We got our wedding bands and my engagement ring from Mark's., and have also had my engagement ring resized and re-dipped in white gold. Their customer service cannot be beaten and my rings are beautiful! I stop in anytime I am in the area for a quick cleaning and they are also prompt, helpful, and courteous. Highly recommend! -

I cannot say enough about how impressed and happy my fiance and I have been with Mark's! Every salesperson is kind, educated and patient. They give you space to find what you think you like and do not pressure you into anything. They know the perfect questions to ask, and really truly will go above and beyond to help you find something you love. They were our first and only stop when looking for rings, we have been to other places since in passing to browse, and we will never make that mistake again. No other jeweler can come close to providing the customer service and experience that Mark's does! If you need something custom, ask for Liz, she is AMAZING and can literally create anything you could ever dream of. -

Alyssa Sent on 03/08/2018My fiance bought my engagement ring there and later we bought our wedding rings there during an expo. The workers there are always extremely accommodating and won't pressure you into making a purchase or buying something you're not completely in love with. Every time we have been there, a salesperson has warmly and promptly welcomed us and helped us with whatever we have needed. They also provide a ring cleaning service that they offer without me asking every time I visit! Even during the expo when many of the workers were busy trying to help everyone, we had no issue with the wait time as there hardly was one with how quick they were to have someone ready to assist us. The whole time, the salespeople were patient and willing to answer any question we had, making sure we left satisfied and not trying to rush us out of there. I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for all your help! -

User1608009 Sent on 05/05/2014We bought my engagement ring (after searching on the internet and in person for months) and then our wedding rings at Marks. ASK FOR DONNA OR DIONNA. These two wonderful ladies are great to work with. Such lovely, professional dispositions and great knowledge of jewelry and gems. There is no hard sell with them, they are completely genuine and never talk you in or out of anything. My engagement ring came from Gabriel & Co., whose rings they don't normally stock, but Marks was able to get it for me. I also ordered the matching band through them, and received a discount. They give you service for life with these rings, which is great. My husband's ring was very nice as well. We had shopped around other places but decided to go with Marks. What can I say about selecting a jeweler? If a shop is empty, that's a sign. Marks was always buzzing -- people dropping off or picking up repairs, shopping for gifts, shopping for engagement or wedding rings. They do excellent repairs and cleanings -- I've brought a lot of my other jewelry to them. By the time of the wedding, it was like Donna and Dionna (who had both helped us) had made the journey with me. Trust Marks with your important purchases and for beautiful gifts as well.

Everyday I look at my hand and marvel at the work they did. I am looking forward to purchasing my wedding band within the next few months, as well as my fiance's. I buy all of my jewelry through this great company. -
User1425143 Sent on 11/06/2013My ring was beautifully designed by my husband without me knowing. It was unique and well crafted. They saved the information, so designing my wedding band was very easy. They re-rhodiumed my ring the day before my wedding while I waited so I didn't have to leave my ring behind. I also had the rings soldered after the wedding while I waited so I didn't have to leave them behind. The experience is alwasy quick and hassle free. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Alyssum Sent on 02/26/2014Marks Jewelers was great to work with to design my wedding band. They created a beautiful platinum setting using diamonds from my MIL's ring. Unfortunately, three years later, I had an issue with stones coming loose (I even lost one). Because I had since moved out of state, I had my local jeweler do the repair for me. The second time it happened, I contacted Marks and Katie provided me with FedEx service so they could inspect my ring. Katie promptly informed me that they would like to remake the ring with new metal and a slightly different setting to resolve the problem. Six weeks later, I am looking at my beautiful wedding band! They turned a big disappointment into a memorable customer service experience. -

They listen to what you are looking for and show you multiple options to choose from. They also clean my ring every time I'm in there, without me asking for it! My engagement ring and now my wedding band are both stunning and match wonderfully, thanks to their expertise. If you are looking for a local, quality jeweler that make you feel as if you are their only customer, Mark's is the place to go!
