I said Yes to the dress!!

I never expected to find the dress after visiting just one bridal shop, but that’s exactly what happened. From the moment I walked into Marie Gabriel Couture, the stylist took the time to listen carefully to my preferences, pulling beautiful gowns based on what I liked. Even though the first few dresses weren’t quite right, she encouraged me to share more about what I did and didn’t love about each one.

That’s when Young, the Owner, stepped in and pulled a gown I never would have considered on my own. But the second I put it on, I knew it was the one. Young’s expertise and intuition are truly unmatched, and I’m so grateful for her guidance in finding the wedding dress of my dreams. The alterations process was equally smooth, and I felt completely taken care of every step of the way.

On my wedding day, I felt absolutely stunning, and the compliments on my dress were overwhelming! A huge thank you to Marie Gabriel Couture and Young for making this entire experience effortless and unforgettable!

Words are not enough!

My dress and veil were amazing. Throughout my entire process with my stylist, I felt like she really cared what I thought and tried to provide options within my budget. My whole experience was amazing and I received so many compliments on my dress!

A dream come true

Mariah was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever trying on wedding gowns, and she went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress! She was so nice and considerate of every detail and opinion I had. Every dress she pulled for me was GORGEOUS and exactly what I wanted. She made my experience so great. So happy I walked away with my dream dress!!!

Excellent Service, Beautiful Dress

The stylist that helped me, Maria, was very attentive during my appointment, and listened very well to what I wanted from my dress, and selected many great options for me to try, including the dress I ended up picking.

I did not use Marie Gabriel for alterations, as I live out-of-state, but they were very attentive when I was picking up my dress - helping me to try it on with the veil and show it to the women with me.

Found me the perfect dress!

I had a great experience here shopping for dresses. My consultant (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name!), was mindful of my budget and encouraged me to try on lots of different styles. The style I thought I wanted ended up not being the dress I got; however, the dress I got was perfect for me. It just felt right! I'm glad my consultant encouraged me to try a lot of different things, and ultimately she helped me find a dress that looked like it was made for me. It was absolutely beautiful! I definitely recommend this shop if you're looking for a dress.

She made me love me.

First of all I met Leila at a bridal show and from the moment I met her (even though I was not really engaged) I knew she would either make my dress or alter my dress. 2 years later, it was finally time to hire her and I felt like she saw me how I saw me and was going to do anything she could to make me feel beautiful in my dress. Although it wasn’t a custom creation, the alterations were 1000% unique to me. She replaced the bra cups and adjusted a LACE bodice to fit my curves perfectly. Not only did she ensure I FELT good, she maintained the integrity of my dress. “No beads were crushed in the alteration of this dress”. She taught me how to get in my dress, she taught my MOH how to bustle (clear buttons & loops btw, GENIUS!), and how to walk down the aisle like a queen in my dress! Coming from a person who doesn’t necessarily like the way I look, I didn’t think twice about how I looked in my dress this weekend, and I owe it all in Leila. Thank you, angel! Yes to My Dress

I had been to a few other dress shops and did not find "the one" until I went here! A wide variety of choices and the staff was great helping to direct me into a dress that was flattering for my body type. I went in thinking I wanted a certain kind of dress, but came out with the dress of my dreams and it wasn't what I thought it would be! Great experience!

Your Personal "Say Yes to the Dress"

Most amazing dress shop! I always thought I would have to travel out to New York to get a dress from one of my favorite designers until I stumbled upon Marie Gabriel. All couture brides in Indy should go here first! It is a beautiful, family owned shop that has everything couture brides dream of! And everyone working there is absolutely wonderful! They do not rush you or time you or make you feel like you need to make a decision in a few minutes. I spent three hours trying on dresses and bonding with the consultant before I realized what time it was. If you love "Say Yes to the Dress," you have to go here!!!

The BEST experience

I loved my experience at Marie Gabriel Couture. Kayla was helpful, easy to talk to and attentive! We talked over wedding details, and she walked my mother, future mother in law and I around the store to look at options/different dress types! This was frowned upon at other bridal boutiques I have went to. Everyone was very helpful! At one point Kayla was fixing my hair and another stylist was pinning my dress in the front! I truly feel like these girls are passionate about their jobs and want you to find the dress you love!!

