  I was in a mess due to another company losing my order. This company bent over backwards for my daughters wedding and in a timely manner. I was working with them from 500 miles away. They are so pleasant and helpful.

  We rented the ceremony chairs, and 5 tables to go outside, wine glasses, plates and some beverage containers. They were excellent and on time. The supplies looked in good shape. I definitely recommend stopping by their Elm Hill Pike office. We were going to go with the basic white plates but after looking at the basic and seeing the country version we were more than happy to pay the extra 15$ (total) for the nicer ones. The quality was good and everything but the country ones just fit our theme sooo much better. Just to let you know they do not supply a person who stays at the event and does the manual labor. It is just drop off and pick up. Kind of wish I had paid someone to take down and stack the the chairs because my poor uncle was so sweaty afterwards...

  They were great to work with. They were super flexible and helpful. We rented our tents and tables and chairs from them. They came at the time we needed them to, and set it all up for us in a very timely manner. They were always prompt in getting back to us, and super flexible with all the changes we had to make. I would recommend them to anyone needing rentals in the Nashville area.

  They are no longer located in LaVergne but er finding the new location they were very helpful in getting me the chairs I wanted for my ceremony. The rentals were cheap as well!

  As soon as I started to plan I knew that I wanted to use a tent on my parents land. I used Classic Party Rentals for my tent, tables and chairs. Kristen was great. She was very professional and knows her job very well. The only issue I had was a few days before my wedding when they came to set up the tent. The big truck rolled through the exact spot that the tent was going and left huge ruts where people would be walking and dancing. So as the bride I freaked out but Kristen came to my rescue. She called her boss immediatly and he made the grass somehow back to normal before my big day. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I will definetly use them again!!

  Classic worked great with me on everything, they were quick to respond and happy to make suggestions for me. Even when they delivered our tables and chairs the first thing the delivery guy did when he called was tell me congratulations. Had no problems what so ever!

  We had a great experience with this company. They really went out of their way to help meet every last request. We had found out about a week before the wedding that the burlap tablecloths wouldn't be available for the wedding for a reason out of their control. Renny, our salesperson, bent backwards to make it happen. Without her individual attention our wedding day wouldn't have been the same. If you want quality service, go with this company!

  Classic Party Rentals provided us with a beautiful Black and White Dance Floor! It pulled our entire theme together and looked beautiful in pictures! They were detailed in laying the dance floor exactly as we wanted it! Thanks for awesome service!

  These guys were extremely helpful. Although they mostly dealt with the wedding planner, they would actually talk to my mom and I about things (which is what seems logical). I really enjoyed working with them!

  They did a great job and we really appreciate their customer service. The price was most reasonable according to other venders in town. It would be nice if things got labeled so my helpers could know what is what. I already recommended this company to others who are getting married.

  Overall happy. Showed up on time. Charged more for having to carry items up stairs. Hard to get hold of at times. Talked to several different people, wished I would have had one contact. After the wedding there were some glasses missing. They called me everyday for a week to bring a check by for the missing glasses. (it was only $100 but it seemed very unprofessional that they would bother a bride the week after her wedding everyday for such a small amount after she just spent a few thousand) So overall no unhappy but not blown away either. For the same price i would probably go somewhere else.
