  Great venue for weddings!

  Held my wedding reception here and it was beautiful. Wendy and the rest of the staff were a dream to work with! Wendy promptly responded to all of my questions and stayed around during the reception to make sure everything went smoothly. It was an absolutely lovely event and I highly recommend the Martha as an event venue!

  I had my reception here last week and it was phenomenal! I had the ceremony and reception on different days in different cities and the Martha was so helpful and convenient - all my husband and I had to do for the reception ourselves was show up! The food and decor were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I'm almost sad it's over just because I loved working with them so much!

  The venue itself is beautiful and the staff on hand are great; however, the special events coordinator (who handles every aspect of the wedding) is rather rude and unprofessional. We set a limit for our bar and were told that we would be notified when we reached the limit and we could decide whether or not to keep it open. The morning after the wedding we received a bill for an amount higher than the limit despite not being notified. When confronted she got very defensive and said it was our fault because they had a tough time managing inventory. This was also discerning as the agreement was a per drink basis, not a per bottle. Additionally, every time we spoke with her she was extremely unfriendly. Had we dealt with someone else, this would be a completely different review.
