I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to describing how incredible Marshall was. He captured both our engagement session and our wedding day, and looking back, I honestly can’t imagine going through either milestone without him. From the moment we met him, he had this calm, reassuring presence that made us feel safe and comfortable, something we desperately needed, because we were so nervous about looking awkward in photos. But he never once made us feel that way. Instead, he guided us with such kindness and confidence that we actually enjoyed being in front of the camera. That alone meant the world to us.
On our wedding day, he was there from morning to night, literally every moment, every breath, every tiny detail. He didn’t just take photos; he held space for us on one of the biggest days of our lives. He was always right there when we needed him, whether it was helping us pose, calming our nerves, fixing small things we didn’t even notice, or simply giving us a moment to breathe. He was more than a photographer; he was a grounding presence in the middle of all the chaos and emotion. When we look at our photos now, we feel everything all over again the joy, the nerves, the love, the laughter. He captured our story in a way that feels so real and so us. These aren’t just photos we’ll look at once in a while; they’re treasures we’ll hold onto for the rest of our lives and one day show our children. We are endlessly grateful for him. If you want someone who is not only gifted behind the camera but also genuinely cares about the people in front of it, he is the one. We would choose him a million times over.

We have known since April of 2022 that we wanted Marshall to be our wedding photographer after he captured beautiful photos of our friends on their wedding day. When it was finally our turn, we called Marshall and planned our wedding date around his availability and hired him to capture our intimate family only ceremony, family photos, and portraits. We knew what we were getting into after seeing him in action in 2022 but boy, oh boy, he still managed to WOW us. The day was rainy and the whole thing was outside. Marshall not only kept us calm and made us laugh, but he got straight to work. He got pictures of EVERYTHING. He managed to capture everyone's personalities, including my goofy nephew and my dog, the kids running around, all of the hugs and little moments, like our friends hiding in the background. We didn't give him much to work with in terms of lists or order of events and he got it all. It's been about two weeks since we got the photos and we still haven't stopped looking or talking about them. I am so thankful our friends hired him and introduced us and even more thankful that we hired him to be there for our day. The day was so special for us and we're so happy that Marshall was there to capture it all. Thank you, Marshall, we love you and your work! -

Working with Marshall was such a breeze and as a review-scouring customer myself, believe the hype about this guy!
From start to finish, Marshall was beyond professional, helpful, and accommodating. He had his own brand new set of twins and still made sure everything I wanted for our special day was taken care of. Marshall takes the guesswork out of photography - he knows what you want before you do, his coaching through pictures is fantastic, and his overall sense of humor will make all the smiles in your pictures genuine.
His technical work is beyond compare and there’s quite literally no one I would have trusted with my wedding day besides him. This guy DELIVERS. And you will serve in every single picture. I am beyond impressed with the care and attention to detail he provides (as someone who is really hyper focused on those sorts of things).
When I say I felt my wedding album deserved its own viewing party, I’m not kidding. The biggest thank you to Marshall for perfectly capturing our big day - every picture was simply stunning and I’m obsessed with how they came out.

5 Stars! Highly Recommend
Marshall is an outstanding photographer; he doesn’t just capture everything that’s important, he has a vision and will come up with these insanely creative ideas that lead to such fun and breathtaking shots. Having him as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I both felt nervous and awkward first walking into our engagement session, but Marshall immediately made it fun. On our wedding day, he and his partner were there the entire time. Sometimes they would observe and stick to the background, quietly taking these unexpected shots we didn’t even know were happening. Other times, they would tell us exactly where to look, where to stand, and worked so hard (literally holding the end of my veil up with his chin to get the right angle) to make our photos beautiful. We are so grateful and fortunate to have had him as our wedding photographer – we would highly recommend him and his team to anyone! -

Marshall was a dream wedding day photographer. We couldn't have asked for better. He took the most stunning photos with speed and ease. He made portrait-taking a painless experience. Our bridal parties and families had nothing but positive things to say about their experience with him. Not only did he manage to take our group photos quickly, but they all turned out unbelievably beautiful. He is a master at candid photography and capturing genuine emotion. I feel like I can re-live my wedding day every time I look through our album. We couldn't be happier that we entrusted our wedding photography in Marshall. We could not have asked for better. -

