Dupont Wedding March 28th, 2026
DJ Ray was so much fun and truly made our wedding day unforgettable! He kept the dance floor going all night, and there was never a time when people were not out there dancing. We didn’t give him much of a playlist, but he absolutely nailed it with his song choices and mixes. He read the room so well and kept the energy up the entire night. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had!
A couple days before the wedding, we did a FaceTime with him to put faces to names, and he walked through all the details with us, even down to how long we wanted certain songs played. It made us feel so prepared and confident going into the day. He also handled our ceremony audio seamlessly, stayed in great communication throughout the night, and even helped dismiss tables for dinner, which kept everything running smoothly. We would definitely recommend DJ Ray and Massetone Entertainment to anyone looking!! Thank you again, DJ Ray!

Kept us dancing all night long!!
DJ Altease was incredible!! He was able to capture our vision for the ceremony and cocktail hour perfectly. More importantly he was also able to keep everyone dancing at the reception!! He knew exactly how to switch up the music to keep everyone on the dance floor. He even went the extra mile to join the dance floor and teach how to do dances like The Cupid Shuffle and The Wobble!

Aaron the owner of Massetone was extremely professional and easy to work with. His communication was great, and he discussed the different options. We didn’t feel forced to upgrade things. His setup crew was easy to work with, they were very nice, professional, and set up the photobooth as well. Our DJ Shaq was great to work with as well- he was very professional and was easy with all the changes we made last minute. He made sure everyone’s names were correct and really commanded the night with making sure we were on time and on schedule. He was great to work with. Both Aaron and Shaq communicated well during our wedding week and made sure everything was seamless for our special day.

We loved DJ Dwayne!!
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire DJ Dwayne for our wedding! From the first conversation to the last song of the night, he was professional, organized, and truly passionate about making our day unforgettable.
We were nervous, as the DJ really makes our breaks the night. Dwayne handled all the announcements smoothly and kept everything running on time without ever feeling overbearing. He was very organized, knew our style, and kept the dance floor packed all night. He took the time to get to know us and our style. He even let me get behind the booth!! We truly loved Massetone Entertainment. He created such an amazing atmosphere and we didn’t want the night to be over! We still have people approach us about how smooth everything went and how packed the dance floor was! Dwayne created the perfect environment and helped us and all of our guests have the best time. Massetone was great to work with! They were always so responsive and made sure everything was perfect. We loved how we could custom the time we needed them by being allowed to add single hours. They did an incredible job with our ceremony and providing a microphone. We had two meetings prior to wedding day. One to go over details and timelines and another to personal meet with our DJ. We had DJ Altease and we cannot say enough great things about him! He was so kind and respectful. He checked in on us throughout the day. He was great at keeping everyone entertained! He had such a great personality and a great vibe. If you requested a song it was always the next song to be played, not 8 songs later! We had them booked until midnight and he played right up until that second, even though there was only 5 of us left lol.

Massetone truly helped make the day so special and made sure our guests were always on the dance floor. We had DJ Dwayne, and I could not leave the dance floor since every song was great! Our guest list varied greatly in age, so we were worried about having a good mix of music, but the DJ did an excellent job choosing songs everyone would know. Many of my family members were on the dance floor whom I had never seen dance before!

We had DJ Ray, he was amazing- improvised, overcame, and adapted with my chaotic family. Everyone loved him and he even made us a surprise video of our guests greeting us. Hiring Massetone for our wedding was a great decision. They have great packages available for what you are wanting and they are great with establishing a timeline for ceremony and the reception. Aaron was great to work with. He knew all of the right questions to ask so we didn't forget anything and our DJ was DJ Altease and he was fun and professional and did a great job balancing requests and took his cues from our other vendors, like our officiant and photographer. It all came together to make our day perfect. Best of all they definitely aren't a huge hit to the wallet and they have quality sound equipment. No awful feedback and balanced sound. We had given out song request cards to our guests and instead of throwing them away, DJ Altease kept them for us and added a copy of the fun photos he took in the photo booth. That thoughtfulness made a great keepsake as we got to see who requested what song and we got to see the silly fun side of our DJ. We highly recommend Massetone for your big day. They add that personal touch.

Great option for reception photos!
We used this group for a photo setup for our wedding reception, and it worked out amazingly! We got a separate backdrop set up and they supplied the camera and lighting! Guests loved that they could get their photos sent to them immediately, while also having the option to view the whole gallery after the event. Would absolutely recommend.

