I used a coordinator through the Mario Tricoci bridal department. It was incredibly easy and provided a nice timeline for all of my bridesmaids, moms, everyone that got ready with me - about 15 women. Micaela did my airbrush makeup and it was sooooo beautiful - I told her I wanted to look beautifully natural and she knew exactly how to do that. The makeup stayed on all day and night, through sweating in the heat, dancing, crying, photos, etc. Kara did my hair and I can't say enough incredible things about it. I had my trial the day before (not recommended lol) the day of it was straight out of a bridal catalog! I have fine hair and she made it look like I had tons of it and so elegant. The hair stayed up all night - I actually was sad to take it down at 3:30am because I wanted to wear it for another day. I had a head band with a bit of pouf, lots of curls and a low bun.

Everyone else that got ready looked spectacular as well and I want to send a shout out to the entire team over there! From the color department - Jen and Kristen to everyone that did updo's the day of. THANK you for making all of us look beautiful!

I chose this Mario Tricoci for my bridal hair and make-up because they did not require a trial and they were near my venue (Pinstripes). They were very accommodating with my appointment, that I had to change the time for due to my bridal party and keep in regular contact to make sure I didn't have any questions. The price was very competitive compared to other bridal beauty options in the area. During my appointment, my stylists were very professional and were able to match what I wanted and my personality. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who wants bridal beauty services at a high quality but with low maintenance.

My bridal party went to Mario Tricoci for hair and makeup the morning of my wedding. We received great service. My bridal updo was done by Faith my airbrush makeup was done by Makayla. They were both very friendly and they are great at what they do. They made me look fantastic! I received numerous compliments and would highly recommend them!

My hairstyles and makeup artist did an amazing job with my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids hair and makeup. We love Tricoci!!!!

I had my no chip manicure done the day before my wedding. It lasted a good three weeks without ANY chips or cracks. It definitely made my nails look great on my honeymoon :)

My maid of honor and I decided to get our hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding at the Mario Tricoci location in Orland Park. We had plenty of options to choose from for our appointment times, they were very accommodating. When we arrived, they were so busy- a typically Saturday morning- but we got to our stylists within a few minutes. Jill did both of our makeup and did an amazing job!! She incorporated our own style as well as making us look extra amazing for this special day. The girls that did our hair also did amazing jobs. I just told her I wanted my hair half up and half down with enough hair to pin a veil in. What she came up with was simply beautiful! I could not have asked for a better salon to go to. They are super professional and will make sure you leave satisfied and ready to enjoy your big day!

Mario did an excellent job on myself, my mom and all of my bridesmaids. We all had our hair and makeup done the morning of my wedding. They were prompt and did a beautiful job. They are a bit pricey but worth it for my special day!

All of my bridesmaids and I (8 people total) got updos at Mario's the morning of my wedding. Everyone's hair looked great! We were each able to have our own stylist so that the whole process was only supposed to take 1 hour! Unfortunately, one of the stylists was injured right before my wedding, so we were short a stylist, but they were able to fit one of my girls in a little earlier, and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was still ready in plenty of time! :)

I had my hair done by my long time (8+ years) hair dresser, Tiffany, who works at the Mario Tricoci in Bloomingdale, IL. She is a genius. For cuts, updo's, etc. I just bring her a picture and she never disappoints! My only complaint would be the cost (set by the salon, not her) for the trial and day of updo cost $180, kind of expensive. My make-up artist was Kennedy, recommended by Tiffany.

I would 100% recommend Tiffany for cuts or updo's. She's great!

I booked hair and makeup for me and my bridal party a month and a half or two in advance. They were able to get us all in, but we didn't get to sit next to each other at any point. The waiting area is nice and tranquil, they let you bring in snacks, no alcohol. Marleigh and Janice were FANTASTIC! They made me look and feel so special on that special day! Not sure who was 'in charge' of our appointment, but we got a great team. My name was misspelled a few times going back and forth on email, but other than that, the ones who booked the appointment did a great job at accommodating my requests. I didn't end up using any of the makeup that they sell you on to get the makeup service for free, but all in all, I am very satisfied. My bridesmaids all loved their hairstylists and make up artists, and we had a great time, looking FAB!

