Maverick Helicopters Wedding
Recently got married by taking a limo to Maverick Helicopters, toured the Grand Canyon, landed, had our ceremony with champagne and cake down in the canyon. The pilot, officiant, photographer, and coordinator were all so personable, professional and absolutely wonderful! This was the most epic experience of my lifetime. Maverick Helicopters and their team truly are the best! They really are the dream team and we couldn’t be happier. They made our wedding dreams come true. Marie was always very patient, responsive, and was there for us literally from the beginning to the end. She was also our officiant, which made it even more special! Our photographer, Keiki, was absolutely amazing, and got perfect photos. And Jordan, our pilot, was fantastic as well! While my mom was the one planning and contacting Maverick, my overall experience was excellent! They responded in a timely manner and offered great service all around, whether that was with communication, the pilots, or the photographer. Our family came for the ceremony, so we rented a second helicopter and everything went smoothly. The ride to the Grand Canyon was beautiful with a great playlist. The pictures came out amazing and I got the back within a week. The officiant was so kind and called us a week prior and has so many options to provide the ceremony that you would enjoy. Maverick Helicopters Wedding Experience was wonderful! Marie, the wedding coordinator was kind, funny, informative and perfect for what we were looking for. She even let us know that we could pick up our Marriage License at a Pop Up venue at the airport when we got in (we got married on Valentines Day) so we wouldn't have to go to City Hall for it. So convenient! It ended up being right next to our baggage claim. Our Pilot let us sit in the front seat to get the best view of the city, which was a great experience! He was informative and did a great job. The ceremony was really nice and they offered champagne afterward. We wanted something low key, didn't want a big deal but wanted it to be special and memorable, and that is exactly what we got. Everything we hoped for!
We had our wedding this month in the Valley of Fire with Maverick Helicopters and it really was the most amazing experience. We had regular contact with Marie who made sure we were happy with every element of the wedding and every detail was organised.
Everybody we had contact with on the day was so lovely and made us feel at ease. Our pilot (I think Jordan), Marie and our photographer Bethany were all fantastic. We are so grateful that they helped make our day everything that we wanted. Obviously the location was stunning and the views on the helicopter ride were beautiful. We felt so safe on the ride and the pilot gave us a great tour on the way to the wedding location telling us so many details of the area we were travelling through.
As we travelled abroad for our wedding it was such a reassurance that details from the cake to the flowers were organised and we were thrilled with every aspect!

I wanted a simple yet unforgettable wedding, and Maverick absolutely delivered! We chose the Vegas Reflection Platinum package and booked our wedding about three months in advance. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free.
Minister Amber officiated our ceremony beautifully, and Bethany from A Memory’s Eye captured every special moment with stunning photography. I also opted for the seasonal flower arrangement, which turned out to be breathtaking—I wish I knew who the florist was to give them a special shoutout!
Everything exceeded our expectations, and my new husband and I couldn’t be happier. Our only small regret was not realizing we should have a song picked out for after the ceremony—something future couples might want to plan for!

Exceptional Experience
Thank you Marie Buch and MAVERICK you made my special day extraordinary. Marie took all the stress out of the planning and was very responsive to ALL my questions and changes to my guest list. The photographer they chose (Bethany @ A Memorys Eye) was fantastic. The flowers were beautiful, the cake delicious. Ground transportation (2 limos) from and back to the hotel was professional beyond the job, as our pastor had left our documents in the back when we returned to the hotel. The driver found them and returned them back to the hotel within the hour. The pilots were very informative on the flight to and from the Grand Canyon and answered all questions. Maverick and Marie made a destination wedding possible and took all of the guess work and worry about using unknown vendors out of the equation.Maverick Helicopters Weddings's reply:

Exceeded our expectations in every way.
The flight alone was breathtaking. The team were fantastic and knew exactly what they were doing, everything went very smoothly. The whole experience was very private and was exactly what we were hoping for and more. Our minister Amber was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. Our photographer Julie was excellent and the photos came out beautiful. It will be a memory we will cherish forever.
We did the Valley of Fire sunset package. Would highly recommend the experience, and we felt it was excellent value for money.