I highly recommend Aaron and DJ Travarai with Massetone Entertainment! They were exceptional to work with and set the tone for the perfect event. Travarai had a fun, energetic vibe and was on the dance floor all night. He hyped our guests and was excellent at keeping the party going. The dance floor was packed the entire night, and many guests complimented how fun our reception was because the DJ had such high energy. It felt like he genuinely wanted to be there celebrating with us. Travarai was timely, personable, and professional, and played the perfect mix of songs and requests. I even had a couple ask for his info for their wedding because they were so impressed with him. Set up, tear down, and ceremony sound were seamless. Aaron was organized, had excellent communication, and helped us set the timeline for the day. He was flexible when we had to switch venues at the last minute due to the weather. Amazing night!
I live in Texas but my wedding was in Illinois. Planning a wedding/reception from another state was a challenge to start but I got lucky when I found Massetone Entertainment. Aaron was great with all the planning meetings and answered any questions I had and Anthony was our amazing DJ and emcee for the night. He kept us dancing and transitioned the music styles so smoothly between the different genres and decades. In addition to booking a DJ, we also rented a Photo Booth. Everyone had a blast with it and I’m so glad I have fun and hilarious pictures to look back on. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for DJ services! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The Best DJ Service!
Massetone and DJ Dwayne knocked our wedding out of the park! From the logistics for booking them to the playlist, the process was so smooth. DJ Dwayne took charge and keep the show going. The dance floor was busy all night long. We did the package with the selfie station and our guest LOVED it. We had Massetone Entertainment and DJ Ray for our wedding last weekend. It was a great experience and super easy throughout the process. DJ Ray was so much fun and and made our day super special. Massetone and our DJ/MC, Dwayne, were amazing! The process to book was simple, the inquiry form was thorough, and the service was immaculate. They were accommodating with our requests and answered any questions we had throughout the months leading up to our wedding. In addition to music, they provided our uplighting and monogram, both looked excellent! Dwayne made sure the reception went smooth and played a great selection of songs. I would recommend Massetone and Dwayne to anyone looking for DJ services.

Unbelievable wedding experience
We had Dj Landon for our September 30 wedding. We were more than happy with the experience. He was so fun and involved with making everything go smooth. So much fun!
We used Massetone Entertainment for our wedding and we absolutely loved working with them! Our DJ Dwayne was so wonderful and fun, and he rolled with all the different tasks and announcements we threw his way! He even let my dad take control of the microphone later on in the night, as he is the karaoke king! The photo booth was so much fun, too! Everyone had a blast with it, and Massetone did an amazing job making sure the design of the frame matched our theme perfectly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Massetone, Aaron, and Dwayne! Thank you all so much for making our special day so wonderful :)

We just recently got married and used Massetone Entertainment. Dj Dwayne was very punctual. He looked for us, the bride and groom immediately. We just recently got married and used Massetone entertainment. They set us up with DJ Dwayne and he was absolutely amazing! He was really personable, we spoke with him on the phone. At the reception he was great at reading the room and playing songs to match the vibe. He was also super flexible and played requested songs if someone went up and asked. All around great DJ!

Massetone - DJ Geoff
We had DJ Geoff for our special day. Massetone and Geoff were great from day 1 that I spoke to them! Geoff was very thorough during our meeting to make sure everything was in line and prepared for the big day. He had everything set up beforehand, communicated with other staff at our venue, and fulfilled many requests. He was able to read the crowd well and played the right kind of music to keep the dance floor full. We couldn’t had asked for a better DJ.

My husband and I booked with Massetone Entertainment for our wedding reception. The manager, Aaron was incredible throughout the entire planning process and day off. He was responsive, helpful and accommodating to make sure our reception was perfect. Our DJ (Landon Murray) was an incredible MC and DJ. He read the room, followed the vibes and played awesome music all night. He also stayed on scheduled with his MC duties throughout the night. The DJ booth, sound system and up lighting all looked incredible. We also rented the selfie station and the guests absolutely loved it (the lighting is amazing). We definitely recommend Massetone for your next event!