Amazing experience; wonderful stylists AND dresses!

Several people recommended Marie Gabriel -and for good reason! I had a wonderful experience here, from initial correspondence in setting up an appointment to the appointment itself. My stylist Lauren was so friendly and helpful, and caught on so quickly to the style and vision I had for my dress. The dress I ended up with was even the 'wildcard' she pulled from the back, not one that I had pointed out, or really would have even considered had she not chosen it. If that's not an indication of how good she is at her job, then I don't know what is! Throughout the appointment, other stylists and even the owners of the studio would come by, which was incredibly helpful and showed just how committed everyone is -not just your stylist- to help in finding your dream dress. I would recommend this studio in a heartbeat!

The best experience!

I had such a good experience here, it was the only place that I went to look at dresses and I purchased my dress the same day. I tried on 8 dresses and Celeste really was invested and genuinely cared about my experience. She saw the style I wanted and picked out a dress halfway through that she thought I would love based on my previous choices, sure enough it was everything I wanted and more it perfectly fit my body type. Everything was so easy once I purchased it and they did my alterations as well and their alterations department is also so amazing. Loved everything about it here and made my saying yes to the dress absolutely perfect.

I felt like a queen

I cannot express how amazing my experience was here from the moment I walked in. It is a beautiful boutique and the staff made it that much more amazing. They took time to get to know me beyond just asking me the basic questions. Their excitement for me was contagious and I became even more excited to try on dresses after a long day of appointments. They also truly know what they are talking about, and give such great advice and knowledge when picking a dress. Their dress selection is also outstanding. No other place I visited had dresses quite like them. I felt truly understood and they took the words right out of my mouth when I felt like I couldn't even explain what I was looking for anymore. I worked with Jorie & believe we were a match made in heaven. Aside from her stellar & fascinating background, she was supremely organized & methodical from start to finish. She also was very objective & transparent with her feedback & comments. She didn't sell me a dress, she guided me in the process of finding ME. I felt so safe in her hands. Her wildcard dress choice ended up being THE ONE. I love that! The entire staff was *so* supportive & wonderful. They have a dress for everyone. I love how well Jorie knew each designer I tried. She shared the stylistic/design goals they have so I could get a feel for what each line was about, & knew some interesting facts about each one as well.

If I could do this over again, I wouldn't change much! I did well trusting Jorie completely. Talking about how you want your body to look is helpful (e.g. hourglass, tiny, & diminutive & delicate next to my future husband) as well as what garment struggles you detest (e.g. I hate when my bust looks confined & structured) & talking about how you feel about your favorite clothing & styling (e.g. extravagant, lots of luxe ornate detail, extra & show stopping & delightful) is more helpful than specific technical details. I also did well with my Pinterest board. I had sections where I saved dresses by their designers, examples of my actual day to day style, my fashion icons, & our potential wedding motifs/venues. This made it possible for Jorie to exactly define my two stylistic concepts so her dress selections were perfect for what I wanted to translate. I only came with my mom, which was a perfect way to ensure only the best opinions (my mom's, mine, & the bona fide expert's) were heard! The website warns not to come unless you're ready to buy a dress. I didn't heed the warning. Get ready early, know what you're after & get your finances in order because Marie Gabriel (or Young's Brides) WILL find you your dress! So get ready, there's no such thing as too prepared or too early!

I purchased my wedding gown from Marie Gabriel early in the wedding planning process (I planned for 2 years!), and when it came in I was not happy with it at first. Marie Gabriel Couture worked with me to figure out why I was unhappy, and was even accommodating in letting me try on other dresses. I ended up with a second dress (purchased from another bride who had changed her mind -- there was NO pressure from Marie Gabriel, simply encouragement on how beautiful my first dress was!), and still couldn't make up my mind until it was time for fittings. The second dress I had purchased didn't need as many adjustments, so I had them alter my first dress. Come wedding day, I decided why not wear both! One was perfect for the chapel and mountains where we got photos in Colorado, and the other was perfect for the reception venue! I could not be happier with my decisions, and the love, support, and assistance I received from Marie Gabriel Couture Bridal.

