  Bridal accessories

  Working with Maggie was such a delight! I looked all over for someone who could help me customize my dress with not a ton of time. I wanted a custom veil and over skirt to go with my dress. She helped me come up with a vision and was so flexible and sweet to work with. She has such an artistic eye and was even able to incorporate some pieces from my mother’s dress! So fabulous and talented, and at a very fair price! So will recommend her to every bride I know!

  Amazing service

  I came to Maggie for last minute alterations on my wedding dress. She fit me into her schedule, was extremely calm and reassuring and had great solutions to the problems I was having with the dress. Her work was extremely well done. I wish I could hire Maggie for all my alterations.

  She really knows what she's doing and you can tell by watching her work. I am not worried at all about how my dress will turn out. Thats how I know I picked a great seamstress.

  I have never been one of those women who enjoy shopping or trying on clothes so I was originally planning on getting "just something" to wear for my wedding that wouldn't require a lot of thought or effort. However, Maggie was wonderful in guiding me through the process and making the whole thing a lot of fun. My dress was beautiful and really reflected my tastes and personality. I would definitively recommend Maggie to anyone who wants a timeless and unique dress for a special day.

  Maggie was great to work with and created a beautiful wedding dress for me! It was great to collaborate with her on the design, shop for the perfect fabric and overall to have a dress custom-made for me. It was an unforgettable experience that I would recommend to anyone, especially or a wedding or another special occasion! I have recommended Maggie to others and will continue to do so!

  Lost my daughters wedding dress

  This woman lost my daughters wedding dress. We showed up to her second fitting and she said she left it at home. We rescheduled for a week later, showed up, and she said she had lost it! WHAT? HOW? It was so horrible.

  That was as awful for me as for you... I had just purchased a new suv with automatic closing tailgate after someone had run into me and totaled my car. I was not used to it and somehow the back opened up on the way to my Centennial studio for the fitting. Once I noticed it, I went back to find the gown and it was gone! You can’t make this stuff up! I fully reimbursed you for not only the cost of the dress, but for the alterations as well. I don’t know how else to make it up to you. I certainly didn’t intend to go out that day and lose the gown! I have many happy brides and I feel awful that you’re not among them! I work very hard to do a great job!

  Do not use

  If I could give Marie-Margot Bridal Couture 0 stars, I would. Similar to the review from 5 months ago, she ruined my dress and I now have to spend hundreds more to fix it. My first appointment after dropping the dress off with her, she rescheduled because she had a "stomach bug." After rescheduling that appointment to a few weeks later, she hadn't even started working on my dress when I showed up. During the appointment she started cutting up my dress muttering phrases like "uh oh..." and "whoops." At one point, she thought she put the corset in the dress inside out.... She then told me that she's more surprised than anybody when she actually does something correctly when making alterations.
  The second appointment, I showed up and her response was that my dress was at her house so we would need to reschedule the appointment. So, we rescheduled for the following week. The following week appointment time arrived and she told me she had gotten into a car accident and couldn't meet at her regular studio and needed to meet at her other location. Her other location is just her house so I showed up to that and she STILL was not done working on the dress even though we had discussed the fact that I had expected to take it home the week before. I spent 45 minutes waiting at her house for her to finish working on my dress. I spent hundreds of dollars for her to make the dress fit me and it still did not by the end. Side note, she told me that if any beads fall off of a dress while she's working on it, she just picks them up and saves them for later instead of putting them back on the dress correctly.
  Horrible experience and I don't recommend her to anybody. Definitely DO NOT GO TO HER even if the dress store next door recommends.

  Dawn, I was so surprised to see this review from you. When you picked up the dress, you signed a form that said you had inspected the dress, it fit perfectly and you were happy with it. What changed from that day, May 23, until now? If you had come to me with the problem, I could have cleared it up, but I had no idea you were dissatisfied. How can I know unless you tell me in time to offer a remedy? I have hundreds of satisfied (and very happy) brides and I'm sorry you didn't give me the opportunity to fix the problem with your gown.
