  Quality pics at a great price

  Tu was so awesome. We changed locations the night before our beach wedding due to weather. He was so nice and had no problem with the change. He took some great photos and was just the nicest guy ever. Received our pics in a week via Dropbox. His prices can’t be beat either. Thanks Tu for our memories.

  Everything We Wanted and More!

  Tu came in and was friendly fast and super flexible. He captured photos all day long and was able to get the pictures back to us within the week! We had so much fun laughing and enjoying our day. He was invisible most of the time silently capturing those special moments! He is worth every penny!

  We hired Tu for our reception and contacted him a couple weeks before the wedding, and luckily, he was available. We had a very extensive list of pictures we wanted of the event (posed ones with the guests, candids, golden hour pictures, the first dance, toasts, etc) and he got them all and then some! He was very meticulous in taking all his photos, and our family even told us he came early to test out the lighting and make sure everything was in order. He would take multiple shots, checking constantly that he got the perfect one. He has quite an eye and got pictures of all the little things from the reception I would’ve never thought to get, like the centerpieces and various angles of the venue - details that make a space unique to your wedding - along with those candids of people laughing or with tears in their eyes. He also made sure to get me and my husband outside for golden hour pictures, which I had completely forgotten that I wanted! To top it all off, he got our pictures to us in less than a week! When we saw them, we were completely blown away by all the special moments Tu had captured and were incredibly grateful he was there to help us remember our special day.
  
  Tu is very accommodating and very responsive, which is especially reassuring when you’re planning a destination wedding. He is a talented photographer and an incredible value. Do not hesitate him for any of your photography needs!

  If you're looking for a photographer to take quality photos at a VERY competitive price, look no further. Maxim Photography has you covered on all bases. Not only did Tu provide beautiful photos from my wedding, he also was easy to work with. He worked very well with our other vendors, friends and family members and our event was very successful!   I found Maxim photography while searching online for a wedding photographer in the Honolulu area.   My wife and I were married in Washington DC and spent our honeymoon in Hawaii. We wanted some wedding photos with the beautiful ocean scenery, so we decided to set up a photographer prior to arriving in Hawaii. I came across Tu's website and saw that his photos were very professional while being very reasonable in price. After a couple of quick emails, our session was booked. He made great suggestions on possible locations where we could do the photo shoot and was very flexible with his schedule. Leading up to the honeymoon, he was very prompt in responding to our questions (remember, there is a 6 hour difference between DC and Hawaii), we didn't feel like we had to wait for his reply.
  
  The actual photo shot went perfectly smooth. He was very professional and as was his equipment. The photos turned out fantastic. In fact, the photos did not require much photoshopping at all. Tu showed us the photos as they were being taken, and we were completely stunned at how beautiful they came out. Tu had a special eye for angles and spacial awareness. The photos look like they belonged in National Geographic. The only regret that we had was that Tu was not local to DC and was unable to do our actual wedding photos. In hind sight, I would have been willing to fly him out to DC to do the photos :)
  
  Don't hesitate to use him for your photos of any kind. He will not disappoint you!!
