Absolutely stunning venue and even more amazing staff!
Martin’s West and their staff (especially Ms. Kim Grant!) were absolutely incredible from day one. From our first interest meeting, to nailing every detail, to a seamless day of. They were always extremely responsive, always willing to make adjustments as needed, and most importantly heard what we wanted and made our vision possible. Our day turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined, all thanks to their incredible team! We thank you immensely! -

Great Experience
I had my wedding at Martin's West. From the beginning Ms. Cindy Murphy catered to what I wanted and was very detailed in different packages and what suite me best. Always responsive whether through email or by phone.
My day of coordinator, Rodney, had the same energy. Very professional, catering to what I wanted, and made sure everything was taken care of.
The other staff was always welcoming. Ms. Deloris at the front desk every time I called or came in she was always pleasant. Kitchen manager that prepared and waited on us was nice. Also, I had no issue day of, with every single staff that waited on my guest, helped me off the stage, got me a cold drink to cool off. They made my experience much easier and I definitely recommend. -

Amazing Day
My cousin had an afternoon wedding and reception at Martin West. It was held on a Sunday. I had the centerpieces for the tables, so I had to be there early. By the time I arrived at Martin West, both rooms were already set up. I just had to add the flowers to the table. Throughout the whole event the Staff, Event coordinator, Banquet manager, Lead server, and servers did an amazing job. Everyone was professional, efficient, and very helpful. We had a wonderful time. Thank you, Martin West for an amazing day!

Outstanding Venue, Service, and Food
Martin's West remains an amazing venue for any type of event. We have held a number of events there through the years, and we have always been totally pleased. Our event was made special due to the professionalism of our event planner, Sue, the banquet manager and the staff that worked on our event. The service, as always, was amazing, and the food was outstanding and plentiful. The beautiful ambience of the venue adds to having an event well done. Their attention to detail made our recent class reunion a big success. They were very mindful of our pandemic concerns and were very accommodating in addressing issues related to those concerns. -

Outstanding Wedding Caterer!
From the first time we met with Martin’s Caters to discuss options for our wedding, we were always confident that we had picked the best place (Greenbelt venue) to hold the ceremony and reception. We were impressed with the personalized and prompt attention given to us from start to finish. Because of Martin’s efforts, our wedding event was outstanding with regards to food, staff and coordination. -

Excellent church anniversary banquet experience at the venue in Upper Marlboro

Best Day Ever!
Martins West was amazing! Our guests loved the venue and the food! Staff was amazing, from coat check to wait staff, literally EVERYONE was so kind, helpful and professional. John and Ava especially! They both went above and beyond to make the day easy for us and so so much fun. The space was beautiful and so elegant. We couldn’t be happier. Fall Ball 2019
We at Perfecting Saints Ministry trusted Martin's Crosswinds at Greenbelt to sponsor our first Fall Ball and each year they have superseded themselves across the board from professionalism to being prompt to returning a phone call. If you are looking for a place to be comfortable and enjoy your evening this is the place. We have already booked our 6th Annual Fall Ball for Friday November 6th 2020. My Church, St. Gregory the Great hosted our Anniversary Banquet at Martin's West. This is at least the 4th time that I remember hosting an Anniversary here. I pay attention to detail whenever and wherever I have an event but Martin's West Staff reminded my of things that Zi had not thought about. The food is good, venue is elegant and Staff is professional. -

Wonderful Experience!
Martin's catered a 2 hour cocktail party for and did an amazing job. From set up to clean up, it was all done very well and everyone was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and there were many compliments from our guests. We will be using them again next year for the event! -

Simply Beautiful
Martin's West made it easy to get married there. If something went wrong I had no clue. They truly made the day about me and my husband. My family and guests loved the food and thought the venue itself was beautiful. It was just simple to book and easy to take the pressure off of my day. -

I would like to give a very big “Thank You” to the staff at Martin’s Crosswinds. From my first meeting with Cheryl Milton (manager) up to my wedding day she was great. She told me not to worry, I didn’t worry and she took care of everything. The staff on the day of the wedding was awesome. Chanel and Ronald (staff members) took great care of me and my husband. They were very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. I must say the food was great too. At Martin’s they go out of their way to make your event great. This is a day I will never forget and I thank the staff for helping to make it possible. -

When the President of my company tasked me with finding a venue/caterer in the Baltimore areas, Martin’s West was my first choice and the best thing is, I had no desire or need to look any further! Diane Bosse’s guidance, expertise, and patience was 5-Star!! She and I were in constant communication, weekly, closer to the event! I was slightly nervous when Diane said she would not be working the event. Yikes!! But, Tom, Brent, set-up/take-down crew, all staff who worked with us were professional and personable! And, TJ, the DJ, fulfilled our needs.We had a great time, the food was delicious, we were accommodated and cared for in the best way! Might I add that the Skyscraper Cheesecake was to live for!

