This place not only has breathtaking surroundings and scenery but the staff was wonderful to work with. In their package food and beverages were included. The chef and staff did an amazing job with the food! The wedding planners were amazing to work with and they were so great that it kept the stress down which is key!!! -

User2261332 Sent on 08/08/2015We were extremely happy with MLCC - I made this account specifically for this review. They were extremely professional and worked with us to personalize our wedding reception. We had a multicultural wedding and they were happy to accommodate all of the traditions we wanted to follow - including a 8 hour reception. The food was amazing as well as the service. The bartenders were friendly and made strong drinks, despite it being an open bar. We had a seated dinner with 6 servers that were ready to help out all the time. James, the event coordinator, was attentive and responded to all our emails quickly. On our wedding day, everything went perfectly and according to the plan. I can't say enough about how great they were.
According to my husband, MLCC was flexible, accommodating, helpful, and a fantastic value for money (it was 8 hours open bar and two course platted dinner for 80 people). -

Jeff set up everything so beautifully and there were even little surprises that just made it wonderful. The food was amazing. The service was superb! We could not have asked for a better venue. THANK YOU to Jeff and the team at Marsh Landing!
I have to say we booked this venue way out! so I worked with Erin, Steve and Jeff. It was frustrating with the changes but Jeff fully made up for it all. Jeff was incredibly flexible with the layout of the room and what I wanted. He was also so flexible with my schedule as I was planning this out of town. Steve was a little more set in how it should be but I think this was based on his experience and I appreciated that. However, Jeff really came through and surprised me and my family. He and his staff could not have done a better job! I would recommend anyone to this venue. We managed to use the dining room as well as had ~200 people and it worked out beautifully. -
User856120 Sent on 07/09/2012Do you want a stress free experience when planning your event? Marsh Landing Country Club and it's fine professional staff made it happen for our friends and family. Erin, the event planner, couldn't do enough for us! As one might expect, we had late additions, changes etc. She handled each request with a genuine concern to meet all our expectations. The food that evening was delicious! The staff that attended to us were friendly and efficient. The venue itself was lovely....the sunset over the marsh was breathtaking! We would not hesitate to recommend MMCC to others! -
User2308952 Sent on 09/10/2015This venue is beautiful and at a great location. James, the sales director, is amazing. He is so helpful and has been in the wedding business for a long time. He makes sure that every detail is taken care of so there is no need to hire a wedding coordinator. There is a great room for the grooms to get ready with a bar and card tables in it. The pavilion where ceremonies can take place has a beautiful view. The ballroom is huge and there is plenty that you can do with it. James makes sure that your day is stress free. Out of all the country clubs I researched, this one is definitely the best value! -

The food was fantastic--my husband and I did a tasting about six months before the wedding and knew we had found our wedding reception location after trying the food. The night of the wedding, the food was fantastic, we did a plated meal for 160 people. (filet and mahi) Everyone loved the food and my uncle (a professional chef in NY) could not say one bad thing about the food. The ONLY wedding he has been to and approved of the food.
Steve met with me numerous times to make sure everything was in order prior to the wedding. He was really great with allowing me to bring everything early. However, I will say, there are certain ways he prefers to set up the room and will not give a lot of leeway with where to put the dance floor, etc. I do wish we would have moved the dance floor more to the middle of the room. When we intially booked the venue, Erin was our wedding coordinator. Erin left a few months later and Steve took her place. The switch over was relatively easy, although there were some things we were told by Erin that we would be able to do that Steve was not as open to considering. Although, in the end it worked out perfectly and was beautiful. The only thing I would change is the location of the dance floor.
The linens were provided through Marsh Landing and they were gorgeous. The entire room took my breath away. Everything was decorated as if I had done it myself.
The service was excellent. They had plenty of people working and dinner was served quickly. Steve was great at making sure our dinners were at our table and getting us to our table to eat.
The vendors also complimented Steve and his team. They were helpful and easy to work with, helping to unload and set up anything the vendors needed.
Overall, I would say Marsh Landing is a superb location to throw a wedding reception. The value of Marsh Landing is unbeatable.
