Best night ever!

DJ Mike Walker with Master Mix was the best decision I made for my daughters wedding. He was very professional and on point with every selection of songs and announcements. Everyone was able to enjoy themselves while he took over his part of the wedding. Highly recommended.

DJ Mike Review

Mike's attention to detail really highlights his compassion for his DJing work. He was more than happy to work with us on our personally curated wedding/reception playlists, including adhering to specific timestamps in songs during our ceremony. He's quite skilled at keeping a strict schedule but also flexible enough to improvise if the situation calls for it. He's also more than hospitable to the bride/groom and made sure we had everything we needed. We have Mike to thank for everything in our wedding running as smoothly as it did. Thank you again, Mike!

Mike was worth every penny. Sat down with us to customize what we wanted. Kept the reception running smooth even though at times it was like herding cats.

Mike from MasterMix DJ was absolutely worth every penny! He was extremely professional and tailored the wedding to fit the bride and groom perfectly. Definitely not a cookie cutter DJ. The "extras" were absolutely worth it! The up-lighting completely transformed the venue into a beautiful event and the photo booth was the highlight for the guests! They absolutely loved it and the pictures were a great keepsake of the night!

Adam Rowe was great to work with!! He was super quick with responses and was in great contact with me throughout the entire wedding reception to ensure everything was running how we wanted it. He plays a great variety of music that kept our guest dancing for hours!! Such a great guy, I highly recommend!!

Adam with MasterMix was fantastic!! We couldn't have been happier with their willingness to work with us and how great Adam was. He supplied DJ services for our wedding and our reception. He always checked in with us to make sure we were on time with what we wanted to do, he played our carefully crafted playlist perfectly, and moved the party along with precision. He MCed the events wonderfully as well, taking great care to make sure that everyone's names were pronounced properly! If we had to do it all again we'd pick Adam with MasterMix again!!

Mike and his staff did an amazing job turning my dream wedding into a reality. The song selection was great and got our guests up on the dance floor. We opted for the photo booth and are very glad that we did. The pictures turned out great and are an added memory that my husband and I will always cherish. Leading up to and after the wedding, Mike made it a priority to address all our questions, concerns and requests. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

We had Adam and a few others service our wedding, with DJ and photobooth services, and I could not be happier. They were completely professional, and organized with everything. We met with MasterMix twice. Once to discuss dates, and then again to discuss song choices and wedding party names. He made sure that everything was covered from the ceremony audio to the reception entrance, and the reception was a hit! The song choices were across the board. Any genre you want, they have it. I would definitely recommend them for your next event!!

Mike Walker is absolutely amazing. We spoke several times prior to the big day and I could tell right away that he cared about his work and making his part of our day as perfect as possible. There isn't a song out there that he doesn't already have or can't find for you. Things didn't go exactly to schedule on our wedding day, but Mike was right there ready to do anything we asked and he kept a good eye on the time to help keep us on track.

Adam from MasterMix was our DJ for my daughter's wedding and we also used their Photo Booth service. They were familiar with our venue and on the recommended vendor list and I can see why. I dropped the ball so many times with these guys and they came through for me time and time again. I missed deadlines and they kept smiling. Seriously, these folks are so amazing. Let's start with Professionalism - radio quality voices, a true understanding of the stresses that go on with a wedding, masters at keeping the music going and the dance floor full, fun and entertaining for guests and always keeping us on the ball. Responsiveness - if I didn't call Mike, he called me. He works a day job, as does Adam so most calls are evening but they were on top on it. Value - for what we got, how much fun we had, and how happy our guests were, they were worth every penny. They seriously don't have competition out there that does what they do as well as they do. Flexible - if you only knew! Irish wedding, wanting Irish music and lots of special stuff. They rolled like they had known what we wanted before we did. Change in plans? No problem. I put these guys to the test with this. And unlimited time! They are yours all day. When we added an indoor ceremony and wanted music, no additional cost!!!! I wish I could give them a 10!
The Photo Booth - A manned photo booth, with props, unlimited prints, and a CD of all the photos at the end of the evening! Honestly, no one else did this at this price.
Advice - have a timeline and they will help you stick to it. Don't know what to do or how long it will take, ask them. They seriously know their business.