Dwayne is the best!!!
Dwayne Hodges was the DJ at our recent wedding, and he was fantastic! He brought warmth and fun to the party and was great about reading the energy in the room so that there was never a moment that people weren't on the dance floor. He was also extremely responsive to all requests, from songs we wanted played, to keeping the reception flow going with announcements, to adjusting the mood lighting as needed to create just the vibe we wanted. We got tons of compliments on how good he was and we would HIGHLY recommend him for any event where you need a great DJ.

Geoff was our DJ for our wedding on June 3rd he listened to our request, played as many songs as possible & knew how to read the room. It was very nice & helpful that he was able to speak Spanish

Great DJ service and photobooth!
We used Massetone for our Wedding in April 2023 and couldn't have asked for a better DJ service! DJ Dwayne was so much fun and was well prepared with the timeline and obtaining all the details prior to the wedding day. And the photobooth provided by Massetone was a huge hit, too! We found Massetone when we visited the QC Bridal Expo and talked with Aaron who was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. He was very prompt with his responses over email and always provided what I asked for including invoices, etc. I thought the planning process was really thorough and DJ Narvin was very friendly and did a good job playing the songs we asked as well as taking requests from our guests. I would definitely recommend!

Working with Massetone was so fun and easy. All of their DJs are so nice and really want to make your event the best it can be. Dwayne was the best Master of Ceremonies and made our reception run smooth and on time. When it was time to dance, Dwayne kept the dance floor fill all night which was something that was really important to us. He played our requested songs, but also incorporated other songs that were crowd favorites! Dwayne was flexible when there needed to be any changes and was always timely with his responses. I cannot say enough good things about Massetone Entertainment! We booked them for our wedding ceremony and reception this past weekend, and they were amazing!!
Aaron was so great to work with throughout the whole planning process. He was very professional, organized, and easy to talk to. He quickly took care of any changes that I needed made, and he took the time to chat with me over the phone to go over all of the details!
Dwayne was our DJ, and he did such a great job! The ceremony and reception music went off without a hitch. He took the time to come and greet my husband and I as well as the whole wedding party prior to the reception to make sure he was pronouncing all of the names right, too. He was so much fun, and he did a great job MCing as well!
More than just the music, their lighting was top notch. We absolutely loved our blue uplighting that covered all the walls in the Waterfront Convention Center & the monogram and dance floor lighting were great as well!

My husband and I hired Massetone Entertainment for our wedding reception. They were very thorough and organized, from the moment we booked until the last song was played at our reception. Geoff was our DJ. He was on time, professional, full of energy, and made our reception a blast. He did a great job coordinating the reception events, and he made sure things ran smoothly. We had a few last minute changes and Geoff rolled with it. My husband and I only requested a few songs. Other than that, we asked Geoff to gauge the crowd and keep our guests dancing. From the start, Aaron and his staff were very professional and organized; flexible to setting meetings around our schedules and prompt on answering our questions and requests. Their experience shines through in their attention to detail - whether it came to the playlist or uplighting - and their skills for interactive entertainment. Our DJ didn't just stand behind the table and play song after song, he kept our reception flowing smoothly from announcements, toasts, cake cutting and a full dance floor all night. They want everyone to enjoy and have a good time, and we did! The photobooth they offer also was a HUGE hit with our guests and something you shouldn't miss out on providing. Phenomenal experience!
We hired Massetone for our wedding and had a wonderful experience! Aaron was always very professional and organized - it was clear from the start that he had a lot of experience and was comfortable with any and all of our requests. The night of, we had Geoff as our DJ and he did a fantastic job! He was very friendly and kept everyone dancing throughout the night. He also did a great job of making sure that all of the music, announcements, and toasts flowed smoothly throughout the evening. I couldn't recommend Massetone more and I would 100% book them again!

My Event Was Amazing!!!!!!
We hired Massetone to provide entertainment for my military retirement party. My guests had an awesome time and stayed on the dance floor all night! Their services were professional, timely, and outright awesome! I recruited them all the way from Kansas. They worked a miracle with my timeline and I was not disappointed. I have another big event coming up that I will host in the Quad Cities and I will definitely book Massetone to provide my entertainment again. Thank you!

