We hired Married Poppins for month-of wedding coordination, and we are so glad we did! Dominique was our lead coordinator and made sure all of our details and vendors were aligned in the weeks leading up to the big day. She was also super flexible in scheduling calls with us, given our nine hour time difference living in Europe.
Dominique was on top of everything leading up to the wedding, and she even accommodated some of our more unorthodox requests, like having a more casual rehearsal on the lawn of our vacation rental instead of up at the mountaintop venue. The big and little touches, like the life-saver "Something Borrowed" closet and the cooler full of drinks and snacks in our ready-room, were so appreciated. Everything on our wedding day went off without a hitch, running smoothly and as-planned thanks to Dominique and her assistant Erica's coordination. We could not be more grateful for Married Poppins' efforts to make our day the absolute best possible! -

More than a Coordinator - Gifted Decorator, Timeline Wizard, People Expert and Clean Up Crew
It’s hard to fully encapsulate how great Bri and her team are at what they do. We were able to hold a 3-day wedding weekend in September 2024 at the Rainbow Lodge which would not have happened so smoothly and so wonderfully if it weren’t for Bri and her assistant, Jessee. From the initial consultation to the event itself, Bri promised to be a calm and confident resource for us as she helped to manage the weekend. She and Jesse absolutely followed through on this commitment and then some! They also enthusiastically participated in our welcome party camp theme. One example which highlights Bri’s commitment to her work is when Bri jumped in to help with my outfit change by tying my shoes to helping with my hair. To me, this shows what a humble and thoughtful person she is, in addition to being a coordinator rockstar. Bri is absolutely excellent at what she does and we could not recommend her more or be more thankful for what she did to make our wedding a resounding success. -

Top-notch coordinator
Bri was truly a gem to work with as our day-of coordinator for our September wedding! From our very first conversation, it was clear that she was the perfect fit for our special day. Her exceptional organization and calm demeanor put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the wedding day, Bri handled all the setup and coordination with confidence and grace, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

We hired Bri to be our day-of/month-of wedding coordinator for our January 2024 Tahoe wedding at Sunnyside Restaurant & Lodge on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, and she was nothing short of fantastic! From initial contact to providing us with a super helpful questionnaire to give her all the details for our big day, Bri was professional, upbeat, enthusiastic, and organized. Once we started handing all of our detailed planning over to her about one month out from our wedding day, we knew that both we and our vendors would be in good hands. Bri put together an excellent day of timeline for wedding party, guests, and vendors, and handled all last minute changes and requests with grace and competence. Come the day of the wedding, she was super fun to work with, too! She left my husband & me feeling like we always had someone in our corner to help move the day along according to our desired timeline but also allowed us to calmly make any last minute changes should the need arise. Our wedding weekend (four days of events at six different locations!) was a dream came true, especially with Bri at our side for three of those venues to keep us calm and on schedule. We couldn't have run our wedding with as much relaxed fun and festivities without her! Thank you so much Bri! -

I was beyond shocked on how organized and easily our wedding day flowed. Every little details from vendors, timelines, and gathering our huge wedding party at their right spots was covered that day. Bri was everywhere I looked and handled everything I couldn’t even think of doing on my wedding day, all while 8 months pregnant in summer heat! She was the best thing we invested on for our wedding and I would do it all over again because of her. There was not one ounce of doubt that everything would work out, even with news that our wedding venue had a risk of closing a week prior to the date. She was already prepared to move the whole event else where and even help us find a new place. I recommend her 10000% over and over again. -

BriAunna was so great to work with for our wedding. She knew our theme and was a great help with bouncing off ideas for decor and even helped create some pieces for us so that it could be one less thing on our plate to prepare. She really went above and beyond in making sure our day was as stress free as possible. I barely saw her throughout the day, but I knew that she was on top of everything that had to be done because no one ever came to me for questions. That’s how you know you have a good coordinator, she took care of the questions so that we could enjoy our day. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator to be there to help with our wedding. I recommended her to friends and family before she moved away from Seattle. if you’re lucky enough to live where she is, I highly recommend her for your events -

Hiring Bri was the best decision we made for our wedding day! She was on top of everything on the wedding day as well as the weeks leading up. Bri is extremely kind, very professional and our families had nothing but positive things to say about her. Without Bri we would not have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did. Do not hesitate to hire her! -

Not only was Bri easy to work with but she went above and beyond. My wedding day wouldn’t have been what it was without Bri and everything she brings to the table. Any issues that arose she took care of before I even knew there was an issue! If I saw an issue she was already on her way to get it done. Bri and her team helped/do everything from decorating, serving food, guest welcoming, and coordination of the whole thing. My expectations were really high since it’s such a special day but Bri seriously went above and beyond. -