We first found out about Marshall while taking a tour around the beautiful Stroudsmoor Country Inn. His work was beautifully displayed when we first walked in and I was in absolute awe of his work from the get go. After having our first phone call with Marshall and spending the first 30 minutes just laughing and having a pleasant conversation, not even mentioning photography. I knew he was going to be the one we went with no matter the cost. My husband and I are very quiet and reserved when meeting new people. So for Marshall to bring such excitement out of us over our first conference had me convinced. Moving forward with planning was a breeze as he explained everything in great detail and had plenty of different package options to choose from. We ended up with the full day coverage package. Much closer to the wedding date we ended up adding a second photographer as we wanted more opportunities for photos. Marshall was very flexible and brought Mark along for the ride.
Marshall and Mark captured our special day in a way that exceeded all expectations. Their collaborative approach was seamless, and their ability to work together created a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Watching them work together had us in fits of joyous laughter which landed us a lot more photos for us to be happy to look back on. They managed to capture candid moments that perfectly reflect our personalities and the joy of the day. A few inside jokes were formed with Marshall and Mark throughout the day, and some of our favorite photos in our collection are the two of them interacting with guests or just taking goofy photos of each other. These two were so kind to our friends and families that all we heard from guests throughout the night was how amazing the two of them were!!!
The photos are simply stunning. They're natural, beautiful, and timeless. The way they captured the light and the emotions is truly impressive. We're so grateful to have such beautiful memories to cherish for a lifetime. If you're looking for photographers who will not only capture your day but elevate it, look no further than Marshall. We also highly recommend adding on a second photographer as it really added a lot of beautiful photos of our family and guests we may not have gotten if it weren’t for Mark. Best Decision of our Wedding
We hired Marshall almost two full years before our wedding. He was recommended to us from a friend and we are so happy we booked with him.
There is something about Marshall that makes you feel like you've known him for years. He's funny, attentive, and somehow is always in three places at once.
My husband and I are not picture people, being the center of attention was not easy for us, but Marshall was the best hype man. I never felt more beautiful.
On our wedding day, Marshall captured all the classic wedding photos. He caught the tears, belly laughs, reactions from our family and friends, and everything in between. He also listened. We wanted some shots that were a little left of center and boy did he deliver. He even let us bully him into getting in front of the camera for a few shots.
OH! Also, Marshall spends the day with you. Brides--when you pick Marshall, you won't have to pick which 6-8 hour time frame you want photos of. He will get there early and stay til the last person leaves the dance floor. One review doesn't fully do justice to how happy we are. We truly felt like we gained a friend in Marshall.

Marshall is an amazing photographer who captures every moment that’s screams you! Our engagement photo shoot was an amazing location picked by him at the trexler reserve with the best lighting and shading with nothing but the best direction. We were both nervous as we had never really done this type of photo shoot before but Marshall made us feel so comfortable. It was like hanging out with one of your friends while capturing beautiful photos all at the same time. His personality shines through to his amazing work. The enthusiasm and personality carried over to our big day! He was interested in every detail, big or small, and accompanied any change with ease. Throughout our wedding day he was nothing but the best of the best. His direction made the personal one on one pictures and group pictures a breeze and his personality made it a blast! With Marshall you’re not only getting great photos, but you are getting a priceless experience and sense of comfort on your big day. He never made any moment feel like a sears photo shoot. Throughout the night he made sure to capture the special moments and not miss a single thing while also making his presence known on the dance floor! He’s got some moves. Our big day came and went but now we get to reminisce on those moments through the beautiful photos captured by Marshall. What can I say about Marshall except that he’s AWESOME!!! I knew after going through the photos on his website that he was the one! If you’re thinking about booking him for your wedding…do it!! Marshall was the first vendor we booked after securing our wedding date and it was one of the best decisions we had ever made! From our very first consultation meeting with him, he was down to earth and upfront with us about everything. He even customized a package for us that was tailored to what we wanted/needed for our destination wedding! Marshall was communicative throughout the entire wedding planning process and made things super easy for us. He answered all my questions and helped with all the logistics when planning the first look. Neither of us are comfortable in front of the camera, but Marshall made us feel super comfortable from our engagement shoot to the day of the wedding! He would do anything…even jumping in the water fully clothed (sans shoes, of course)…to get the perfect shot! Our wedding day was an absolute dream and Marshall was able to capture all the candid moments/emotions of the entire day so much so that we are taken back to Aruba and relive our wedding day every time we pull out our wedding photos. He got us our photos back in record time and, 1 and a half months later, we are still absolutely obsessed with them! Our biggest problem currently is picking out our favorites because we love all of them lol. Not only is Marshall super talented at what he does, but he is also soooo much fun to be around! We had a great time with Marshall, all our guests LOVED him, and we’re so happy to have also gained a friend! Don’t hesitate to book him as your wedding photographer! You definitely won’t regret it! -

