on their part. They told my mother that I must have gained 15-20 lbs and told me the stitching that my expert tailor exposed (assuring us that none of it was original) was the original stitching. Luckily, my tailor was able to fix the dress and I barely ate the next few days so I could fit. This was among the most stressful experiences of both my mother and I's life and we were treated terribly by Mayfair bridal. Shady, dishonest

This is the only place in town that had the dress I wanted so I was forced to buy it from them and it was priced fair but be carefull with the $175.00 alterations charge. I had an inch taken in from the top, a bustle added, and about 1/8 inch off the bottom and it was $175.00. They upcharged on my "one of a kind veil" that showed up in an Alfred Angelo bag. I got married out of state and paid $85.00 to have my dress shipped (which once again is an upcharge) and it was left on my parents front porch in PA, even though I paid extra for a signature required service and they would do nothing to refund the absured shipping. I've been trying to work out this shipping thing for almost 10 months, and they never return my calls or send me the shipping invoice showing me they paid $85.00 for the shipping. A COMPLETE MESS.