MGC Bridal has hands down the best selection in Indianapolis. While I was a little apprehensive the majority of my bridal appointment, as I didn't love being up on the stages feeling so public, they nailed it by finding my perfect Pronovias gown. In subsequent visits for my fitting to pick up the dress where I found the most perfect veil and then when I picked up my dress, MGC's was more than gracious and wonderful to work with. I'm definitely a proud #MGCrealbrides :)

I had a FABULOUS experience working with Celeste! I was accompanied by my mom, step-mom, sister, and step-sister, and they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, with champagne to boot! I showed her a few dress ideas, she gave me a few places to look on the rack, and let me start by picking 5 dresses. I tried on all 5 and picked #3! She was so personable and patient and let me try on the same dresses a few times so that I could make a confident decision. I fell in love with dress #3 so much that I bought it on the spot and canceled the two other dress appointments I had that day! I knew there would be no way I could have a better experience or find a better suited dress for me. I wore the dress for my wedding on 4/21/18, and did not want to take it off! I am planning to use their dress preservation service shortly.

I was totally dreading this appointment because the four other bridal shops I went to, I never felt heard on what I did and didn’t like, and always felt pressured to buy a dress that was over my price range. NOT THIS STORE THOUGH! I have never had such a pleasant experience at a bridal shop before! She really listened to what I liked and what I was open to and how I questioned what kind of top I wanted. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but guess what? I found my dream dress! I cannot remember the name of the woman that helped me, (because I am horrrrrible with names) but holy cow, she was awesome! She put up (and contributed to) my sister, mom and my’s strange sense of humor which was greatly appreciated! We’re kind of a handful when we’re all out in public together, hah. I cannot thank you enough for taking your time to help us find the most perfect dress.

Young, Ann Marie, Celeste, and the entire team at Marie Gabriel made the experience of buying a wedding dress wonderful!! My sister and I actually bought our dresses on the same day from Marie Gabriel because it is almost impossible to not fall in love with a gown there!!! They made it such a memorable moment and practically became family between all of our fitting appointments. They truly crafted our dresses into works of art just perfect for us! We received so many compliments on our dresses as well! My only word of advice: don’t go unless you are ready to buy the dress of your dreams!!!

From the moment you walk into the bridal shop until your last fitting the experience is magical. The environment, the staff and the dresses are all wonderful. Both of our daughters bought their dresses from Marie Gabriel and were very happy! I can't thank the ladies at Marie Gabriel enough for helping me select the perfect wedding dress!!! I went dress shopping by myself because I didn't want the opinions of my entourage to stop me from finding my dream dress. My stylist Brianna helped me find the style that worked with my body type and supplied a variety of dresses for me to try on. I loved my experience at Marie Gabriel! Based on the good reviews I read, it was the first place I looked to find a dress. I'm sure glad it was, because I found my dress there. Everyone who helped me on the dress shopping day was extremely helpful and respectful of the budget. I was totally unsure of what kind of dress I wanted - the only thing I knew was that I wanted some lace details. My consultant asked me about the venue, season, and any other details I already knew about the wedding itself and helped me find a dress that suited me and the wedding I'd started to plan! I couldn't have been happier.

After the dress arrives, regardless of whether you do your alterations through the salon or not, they schedule a quick appointment for you to try on the dress to make sure the order was correct. Young knew that I live several hours out of town and was willing to accommodate me, even holding the dress for several weeks longer than their normal policy because I couldn't get to Indianapolis in the usual time frame. Overall, I would recommend Marie Gabriel to anyone in the area looking for a perfect dress-shopping experience!

I searched for wedding dresses for a while (probably visiting 5 or so stores) and was not feeling like I would find the dress I was hoping for. When my mom and I came to Marie Gabriel, we were thrilled how quickly the perfect dress was found. Our consultant picked out dresses that I was describing (finally-not every salon did that!) and when I was making my final decision, they did my hair so I could see how everything would look on the big day. Alterations were so easy to get done. I'm thrilled with my dress! Definitely a salon to check out!!

I came in over Thanksgiving break and I had Jorie as my consultant. She was super nice and helped me find a dress that I loved. Unfortunately my fiancé and I both decided it was best to wait on everything until after the New Year. The gowns at Marie Gabriel were gorgeous, and I felt that Jorie was listening to how I wanted to feel. I never expected to find a dress in blush that looked amazing on. I want Jorie to know that she was wonderful and made me feel really special. Once my fiancé and I decide to proceed, I will be back for that dress!