Absolutely the most amazing experience with Maverick Helicopters. My fiancé and I contacted Maverick Helicopters about a wedding package out of Las Vegas. We were promptly responded to by Marie who is the wedding consultant. Marie handled everything and provided us with so much information. She answered our never ending questions and was so patient with us during our planning process. We had several unique requests and Marie was able to accommodate all of them. We ended up taking two helicopters from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon for a sunset ceremony and it was nothing short of Magical. From the limo pickup at our hotel our driver John made us not only feel like VIP’s but also family. Once we arrived at Mavericks terminal we were immediately checked in and escorted to a VIP waiting room with couches, a view of our helicopters, and beverages. Here, Marie went above and beyond to accommodate one of our special requests and we cannot thank her enough for making our wedding so special. Once the paperwork was complete we met our pilot David. There are no words to explain how truly incredible he was. He made our whole experience so much more memorable and enjoyable. A skilled and professional pilot but also a knowledgeable tour guide, he escorted our family in and out of the helicopter, helped with our gear, and even poured us our celebratory glass of champagne.
The flights to and from the Grand Canyon were unforgettable, and our photographer, Julie, provided by Maverick, captured every moment beautifully, both posed and spontaneous. Our wedding album is a testament to her talent.
If you are considering an adventurous, exciting, memorable, wedding experience you should definitely call Maverick Helicopters. We WILL be back for an anniversary flight.

The day of our wedding our pilot Joshua, not only ensured our safety, but also provided us with breathtaking views as we soared over Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon along with his witty jokes and excellent soundtracks!!! The personalized touches from the beautifully arranged flowers to the exquisite champagne and cake, made us feel truly special!!!

We picked Maverick Helicopters early on as our choice to marry us above the Strip in Las Vegas.
Picking a company or venue for a wedding is always slightly stressful for such an important life moment, but Marie was perfect. We were in constant communication from the point of booking, and she answered all our questions perfectly.
The wedding itself was nothing short of magical. We had Jenn as our photographer before the wedding, and she met us at our hotel and joined our limo ride to the airport, stopping at the Las Vegas sign and a couple of other locations. She was hugely likeable, her direction was wonderful and simply enhanced our experience and buildup to the event itself.
We arrived at the airport and checked in before finally meeting Marie in person, as well as our photographer for the trip, Julie.
I have travelled in helicopters a few times before and still love the experience, but it was the first experience for my wife. We both loved every second, and got to exchange rings over a city that has become one of our favorite places on the planet.
Julie directed us fabulously, and the photos were incredible. They will be a constant reminder of our day.
We had a beautiful view of the Strip as we circled the city and returned to the airport. Our pilot was wonderful and gave us a smooth ride from start to finish, as well as all of the safety information we needed.
We landed back at the airport and had a bottle of champagne as Marie completed our paperwork and chatted, as well as some final photos before we took our limo ride back to Palazzo.
The entire experience was quite magical, extremely well run and at no point hurried. Marie, Jennifer, Julie, our pilot, the limo driver and Maverick Helicopters as a whole delivered a perfect, unforgettable wedding day for us, and we can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Maverick helicopter painted dreams wedding
We decided to elope at the valley of fire through maverick helicopters - painted dreams package and we couldn’t have been happier with our day. The website and pictures really didn’t do it justice for what we expected prior to our experience. Marie and the team provided us with the most perfect day.
We were collected in a limousine from hotel, taken to the heli pad and up we went around the Grand Canyon. Landing in the Valley of Fire for our wedding ceremony. Champagne toast, wedding cake and flowers were all included. Everything was amazing and the pictures taken by the photographer are out of this world!