My husband and I picked our wedding venue back in Feb. 2021 and we got married this past Sept. 9, 2022. When planning a wedding, people always tell you “oh it’s so much fun, enjoy it!” Even though planning it was somewhat stressful for me, choosing Marshall as my photographer was probably the easiest decision I made. After picking our venue in Lancaster, PA, and seeing our vendor list, Marshall’s name was one of the bolded in font names, so of course I had to check out his work. Easy enough, as soon as I saw these beautifully lighted and photographed pictures at our venue, especially one of a couple up against the hay barn doors, I was sold. His style is so unique, and he captures such artistic and creative shots, that when you look at them you are like “wow, how did he do that?” Marshall and his team are so undeniably talented and you can tell Marshall has such a good eye for photography. From getting our engagement pictures done, to our wedding day and reception, Marshall made everything so fun and easygoing, I mean what more could you ask for. Even his communication with his clients was on point - always getting back to you in timely manner, super helpful with questions or concerns, etc. One of the perks of having Marshall, also, is that he is all day coverage! No worrying about getting specific shots in time, or those dancing pictures at the reception. Marshall and Mark stayed till the very last song and got all the fun candid shots along the way. Whether it was videoing us screaming “Dear Maria Count Me In” or rockin’ out to My Chemical Romance, Marshall and Mark fit right in to where you would have thought they were guests too! Our bridal party and families raved about Marshall, which made me so happy to hear. I’m glad I went with my gut instinct when choosing Marshall Scott Photography. We had so much fun with him and Mark on our day (with random selfie pictures for proof HAHA), jokes and banter back and forth, and just overall friendship and love for love. Thank you again, Marshall! You are one of a kind! =) -

Best everrr 🤩
We were confident in our decision to book with Marshall from our very first conversation. Planning a micro wedding at an Airbnb left us with a lot of questions that he was able to help us with, as well as help us plan out our timeline for photos and make sure we had enough time to get everything. On the day of, he was able to put us both at ease and help soothe all of the wedding day jitters! He went above and beyond the whole day, he made everything so easy. He was so kind and sweet and he fit right into our families to the point he felt like a guest too. It made grabbing family pictures and capturing little moments from the day so seamless. He made sure he got every. little. thing. We got our pictures back much sooner than expected and they are beyond what we ever could have hoped for. Every time we look through them (which is ALLL THE TIME) we get to relive all of those beautiful moments, and that is irreplaceable. Who you choose to capture your wedding photos is truly something worth investing in. So do yourself a favor and book with Marshall so you can enjoy your super perfect wedding photos always, always, always! 🥰 -

Amazing wedding photographer!
Marshall was hands down the absolute best to work with! He is super personable and so talented. I am so happy that I chose him for our wedding. He was referred to me by my best friend who used him at her wedding, so I got to see him in action and I knew I made the right choice and could not wait for him to capture our wedding.
From the very beginning Marshall was so pleasant, professional, organized, made the entire process so easy for us. He provided a questionnaire to fill out with all the details a few weeks before and had the most helpful guidelines/timelines that I followed and our day ran so smoothly we were ahead of schedule!
The day of the wedding he was on time, followed through with everything I was looking for, and just completely there for me and my husband to make sure he got whatever shots we were looking for.
Marshall stayed up to the very end of the reception getting all those great dance floor shots, and even danced with us. Everyone loved him, my family and friends talked about him for weeks after the wedding how wonderful he was all day and night.
Our final photo gallery is so amazing I think i look at it every day, completely in love with how they all came out, our pictures are phenomenal .There aren't enough words to describe how amazing each and every photo that Marshall took. He was a way of finding the perfect angle, lighting, expressions, and the best candid shots! Will go to any length to get them too!
You will not regret hiring him for your wedding or any event!

