We can’t recommend Nitty highly enough. She was a real partner throughout planning, from helping us think through venue selection to being involved in the decisions that shaped our day. She was also great with our families. She took the time to walk our parents through how wedding ceremonies typically work in the States, which helped them feel comfortable and included.
She was thoughtful about our budget. Instead of just tracking numbers, she gave us honest advice about where it was worth spending and where we could cut back, and that made a real difference.
Close to the big day, some circumstances outside our control forced us to reorganize major of the wedding, which turned into far more work than anyone planned for. She stepped up, worked closely with us, and took care of a long list of things so we didn’t have to.
It all paid off on the day itself. Her coordination was excellent. She was organized, on top of every detail, and impossible to rattle. Any time something stressful came up, one conversation with her put us at ease. We trusted her completely, and because of that we could actually be present and enjoy our wedding.

We hired Marigold Wedding Planners for wedding management and planning services for our celebrations, and they did a wonderful job. Nitty was always reachable, attentive, and offered thoughtful vendor recommendations that suited our needs perfectly.
Her photography and videography team, The Shooting Stars, captured our events beautifully, and our caterer A2B delivered exactly what we were hoping for. She also connected us with an excellent lead for South Indian musical accompaniment, which added a meaningful touch to the day.
Nitty is organized, steady, and great at keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Thanks to her coordination, the events flowed seamlessly and we were able to truly enjoy the celebrations. We are grateful for her support and would happily recommend Marigold Wedding Planners.

Nitty and her team made our wedding an absolute success. From the very beginning, she listened to all of our concerns, and responded to them always in a timely fashion. She allowed us to execute our vision, and provided great insight and feedback, from the many weddings she has helped execute in the past.
Additionally, she ensured that we stayed on a timeline to allow the planning to occur far enough in advance to reduce unnecessary stress in the planning process. Her vast experience in the field also provides her with connections with many trusted vendors across the industry, and she served as a great interlocutor between us and vendors when issues arose, always advocating on our behalf for our vision.
When it came to the wedding day itself, she and her team removed all stress from the execution of the day. She kept not only us, but the guests and the other vendors at the venue on time and in a flawless manner. It was a stress-free and amazing day for both ourselves and all of our guests. The worst part of the wedding being over is not being able to work with her any further. It has an absolute pleasure to work with her throughout the 18 months, and cannot recommend her enough! -

We brought on Nitty and her team in the wedding planning process with 4 months to book almost all of our vendors. We hired her for the planning process as well as day of coordination for our South Indian Wedding Ceremony and Reception.
We knew she was the one for us from day one. Her composure and methodical approach from the intro call to the day of the wedding ensured us we were on the right path and that everything was being attended to. She had a lot of advice along the way and gave us suggestions when we asked, but also allowed us to craft the day in the way we envisioned. Through regular meetings and update calls, she helped us keep track of the short-term goals. In addition to the planning process, she was able to navigate the unpredictable issues that popped up and required attention. The day of events was so seamless and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! -

Nitty & her team helped us plan our DREAM wedding in June 2023. From our very first phone call 1.5 years before our wedding, till the week of actual festivities, Nitty helped us with planning every detail of our wedding -- venue search, vendor selection, pricing out our menus, decor, timeline/flow of the weekend, and so much more. She has amazing vendor relationships that helped us make our wedding vision come true. We had a great experience working with Nitty and her team. She helped us hone in on how we wanted our Mehndi/Sangeet, Hindu wedding ceremony, American wedding ceremony, and reception to feel for our guests and us. Her existing relationships with vendors benefited us immensely. She had great recommendations, and each day went perfectly! During the planning process, Nitty was always available to answer our questions or help us make decisions. She is calm and organized, and that always put us at ease. She took the time to truly understand how we wanted the big day to go and what our type of style was. I am not exaggerating when I say Nitty and her team made our wedding. We gave them a vision of what we wanted, and then gave them the freedom to use their creativity and judgement for how to best execute that vision. And did they ever execute! She gave us a wedding more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever imagined.
Every step of the process - from the initial meeting, to the planning communications, to the day of the wedding - Nitty was a joy to work with. She offered guidance and advice every step of the way (even if it was unrelated to her work!) and went well beyond our expectations. She has an obvious love and passion for her work and was constantly updating us on the newest trends or ideas she had. And she worked so easily within our budget, never pushing us beyond our means.

She was incredibly organized, kept everything on schedule, and coordinated the crowd with confidence and ease. Leading up to the wedding, there were a few moments where communication could have been clearer and more proactive. We also didn’t get the chance to meet in person as often as we expected, which would have helped build a stronger connection. At times, some details felt a bit last-minute, but to her credit, everything came together beautifully on the big day.
Overall, she did a great job executing our vision and making sure the day flowed as planned. We’re thankful for her support and dedication, especially when it mattered most!