Easy Planning & Excellent Event
First time planning a major event and Valley Mansion made it so easy! Our contact person was so helpful and professional. She thought of details that I didn't and she was so patient and kind when I kept coming back and asking questions. The event itself was very well done. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Everyone remarked that they had a great time and the food was delicious! The best venue in Prince George's County
The Camelot is the best venue in Prince George's County. I would choose them every time I am having an event. The building is so beautiful you almost don't need any decorations. The staff is very nice and easy to work with.-

I can’t thank Martin's Crosswinds staff enough for the wonderful service provided at the wedding reception on March 23, 2019. Zina and Agusta were simply AMAZING!!!! Agusta’s leadership, attention to detail and customer service was top notch. The entire team paid close attention to the couple, wedding guests and wedding vendors. Wonderful Gala
We have used Martin's twice for our pediatric cancer fundraiser in memory of my granddaughter Jayde Mariah Schools. This is a very special event for us. For each event, the room setup was beautiful and the service exceptional. In addition, the staff was very accommodating to our requests and the food was delicious. At the end of the night, our guests were left feeling that they had just spent a wonderful evening.-

Once again we had our Christmas party at Marin's and once again we had a wonderful time. The staff met our every need and was very attentive. They seem to know what we wanted before we even asked. The food was wonderful and we got a lot for our buck! We can't think of anywhere else we would like to have our Christmas party, so Martin's you are stuck with us!!! See you December 2019!!! -

We've held several events here over the years and we've always had a good experience. There's no place like Martin's Westminster!!
Martin's has been our venue of choice to hold our annual Staff Day for the last 5 or 6 years and we will continue coming back! Every one of the staff is professional, efficient and personable! There is plenty of delicious food, ample parking, plenty of space to move around in the ballroom and Martin's bends over backwards to meet our every need! I have nothing but positive things to say about Martin's!! -

A dream come true
My sister mother and I wanted to plan my grandparents 75th wedding anniversary. Martina west helped us from start to finish accommodating our budgets and requests. Everything went off flawlessly during the event. I couldn’t have ask for a better place to honor my grandparents. Martins at Camelot did an excellent job for us. Everything was perfect. No complaints from us or from any of our guests.
Recently had our 25th anniversary at Camelot. This place is beautiful and spacious with plenty of parking. The food and service were excellent. People are still talking about the quantity and quality of the food. The staff were very helpful, professional and cheerful. This is the only venue in this county we would consider using for any future celebrations. Camelot really made our day extra special.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of all of the Martin's employees who were involved with our event. Louis and Tameka who were our event coordinators were spot on with the attention and helpfulness that insured that the wedding reception went off without a hitch.

What can I not say about Camelot by Martins? Our treatment for our wedding reception was top shelf from the beginning, the planning and pricing with Carmen was out of this world. Her planning brought up things we would have never thought about on our own and the selection was abundant. The event was beautiful and people are still talking about the food (crab cakes were the best). We were treated like royalty from the time we arrived to the end, our every need was met without asking. The event speaker kept the event running smoothly and on time like we wanted it to run. I would recommend Camelot to anyone looking for an event with a beautiful ballroom, great food, great staff, and you want to feel good about your overall experience, Camelot by Martins is your place! -

Before signing the contract, Sales Rep. Diane Bosse explained everything and gave me additional information on things I could do to make this event memorable. She worked with me through emails and phone calls. I was given deadline dates when final guest counts and payments were due. We treated each other with mutual respect. Any questions I had I would email her and she responded back to me timely. I was aware of my responsibilities which I believed why everything went smoothly. We chose Martin's Crosswinds to celebrate my parents 30th anniversary and it was phenomenal. It was so special because they had their wedding reception at Martin's Crosswinds thirty years ago, so it only felt right that we gave them that experience again. The Staff beginning with the Event Coordinator to the Banquet Manager and Servers were very professional, efficient, and helpful. Our dinner event was a last-minute gathering of two churches that had just made the decision to merge. This was a special and meaningful time for members of both churches to fellowship together as they moved forward in the merge. We wanted the event to be especially nice, so we chose Martin's West. Martins West has been around for awhile, it's a hidden gem. Martin's West from the beginning, has been accommodating, flexible, professional, and kind to the very end! Sometimes, the professionalism or responsiveness from venues can start to slack as it becomes closer to the event date, but not Martin's West. We did our April wedding (both ceremony and reception) there. Our ceremony was done at their Garden Area. The entire staff that was a part of the planning and wedding day were absolutely great: Teresa (event coordinator), John (rehearsal coordinator), Brent (banquet manager), Ava (bridal hostess), all the waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and front desk receptionists. We wanted to set up our ceremony in the Garden area different than what other couples did in the past. Martin's West was very accommodating and Teresa worked hard to make it happen. She communicated closely with the DJ to make sure it was possible, to make sure the music/sound wouldn't be a problem. I think, if I am not mistaken, Martins West works with DJ Delights (DJ company) In the beginning stages of our wedding planning, Martin's West never pressured us to use them, but asked if were interested. We're glad that we went with them, they sent the best DJ ever. Martin's West being a huge catering company made EVERYTHING so much easier. We literally just worked with ONE vendor (ceremony, reception, food/drinks, cake) so everything and everyone were on the same page. It was CONVENIENT and AFFORDABLE. The food (everyone raved about the crab cake and mashed potatoes), ballroom, garden, and everything else was perfect. -