I'll cut right to the chase - HIRE HIM! Marshall is extremely talented and has an amazing eye, but that's not the only reason - he's so personable and energetic and he'll bring that energy to every interaction you have with him, making everyone around him feel incredibly at ease. My husband and I had never really had any kind of professional photos taken (together or individually) so we were nervous going into our engagement photo session, but we had an absolute blast and knew that our wedding day would be the same - which it was! Marshall (and his second shooter, Mark) captured so many incredible photos during the wedding day, and they were there in the action from the first moment to the very last moment. So many of our friends and family complimented how they didn't even notice their photos were being taken because Marshall is somehow able to simultaneously have a blast with the guests on the dance floor while also capturing all of the small moments - it's truly something I've never seen with any other photographer, and it's downright incredible and leads to amazing photos. I found Marshall's work on Instagram after we had picked a venue - I was looking for photographers that had shot there before. From the first time I stumbled across his photos, I knew we had to hire him. His work is vibrant, in-the-moment, and really captures the emotions of every single person in attendance, at every moment of your event. He's also extremely professional, and an excellent communicator - from the first moment I contacted him, I always knew that we would be in good hands for our engagement and wedding photographs. We got our entire gallery back in under a month, and that happened even though he got married and went on his own honeymoon in that month!!! Bottom line, as I started off with, if you want the best photographer and photographs, contact Marshall. I've already recommended him to one of my friends (who also hired him!) and I will absolutely continue doing so going forward! -

Years before I hired Marshall for our engagement photos, I knew I wanted him to do it. Marshall has such a calm and conversational energy about him, that taking photos with him feels more like hanging out than acting/posing in front of a camera. It's how he's able to capture such genuine moments with you and your partner, because there's no pressure or even thought about being anything other than yourself. Totally recommend you work with him, and you'll be glad you went with someone who's not just a talented artist, but also a great person. -

So much more than a photographer
I cannot believe I waited so long to post this review (sorry Marshall! life got away from me! Only about 6 months late). Now on to the good stuff.
Full disclosure, I am friends with Marshall’s now fiancé, but that is not how we came to deciding Marshall was not just the right photographer, but ONLY photographer for us. We had already mostly decided to have a destination wedding in Vermont, but I was doing my due diligence and researching venues in the Valley. I happened across a post on Marshall’s website about a venue I was interested in and was like ‘wait, that’s right!’ and proceeded to fill out an inquiry form off of his site. I knew from many hours of looking through his work on his website and Instagram that this was the look I was going for. I had high hopes from knowing his fiancé that I/we would click with Marshall. So we booked him for our engagement photos and man, he did NOT disappoint. This man has boundless energy and not in the cheesy way. In the ultimate hype man way. You can tell he genuinely wants to connect with his couples, because it helps him tell their stories.
While I’m not the world’s most relaxed bride, I definitely did not have a firm idea of what I wanted things to be. I have some vague ideas and a flexible timeline. And Marshall was game, sitting back and watching and just waiting for the right moments to capture. The moments he captured during the first look with my father are some that I will always cherish. During the ceremony, I honestly can’t tell you what he did, because that man is stealthy! But the end result of some of the photos he got… clearly he was running around like a crazy man to get them all, but we never once notice. Mark of a true professional who knows how to get the shot and also blend in. After the ceremony when my husband and I went to take photos of just the two of us, Marshall was more than willing to literally hop in the car, drive around to the other side of the ski resort, walk up the side of a mountain (I’m being dramatic, but I was the one in the dress LOL) and take some really moody shots of us and the fall foliage. Let me tell you, some of my favorite favorite favorite photos! And I absolutely cannot wait to buy a house and get them printed up and hung and see them every single day.
Marshall has a beautiful understanding of the quiet moments. One of my favorite photos of the entire bunch is a shot of my husband and I walking away by ourselves after we finished our pictures with Marshall. It was really the first few moments we had alone as a newly married couple. I was holding up my dress, trying not to fall walking down the hilly gravel path, my husband holding my hand and my bouquet. It’s not all about the loud over the top shots and Marshall knows that.
I cannot recommend Marshall enough. He is a wildly talented photographer with gift for bringing out emotions from the people his is photographing. He’s the ultimate hype man. No one will help draw you out of your introverted shell or dance harder at your wedding to get things moving than this man. No one works harder to capture the love, the laugher, and the happy, as this many. And certainly no one works harder to get you your gallery faster than this man (11 day turn around, ELEVEN DAY TURN AROUND)!! I’m thankful to have him apart of my memories of the day and I’m thankful to now call him a friend! -