Massetone was perfect! Loved the entire wedding experience with them. Not. one. problem!
We really struggled to pick the DJ for Jenna & Ben's wedding. We heard great reviews on Massetone Entertainment & after visiting w/them, we took advantage of their special discount at the Jaycee Wedding Expo & hired them. From then on, everything went perfectly! The team was so relaxed and easy to work with. We loved all the uplighting! It was so nice not to worry about where to put them--Aaron did it all. Our DJ, Jeffry, was perfect. He handled the reception schedule with ease & had not trouble adjusting for a few special things we planned for the bride/groom & guests. Guests danced all evening which was really important for us. We bit the bullet & got the photo booth. It was worth every penny. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you Massetone Entertainment!!

The DJs at Massetone Entertainment were absolutely perfect for our New Years Eve wedding! The party didn't stop all night; in fact, I have had so many of our guests tell me that they have NEVER been to a wedding where the guests didn't leave the dance floor all night until they came to our wedding! I absolutely credit this to our amazing DJs. Aaron is very organized from day one, and makes it so easy to rely on him to make sure everything goes smoothly the day-of. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ!

Worth every penny
BEST BUSINESS AROUND!!!! We are SO thankful we found Massetone Entertainment for our wedding reception. I never realized how big of a deal the DJ is but they basically run the reception! Dwayne (the bathtub) was SO. MUCH. FUN. and as you can see he even let me get behind the table although it was a brutal 3 minutes for everyone listening. Our reception could not have gone any smoother and it’s all thanks to Massetone. The photo booth is a must have. It’s huge and can fit a lot of people, the props are hilarious, and the pictures are all somehow beautiful (lighting is amazing). Our monogram was awesome, extra lighting that Massetone brought was so needed and perfect. These people made our special day absolutely perfect. 11/10 recommend. You will not be disappointed. ❤️❤️❤️ THANK YOU MASSETONE CREW!

Very easy to work with and flexible with changing plans
Massetone was the DJ for our September 2018 wedding. Aaron was very flexible in planning with our busy schedules. Geoff was the DJ for our reception and was perfect at playing a variety of music to keep the party going all night! Would definitely recommended to a bride looking for a stress free DJ.

Outstanding DJ
For our wedding we had on outdoor wedding ceremony, directly followed by cocktail hour outside close by with a very large tented reception that night. I've seen many outdoor wedding ceremonies have issues with sound so I was a bit nervous. Aaron and Landon delivered high quality sound for every aspect of our big day. I also supplied a fairly extensive playlist for both cocktail hour/dinner and then the reception and Landon did an excellent job of satisfying my requests but also reading and accommodating the crowd. We were so happy with their service and received many compliments from our wedding guests. Highly, highly recommend Massetone Entertainment!

Working with Aaron and Phil for our wedding was awesome! From our first meeting where Aaron treated us to a Starbucks drink to our last meeting to finalizing details AT THE SAME Starbucks, Aaron took the time to get to know us as a couple as well as help keep things organized (as that was my number one priority as a bride). Phil kept the party alive the whole night and did a wonderful job dismissing tables for dinner! All of our please play songs were played and he even took requests from my picky groom all night long! :) He also continued to check in with the groom to ensure we were happy!!! Phil also did our ceremony music and guests complimented how smooth the transitions were with everything! Can't speak highly enough about this company and the work that they do!!!!

When Keith & I got engaged we knew immediately we wanted Massetone Entertainment. Aside from the koozies, the very first thing we did was contact Aaron right away to see if our date was available. Of course we had to price compare, but we knew none of the other companies could meet our needs and provide the level of customer service that they could. When wedding weekend finally arrived, they came out to our location to get everything set up including the perfect amount of up lighting for our venue & our personalized monogram. Phil absolutely killed it with keeping our party going all night! We've received so many compliments on everything from the music to the monogram to Phil dancing with some of the wedding party :). We are so grateful Phil and Aaron could make our day complete, we couldn't have done without them!

Hiring Massetone was one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning. From the beginning, Aaron was friendly and easy to work with, leaving us confident that our DJ would fit the style we were looking for. He was organized and informational, so we knew exactly what to expect. DJ Jemmerio was our go-to guy on wedding day and he was the perfect fit. The ceremony went off without a hitch and he killed it during the reception – the dance floor was full all night! He played to the crowd, sensed what everyone was in the mood for, and kept the party going with fun activities. We also rented a photo booth, which I would advise everyone else to do as well! My favorite keepsake from the wedding are all those fun photo strips from the night. I would recommend Massetone and DJ Jemmerio to anyone on their wedding day!