I actually scheduled my bridal hair and makeup with them a little late, maybe a month-6 weeks before, because I had made previous arrangements with another salon earlier that had fallen through. Mario Tricoci was able to schedule all the appointments I needed for myself(hair & makeup), my step-mother(hair & makeup) and for the my bridesmaids(hair), and do a trial hair and makeup for me. Trying to get in contact with the wedding coordinator was sometimes a bit hit or miss, but I felt very well taken care of. Plus, they send out confirmation emails, so you have something you can refer to if you have basic questions. The day of the wedding everyone looked great! I couldn't have been happier with how everyone's hair and makeup turned out! I had provided a picture for the bridesmaids hair and each stylist did an amazing job of taking the hair style, making it unique to flatter the person's face, but keeping it true to the picture. I was blown away with how great each person's hair looked! I absolutely loved the way I looked that day! It's probably the most beautiful I have ever felt. I had wonderful hair and makeup artists who really knew what they were doing. The only thing was it took a little extra time to get my party done due to a very late arrival of a previous bride, but that's not really their fault. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Mario Tricoci. It was really a God send that the other salon flaked on me.

Gabriella and Soto are absolute rockstars!! Gabriella did my hair for a trial and for my wedding day and Soto did my airbrushed makeup for a trial and wedding day. They both did a great job initially and then listened to what worked and what didn't with my trial to make it PERFECT on my wedding day. The only reason the salon loses a star for professionalism is that the ladies who book appointments at their front desk were annoying to speak to on the phone and ultimately changed my reservation with Soto for my wedding day to someone else. Luckily, when I called to confirm appointments for my mother and bridesmaid, the woman who answered my call that day at the front desk of the Oak Brook shop told me for all bridal needs, i had to speak to the bridal consultant. Well, I wish I knew that sooner. The bridal consultant noticed that my appointment was no longer with Soto and she fixed it for me right away.

They also accomodated my friends and I nicely for a mani/pedi session before the wedding. Just make sure you do everything through a bridal consultant.

My entire bridal party, mother of the bride and myself had appointments for both hair and make-up for the day of the wedding. Everyone looked wonderful for pictures!
The bridal consultant kept in constant contact with me via email to let me know appointment times for everyone. She accommodated switches in times between bridal party members. On the day of the wedding, one bridesmaid who was staying at a nearby hotel which had a fire early that morning, called to say that she would not be able to make it to her appointment. The staff worked it out so that she could come in later and still make it on time for pictures.
They are a bit pricey, but well worth it!!!!!

They switched up the time day off because someone was running late and it is not cheap but the end result was FANTASTIC!

I've been going to Mario Tricoci for over 10 years.
I had Karli do my make-up, she does GREAT work.
My original hairstylist, who will remain nameless was over an hour late showing up to my bridal hair appointment and I ended up asking for somebody else do take care of me b/c we were going to be so late.
Grace took care of my hair and she did a great job...I would highly recommend her to anybody!

I went to the location in Willowbrook and booked with Shannan for my updo. I cannot rave enough. I got a free consultation appointment which was very nice and reduced some of the stress on the day of. She was an absolute perfectionist and had every hair perfectly in place (and it stayed in place all night long!). I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know. People in the salon and at my wedding only had positive things to say about my hair and I couldn't have been more pleased. Book Shannan and you will not be disappointed!

Myself and my whole bridal party got hair and makeup done at Mario Tricoci for the wedding. The booking process was more intensive than it needed to be because the girl that was coordinating the schedule kept making changes for no apparent reason. There were certain people that needed to be first thing and others that needed to be later. Once the scheduling was worked out, the people at the salon were amazing. Shelly who did my bridal updo was a rockstar. My hairpiece broke when i got to the salon but she was able get creative and fix it. I was able to still wear it all day and no one even knew it was broken.

I used Mario Tricoci in Oak Brook for my wedding. Let me start by saying that my whole bridal party had hair and make-up done, and at the end of the night everyone still looked great! Joanna did my hair, and she was wonderful! I loved my hair and I have no complaints about that. Scheduling appointments, however, is not the best. The bridal department is self-contained, so anytime you have a question or need to change a service, you can't call their main line. They will connect you to the "bridal" which 9 times out of 10 means you leave a message and wait for someone to get back to you. This was particularly frustrating when I was waiting for appointments to get booked, or trying to give my deposit, and could NEVER get a hold of anyone. They will email with you, but usually that is a wait 24 hours for a response. I also feel they are over priced, and a bridal up-do/make-up costs a good $20 more (per service) even though you aren't getting anything extra as the bride. A trial is also not included for either service.