Our wedding was last week. Yes, we haven't received our photos yet - because it's only been a week. But we just didn't want to wait any longer to post a review. Marshall Scott and his team were worth every penny that we paid. He handled our engagement photos, so we knew we'd have a great experience, but somehow, he found a way to exceed expectations.
Marshall was easy to work with - he waived fees, he communicated throughout, and showed a genuine level of excitement to be apart of our wedding, almost as if he was a guest rather than a vendor. We've never worked with a vendor that interacted in ways he did. We just loved it. He made us so special.
His payment system is easy to handle. He works with couples, and uses a multiple payment system if needed. That was huge for us as we financed our wedding.
Marshall took 50-100 incredible shots just from our engagement session. And he turned it around in a timeline that we'd never expect.
Marshall's attention to details - both in our engagement photos and in our wedding photos - was impressive. He knows how to position people so that the photos look natural. He captures happiness that few are able to do with a camera.
Marshall spent our entire wedding day with us - from the makeup and hair session with the bridesmaids, to the first look (2 hours before the wedding), to the wedding, to the party. Our party went until 11pm. Marshall and his photographer, Mark, were with us from 1pm until 11pm. To us, that's going above and beyond.
We're so excited to see our photos. Marshall was responsible was creating ideas for the first look and for the group photos after the first look. We trusted him to do that. He was easy to work with when it came to requests, as well. But ultimately, the ideas were all his, and he nailed them.
Marshall Scott was worth every penny. I hope someone is able to capture his biggest life moments for he and his family in the same way he did for us. We would gladly take any phone calls/texts/emails with follow up questions for anyone looking to book Marshall. You'd be crazy not to book him, but don't hesitate to reach out to our yelp profile if you need a further referral.

Hire him!!!
Marshall was incredible to work with! Our original photographer canceled on us last minute, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We found Marshall and fell in love with his portfolio. We knew he would capture the humor and lightness in our wedding day. Even though we didn’t get to meet before the wedding or do engagement photos with him, it felt like we were already friends when our wedding day came. My husband and I are not particularly comfortable in front of the camera, but Marshall did such a wonderful job putting us at ease. All of the photos came out better than we could have imagined. They managed to capture every moment of our day so perfectly. -

Choosing Marshall as our photographer was probably the best decision we made in our whole wedding planning process. From our engagement shoot in the woods (where he was willing to climb into a river to get the sunset shot) to the entire wedding day together, Marshall was calm, enthusiastic, and became a true friend. He immediately put us at ease (he includes the engagement shoot in his package which gave us a great opportunity to get to know each other.) We chose him because his photography style is beautiful, natural, and he seemed to capture the true personalities of his couples in both posed and candid pictures. I apparently made a lot of funny faces during our wedding and Marshall caught them all to show how much fun we were having throughout the day. I told Marshall the one thing I am most self conscious about physically and the photos he took made me feel beautiful and took away all of my self criticism. He captured all of our favorite moments from the day, but was never in the way or invasive. I did not notice him during our ceremony and from the photos you would think he was right next to me. The photos from our dance floor captured our best friends and family truly enjoying themselves and are our favorite memories. Over our year of planning, I would text him ideas and he caught every shot on our list for the day. Having a second shooter was a requirement for me, and his partner was amazing and was always where he needed to be to capture a different vision or angle. Both adjusted to some difficult scenarios: switching to inside due to rain for pre-ceremony photos where the lighting was tricky, and the fireworks photos at the end of the night are GORGEOUS. Some perks were the sneak peeks he sent us the day after the wedding, and the beautiful leather album that we created together. We would hire Marshall again in a heartbeat. He truly has a gift. -