My sister and I both used this DJ, she got married in Aug and me in Dec, he was very professional and played music that everyone could dance to. At my sisters he brought the lights and really made it magical. With mine he was able to slow things down so we weren't rushing. He truly did an amazing job at both and I'm so thankful I hired him! I would do it all over again if I could.
We both also used his Photobooth services and the photobooth was a huge hit! Everyone absolutely loved it. Not only did everyone get their own strip of pictures but we received a CD at the end of the night with all the booth pics on it. Used our colors and truly made them personal.
We would hire again! :)

Mike with Master Mix DJ was amazing. He officiated our ceremony and conducted the music for both ceremony and reception. The ceremony was amazing. He truly took the time to reflect his perception of us as a couple into the ceremony and the words he chose rather than follow a script. The music and lighting were on point all evening. What the bride/groom/guests wanted, he made sure it happened! My guests have continued to speak very highly of him even after the event! They especially made several comments on how much they love his smooth voice!!! We were very blessed to have him and highly recommend him for your event!!!! Dance the night away!!!

My husband and I used MasterMix DJ for our wedding ceremony & reception and were extremely pleased with their service. Our emcee, Mike, was very accommodating and detail-oriented even down to name pronunciations (which was greatly appreciated)! Mike was able to get every song I requested and if he had any concern when it came to the songs he was preparing for our day he would have me listen to it to make sure it was the exact song we wanted. During the reception I also requested songs I had not previously asked for and he had them all ready to go in a matter of minutes! He was attentive to the guests and engaged everyone in fun group dances that kept all having a good time. Mike Walker was pleasant and professional to work with, helpful all through our wedding day, and I felt that he genuinely wanted our day to be perfect the way my husband and I imagined it.

MIKE IS AWESOME! Experienced, organized and professional from start to finish. He provided music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and some fabulous uplighting. My expectation was to keep everyone on the dance floor and he did not disappoint. He took request, which the guest enjoyed. The day went so smoothly. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Loved working with Mr. Walker! From the first time I met with him he was super friendly, organized, and wanted to make sure my wedding ran as smoothly as possible. We went through the ceremony set list and he told me to pick 10 to 15 songs I wanted to hear during the reception & he was pretty close to being able to play them all. A week out from the wedding he was very thorough going through what I wanted and when I wanted certain songs played one last time. My wedding day he kept the wedding going smoothly. Everyone loved the reception! He was fun & super professional. I can say if you want an experience Dj who knows what they are doing, whose super friendly & professional, and wants to make sure your day goes smoothly & the way you invision it then go with MasterMixDj.

Should be a 10 star rating. My parents booked Master Mix DJ for my Graduation Party, and it was a big success! Adam was our DJ and his son Dakota was the Photo booth attendant. The music kept everyone dancing and having fun, and the photo booth was better than I have ever seen. We were able to fit 9 people into the booth at one time the best part was each one of us received a photo strip for each time we went in. My grandmother is in a wheel chair and with their booth she was able to join in on the fun as well. We will be booking them again.

Master Mix DJ was the best around from what we heard when we were looking for a DJ and they lived up to those expections. Adam did amazing job!!! I don't think we could of asked for a better DJ and his son did a great job of the Photo Booth. They were both so nice and help with any question. The guess loved them both and we had complements through out the night about both.

Mastermix had provide a photo booth to the Ohio Housing Conference annual event that brings in 1700 people to Columbus, Ohio. They are very professional and always in time and they know how to get the guests having a blast trying in the many different props and getting their photos taken. The photos print quality is great and they give us a cd at the end if the night so we can have all photos that were taken. I highly recommend Mastetmix for your photo booth rental.

Their DJ services has provided music for my annual summer BBQ for the last 5 years. They are professional, always on time and the play music to the crowd. They get the guests having a blast and they know how to keep the dance floor full. They are always making sure everyone is having a great time! They have also provided a photo booth which was a totally blast, guest were hesitant at first but their professional staff were able to get the guests comfortable and enjoying getting their photo and having a blast while doing it!!! I would highly recommend Mastermix for your DJ services and photo booth services!!!

Master Mix did an incredible job making my son's wedding and reception a truly memorable occasion that many are still talking about months later. Chris was very professional from the initial planning meeting to performing at our wedding. He was flexable and attentive to details. He keep the guests on the floor dancing from the beginning to the very end! We had to tell everyone the wedding reception was over before they would leave the dance floor! Even our guest who we thought would not dance did! Our goal was for everyone to have a great time and they did!

