I haven't even met Liana yet, but just based on the quality of her work as well as her friendliness during our one conversation, I had to book her. She is flexible, professional, and took extra time to explain what I needed to know. Booking Matin Media Photography has been the easiest decision I've had to make since I began planning my wedding.

Liana really pays attention to details! She took the time to browse through my Pinterest board and get an idea of the types of photos we wanted for our wedding. She even reminded me of certain ideas on the day of! She is very professional and braved the unusually cold weather to make our day special! We loved all of our photos and definitely recommend Liana for any event!

Recently had Liana photograph my wedding and the pictures came out great! She was easy to work with and she provides quality photos at a very reasonable rate. Being a bride on a budget, this was the biggest factor for me and the pics are amazing! Thanks again Liana!

Liana was Amazing!!! She was very easy to reach at anytime and answered my questions in a very timely manner. I appreciate that the was always open to my ideas and was asking us what we wanted. She did a great job!! Numerous people at my wedding commented on how my photographer was all over the place taking pictures of everyone and capturing every moment. Liana Matin is an incredible photographer and I am so very happy that we hired her to shoot our wedding party. My husband and I eloped in a quiet ceremony just the two of us; but when it came time to invite all of our friends and family in on the fun we threw a big, red-themed celebration at my favorite wine bar in Dallas. Knowing that our party was going to be full of color, I wanted to be sure the photographer I chose not only knew how to work with color but was quite skilled in low lit settings and candid shots. I fell in love with Liana's east indian wedding photos when reviewing her website So much color, so much brilliance and most important she caught fantastic candid moments. While there were brilliant posed photos, the candid shots struck me most. She knew where to be just at the right time. I am so thrilled I hired her and would absolutely give her the best reference. In addition, she made the process so easy on us. Since we didn't have a typical wedding party set up where a coordinator shuffled me from place to place to keep me on a schedule, I wasn't thinking about who we had gotten photos of and who we hadn't. Thankfully, Liana had all of this taken care of for me. She prompted us for family photos, group photos, friends photos and everything in between so that all of our greatest moments through the night were captured. I just can't speak more highly of Liana, her professionalism, and of course, most importantly her photography!

Liana was amazing to work with and had a great experience for my bridal portraits compared to other experiences I've had. I'm not a fan of having my picture taken solo and she made it natural, easy, and painless. Photos were received quickly after the shoot and all were great quality. I would highly recommend Liana for any photo needs.

Liana did a great job capturing our engagement ceremony and party. She captured a lot of great candids as well as coordinated group shots that we wanted. She was very flexible with timing and location as we had some last minute changes for a small photo shoot we had the day before. And she was really quick on responding to calls and emails and easy to work with. We enjoyed working with her and got a lot of great pics from the night.

Liana Matin was absolutely wonderful! We love the pictures and feel she did a great job!
We had a small, intimate wedding and did not do a lot of the traditional things normally done. Liana listened to what we were looking for photography and documented the day just like we wanted and we are extremely pleased with the photos. We also feel that the pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend her!

Liana was so great! She did everything we asked of her and dealt with both sides of our crazy family. She is really flexible, professional, and prompt. No horror stories of waiting over a year to get photos back, our photos were back in only a month and a half! For Brides looking for a great photographer on a budget, her packages are perfect. We also used her for our engagement photos and knew that we had found a kind down to earth vendor. We can't wait to continue to employing her services as our family grows!

Liana did an excellent job. We had a very small wedding and she was able to capture the intimate affair beautifully. She took full advantage of the venue and lighting and made us both look fantastic. We are happy with every picture. She is very professional. I plan on her being our photographer for years to come.

Liana is very professional and quick to respond to quote requests. We retained her services for our engagement pictures and the wedding pictures on the same contract and we got a good price as a result of this bundling. Matin Media Photography is synonymous with professionalism. You can tell that Liana loves what she does, because she always arrives on time, prepared with lots of ideas. She puts you at ease and guides you along the way, which is exactly what we need in a photographer. The result is always stunning pictures! I can't recommend Matin Media Photography enough. Liana was so great to work with. We didn't go for the typical shots of the entire family, so most of the pictures were from the reception and ceremony. She is really great with action shots, so the dancing photos look amazing. Evidently, she followed me around the reception and got candids of me talking to most of the guests, so I wound up with great pics of everyone there. Plus, I had no idea that she was right beside me, she is that good. She was wonderful during the getting ready shots, and she got great creative detail shots that we loved! She even sent us a gift at Christmas. Book her!!