Marshall and his team were such a delight to work with, and we cannot recommend him enough. His demeanor puts you at ease, and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable to get the perfect shots on our wedding day. Not only is he a pleasure to be around but he's also an AMAZING photographer! We love his style and are so happy with our pictures.
When our timeline got altered due to last-minute weather, we had to move our ceremony indoors and were feeling distraught at the chaotic situation, Marshall reminded us of our answer to his question about our favorite memory together as a couple: a vacation night when all of our plans went wrong and we could do nothing but just laugh at the situation. That type of attention to detail and empathetic personality is exactly what we needed in a photographer, and we were so lucky to have him. I don’t even know where to start but long story short, you should hire Marshall! One thing I really appreciate about Marshall’s photography is the authenticity. It’s real. It’s raw. It’s emotional. Every photographer can capture a posed photo but not every photographer can portray the true emotion being felt through a photo, and Marshall can. I had to postpone my wedding a year due to Covid and Marshall was very supportive and understanding through it all which I really appreciated through the difficulties. My wedding package also came with an album. This wasn’t just any album either. I suggest looking it up on his Instagram because it’s truly spectacular quality & something I didn’t think about in this technology era where I figured I would mostly enjoy my photos just on my phone/computer but having a physical copy of some of our favorite photos in such a beautiful leather album is amazing. Professional, creative, timely responses, easy going & truly cares about capturing your special day/whatever it may be to the best of his abilities. -

After getting engaged, I started having actual nightmares about our wedding day and the photographer going MIA, thus leaving my mom to take photos on her iPhone (lol). Clearly, quality photos are extremely important to me. After discovering Marshall & doing our engagement session, I had SO much confidence that he would capture our big day perfectly. He absolutely delivered & we are so ecstatic to have the best photos to look back on and relive every moment for years to come. We would choose him as our wedding photographer over and over again. 10/10 definitely recommend!!! -

We had an amazing experience working with Marshall Scott for our June 2021 wedding! Marshall was extremely professional, responsive, attentive, fun, and kind, and went above and beyond to take the wedding photos of our dreams! Marshall made us feel comfortable throughout the entire day, and moved in such a way that sometimes we couldn’t even tell he was there, even though he was capturing all of our favorite moments! Marshall took shots that were creative, cool, romantic, and beautiful, and made sure that we all had fun during the process! We are so happy with our wedding photos and will treasure them forever. We couldn’t recommend Marshall Scott enough! -

Marshall was one of the photographers at our wedding in 2018 and I just can't say enough about his talent and professionalism, as well as who he is as a person. I got a great report from my husband, his groomsmen and my mother-in-law about how how intentional and thoughtful Marshall was while photographing them getting ready. I had prepared a list of photos for the day, but Marshall knew how to direct us in a way that created such magic. I'll forever be grateful, and look forward to using him many, many more times in the future! -

Marshall was the best for our engagement shoot! He is incredibly dedicated and even had an air cast on and still was excited for our hike. We got our engagement photos within a day!!!! We can’t wait for him to photograph our wedding! -

Where do I begin!
I met Marshall roughly 9 years ago while in college. During those crazy college years, I also happened to meet my husband and (I’m sure you guessed it!) we booked Marshall as our photographer! We still find ourselves reliving our wedding through these photos to this day.
Recently, we had the utmost pleasure of reminiscing on our college days while Marshall captured pictures of us at our local winery in celebration of our upcoming 5-year anniversary. While we felt awkward at first (we never do this type of thing), Marshall made us laugh and created such a relaxed atmosphere we almost forgot he was taking photos! And the photos. I do not have words for how beautiful they are. Marshall got us out of our comfort zone and encouraged us to enjoy the entire session. To Marshall, we weren’t just taking picture – we were making memories. Memories that will live on for years to come!
We have had the pleasure of watching Marshall’s career blossom into an artistic expression of his love for what he does. His professionalism, timeliness, and overall care he puts into his work is unmatched. You can see through his photos that this isn’t just his job; photography is his passion.
As both friends and clients, we highly recommend having Marshall capture your memories!

Absolutely Amazing
My now-husband and I met Marshall at the first bridal show we attended, about a week after getting engaged. I would not consider us the best decision-makers in the world in terms of making a timely decision. With Marshall it was different. Having yet to even book a venue, we locked him down that night, not thinking twice about it. To this day it was the best decision we made for our day. We were engaged for over 2 years waiting for our date (10/10/2020 😂). Marshall checked in during those 2 years and we finally met again for our engagement session. Not being super-photogenic, my now-husband and I were super nervous. As soon as we started shooting, Marshall made sure we were comfortable and we ended up having so much fun!! The photos absolutely reflect that. On the day of our wedding, Marshall was with me all day, calming me down and being one of my "hype people." It truly felt like he was a member of the wedding party and I really appreciated that he genuinely felt like a friend who was just as excited for me as my bridesmaids. A second shooter was with my husband and his guys and they felt the same way about Mark. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about hiring Marshall for our entire wedding experience and would recommend him 1000 times over. We feel extremely lucky to have gained such a great friend and we can't wait until we have more life events to document!! -