I LOVED my experience at Marie Gabriel Couture! Their service was fantastic and their alterations were PERFECT! I am a wedding planner so I had very high expectations and they exceeded them. I bought something very different than what I had initially thought I would but what I ended up with was very much me! That's what everyone kept saying on our wedding day, "It's so you!". I think that is how every bride wants to feel, like the best version of themselves! I am a hard fit in a dress and they altered the dress to fit flawlessly! It made me feel elegant and chic! So thankful for their entire team and all they did to make our day so special!! <3

I contacted the boutique regarding an Ines di Santo gown. I ended up purchasing an Amsale dress that I love! Everyone was very helpful, kind and professional. I was very happy with every aspect of my experience. Highly recommend to all brides.

Young and her team are by far the best in town! They have the most amazing selection of wedding dresses and they are so patient and helpful! I knew I wanted a Hayley Paige Gown and was super lucky to go to one of her trunk shows at Marie Gabriel. Young help me chose my dream dress and she was so helpful giving me tips for jewelry, veil and everything. Their service is incredible, they make you feel like at home, and they will let me go try on my dress when my family or close friends were in town :) Thank you so much Marie Gabriel team for being so nice and helpful, I'm so happy I found my dress with you!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Marie Gabriel! The store itself is big and bright, it instantly makes you feel like a bride. The ladies were all very nice and professional. They ask you some questions about your wedding and your dress vision before taking you around the store to grab some dresses to try on. They help you in and out of the dress and once you find one you really love, they will give you accessories and really make you feel like a princess. They also offered a discount if I purchased a dress on the day of my first appointment. After falling in love with a dress, they order it and you can select alterations packages. I chose to get my alterations done at Marie's and they did a great job! I needed the dress taken in and shortened a lot despite ordering the smallest size, and on our wedding day it fit me perfectly! They also steamed my veil (which was a family heirloom) and made sure the dress was wrinkle-free for the big day. 100% worth every penny I paid. I got a ton of compliments on my dress, it looked great in our pictures, and I felt stunningly beautiful on our wedding day!! :)

I found Marie Gabriel because of the A+ reviews after I had a terrible experience at another boutique. My mom wanted to try and change around my first experience and she said to see if Marie Gabriel would take a walk-in appointment at the last minute. They were so accommodating after I told them what happened at the first bridal dress boutique. They quickly made an appointment for me and it was like walking into a breath of fresh air when we arrived!

The store is clean, the dresses are neatly displayed and not smashed together and the staff is so friendly! I worked with Celyst who was a ball of energy from start to finish. For me, I was in such a hopeless state and had given up for a good outcome. Celyst took charge right away and started to peel back the layers. She listened to what I said, but also took the role of the professional with her own suggestions and guidance. She was very open and honest, but still had my best interest in mind and together we found the dress!

What I also loved was as I tried on dresses other Stylist in the store would look at what I had on and come to help by either providing positive feedback or guidance. The owner was floating around and would give her expertise and it just felt like everyone was involved all trying to make this a good experience.

They are a Couture Boutique and that should be viewed as advantage for every bride! The dresses are not dingy and yellow, they are taken care of and the higher price point is worth every penny in the quality of designers, stylist and customer service.

Yong and her staff are great! We loved the service. Our daughter has scoliosis making her asymmetrical. This presented concerns with the fit of the dress. Getting it just perfect was everyone's concern and it was. LOVED the dress and all of the Marie Gabriel staff!

Young, Anne-Marie, and all of the ladies at Marie Gabriel are absolutely wonderful to work with. I had been to a couple of bridal salons before going to see the girls at Marie Gabriel, and the difference in customer service and experience was astounding.
I never felt pressured to purchase something that I didn't like or that wasn't in my price range. My lovely consultant helped me to choose dresses to try on that fit the description I was looking for while respecting my price point. I did say YES to the dress at Marie Gabriel!

PS - Did I mention that every bride gets her own dressing room and a "stage" all her own? The experience for my friends/family who were with me was wonderful as well. Large comfortable seats to relax in while you wait to see the bride appear.
I can't say enough about how much I loved the experience at Marie Gabriel. I love my dress and I loved the customer service.