We had to find a photographer for our Open House event on very short notice, two days before the event, and we also had a tight budget Liana was very flexible and worked with us on the price as well as the time she would be there. She dressed and acted professionally and got some great pictures we have proudly put on our Facebook page.

Do yourself a favor & hire Liana!

Where do I start? We needed an experienced photographer that fit our tight budget of around $800. We found Liana on here & immediately I was impressed with how much experience she has! We did our engagements with her in August. She not only was flexible with our busy schedules, but she knows how to perfect pose you & your partner so that you get really good quality shots. For our wedding day, she came early and ready to work. I am sooo looking forward to getting our photographs back. Liana is professional, kind, and timely. I would hire her a thousand times over no questions asked!!

I loved Liana! She met with us a few times prior to the wedding, to be sure she knew what we were looking for and the schedule. She even agreed to find us a second shooter so I was sure everything was captured. The day of - she was prompt, had great ideas and was helpful keeping us on track. I was looking for an affordable photographer for my wedding in June, I was in a crunch for time as I didn't find Liana until April, but as soon as I sent her that first email I knew she was our photographer. She was very professional, met with us before the wedding to get a sense of what we were wanting and was on time for our meeting and the big day. She was able to customize our package and timeline to fit in the budget we agreed on, and she managed to get all the shots we wanted. She is very sweet and easy to work with, she managed to give us direction when taking her pictures. I haven't seen the picture yet but I have no doubt they are going to look great!

Weddings can be stressful and it is important who the vendors you hire are since they can help or cause more stress...Liana is the photographer to choose if you want to have a serene and calm day filled with good memories. She was able to take beautiful photos with ease and found emotionally moments and captured them perfectly. I will be able to look back on these photos and remember in perfect clarity how wonderful and precious that day was by just looking through my pictures. She was always willing to make changes and work with me and my big family. Liana also responded back to me fast with suggestions or to answer any questions. I am really glad to have her take my pictures and would highly recommend her to all my friends and family in the future:)

Liana is AMAZING! She has an excellent vision and works with her bride's. She did my engagement photos and wedding photos. We loved the engagement photos and her various location ideas really diversified our scenery. We were married on 5/16/15 and received a sneak preview shortly thereafter which were all great so I can not wait to see the rest. When my husband and I were looking for an affordable photographer for our wedding in June, we looked all over the place. Matin Media was the only one who was not going to charge us an arm and a leg. I can't say enough good things about Liana. Our photographs were amazing. The shots she managed to capture were beyond our expectations. She had great ideas for our wedding party photos, that I would never have come up with on my own nor did I see on any other bride's photographs. She was so professional, that I forget she was at the wedding, except for the few times I saw her step in and help out with something that is not on her job title! She's an amazing person and a great photographer. All brides tend to worry about so many things, but you can be rest assured that you are in good hands with Matin Media. We had a big time gap in between our ceremony and reception and this wasn't a problem at all. It made for a very long day, but I never saw any signs of weariness from her. Words don't express how satisfied my mom and I were with her as a person and her services. I highly recommend Matin Media Photography for your big day, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing! Liana is 100% worth it!

Liana not only was so kind, she was patient! My wedding was small and all family so we were all over doing our own thing and she got so many of the shots I wanted and made sure we were photographed with everyone. Her style of photography was EVERYTHING i was looking for. My photos that I have already gotten back are truly to die for. Couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Will definitely be using her in the near future.

Liana is professional, fun and creative. She's a pleasure to work with and she takes her work, as well as the client's vision and wishes seriously. Liana took the time to meet with us twice before the event to find out what we were looking for and how our events were structured. She was the most organized and responsive vendor involved in my wedding. Not only was she always able to be reached to answer every question and apprehension I had prior to my big day, she made the photos fun and was able to catch beautiful both happy and intimate moments that happened throughout the night. I found her services more than invaluable and am recommending her to every friend I have - even if not for weddings.

After my wedding she took some family photos of my husband and our two babies (Barney and Razzle, our cats) and I don't know how she did it, but they came out phenomenal. She is so much fun to work with.

Amazing Photos

Liana is so sweet and made sure all my ideas were taken. She took her time and made sure every shot was perfect. Highly recommend! Pictures also came quickly! She’s very fast at responding as well for any questions. She is flexible for that last minute change of plans (location wise). Also very professional!