Marshall was literally the BEST and most fun photographer I’ve ever been around (and I’ve been to 25 weddings in the last 5 years). He was professional but so much fun. His ability to wrangle a large wedding party and get us to focus to get the shots he needed was outstanding. He was very organized, offered guidance when we needed it, and was very flexible. I wish him all the success in the world on this adventure and I hope his business grows into everything he dreams of! His photos are AMAZING and the personality he brings to the party is everything that a wedding needs!!! He was also very comfortable shooting in any kind situation, including being surrounded by curious goats! -

Our Elopement
OVE LOVE LOVE!!!!
We used Marshall Scott Photography for our elopement. We wanted to capture every part of our ceremony and our day, especially since we didn’t have our family and friends with us to experience it all for themselves.
Marshall got everything!!
He was so professional yet so much fun!! Set us at ease within seconds of meeting him!
We felt so comfortable, it wasn’t like a stranger asking us to pose and us being a little awkward about it. We laughed, we got silly, we drifted into moments of love and seriousness and Marshall captured It all - every mood, every scenery we wanted!
He sent us a “sneak peak” the next day to help us announce that we had eloped! Our full set of pictures were sent within a few day!
I honestly can say enough how pleased we are!
Marshall, thank you so much!! From the bottom of our hearts! These pictures will be our forever memories of our special day and I’m so happy we found you to capture it all for us!!

Marshall is incredible! We have shot with him for a staged photo shoot, as well as our wedding, and the pictures have always looked phenomenal! Marshall is the bomb, man. Marshall was our photographer for our wedding, and my wife and I couldn't have been more satisfied. After a fantastic engagement session, our wedding photos turned out just as great! We had a ton of fun working with him as he was easy to work with, relaxed, not demanding, and excited to capture every unique and intimate moment. I wholeheartedly recommend Marshall!
I was married August 3, 2019 at a spectacular outdoor venue bursting at the seams with greenery. There was acre after acre of lush foliage and I was completely convinced it would all be lost in my photos. This could not be farther from what ended up happening. From the moment my now husband, and I, began interacting with Marshall we were blown away with his kindness, professionalism and knowledge. Within minutes of meeting Marshall it was like we were all old pals just getting together. I do not claim to be photogenic and truly I cannot even claim to be comfortable with my photo being taken, but Marshall was able to meet me where I was at. He made us feel comfortable through a camera lens and did not try to change anything about how we interact as a couple. He was able to draw out genuine emotion from us and it somehow, magically translated into the most breathtaking photos I have ever seen. I was so nervous every step of the way when it came to wedding photos. With Marshall, I had the most amazing experience from beginning to end never doubting his dedication or care for his craft. I have prints from my wedding hanging in the living room and each time I catch a glimpse of them I am grateful all over for meeting Marshall and having him photograph our most special day. I recommend Marshall wholeheartedly to anyone who relates to my story, or just wants stunning photos. I am thankful to now call him a friend! -

Marshall did an outstanding job capturing our wedding day, from start to finish. He is truly an artist, he is so creative and takes even the most ordinary things and makes them look extraordinary.
His pictures literally brought me to tears - I was so surprised with the beautiful pictures of my wedding gown, shoes, our wedding rings - I don't even remember Marshall taking my gown or my shoes and the pictures are just spectacular. Truly art and among my favorite pictures in our gallery!
We were married in December, and we chose to not have a first look which meant that we needed to be on somewhat of a tight schedule after our ceremony to ensure we could catch daylight. Marshall was flexible, patient, and never made us feel anxious or worried about not "having time" to take our pictures. He came with us as we traveled by car and foot from spot to spot to capture as much natural light as we could; our evening photos we took long after the sun went down are absolutely breathtaking,
He is so passionate about his craft and it shines through in his work - he was able to make everyone feel at ease; he captured so much raw emotion from my husband and I, and our guests. Several people asked us after our wedding if we had a photographer, because they hadn't seen a photographer all night - and yet when we saw our photos they were ALL in the pictures!
I would strongly urge you to trust Marshall with your precious engagement, and wedding day photos -I promise he will exceed your expectations! -