We had a wonderful wedding with mastermix . They were so helpful when it came to the 1st dance all the way down to free dance with all our family and friends. We also had the photo booth and all my guest LOVED it! They had so much fun with all the fun props. We also loved that we got a DVD of all the pictures are guest took and there were pretty funny one. All around a bunch of great guys that work for mastermix and we couldn't had asked for a better dj.

They are absolutely who you need to hire. Class act in everything they provided. We hired them for my daughters wedding. They provided music during the ceremony, photo booth and also provided DJ services for the reception. I had so many people come up to me during the reception and asked where did you find this DJ because they are amazing. Best DJ ever!!

I could not have been happier with Michael and his team on my wedding day. I planned my wedding from Colorado and Michael's thoroughness and professionalism during the planning phase helped put me at ease. Once the big day arrived, everything went smoothly as planned. He really helped to run the show and keep the flow of the event.

During the reception, Michael did a great job reading the crowd for energy and his playlist was spot on. I can't tell you how many people asked for his contact information after the reception. I would highly recommend MasterMix DJ for all events!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Mike and Adam with MasterMix absolutely saved my wedding. About 30 minutes before we were supposed to walk down the aisle we noticed our DJ never showed. Mike was working another wedding at our venue that started an hour behind us. The venue asked Mike to come and at least cover our ceremony until we could figure something out. He quickly made his way down and ran the ceremony smoothly. Mike called Adam to take over for him since he had the other wedding. By time we finished our photos Adam had music playing for our guests and quickly got together a list of our songs for the night (first dance, father-daughter, etc). We were so stressed and worried our special night would be ruined , but he turned it around for us. He did such an amazing job stepping in. He played all of the songs we gave him, plus songs that kept our guests dancing all night. We had such a blast we didn't want the night to end! I cannot thank Mike and Adam enough for saving the wedding. We were so impressed with how quick, professional, and generous they were. If I could do it all over again I would have booked them from the very beginning. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are simply the best.

We have used Mike Walker/Master Mix DJ services for the Canal Winchester Blues & Ribfest for the last six years and for our annual holiday event, "Christmas in the Village" for the last three. These are big crowd events with our reputation on the line so you can imagine how critical the contracted MC/DJ is to our image. In every circumstance where we have used them, they have greatly enhanced the atmosphere and engaged the audience during breaks of live entertainment. Mike is the consummate professional ...he follows scripted segments to the letter and can ad lib through any development (planned or accidental). The equipment used is top quality and Mike never fails to check periodically to make sure everything is to the client's liking. In short, I don't see us ever going anywhere else.

I can not stress how great of job Mastermix did for my wedding. The DJ Adam was perfect he kept the dance floor full and kept us on our timeline. He even stayed an extra hour just because the party was not ready to end. The photobooth was a big hit and ran by his son Dakota which he was very polite and friendly also. Master Mix DJ made our wedding a success. I've been to a lot of weddings where the DJs are over the top with eccentric personalities, the DJ from Master Mix kept the atmosphere upbeat and the tempo going. My new wife and I had no issues or awkward moments during the reception and the DJ kept the flow of the dinner to the toasts to the cutting of the cake and dances in pristine, smooth order. Two major things stuck out to me: Firstly, the DJ met with me and my wife to discuss the type of music we wanted played, not once, but three time. It is obvious that he really wanted our wedding to be a smashing success. Secondly, the photo booth was AMAZING. Seriously. Every wedding I've been to since (3 weddings) have had a photo booth and nothing compares to the sleekness and the size of our photo booth. We were able to, in one photo, squeeze 9 people in. It made for a fun time. Thanks to Master Mix my wedding was unforgettable.

These guys were amazing! We had our wedding at Hickory Lakes on Valentine's Day 2015. They were on top of everything! The whole evening went smoothly without a problem. The music was spot on and all of our guests had a blast! Chris and Mike were both there and did a fabulous job! The photobooth was a hit! Everyone loved it! Wayne did photography as well. I would recommend Mastermix to everyone! Love love love these guys!