We chose to elope with Maverick Helicopters and everything was perfect! For $3900, we got a limo pickup/drop off, cake, champagne, a helicopter ride, a photographer AND breathtaking scenery (Valley of Fire) for amazing photos...can't go wrong with that! Marie (wedding coordinator) was so quick and easy to communicate with. Julie (photographer) made taking pictures feel so effortless. I forgot the name of our pilot, but he was awesome too, afterall we wouldn't have made it to the Valley of Fire without him! We're only about 3 weeks post-wedding but we still get so many compliments from family, friends, and coworkers about what an awesome wedding idea this was and how amazing the pictures are. This vendor couldn’t have provided a better service for our wedding day!
We visited Maverick back in November of 2019 and it was a wonderful tour and experience so we decided what would be better than getting married in the valley of fire! The entire team did a perfect job. Marie the wedding Planner was very attentive from start to finish and did a beautiful job arranging everything. The pilot was fantastic he was not only funny the entire flight but very informative he showed us silver mines and lake mead as well as stories throughout the desert about greg’s passage. The officiant was very sweet and performed a beautiful ceremony she was fantastic! Julie the photographer really knew her stuff her photos were not only fun to take but when we received the previews we were absolutely thrilled! These photos should be put up on mavericks website they are breathtaking!

Second marriage-First class service
We wanted an intimate and meaningful ceremony. From the first interaction with Maverick to communication and service was second to none. My husband and I cannot thank Maverick Helicopter Weddings enough for the experience we had. We literally didn't have to lift a finger, everything was done for us! We were picked up from our hotel and dropped back off, when we to the terminal, we started taking pictures with the professional photographer they booked for us, then we got into our helicopter (which I would like to add that we LOVED our pilot so much!), when we arrived to the Valley of Fire we took more pictures, then we had our ceremony with the minister they provided and one of the staff even recorded the whole thing for us on our cellphone! After the ceremony, we turned around and saw that we had champagne, cake and fruit sitting there waiting for us. We enjoyed eating and drinking and taking in the views then we took more pictures and then headed back. We really enjoyed our experience and the views at the Valley of Fire were breathtaking. I had been looking for a special way to propose for months and wanted to combine the proposal with a planned getaway to Las Vegas celebrating Olivia's birthday. I found Maverick Helicopter Tours and began planning the special day with a lot of help from Marie, the private charter/weddings coordinator. Marie was incredibly accommodating and gracious with my many special requests. Even though Olivia is terrified of flying she totally loved the experience and tour. Our pilot, Scott, was an amazing pilot and tour guide! It was his engaging personality and professionalism that made Olivia feel safe and at ease. I most emphatically recommend any person looking for a "special" way to propose (or tie the knot) to consider Maverick Helicopters. Everything was especially catered to us: the private limousine to/from our hotel; private waiting area/room at the terminal; and the private charter with a landing area in the Canyon to ourselves.
Olivia was blown away and surprised (bonus)! She said YES!

The experience was absolutely amazing! The limo was very classy, nicely kept...and Sergio (our driver and savior) was very funny and his ability to drive a stretch limo was superb! The staff were very flexible and accommodating as well as kind and professional. Our wedding will forever be special and Maverick Helicopters played an integral role in that. Lorna Sent on 09/18/2011Communication was really good, considering they were in the u.s.a and us in England. We never had any problems keeping in touch if we had any questions. We had a great wedding in the Grand Canyon, it was amazing scenery. Flowers, button hole and cake were all supplied and champagne. All we had to do was was get ready. A limo picked us up from our hotel and took us straight to Maverick. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The photos of our wedding in the Canyon, are far better than any that could be taken in the u.k The cd of the flight was a bonus, wasn't expecting it, so we can watch and relive the flight there and back. Everyone was lovely and helped to make our day very special for us. I would recommend it to anyone wanting something different. xxx -

Absolutely beautiful experience, from being picked up in the limo to the helicopter music and flight ( top gun tune playing made us smile at take off) Relaxed yet professional, the people could not have been more helpful or friendly, did not want the day to end. Beware in the height of summer it is extremely hot ( a/c in helicopter, but sun streaming in) also a bit windy if you are thinking of wearing a veil, would highly recommend this company and a great way to get married with minimal fuss and maximum enjoyment.