I purchased my dress here for my April 9th wedding and could not have had a better experience. I live in Florida, but was in the area visiting my mom and decided to go try on dresses at the salon. When my mom and I walked in we were treated as though we were the only customers at the salon. The consultant asked detailed questions then let me browse around and pull dresses that I wanted to try. I was very adamant about wanting a certain type of dress, but our consultant brought me a dress that was not in my vision and insisted I try it on. Well she was absolutely right!!! She found my dress! These consultants know their dresses and can help you find your perfect dress!! When my dress came in the alterations done on my dress were perfect. They altered every single portion of my dress and custom made it to fit me. Not only did they alter my dress but they altered my mom's dress as well. Then when it came time to pick up the dress my mom had to pick it up and fly down with it. My mom brought the suitcase into the salon and the owner herself packed the dress for us. You will not find these dresses or level of service at any other salon.

Marie Gabriel was an absolutely amazing experience for me and the ladies who came with me! Jorie was professional but fun and they all were amazingly supportive of me and the vision I had for my dress. They helped me find something that while a bit over my budget, was something that I loved and made me feel like an absolute princess. The experience was exactly what I would have hoped for. It felt very fancy and very high end, though they had dresses that fell everywhere from $1000-$10,000. They also were very helpful because I had another appointment with a different salon that day, and I was hesitant to buy without my mother there as I had come with friends. However, when I called and asked if I could come back and buy it that day for the discount, they were nothing but accommodating, they took the time to put me back in the dress, with the veil, earrings, bouquet and the whole ensemble, and then gave a huge celebration with the option of champagne and mimosas for those who could drink. I had an amazing dream-like time, and they were so incredibly helpful. Thank you for an amazing time and an amazing experience Marie Gabriel team!

Marie Gabriel Couture provided an experience beyond our highest expectations. We are from out of state -there are many lovely bridal salons with a twenty mike radius of our home. However, the bride, my daughter, was looking for something unique. I did some research, and noted the Marie Gabriel had a huge selection of gowns , diversity of price range but did not possess the " big store" impersonal vibe. . I thought my daughter would simply use this experience as an opportunity to gather info .

The amount of freedom to explore we were given was quite refreshing. We arrived early, and were allowed to wander around and keep in mind what dresses we liked. When our Consultant met with us...the bride selected at least 12 dresses to try on. It was a weekday and there were very few brides in the salon. Of course ,every gown was lovely. However, once the Amsale gown was modeled ... And the tears came ( so unexpectedly) ..that was it. Decision made. Young, the owner , who is an expert in detail and couture tailoring , eased my daughters mind regarding sizing and future fittings. Her knowledge of her gowns and the craftsmanship needed to produce a custom tailored gown was impressive. We were going to return that weekend for the trunk show to secure the trunk show pricing.. But Young said that wasn't necessary... We could save the four hour drive time. yeah!

We were under a time constraint for receiving the gown..but I knew Young would make certain the gown arrived when promised. We received regular emails regarding the status. Once the gown arrived, the fitting ( which we decided on Indianapolis at Marie Gabriel due to the expertise of the in house alterations staff and reduce pricing) was flawless.
The gown was perfectly tailored, pressed and ready for pick up as promised. Anne- Marie was lovely to work with also.
If seven stars was an options - I would give seven stars. Thank you Marie Gabriel Couture for your expertise and attention to detail .

Shopping for a wedding dress was a daunting task but MGC made that easy! There selection is the finest, but also a wide selection of styles! I had the best experience at Marie Gabriel! I tried on so many dresses and my appointment ran over but the staff here was so patient and kept pulling dresses until i found "the one." I ended up with a dress i originally said I didn't want to try on but Young and Anne Marie know their stuff and it turned out to be the perfect dress for me!! I had my alterations done here too and my dress fit perfectly and was so beautiful on my big day. They even took the time steam and to carry my dress down to the car for me when i picked it up the day before my wedding. The shop was beautiful and I would recommend Marie Gabriel to anyone looking for their wedding dress for their big day!

