Mark was easy to work with, and we got really wonderful wedding photos. He is funny and makes you smile with his jokes if you're a little camera shy like me. He can direct a big wedding party and get the pics done in an efficient manner. We got some previews really soon after the wedding and then all of them with a great turnaround time on a thumb drive. Super high quality that printed wonderfully. -

Beautiful work!
My husband and I are so pleased with the beautiful pictures Mark captured on our wedding day in February! We did not get to meet Mark before the wedding because we live in CO and were unable to get back to NH before the wedding; however, from the first phone call we knew we wanted to book Mark for our wedding. Mark is responsive, fun, and very easy going. Our venue was a new location for Mark to shoot at, yet you wouldn’t believe it with how amazing our pictures came out. His direction and staging on the fly was fantastic! He had the entire wedding party laughing, which helped relax everyone in front of the camera. We received our sneak peeks literally the day after our wedding, which is crazy! Not even 2 weeks later our entire wedding album was available online for us to view. Since sharing our pictures with family and friends we’ve been complimented on how beautiful our pictures came out countless times. Thank you Mark for capturing such wonderful pictures from a very special day!! If you’re looking for a photographer who knows his stuff, will capture your day exactly how it looked (no weird filters, but true to life colors!), and will have you at ease throughout the entire process then Mark is your guy! -

Amazing and Communicative Photographer
Working with Mark was great! He was by far the most communicative vendor we worked with from start to finish. He sent us three separate sneak peeks of our wedding pictures, with the first being on the wedding night! He delivered a ton of amazing pictures and did a great job capturing the love of a very non-photogenic couple. The wedding album he made us was as beautiful. We have nothing but good things to say about Mark. -

Mark was a lot of fun to work with. We are delighted we did our engagement shoot with him and had an opportunity to meet and work with him before our wedding. It made our wedding day feel much more personal. Mark reached out exactly when he said he would for all the touch-points leading up to our wedding. He was on time, prepared, energetic, funny, and most importantly, he is a great photographer!! Mark has a process for capturing all of the formal photos after the ceremony that works without having to create a "shot list" to send to him before. He managed to photograph the various groupings of the important people in our lives and did it quickly so we could start celebrating with our guests.

Mark is amazing. You cannot beat the value of the services he provides. He is easy to work with and communicative during the planning process. As for our photos, they are incredible! I have received so many compliments on them as well as Marks ability to hustle around getting pictures at the wedding. “That guy was everywhere!” people said. Mark knows just how to pose people and where to get the best photos. He is also hilarious and fun! Highly highly recommend. -

So impressed by Mark’s work for both the engagement session and wedding photos. He was very attentive, gave his professional opinion/suggestion on what would look amazing for poses and locations, and made sure he captured everything we were looking for. Our wedding day was rainy and cold, and he made sure to get all the photos, inside and outside, even with the crappy weather outside. I’m so glad we went with Mark. He lessened the stress of the day, and we had total confidence in him from day one at our introductory meeting. -

Awesome photos, we loved working with Mark!
We are so happy we chose Mark to photograph our wedding! From the get go, Mark was very responsive and professional. When we had any questions throughout the process, he was always super quick to respond. On the day of the wedding he was great at making sure everything flowed smoothly, which helped make our wedding day less stressful for us.
Mark also did a wonderful job at making everyone feel super comfortable in front of the camera! He has a funny and down to earth personality and if you felt even a little bit uncomfortable- he would crack a joke (which really helped loosen people up and get some great authentic smiles!)
He was also great at directing people who may not really know how pose in front of a camera and also was great at capturing so many amazing candid shots of our loved ones! We highly recommend Mark if you want some amazing photographs to look back on for years to come! -

Mark is amazing! He is a very nice and professional. I am camera-shy and was nervous about the engagement pictures and wedding, but he was able to help me relax in front of the camera. Truly amazing
Mark did an amazing job. He worked with us when we had to move our date due to COVID. We had so much fun when we did our engagement shoot and at our wedding. Mark at MRD Photography did a lovely job for our engagement photos and wedding day! The pictures came out beautiful and really captured our special moment. He was reliable, responsive ,easy to work with and was very reasonable. Most photographers do not include prints and photo albums, the package I got through Mark included the digital copies, 2 beautiful leather albums as well as additional professional prints. After many hours of research and interviews with many photographers we chose to move forward with Mark Ducharme and we are so glad we did. The entire experience from the engagement pictures where Mark introduces you to his style and gets to know you personally to the amazing experience he provides on the wedding day where he is there to catch every magical moment with his trained eye sets Mark apart from any other photographer. He worked harder than any vendor and by the end of the process becomes like an old friend. The value that Mark brings to the experience far exceeds his cost. He doesn't just take the picture he captures the moment with the appropriate lighting or the perfect back drop. Mark works with extreme passion as if he is taking pictures for his own daughter wedding, refusing to take a less than perfect shot. Out of all the vendors we had for our wedding this was the only review I wrote because we valued his work so much and he deserves all the praise. I can't stress enough how perfect the entire experience was. Mark is truly an artist. -

Having a great photographer really elevates the experience of the wedding day, and the memories you get to enjoy thereafter. Mark was wonderful and easy to work with. We opted for a package that included an engagement shoot, which took place at a handful of locations in NH, and helped us get to know Mark and be ready and relaxed for the wedding day. Our wedding photos are above and beyond! We had a smaller wedding, so we are fortunate to have gorgeous photos of every person in attendance, as well as perfectly-captured images of every moment of the day. His attention to detail and ability to see people's personalities shine through is remarkable. We received some great photos right after the wedding, and a full set on a thumb drive within a few weeks. We plan to see Mark again in future for family portraits. Don't hesitate in hiring Mark for your important occasions. -

My husband James and I loved working with Mark - and his photos speak for themselves! He works and will stop at nothing to get you the perfect shots (check out our photo in his collection - we are the nighttime shot on the dock in front of the bridge in Portsmouth!). He has a quirky personality which matched with us perfectly and was able to bond with my husband over their shared love for Star Wars. He was fun, professional, and easy to work with, getting the shots that we wanted and the shots that he knew would be great - such as the aforementioned bridge shot! We highly recommend Mark! And if you do decide to go with him - trust him 100% on any shots he suggests! We are so glad we did! -

Such a great experience
My husband and I were highly impressed with the photos that captured our beautiful day. We couldn't be happier with how the photos came out from both days. He went along with our quirky sense of humor (while also making sure that we ended up with a few romantic shots as well!). Our wedding photos were edited and sent to us within the promised time frame. His great sense of humor helped to lighten the mood (and calm our nerves) and he did a great job of communicating throughout the whole process.

Mark was easy to talk to, responsive, provided a good variety of affordable package options and to top it off was just fun to work with. From our engagement photos to our wedding he provided an enjoyable experience, gave us wonderful suggestions and was extremely pleasant with our wedding party, family and guests. Mark captured so many priceless moments and yet we barely even knew he was there! Our guests enjoyed his personality and he made everyone excited to have their picture taken (even the kids!)! We love the moments he captured on film and his original look at our special day. The pictures he took are just beautiful and will help us keep these precious memories close.