My event was a fundraiser for our Non profit organization. Martin's staff are trained professionals in hospitality management. Every event includes a "wow" factor in the room décor and appearance of the building. The lights sparkle, the staff are attentive and the sales team are aiming to please and assure your event is a success. Sue Davis is professional, charming, easy to work with, and keeps you on task to assure all information is available to her staff for a great event outcome. No matter if other events are in the building, the maître D and banquet staff make you feel like your event is the most special one in the building.

When planning a corporate event, there are always 101 details that need to be considered. But when I deal with Martin's West, I never have to worry about the venue, the food, and the service, because it's impeccable from start to finish. The menus are extensive and easily customized. The rooms and the set-ups are elegant and polished. And the staff will do anything and everything to make the event as smooth as possible.
If you are in charge of an event where it's imperative that you make a great impression, you cannot go wrong with Martin's West. After every event my organization had at that venue, there were multiple clients who asked about having their own events there. That's some impressive feedback!

Martin's is a class act. They are a high volume operation, but their staff make you feel like your event is the only one on the books. I work for an agency that serves people with disabilities, many of whom attend our annual fundraising gala. We have multiple special dietary needs for our event, even down to pureed food for a couple of our clients. Martin's makes it look easy to serve 400 people the right entree! Their sales and management staff are professional and kind, and obviously well-trained. I would highly recommend trusting Martin's for any event-they make you look good.

Martin's Caterers always gives a good impression to our guests. The staff is always friendly and professional. I love that they make suggestions based on their experiences and help with planning details for any kind of event. -

I had my retirement party at the Camelot by Martins. Absolutely spectacular! The food, the service, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the patience with me, the cooperation, the communication ... every aspect was awesome. My banquet manager Judd was fantastic! I would undoubtedly return to Martins if ever in the need again. -

Our wedding at Martin's West was amazing and everyone had a blast!!
The staff was fantastic! I have even had guests mention to me and my parents how smooth and on point the wait staff and bartenders were. Additionally, we especially would like to mention Ava, John and Bryan. Ava was fabulous!!! She was friendly and always there to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. John and Bryan were extremely helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was awesome as well. Everyone we talked to mentioned how good the crab cakes were.
All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better night!

The quality of service I received from Camelot by Martin's was impeccable. From my initial telephone inquiry for date of event, to planning and scheduling, and then producing the final touches made my 55th birthday celebration an enjoyable and memorable event not only by me but by all attendees. I got rave comments from family & friends. The event manager and banquet manager were on point; I was in very good hands. The food was delicious and event room quite accommodating -- no stuffiness. Thumbs up for a job well done! -

Martins Crosswind went above and beyond to satisfy our Company from the initial phone call to reserve the venue, the meeting with the party planner,our arrival the day of the event. Food was delicious and the room was decorated just as we planned. We were so impressed with the staff everyone was so friendly and attentive to our guest. Our Annual Meeting was a great success! The staff was very professional and able to accommodate our request. The banquet manager was superb. The food was delicious! There is ample parking and reserved parking for VIPs. -

Camelot and entire staff was truly amazing. I had the wedding of my dream and I couldn't have done it without Wincy Williams and Thomas the Banquet manager. They went above and beyond to make sure my day was everything I dreamt of and more. What I found more special than anything was their genuine care for my husband and I. Weddings are so stressful and being a young couple with big dreams, they literally held us by the hand a walked us through it every step of the way. I can't be more grateful. Wincy and Thomas and the entire team at Camelot....WE SAY THANK YOU. I will shout out your name to the entire DMV... Camelot is the best venue. -

The entire staff was very courteous and professional with us as we planned and experienced a wonderful wedding reception at Martin's East. We were greeted with a dedicated event coordinator, Kim, who made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. As promised prior to the wedding, our glasses were never empty and she took care of so many little details. Our guests were very complimentary of Martin's services both during and after the wedding. We are still getting rave revues. We would not hesitate to use Martins again and recommend this group highly! -