I almost can't write a review of Young and her crew at Marie Gabriel without tearing up a little. What an amazing experience they created for us! I am a tomboy by nature, and so dress shopping was by far the most excruciating part of wedding planning. We had been to pretty much the full spectrum of dress shops when I saw a billboard for MG on my drive back and forth to Purdue. I figured it would be too expensive, but made the appointment anyway. When we got there, I showed Celeste my Pinterest page of wedding dresses. I didn't have to do anything other than that. She sat us in our own area while she whisked through the store, pulling what would eventually be the most beautiful and simple dress I could imagine. Every part of the process from then, purchasing, alterations, pick-up, was seamless (no pun intended). The folks at Marie Gabriel don't just have a sense of style; they have strong interpersonal skills that allow them to tap into who you (and your mother) are and what you want. Thank god for Celeste, Young, Marie, and the entire crew at MG. I have sent countless friends there, and hope that one day my daughter will buy her dress there as well.

I loved my experience with Marie Gabriel Couture. When I called to make an appointment, they fit me right in. I went wedding dress shopping solo and had recently moved to the area and their staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The excellent staff (Celeste) and business owner (Young) were great at their jobs. They were really invested in my happiness with both my shopping experience and my expectations for my dress. They even took photos of me with my phone while I tried on different options so that I could compare. I could not have been happier! Before my appointment there I had not been looking forward to the process of finding a dress, but afterward I couldn't wait to show photos to my mom, sister and girlfriends. If you go here and treat the staff with the respect they deserve for being experts in their field, you will not regret it!

They were amazing to work with! Every bride has the expectation to feel like a princess not only on the day of the wedding, but also while finding "The One." Marie Gabriel Couture does nothing less than make you feel truly like a princess. Their salon is decorated incredibly well, they have a large assortment of gowns and accessories, and are extremely accommodating to scheduling and alterations. Marie Gabriel was a dream to work with. I had just come from an appointment with another local vendor who made me feel like I was part of the masses, where I was encouraged to pick out whatever dresses I liked from their hundreds of options, which was very overwhelming. The staff at Marie Gabriel offered us a drink, and sat down with us (my mom and I) to really learn what I wanted in a dress and any other details of our big day. She then showed me some options based of my answers, and I knew when she pulled the first dress, it was the one. She pulled some others just in case. I put on the dream dress going for what she called the "elusive one-and-done" and it was perfection. They offered my mom and I a mimosa toast to celebrate and made me shout "I say yes to the dress!" which was a really fun moment. I also purchased my veil there as well, and they both came in earlier than expected without needing to pay a rush fee, which was important given that I only had 5 months from the time of order to my wedding day. I recommend anyone looking for a personalized, thorough experience in wedding dress shopping, this should be your first destination.

To say my experience at Marie Gabriel was fantastic is an understatement. Every aspect of my time at Marie Gabriel was outstanding. Nykki listened to what I wanted in a dress, let me pull dresses I wanted to try on, and then brought in other dresses she thought I may like based on what I had said but skipped over myself. Young, the owner, was part of my appointment, and at one point got really excited, left, and brought back the Pronovias gown that ended up being the one. I had an appointment already made for later that day, and left the salon knowing I would most likely be back. I called Marie Gabriel after the second appointment of the day, and asked if I could come back the following morning to purchase the gown. I spoke with Young, and she was excited to have me back and let me know I would be working directly with her the next day since it would be Nykki's day off. The following morning, I returned to Marie Gabriel, and was pleased to work with Young as well as Celeste who was just as sweet and helpful as Nykki had been. I put the Pronovias gown back on, my mom cried, I cried, we had mimosas, and we purchased the gown.

I live out of state and was concerned about being able to be back in Indiana for fittings. Young gave me a plan for working around my school breaks since I am an elementary school teacher and made me feel extremely comfortable with the whole setup. I would also like to note that their alterations plan is outstanding. A friend of mine had to pay extra for each fitting at a different bridal boutique and had to store the gown at her home. Marie Gabriel charges one flat fee for the fitting process, and has no limits on how many times they will alter your gown for you. As many times as your gown needs altered, they will do it for no additional cost. The fee also includes proper storage of your gown until your wedding and a steam the day before you pick it up. WE LOVE MARIE GABRIEL.