Chris Parkevich was my DJ at Gahanna Creekside and he did an amazing job at our wedding. Mastermix was extremely professional and courteous which made our wedding exactly how we invisioned it. They went above and beyond, adhering to all request and changes made even during the ceremony. Truly felt our wedding was important and the number one priority to Mastermix. Would recommend this DJ Service to anyone!!

These guys are absolutely amazing! Mike did such a great job with making sure my day went off without a hitch! Wayne who was our photographer was awesome! It was like he wasn't even there! The photobooth was just wonderful! I would recommend them to everyone!!

Mastermix dj made our reception one to remember. Mike and Chris were very professional and did a great job at coordinating and making the reception flow. Everyone danced and had a great time. He even remembered that we were buckeye fans and went out of his way to provide us with a tv to see the end of the game, but yet not take away from our day. Made the guys and my wife happy! I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely use them again in our future.

I was extremely happy with the services that mastermix dj provided me with on my big day. The photobooth was a hit. Mike and Chris did an excellent job with the music and games during our reception. Everyone was happy and still to this day talk about how great the dj was. I highly recommend to anyone!!!

We used Master Mix for our company Christmas party in December. They were very professional and entertained our group of about 225 people. They even helped us set up tables and chairs when we had 40 additional people come to the event! The music was great and their equipment was top shelf. We would definitely use them again for another company sponsored party.

We had MasterMix for our Christmas party, Mike and Chris were great, they were very attentive to our needs. Helped with the gift raffle and had everyone laughing and carrying on. Everyone commented on the fun music during dinner and cocktails, then they had everyone dancing the night away . We will definitely have them back next year.

Mastermix DJ did a fantastic job at our reception. It ran smoothly and they were very professional! A real class act. My main concern before the reception was that nobody would dance....and the dance floor was PACKED all night long! :). The weeks leading up to my wedding was not stressful at all when it came to the planning for the DJ. Thank you mastermix for being a part of our special day and helping to make it wonderful!

MasterMixDJ did an exceptional job at keeping the dance floor full all night long. Our DJ worked well with the staff at our venue by coordinating the events of the night and keeping us worry free of the timeline. Mike talked me through everything the day before the wedding and finalized everything. Our wedding was outdoors with the ceremony a distance from the reception and Mike came prepared with 2 separate systems to be able to handle both. He kept the party going and kept everyone entertained. Anytime I wanted something he was right there to make sure that it was taken care of.

Many people have commented, afterwards, what a great DJ he was and what a great job he did. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a great MC and DJ. Thanks again Mike!

Flawless execution, professional, reasonable, I just cannot say enough good things about this crew! They worked my sons wedding and I was quite impressed, being an event planner that's not easy to do.

I have worked in Sales at several banquet facilities/venues over the past 15 years throughout central Ohio, so when it came time for my daughters' wedding, there wasn't any hesitation about who the DJ would be for her special day! Michael Walker (owner) and Chris were the most professional, organized, equipped and fun DJ's to work with! With so much planning and last minute changes (on our part) , they just "picked up the pieces" and helped make this an amazing night for everyone! Even somewhat knowing this service and what they provide, there were so many little details of which they offered such helpful suggestions. They were so easy to work with, and kept everyone calm. Whatever we asked, they were quick to respond and assured us everything was going to be great ~ and it was! The variety and quality of music played was so much fun and they kept everyone on the dance floor all night! The photo booth was a HUGE hit and was so nice because not only did everyone of our guests get a copy of their pictures, but my daughter & her husband received the same copies for their "guest book"! I can tell you that a DJ can make or break your special day, and MasterMix DJ will far exceed your expectations! When we purchased an additional hour at the venue because of all the fun, MasterMix didn't charge us anymore at all! Amazing value for such a reasonable price, and everyone is still talking about the fun they had! I highly recommend them and when my daughter gets back from her honeymoon, she will too!

Mike did an awesome job at both my brothers wedding in 2009 and my sisters wedding in 2011. The music he played kept everyone out on the dance floor all night. He also took song requests from the guest. The photo booth was also a nice service Master Mix DJ provides. Most company's give you one one set of pictures for the whole group, but each person in the photo booth received a set!
I would recommend Master Mix DJ for both DJ and photo booth.

