WOW! I cannot say enough about our experience with Masterworks Photography. I've already told everyone in my office and I would absolutely tell the world (or at least all of Cincinnati) that you can't go wrong with them.
Extremely professional, masterful photographers, and wonderful people. I'm already looking for an excuse to work with them again.
I have absolutely loved working with Rob and Michelle every step of the way. We enjoyed ourselves every time we met up from the initial meeting to our wedding day.
They went along with some crazy ideas I had and up with brilliant ideas of their own. They are also very communicative and patient. They understand that it's an overwhelming process and are happy to help guide you through it. On the day of, they work super well with littles and can bring out cute smiles from them. They were even patient with me when I was ready (way too early) to be done with formals so I could go get married, mingle, and party.
They are the definition of "artist," and they fully embrace the spirit of collaboration. I love how they brought us into their process during the shoots. They took our creative input and worked it in with their own. And my goodness, the photos we received afterward! Our engagement photos are absolutely stunning. We received SO MANY fully edited photos of our wedding, and we love them all. They were quick to send us our photos both times, too! I can't say enough, but I will end it with this...

My husband and I had a blast working with Michelle, Rob and Laura. I really dislike having my picture taken and Michelle made it fun and got me to truly smile. Michelle was great about getting back with us when we had questions. Michelle made us feel very comfortable the first time we talked with her. She was great with awkward family dynamics. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if the need arises to hire a photographer. -

Genuine service
Michelle photographed us and it literally felt like a friend was there capturing our crew. I loved how chill she was and I didn’t feel like I had to keep my phone on me to capture the fun. She was at all the crazy and unexpected activities that went on. It was awesome! Thank you again and from the pics I do have, the editing is on point. I feel like she captured all of us in very flattering ways and true to nature. -

Michelle and Rob are wonderful! Not only do work well as partners - behind the camera and as a fellow married couple, they work with you on what you envision. I personally am a shutterbug and that is one reason I went with these guys. I wanted "every moment captured" - and was so skeptical and picky about who would photograph our wedding - taking pictures that will last a lifetime of the most special and important day of our lives. My husband and I were immediately captivated upon first seeing photo examples - as a "wannabe photographer" myself, I strive for photos that capture the purity of the moment, real, raw, in the now - how it's actually seen to the eye and not distorted or razzled dazzled by filters. We absolutely love the quality and quantity of our Wedding Photos - and we love all the package options as well. We recommend the night on the town engagement shoot add on. We're also excited to see our wedding video when it is ready.

Masterworks was fantastic! Rob and Michelle were so patient with all our requests and took high quality images! I never felt rushed or self conscious. Instead, we were laughing and having a great time the whole day! They are the best! I especially loved seeing the sneak peek images on Facebook just hours after the wedding! When we were looking for a photographer for our wedding we searched online for photographers from our area and were overwhelmed with choices. We began asking around and Masterworks Photography was recommended to us by friends who had used them for their wedding. On our first meeting with Michelle we knew that we liked her. She was personable, professionally prepared, confident and calm. We liked that Michelle and her husband, Rob, enjoyed working together and photographing as a team. Here is a list of things we thought especially noteworthy and exceptional about Masterworks Photography:
• We were super impressed with their consultation organization, and the quality and presentation of their materials both website and printed. They were professional from the start! Their website and contract spelled everything out clearly so there were no surprises.
• They cared about our wedding story and our personalities and the style of pictures we wanted and they listened well.
• Their price met our budget because they had a number of packages to choose from.
• Michelle answered all questions and emails thoroughly, patiently and promptly making communication effortless. I cannot stress enough how important it was to us to have someone who communicated quickly and efficiently. We were extremely grateful for this and felt they were a rarity among vendors!
• During the wedding ceremony and reception Rob and Michelle were unobtrusive. They took wonderful photos of our event without us being aware that they were even there taking pictures!
• The color of our photographs was simply stunning! Rob and Michelle took full advantage of the gardens at our venue to frame gorgeous photos of the bride, groom and wedding party. Rob and Michelle captured the entirety of our event with beautiful photos we will treasure for a lifetime.
In the end your wedding pictures are what you will look at over and over again throughout the years and mark one of the single most important days of your new life as a married couple. Evan and I got married in December and there were tornado warnings the night before and pretty bad storms the morning of the wedding! They kept us focused, constantly laughing and made us cherish the moments we had with our families, friends and bridal party! Who else would keep a four year old flower girl laughing as she played with a new toy and wreaked havoc in the hotel?
They had amazing ideas and were so accommodating - even standing out in the freezing cold/wind so that we could get some pictures on the railroad tracks behind the venue! The sneak peek pictures were amazing! Would highly recommend them for any wedding or any event in your life! -

I would recommend Michelle and Rob to every bride! Their journalistic approach to the wedding was everything I wanted and more. They were flexible and open to any photos I wanted taken. They were very on top of the timeline and made sure we were all where we needed to be at all times which was extremely helpful. I loved how the focus was making sure we got the pictures we wanted, but not taking so much time to do them either before or after the wedding. They were the absolute perfect fit and I am so glad I chose Masterworks to capture my special day! -