What a fantastic photographer and person, I would highly recommend Liana and her team to any bride. She captured what words can't describe. She made the event seamless, gave great advice from the start, and had such quick turn around time in getting us the pictures. Your only regret here will be not to book your event with her!!

Liana Matin was our engagement photographer. She was excellent! I live in Atlanta, my fiancé lives in Virginia, and our engagement was in Dallas, TX. As you can imagine, it was a little challenging to find the right photographer. After many days of searching online, including wedding wire, we found Liana, who responded immediately to our email inquiry. She was very friendly on the phone, and offered a great price. We chose her because we felt so comfortable speaking with her over the phone. And that translated over to in person and in front of the camera. She took out the time the day before our engagement to drive out to the engagement site, and scope out the area for portrait pictures. She found a beautiful park close to where we were staying. We really appreciated this extra personal touch. In addition, she was very flexible, and catered her services to what we wanted for the engagement pictures. This took portrait pictures, family/group pictures, creative shots and captured candid moments. This was our first time in front of a professional camera, and she made us feel very comfortable and we had fun. The pictures are beautiful. A great way to always have memories of this special occasion. Thank you Liana.

I feel so lucky to have found Liana! She worked with my tight budget and did her best to give me everything I asked for. We planned our wedding to be in a garden during sunset in hopes of getting some golden-hour shots, but our "perfect" venue was rained out, we had to move inside, the sky was gray all day, and our timeline ended up being pushed back almost a full hour. Despite these challenges, she remained incredibly flexible and attentive and still got as many shots on my list in as she could. Liana even offered to come out at a later date so we could get the couples portraits that we missed out on, but once we got our wedding album back, my husband and I realized we didn't need them! She captured us and the night and the intimacy of our wedding so beautifully. We'll definitely come back to her again and again over the next few years.

She was wonderful to work with during my family photo shoot. She not only made the process super fun, but gave me some amazing pictures that myself and my husband will cherish forever. I'd highly recommend her.

Liana was amazing! The day my husband and I got married it was raining (pouring) and she made adjustments to her schedule to help us get amazing photos during the breaks. She was always responsive to my questions and concerns. She never rushed me and really tried to incorporate my vision for our wedding. I would recommend her to anyone! Very reasonable price and great quality.

Liana was great!!! She was extremely professional and captured all the special moments. She took the initiative to drive by the area where the event was going to be held and found a beautiful park where we could take our pre-enagagement pictures.

Everyone loved the pictures!!!! She was very creative and captured all the intricacies which are involved in an Indian engagement session. She fully edited and delivered the pictures to us in a timely manner.

She was very subtle, I was very surprised at some of the great shots and where they were photographed from - really made for treasured photos. Liana also did well working with other zealous non-official photographers... Matthew, Groom.

Liana did an amazing job and worked tirelessly to take photos throughout our day, from the bridal prep to the dancing post-dinner. I had no idea what shots I would want and left it to her and was extremely pleased with the results! I wasn't sure about taking videos on the day at first but we really enjoyed the chance to relive the special moments of the day - it was one of our favourite parts!! Nadira, Bride

Okay, so I was most concerned about getting through the post deremont pictures with my family quickly (I knee that guests would start leaving if they had to wait too long), and Liana really helped things keep going along smoothly. I have a large family and she was able to corral them for picture poses very well. I definitely recommend her for weddings and I will definitely be coming back if i ever need family or newborn pictures!

Liana is awesome and so does her photography rocks. She is very nice and open to suggestion about what extra can be done to make your Big day special :). She is very friendly and willing to learn culture to make her client happy which is a great quality.

We were married on May 28th 2016 and Liana with Matin Media captured our evening so perfectly. The appointments that were made prior to the wedding were always kept and on time. Her professional and flexibility was appreciated and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable photographer.

We enjoyed working with Liana. She is very kind and understanding and does everything to make sure you are happy with her service. We met with her on two occasions before our wedding, in order to get to know her and confirm details of our wedding. And she was very open and generous - and great person to work with. After the wedding she was INCREDIBLY prompt getting our pictures to us within 2 weeks.

Although she took a lot of shots at the event, I would have liked to have a greater variety of poses and more guidance from her on more intimate shots. Looking back, there are several pictures I would have liked to have between family members and the couple that we are missing - special milestones. And I feel she should have been prepared to offer more options since we were so caught up in the event. That said, I do have to say that the quality of the photos taken was absolutely beautiful!