My son Tim Williard and Sara Jordan were married Sept 1, 2012. They had there reception at the Lake Country Club in Westervile, Ohio. We had the MasterMix DJ and Photo Booth at the reception it was awesome!! Michael Walker the owner was very easy to contact, was very easy to talk to, had many suggestions for the wedding, very professional, everything ran very smooth the day of the wedding and reception. MasterMix DJ was very affordable, best price around. Unlimited hours on all services, the photo booth was a blast. We had up to 13-15 people in the booth and they give every one a photo strip. At the end of the night Tim and Sara received on a disk all photos of the people that entered the photo booth. All of us came away with high quality prints and great memories of there beautiful wedding. I have 2 more sons, when they get married I will be using the MasterMix DJ. Master Mix DJ Mike is the best!! I cannot begin to say how thankful I am that we found him! He was the reason our wedding was as great as it was! From the beginning, he was very professional, but also personal. He helped plan every moment of our wedding. After talking to him, I was able to take a step back and actually think about enjoying our day instead of just stressing out! During our event, Mike was able to accommodate any changes we needed seamlessly! I could not have done it without him! He has a gift for choosing great music, and incorporating announcements, speeches, the dances etc. I had a special request that he handled beautifully. We wanted to play country music outside where our guests played lawn games, but still play dancing music inside. He had all the equipment he needed, and everyone enjoyed and raved about the dual sound system! All I have to say is THANK YOU!! This past July- Mike did the music for our ceremony and wedding! He did an absolutely wonderful job. After meeting with Mike I knew I didn’t have to look any farther! He also did the photobooth at the wedding and that was a huge hit for our guests! Everyone just loved it! I love looking at all the photos too! This DJ service did the best for my wedding. They provided outstanding sound, music, entertainment and comfort in knowing that you were getting what you asked for. They are a small business my with about 15 DJ and there was three just at our wedding. Everybody at my wedding can say that they had a fabulous time because of the DJ. Mike Walker half owner took the personal time to sit down with us at his house whenever we wanted to. We went there twice and talked about everything, from the father-daughter dance to the musci we absolutely did not want to bbe played. I was a great experience and I 100% recommend this company to provide outstanding entertainment. Oh yeah, one more thing it only cost us $650 for 6 hours of fun. That was one of the many thing that I loved.

We chose Master Mix DJ after meeting Mike at a bridal open house. We had Adam as our DJ for our wedding and we were couldn't have been happier. Adam was very professional and willing to make a few changes the day of to make our day easier on us! He went above and beyond his duties of a DJ offering to get us anything we needed the day of. Mike and the Master Mix family Thank you so much for the fantastic DJ and Photobooth services you provided for our September 2 wedding. Mike was wonderful and kept everyone on the dance floor. He played all the songs I requested and made sure to not play any songs I put on the "do not play list." He also made sure that my Husband and I were aware of when certain things needed to probably take place (I.e. First dance, garter and bouquet toss, etc..). However, he never pressured or rushed us to get them done. The Photobooth was the best I have ever seen and the props were absolutely hilarious. I still have people talking about how amazing the booth was and how much fun they had! The pictures that were printed for the guests as favors were of great quality too. The price for the DJ/Photobooth combo was the best I had reasearched and worth every penny. Thank you a million times over. We wish nothing but continued success for Mike and the Master Mix DJ family!!

Mike Walker was fabulous! He was very accommodating to our needs and wants. His song selections were also great! I've been to weddings where the DJ ruins the reception, but not with Mike! He was fun and played all the right songs! He maintains a high level of professionalism while be very friendly and accommodating. We also had the photo booth which was a huge hit! We provided a scrapbook so guests could tape a copy of their photos and write a little note. It was so much fun to look at the next day! I highly recommend Mike and his crew!

Mike was fantastic! My expectation was that the dance floor not be empty at any point once dancing started, and I was not disappointed! He played a good mix of music that got EVERY guest out on the dance floor at one time or another. Also, he took requests from myself, my husband, and my guests. Not only can I commend Mike on his performance, but my guests were impressed with him too. Master Mix DJ also has a photo booth option-props included, that guests enjoyed and gave them a keepsake to hold on too. When you book Master Mix, it's all inclusive-you don't have to pay for extra hours, you don't have to pay for larger sound systems, and you don't have to pay for lights. I would HIGHLY recommend Master Mix DJ!