We used Masterworks Photography for our wedding. Their package included an engagement session, however; we had already had ours done.
Michelle was very responsive any time I reached out (which was a lot). We had an up front meeting to discuss the normal pictures captured and the special pictures that my husband and I wanted.
Our wedding was on an unusually hot day with an outside ceremony location. Because of this, we didn’t get pictures in all the locations that we initially wanted for pictures. However, this was not for any other reason than to keep us and our wedding party in the shade as much as possible before the wedding ceremony. This was suggested and agreed upon and the women were surely thankful.
In our initial meeting I requested a handful of specific pictures that I wanted. With the excitement of the day, I completely forgot about a couple of them but Michelle did not.
There was one formal picture that was unfortunately missed. When I reached out to Michelle with my concern she pulled a group picture and photoshopped it immediately and sent it to me. You could never tell the difference! I would assume most photographers would apologize and move on, but not Masterworks. They immediately did what they could to make it right.
During the event, I never really noticed they were there but they captured so many fun moments.
We also used them as our videographer and was so pleased with the outcome of what we received.
Can’t go wrong choosing them as your professional photographers for any event you may have.

Beautiful Pictures!
Michelle and Rob captured our day so beautifully and so authentic to our personalities as a couple and as individuals. They are so easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. The photos we received are absolutely gorgeous and really blew me out of the water. We are very pleased with all of their hard work and dedication into our pictures of the most important day of our lives! -

My wife and I used Masterworks for our wedding and engagement photos. All I can really say is that after our engagement session, I knew that we were in good hands. Michelle has an amazing eye for pictures, and knew exactly how to position us for the absolute best result. When it came to our wedding, we were given an insane amount of photos, all of high quality, and the only problem we have is that there are just so many good choices! Somehow these photographers manage to be in absolutely every important moment, without ever being underfoot. At the wedding, I don't recall the photographers being in the way, and yet we have pictures from all over the event. We could not be happier, and I can guarantee that if you go with Masterworks for your event, you will be incredibly pleased. -

Michelle and Rob were wonderful to work with for our wedding in NKY on Labor Day weekend. They ask many questions on a google doc ahead of time to ensure they are capturing all of the pictures you want in the style you want it and on the schedule you decide! -

From my first fun & engaging consultation with Michelle, to our gorgeous engagement photos, to our incredible wedding photos... We were nothing short of impressed with the work Michelle, Allie and Jon put into the experience and beautiful photos we now have to remember our special day.
Michelle was so helpful in getting me all the details I needed to plan out a timeline before and after the wedding to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. We had a lot of people to shuffle around to different places and last-minute changes, due to Covid. But it all came together amazingly well.
Our engagement photo shoot was on a cold, windy day outside in March. And although we were shivering through it all, you can’t even tell in the pictures and they turned out quite gorgeous. We were super impressed!
Allie got in touch with us a few days before the wedding to confirm all the details and go over our timeline from meeting us at the hotel while we finished getting ready all the way through the last candid photos at the reception. Not a detail was missed.
We have so many amazing pictures of me and all my bridesmaids getting ready, the guys goofing off and getting ready at the hotel, our first look photos in Covington, pictures of the wedding party on the Roebling Bridge and the church, family pictures at the church, photos on the bus, photos with masks, so many great photos of every single guest at the reception and finally the bride & groom at our favorite bar - Molly Malone’s.
My only issue now if just narrowing it down to our favorites! We have so many amazing pictures and we couldn’t be happier with them. I would recommend Masterworks Photography to anyone getting married or having a special occasion. They were such a pleasure to work with and played an enormous part in helping us capture our special day. -

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and Rob. My husband and I hired them for our engagement shoot and wedding. It was extremely professional and organized. They took very detailed and unique photos. Not only did they take wonderful photos of the bridal party, they made sure to get photos of everyone and everything that was happening for us to look back on. The photos were of high quality. They both made us feel very relaxed for photos and natural. They took a lot of the worry out of it. -

Not only do they produce amazing pictures, they were they best value I found! I have friends who spent a fortune on their photographers, but they are no comparison to the work that Rob and Michelle do! We had a very large bridal party (11 groomsmen and 12 bridesmaids) and even with all those people, they kept everything running smoothly. We were on a very tight schedule for pictures, but they still managed to get all the pictures in that we wanted and we still made it to the church on time.

These photographers are extremely talented, very patient (a huge bonus with families at a wedding) and have such an eye for breathtaking photos. They were very responsive and took all the photos requested - and so many more! They were extremely professional - we never even knew the majority of the photos were being taken! I highly recommend these photographers and plan to use them again in the future! -

Catie Sent on 10/04/2016We used this vendor for an engagement session and had signed a contract to have them shoot our wedding. We were disappointed with the photos we received from the engagement shoot and ultimately found a different photographer for the wedding.
