Maxwell did a phenomenal job as a dj for our wedding. He was easy to communicate with and had reasonable pricing. The process was so organized as well! Every couple worries that nobody will dance at their wedding…this was not the case with Maxwell! He had everyone on the dance floor, played our song requests and crowd favorites, and had a great sense of humor. The digital Photo Booth was a hit as well. We have had countless guests come up to us and tell us how great our DJ was. He truly made the night so fun and I can’t recommend him enough! -

DJ Maxwell Kane was absolutely incredible on our wedding day. From start to finish, the music was spot on, keeping the energy high and the dance floor full. Any request we had he provided. His professionalism, great vibes, and ability to read the crowd made the day unforgettable. WE EVEN SHARE THE SAME LAST NAME. He was destined to DJ our wedding. We’re so grateful he was part of our celebration and cannot recommend him enough!

I was super excited to have Maxwell Kane Dj at our Kane wedding!!! He was very responsive and helpful before the wedding day, making sure we had all the songs and information put into the Vibo app (SUCH A GREAT APP SO HELPFUL!) He answered very promptly and answered any and all questions we had. When we met in person he was so easy to talk to and had a great energy and personality. He was professional and spoke up when needed to organize and coordinate entrances ect. He surprised us and had us come up and Dj at the wedding and it was the HIT of the night! I received so many complements on how amazing Maxwell Kane was from guests & the dance floor was filled all night!!!!
Thank you so much for making our night EVEN more special! I recommend Maxwell Kane for any DJ services! -

My wife and I could not have been happier with Maxwell Kane Music. From our very first conversation through the end of our wedding night, Maxwell was attentive, professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was exactly what we envisioned.
The music was perfectly curated to our tastes, and every transition throughout the evening felt seamless. Maxwell did an incredible job reading the room, keeping the energy where it needed to be, and creating an atmosphere that kept our guests engaged and on the dance floor all night. What impressed us most was how much care he put into making sure everything ran smoothly. He was always focused on us and our experience, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding. When the night was going so well that we wanted to extend the party for another hour, Maxwell made it effortless and stress-free, helping us keep the celebration going without missing a beat. Beyond his talent as a DJ, Maxwell is a true professional, polished, classy, personable, and a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for someone who will deliver an exceptional experience while making your event feel effortless, we cannot recommend Maxwell Kane Music highly enough. Five stars all around. -

BEST Wedding PhotoBooth Experience!
When my previously booked Photobooth fell through mere weeks before my wedding, I had all but given up hope that we'd be able to book another on such short notice. Maxwell made the process to book his services so seamless, and we are SO glad we did! He had prior experience with our wonderful venue (Publick House in Sturbridge MA), had plenty of props for us to use (and was open to us bringing in some of our own), and he kept the energy high for guests, overseeing the entire evening. I loved that we/our guests had the option to both print out our individualized photo strips as a take home token, as well as having a digital download of the entire night sent to our phones to look back on later! He even curated a special photo strip experience for my husband and I, which is one of my favorite mementos from our wedding. Seriously- book Maxwell Kane- you will NOT regret it! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Max was professional, upbeat, and genuinely invested in making our event unforgettable. He read the crowd perfectly, kept the energy exactly where it needed to be, and had everyone on the dance floor all night.
His transitions were smooth, his song choices were spot-on, and he handled every request with ease. You can tell Max truly loves what he does — the vibe he created made the night feel effortless and fun.
If you want someone reliable, talented, and amazing to work with, Max is the one. Highly recommend! -

I met max by working a wedding he was DJing at. I knew instantly I wanted to hire him for my own wedding just based on the vibes and his interactiveness with the energy of the room. From start to finish hiring Max, he made it extremely easy for someone who is type A about planning the music for her wedding! The Vibo app he provides helped me organize my thoughts when it came to all different points in the day where he'd be assisting. Everyone was on the dancefloor the whole night and I highly recommend. We absolutely love DJ Maxwell Kane!
We are beyond thrilled with the experience we had with DJ Maxwell Kane at our wedding! From the very beginning, her was professional, easy to communicate with, and truly cared about understanding our vision for the night. Music was one of the most important parts of our celebration, and Max absolutely exceeded every expectation.
The planning process was seamless Max took the time to get to know our music tastes, our “must play” songs, and the overall vibe we wanted for the evening. He offered great suggestions and knew exactly how to create the perfect flow, from ceremony music and cocktail hour all the way through to the last song of the night.
On the wedding day, Max set the tone perfectly. The sound was clear, the transitions were flawless, and the energy never dipped. The dance floor was packed all night long. People of every age were out there having the time of their lives! So many of our guests told us it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever attended, and we know the music and atmosphere played a huge role in that.
What really impressed us was Max’s ability to read the crowd and keep the energy flowing. He mixed songs effortlessly, honored our requests, and created moments we’ll never forget. From our first dance to the very last song, everything felt magical.

