  Max is wonderful. Neither my fiance or I are normally very comfortable in front of a camera. We've been together for 8 years, and before Max, we only had one good picture of the two of us. Max was amazing at putting us both at ease. He knew exactly when to let us feel alone and when to joke to lighten the mood. Incredibly professional and beyond talented. We now have more gorgeous pictures than I ever imagined and have gotten numerous compliments from friends and family.

  My fiance and I had Max take our engagement photos and they turned out amazing! I am so excited to have him photograph our wedding as well! He was so great and so much fun! He made sure my fiance and I were both comfortable and really made sure that we got all the photos that we had wanted. What amazed me the most was how prepared he was and how many fun ideas (that I didn't even think about) he came to the shoot with. It was supposed to rain during our shoot and we decided to go ahead with it anyways. Well the weather turned out perfect and we just missed the rain. But Max was so prepared with ideas of what sort of fun shots we could get with the rain if it did rain. I would recommend Max to anyone looking to have their engagement photos or wedding photos. Seriously best decision I've ever made...after saying yes to the man of my dreams of course!

  Max is a consummate professional. He is not a weekend warrior but rather lives and breathes his crafts. His passion for capturing our day was obvious from the beginning. He follows up, keeps in touch, and delivers a superior product at a great cost. As a photographer myself people often asked who I would choose, I chose Max. Not only are his images great but his wedding presence is outstanding. He's on time, respectful, charming, and helped move our day along in a fun and organized manner. He's a guy you can trust, and beyond that, a guy your whole family will enjoy having around. I suggest Max anytime I get a chance.

  Maximillian and his assistant were extremely professional throughout the event, capturing all of the major events while remaining unobtrusive to the wedding guests. During the family photos they were extremely friendly and helpful when arranging the groups in fun and interesting setups. The final results were amazing photos that have led many people to ask about hiring Maximillian Tortoriello Photography for their own events. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer.

  Max and his team were AMAZING to work with. My husband and I are from Florida and got married in Bloomington Indiana. Max proved himself an excellent communicator throughout the planning process. He met with us via Skype, email and text message on multiple occasions before our big day. The day of, he made us both feel comfortable and confident - our pictures really speak for themselves. There's no one else we would've rather had with us that day...truly do not feel that there is anyone who would ever measure up to his talent and ability. His attention to detail is impeccable and he captured moments we never would've thought possible. He was smooth and coordinated family photos (about 50 family members) quickly (under 45 mins....)and efficiently. He made special trips to the bachelorette and rehearsal dinner to be sure we had everything captured. Max is awesome. Don't hesitate to hire him. He won't disappoint you!

  I've never really been into getting my picture taken because of insecurities of how I looked, especially in high resolution! 
  However, I was not going to let my engagement and wedding go by without any pictures. My husband, Brandon and I contacted, Maximillian for our engagement photos in the fall 2013. We had quite a tall order, we wanted to use our dog, take action shots in a gym AND have the traditional timeless photos. 
  
  Max exceeded my expectations and has taken pictures that we still get compliments on today. After posting a few of my favorite engagement shots to pinterest literally hundreds of people re-pinned one photo that ended up on a top engagement photo list on BuzzFeed. Finally, a picture of myself that I could be proud of! 
  
  It was a no brainier to use Max for our wedding photos, which turned out just as beautiful.
  What sets our pictures apart is Maxs impeccable ability to capture that special fire in your eyes during your first look or the split second that your dog looks at the camera. Not only does he not miss the shot, you will be captured in the best light with the clearest lenses.

  Look no further than Max Tortoriello! I would recommend his photography to absolutely anyone.
  
  My husband and I had a tented, backyard wedding and ceremony, so there were about a million things on my mind that week. One thing that I never had to worry about or direct was Max. He was always there for the most incredible moments. Max has a calm, friendly, engaging presence that puts all people at ease! With quite a few friend and family "personalities" to work with, Max always rolled with the punches. Some of my favorite wedding photos were the candids that Max took that I never would have overtly requested beforehand. He is truly talented, and a true professional.

  Look no further than Max Tortoriello! I would recommend his photography to absolutely anyone.

  Max is an absolute ROCK STAR. His photos are stunning, but I can still recognize myself and my family/friends. He brilliantly captured the spirit of the day, as well as the essence of everyone in general. He was incredibly detail oriented, easy-going, and fun to be around. He worked well with all of our vendors, endeared himself to everyone, and managed to get some unbelievable shots. His work is exceptional, and the quality of his photos is amazing, especially for the price.