We used Master Mix DJ for our wedding this past August. Our DJ, Brad, was incredibly professional and was a great emcee for the evening. He knew exactly what kind of music would keep the party going! He checked in with me periodically throughout the night, specifically when guests made song requests, to make sure there wasn't any music that we didn't want to hear. Master Mix also provided special lighting for our reception hall ($200 for 8 blue lights)- it changed the whole ambience of the room and made it feel more like OUR party! They did a great job. Sometimes, Michael (who owns the company) is hard to get in touch with-- we played a lot of phone tag-- but he was very professional and we were very impressed with his services.

Ted Walker did a fantastic job at my wedding. Him and his wife were very professional and they provided all the music we requested. One thing I do regret is not going into much detail about the ceremony layout. My advice would be to make sure you and your DJ are on the same page. I would recommend Mastermix DJ to anyone.

We had Mike, who owns the company, we felt instantly after meeting him, he understood our vision for the music. My only complaint was he played a couple of cheesy songs I would have rather not heard, but the guests seemed to love it!

The only bad thing I can say is that it takes them a bit of time to respond to a phone call. Other than that, they were fantastic. They followed my requests and even as the night progressed and I asked them to play specific music, they did. The photo booth was a hit! The only suggestion I can make is to have the DJ call the married couple to take a picture.. as my husband and I forgot! :( I highly recommend these gentlemen!

My husband and I met Mike at a bridal show and immediately knew we wanted to book him. Unfortunately Mike was out of town on our wedding date so he recommended his DJ Adam to us. Adam was a fantastic DJ for our wedding, he was super flexible and communicated well with us throughout the day which was extremely helpful. He played the music we wanted and took the time before the wedding to make sure all of the details we had given him were accurate. Which included cutting down some songs and mixing two songs together for the father daughter dance. I wanted the song to cut into the Mexican hat dance and he made it happen even though I'm sure that's an odd request. He checked with us every step of the way and made announcements we hadn't originally intended for him to make when we asked him to. He really helped our night be everything we wanted it to be and I would highly recommend him as a DJ! Also we decided to use the photobooth last minute and I am SO glad we did! It was a huge hit and the booth itself is wonderful. It's large enough to accommodate up to like 18 people and the props they provided were amazing. Not only that but they have amazing lighting in the booth itself so no one looks haggard and terrible like they usually do in photobooths. Gotta love that haha Unfortunately Mike was extremely hard to get a hold of for a long time and it wasn't until he transferred us to Adam's care that the communication lines became more reliable.

I didn’t appreciate how a DJ can make or break your event until I attended my friend’s wedding and my after-wedding reception near Cleveland. Those two events dragged on account of a bad MC. Michael kept our wedding party dancing and singing all night. My only bad experience was trying to reach him on some occasions and, at one point, felt like we had the same conversation twice about what songs to play where. But the little bit of stress in the beginning was sooo worth the final product. I’m glad he was a part of our special day!

The guy I requested had to cancel a month before due to complications with a surgery so he made sure someone was there. The person he then set me up with never responded to emails and did most of the planning the day of the event. Whenever guests were getting into the music he would change the type of music and guests would get off the dance floor which was disappointing.

Disappointed

Never heard back about getting Photobooth photos via email which they assured me would be emailed (it’s been over 2 weeks and still no email). We’ve tried calling and texting about it but get no response. Odd, because he called us nonstop for a week straight about payment, but now we can’t get ahold of him about the photos. They also played the wrong song for the bridal party entrance to the reception, even after emailing and texting the details for each entrance and confirming he received everything. They also did not play the song after we kissed at the ceremony, so there was a really long, awkward silence and we didn’t know what to do. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t recommend for the amount of money spent.

I was very disappointed with their services, there was a blurb of some random radio announcement right before I walked down the aisle. The pastor's mic was going in/out during the ceremony and he didn't play the songs off of our playlist. My husband and I put a lot of time and effort in selecting our favorite songs/songs we knew our guest would enjoy dancing to but only a couple songs were played off our list. I was too busy enjoying my special to say anything and trusted him to do the job. After reviewing our wedding video I couldn't let it go unnoticed. When I asked Chris,the DJ he became defensive and not apologetic at all for us not receiving the service we paid for. This is a once in a life time even that you can't redo so that's why I am sharing my story.