The best of the best
Maxwell was the DJ at our son’s wedding on July 12, 2025. He did an amazing job keeping the crowd dancing all night long. He did take requests from guest but stayed within the parameters of the bride and grooms requests for the evening. He was professional, engaging, and funny. He worked within their budget to make their wedding amazing. He definitely made this wedding a night to remember and people are still talking about how much fun they had dancing under the stars!!
Would highly recommend for your next event. -

Max was recommended to us by our photographer. Because of this we expected him to do a great job, and even then, he exceeded our expectations. Max listened to all of our wants and needs and was able to read the room perfectly. Transitioning from song to song, he kept the party going all night and kept the dance floor packed! Outside of his work in the DJ booth, he was very respectful and was always checking in to see how we were doing, and always offered a helping hand the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend getting Max as your wedding DJ. -

Max was amazing! Working with him prior in the same spot made it easy to talk about our plan and logistics. He was right on time and had a great set up that complimented our beautiful space! Best DJ out there!
Maxwell was beyond amazing! His set up was great, the lighting was perfect, and the photo booth & glow sticks were definitely a hit. He assured me that the day would be perfect and it was the best day ever. I didn’t have a ton of song requests on my part so he definitely helped out and knew exactly what the guests wanted to hear. Guests even came up to me during the reception saying how awesome the DJ was. I didn’t have a videographer and really wanted our last dance to be recorded. He ended up recording it for me and sent it the next day. We’re so glad we went with Maxwell! -

Non-stop party!
Our dance floor was FULL all night! Max kept our guests entertained and having an absolute blast. We had multiple people compliment how awesome our DJ was, and that they haven’t danced like that at a wedding in a while. On top of being great at the party aspect, Max was an excellent go-between with all our other vendors, helping things move smoothly all night. -

Maxwell made our wedding reception a 10 star! All of our guests danced, took photos and enjoyed our wedding. We have been told countless times we had the best reception. We spent our night dancing and having so much fun. Maxwell matched our up lighting to our wedding decor perfectly. We have so many photos from the Photo Booth of our guests having the best time! Maxwell understood the assignment! He kept the party going all night. My husband and I are big Boston Bruins fans and when the Bruins scored he announced who scored the goal. Very professional and informative. Made the music/ dj process of the wedding much easier . He would either meet with me or call me whenever I had a question or wanted to bounce ideas off of him.
He kept the party going all night long . Amazing variety of music . Took my husband and my taste of music and added some of his own and the result was nonstop dancing!
We used the audio guest book DJ Maxwell Kane offers at our wedding which I highly recommend! We got the voicemails back quickly and it was such a treat to hear everyone after it was all over !
We recommend him to anyone looking for DJ services for any type of event ! -

As a September 2024 bride - there was so much pressure behind choosing the right vendors for arguably the biggest day of your life. More specifically, a DJ plays a huge role in the liveliness of the dance floor and is the anchor for the whole day. Max is EXACTLY that. He made the most sentimental and special moments come to life, leaving no dry eye. He helped guide me and made me laugh along the way (which is impressive because planning a wedding is STRESSFUL). He made sure I was happy and loved the entire night!
Max went above and beyond to get to know Zac and I individually and as a couple. He scheduled multiple professional zoom meetings, gave us his advice, and guidance for our special day. He was so organized and it was so easy to pick out my songs and playlists with the help of him. On the day of the wedding - I was anxious to see the set up and wanted to make sure every little detail was ready to go and with confidence Max told me to go enjoy my morning and to NOT worry about it, and he was right because I would not change a thing.
There was not a hiccup - each song was played perfectly, Max has a great voice on the mic, the crowd was so excited and happy, he checked in with me throughout the night, excellent transitions from the first dance to dinner to cake cutting and to getting the dance floor open. I was expecting the dance floor to die out eventually but Max kept EVERY person at my wedding on the dance floor the whole night. I've never seen my Grandma dance so much. He has a little something for everyone!
If you are looking for a DJ - I can say with complete confidence that Max is your guy. Truly born to be a DJ and will be a long lasting friend by the end of the whole wedding process. He is the BEST! -

If I could put 100 stars out of 5 I would. Max was literally the best, he talked with us multiple times before the wedding and everything clicked instantly. He played so many good songs for every age group at our wedding and was so adaptable, we ended up having to move the entire setup inside due to weather and there was almost no lapse in music with how quick and professional he is. I will recommend Max to every person who comes asking for a DJ a thousand times over. -

We worked with Maxwell for our May 2025 wedding. Choosing a DJ for our wedding was one of our most extensive experiences in our whole wedding planning process - we took the time to interview several DJs and find samples of their mixing, sets, etc. Music is very important to us so we needed to choose the right person!
Maxwell was on time for all of our meetings, answered all of our questions over email super quickly, and is just a nice guy with good energy, which is what makes this review so difficult to write.
This should come as no surprise to Maxwell as we wanted to chat with him directly before posting a public review, but it just wouldn't sit right with me to not share our experience. Without going into too much detail, we were disappointed with how the tone was set for our wedding: half of our must-play songs were not played at all during our wedding which was disappointing as we wanted to hear so many more One Direction and Pitbull songs than we did. He even has a cool system called Vibo that keeps track of all the songs and what to play when, so that many "must-plays" shouldn't have been missed. In addition to the music portion of the evening, a few comments were made to our bridal party, the father of the bride, and to all of our guests that were pretty unprofessional. I will not go into detail out of respect for Maxwell. When we brought our concerns to his attention following the wedding, he was very receptive and agreed that this is a learning opportunity. We did also receive a sincere apology from Maxwell and are appreciative of him and that gesture, but again, I felt the need to share our experience as you only get to live your wedding once.
