Marie and Taena are the best photographers on Maui! My wife Cristal and I cannot recommend them enough! Their communication from day one was incredible and their professionalism and insight is unmatched for sure. We booked them for engagement session and wedding day and the flexibility and scheduling was very easygoing. Seeing their artistic process was such a treat and the results of it were beyond anything we expected. We even had a last minute request the day before the wedding and Marie was more than willing to accommodate and change up the timing of everything just to get us the shots we wanted.
Everything they did leading up to the wedding and even the day of made everything so easy on us and gave us a great peace of mind that the pictures they took will be of the absolute best quality and content. They sent us sneak peek pictures and we could not have been happier. We had no doubts in our minds that we wanted them to take pictures of our special day and honestly trusted nobody else to do so. They went above and beyond and executed everything to PERFECTION. We cannot speak highly enough about Marie and Taena; do yourselves a favor and book them for ANY photography needs. Trusting them with capturing your special day will be the best decision you’ll make.

Marie was absolutely wonderful to work with! We can not speak more highly of her or recommend her more. We got to work with her for two separate occasions, our engagement shoot and our wedding day. She shot our engagement photos in Oct 2023 during golden hour on one of the beautiful beaches in Wailea and they were so stunning! The colors & light she captured were truly breathtaking and we are so happy to have those memories captured forever. In March 2024, Marie and her partner Taena captured our wedding day in Ka'anapali and they were the best team to work with. They were with us the whole day & night and captured everything from us getting ready, first look pics, ceremony, reception and beyond! They took some unforgettable photos so that we can forever relive our special day and we are so grateful to have worked with them.
Marie was very communicative, responsive and very easy to work with. She made us and our guests feel comfortable and natural. She got our edited photos to us very quickly and we could not be happier. -

Taena and Marie has been our number one photographers for so long. We were introduced to them on pride event. Where they offered free photos for the LGBTQIA+ community. When we received our photos, it was STUNNING! It was crazy good. Our photos had the vibe of dramatic edits, they make the weather look like it was calm and beautiful. The lighting and editing are so beautiful where we can get a golden hour look in any of these photos. Then they did our engagement photoshoot, which already looked like it was our wedding. Again capturing our love and emotions through the lenses, it definitely shows the love.
Movement is the best types of poses you can give these ladies to work with, dancing, swaying, candid photos, they will suggest how to move or pose. (I am not photogenic or know much poses) but they sure will let you know to get those fashion runway looks.
Then there comes our wedding day. There is so much photos that are too good not to post. So blowing up my social media it is. They absolutely, captured every moment at our wedding night. People say, you get what you pay for. This is correct, hiring them is worth every single penny!
Taena and Marie, they are very professional, they have a friendly loving tone when you meet them. They can respond quickly, and our photos came pretty fast as well. When you book them, don't be shy, this is their passion, and they love their job. They want gorgeous photos just as much as you do. It's their hype, they probably get just as excited as well when they look at their photos.
Book them, they are worth my time and money. Thank you for capturing our magical moments and celebration of love. -

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having our wedding ceremony+reception photos taken by Marie and Taena. They were both so friendly and easy to be around that the initial nerves of getting our photos taken faded away really quickly! They struck a good balance between giving instructions/posing us (which we asked for!!) while also sneaking in many great candids. Even our guests told us later about how nice they were! The resulting album was so beautiful that it helped us relive the day to just go through them and we were so happy to have the perfect keepsake. Highly recommend Marylane for your wedding photos! -

Amazing Beyond Expectations
We had the most beautiful wedding on Maui Iron Woods Beach. Marie captured our sunset wedding beyond our expectations. She had the exposures set perfectly. She had great ideas. She was so easy and friendly to work with. She was a prompt communicator when we wanted prints. Everyone who has seen our gallery of photos has commented on the beauty. Our most memorable photo was on the rocks with waves crashing - epic! -

I first learned about Marie from my hair dresser who spoke very highly about Flytographer (check it out!) and how awesome Marie was with her patience, professionalism and how fun it was to work with her. I booked my session with Marie via Flytographer for our engagement photos in Maui and my friend was right! We loved her so much that we wanted to hire her for our wedding photographer. She's super accommodating, relatable and responsive. It made our wedding so much enjoyable because she new what we wanted and we knew she could deliver. -

Marylane is awesome!
We were so grateful to have Marie and her team shoot our wedding. They are amazing! They went above and beyond on our wedding day. Our wedding was on a hot day, but Marie and her team took such great care of us. They even ensured that we had bottled water always available so that we would not get dehydrated while taking pictures. We will forever cherish our wedding photos. It was like having a talented friend as our wedding photographer.
We love Marie! It was such a joy to work with her! She is professional and easy-going. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera :) My husband and I both have big loud families and we were really impressed with how she was able to manage everybody including getting all the small and large group photos we wanted. She has an amazing eye for love and beauty - at times would ask us to take photos in certain places because she was inspired by how the area was naturally lit. We wanted candid photos and she was able to deliver! She's quick on her feet and will get you the photos you want. She did an amazing job capturing the joy and happiness of our special day. We are very happy that we booked Marie! Our only issue is choosing which photos to frame...there are so many gorgeous shots and not enough walls in our home! -
