  Fantastic decor

  We’re so pleased with out wedding decoration. From the welcome table and the centre pieces to
  the beautiful arch we got married under, it was all beautiful and thoughtful. The decorations complemented the venue and space and were created based on discussions and suggestions. Mr Mathioudakis was our first point of contact and Foteini was always there with her prompt emails and explanations. Prices were reasonable and flexible. The shop is easily accessible and very well looked after- it’s clearly a symbol of pride and proof of their knowledge and expertise.

  Thank you guys, for the most amazing wedding!

  We booked Mathioudakis Events for our wedding in August 2022 and have absolutely no regrets at all! Literally the best decision we made!
  
  Sophia and Pantelis has been nothing but wonderful and perfect from the very first moment we met them and even after the wedding!
  We knew we wanted to work with them since we had our first call. What made us so sure? It was an instant connection! They are the most amazing talented professionals, hardworking and focused couple with lots of experience doing any kind of events.
  
  They are patient, down to earth, with a positive attitude, funny, kind, open and trustworthy people, that makes it easy to work with them!
  They took their time to explain us in detail how are the traditional greek orthodox wedding’s customs since I am not greek and my husband who is the greek was not familiar with all those details.
  They advised us and confidently stated that they could meet our budget and produce something extraordinary at the same time. All the process was so easy and stress free.
  
  This is our second marriage and as a "mature" couple, we found Sophia to be extremely flexible, caring and responsive to our style and needs, an absolute angel to work with.
  They understood automatically what we both wanted and was willing to work within our budget to make the most perfect wedding ever.
  
  To be honest, doing a wedding abroad can be quite challenging and potentially stressful, but these team was always very helpfull and responsive to our needs. We felt in very good hands from the begining, even if we were organizing the wedding from Panama.
  I am not just saying this because I am writing this review, but I literally I feel im my heart every single word I wrote here. They were always very honest and consistently advised us to do things for our best interest.
  
  We were amazed with the most Incredibly beautiful and spectacular decoration of the venue overlooking the sea, which exceeded our expectations as well as our guests. It was really magical!
  The church decoration was just right, absolutely sublime. The floral decoration was spectacular. The whole organizaton was very well managed with the very best high standards, both visibly and "behind the scenes. It was a kind of a movie wedding.
  
  You can feel their good energy and how passionate and committed they are about everything. To us It is clear that they do their work because they love it, and not because they want to benefit from it or for materialistic reasons.
  We only had four months to plan our wedding, and they made everything possible and smooth for us.
  Another thing we have to mention is that they were always very responsive, keeping us on track of all the details and prompt to reply our emails.

  We organised a mini preChristmas party at the office and we trusted mr Mathioudakis for the organisation! The result was EXTREMELY AMAZING and far more than expected!   Sofia and her team did an excellent job to make our wedding the best day ever!!
  
  Sofia was always very helpfull and responsive to our needs. We felt in very good hands from the begining, even if we were organizing the wedding from Switzerland! All visits to the boutique were also a pleasure, Sofia has an amazing taste and knew how to adapt to our needs.

She understood automatically what we both wanted and was willing to work within our budget to make the most perfect wedding ever. Doing a wedding abroad can be quite challenging and potentially stressful. Because you don't really know Who you need to go to for Entertainment, Dj, hair and make up, photography, venue, catering, etc however, our lovely wedding planner was able to take care of all of that and connect us with the best service providers in Greece after giving us several options to chose from. I am not just saying this because I am writing a testimonial, I really and literally mean every single statement I write here. Xenia helped us with the research process and suggested a beautiful venue overlooking the sea, which exceeded our expectation as well as our guests. She was always very honest and consistently advised us to do things for our best interest. She works with style, she's in love with her work, and you can see how passionate she is about everything, especially the interaction with her clients. It is clear that she does this work because she loves it, not because she wants to benefit from it or for materialistic reasons. Every aspect was dealt with professionally. The team is incredibly creative and noted all my ideas, added more of their own and turned the wedding into an event nobody will ever forget. The attention to detail and friendly, personal service was greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

The whole team is very friendly, creative and communicative. Pantelis is a true professional with a natural ability to make the most beautiful arrangements. He is very knowledgeable about his work and he really guided us. Trying to plan a wedding in Greece while leaving in the USA is pretty stressful, but Pantelis and Xenia made it much easier with a constant communication through Skype and email.   Pantelis and his team are simply incredible!
  I live in New Jersey, and so when my daughter requested her wedding to be in Greece I was overwhelmed! On my relentless search for a venue decorator and florist I found Pantelis, and once in contact with Him I was quickly put at ease! This is a man who will go to great lengths to make a vision become a reality, and my daughters wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale. Professional with a drive for perfection, he possess an eye for detail and beauty!
  We exchanged ideas over emails, phone conversations, and Skype. He even mailed samples to my home in New Jersey! The wedding was at a private venue , The Island in Varkiza, Athens, which is situated at the Athenian Riviara. Although the location of the venue gives to an exceptional view of the beautiful Greek waters and mountains tops, it does come bare, with little to no decor and furniture. Starting with an empty space is never easy, and Pantelis transformed the Private house into a magical setting! I cannot thank Pantelis and his team enough for their dedication and hard work in making my daughters wedding a true fairy tale! He is worth every penny!

Starting with an empty space is never easy, and Pantelis transformed the Private house into a magical setting! I cannot thank Pantelis and his team enough for their dedication and hard work in making my daughters wedding a true fairy tale! He is worth every penny!

We worked together for over a year and a half on my wedding. They went from my planners to friends to family. I would recommend their team to anyone! They can even help with elopements, super small events, or just the day-of coordination - as they have with many of my friends! CALL THEM TODAY!