Dress fitting was one thing I was nervous about when planning a wedding because I'm very indecisive. Marie Gabriel made it so easy and very personal at my fitting. Young helped me narrow down my style and was really able to read my feelings and emotions when trying on dresses. She knew when to give me space and when to ask more questions. I felt like a princess in that store and was very well taken care of.

I had originally scheduled an appointment with another vendor in town. I live in Colorado but would be visiting family in Indiana so I had scheduled the appointment 4 weeks in advance. When I got there with my mom and maid of honor we were so disappointed as they were rude, had none of the dresses I asked to see (4 weeks prior) and were overall unprofessional. We called Marie Gabriel and they were able to fit us in. It was exactly the experience we had been wanting the whole time. I am so glad the other place didn't work. When I told Nykki what I was looking for and showed her a picture of the dress I wanted to try on earlier she told me " I'm going to make you forget all about that dress!" with such confidence I was already on board. She was 100% correct- I fell in love with the second dress I tried on! Nykki was great and made our experience absolutely perfect! Plus, my dress is amazing :) I would highly recommend Marie Gabriel and Nykki!

This place is by far the best I've been to. I have never been treated as a bride at other stores due to the fact that I am 18. Marie Gabriel blew me away with their friendliness and amazing service. Marie Gabriel Bridal is absolutely incredible. They are incredibly knowledgable, patient and really tailor every experience to the bride. The dress is one of the most important part of the wedding and Marie Gabriel exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to have my dress delivered and continue to work with this company!!

WOW Marie Gabriel Couture was the absolute perfect place to find my wedding dress. Shopping with Nikki was so much fun and she was SO helpful with finding the right styles and making sure I took my time making my decision and asking questions. My mom, sisters and I had a blast and it was an emotional moment for me when I found my dress here. Going in for alterations was always a thrill because of their genuine excitement for me and attentiveness to detail. Everyone would come peek around the corner to see the dress each fitting and comment on how happy they were! Such a great environment and Nikki's enthusiasm was wonderful. I even had a minor dress hiccup the day before the wedding and they made sure to take care of it right away and even sent back a miniature sewing kit after doing another full inspection. I would recommend everyone to look here not only for the BEAUTIFUL gowns and wide selection but for the amazing customer service!

When my mom and I decided to look at dresses for my wedding we had a small window, which happened to coincide with a huge snowstorm the night before. We made a last minute appointment with 4 shops because the roads were cleared enough. Our first stop was Marie Gabriel... after which I cancelled all other appointments! As soon as we walked in the door they were friendly, excited and down to earth. They asked us for ideas and budget. (The worst thing you can do is try on and fall in love with a dress you cannot afford.) Then, our amazing associate pulled 4-5 dresses in the style I liked and started the process. They all were lovely but not exactly was I was looking for... until the owner pulled a dress from the trunk show the day before that they were packaging up to ship back. It was the one! This dress was so perfect it was like it was made for me. After we purchased my dream dress, she scheduled the first fitting and it was flawless. I ended up getting stuck in traffic and being 1 hour late to my final fitting. The owner was so accommodating she waited for me until after close to make sure my dress was perfect (even doing some pinning herself!). They offered to steam my veil with my dress (even though I didn't purchase it through them) and my mom's dress at no cost when I picked up my dress. The owner even gave my mom a new bag to protect her dress. Overall the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend to others! I will be taking my dress back to have it preserved in the next few days. They even offer tuxes, mother of the bride dresses and bridesmaids dresses!

I had a wonderful time finding my wedding dress at Marie Gabriel! My personal consultant was truly a sweetheart. She encouraged me to try on different styles and always helped to keep me in a body-positive attitude. The wide selection of dresses and price range allowed for me to try on many options and fall in love with the right one! After successfully selecting my dress, the entire bridal salon was congratulatory and so sweet. They also were incredibly helpful in choosing the right accessories (veil and sash) with intricate detail that was right for my dress!

Marie Gabriel was the second boutique of my day in pursuit of The Dress for my wedding in June of '15. We had a third appointment scheduled, but there was no need, as we found the perfect dress (and service!) here! Everything from the helpfulness of the staff, to the stunning selection of gowns, made our day picture-perfect.

Nykki was my bridal stylist, and wow, does she knows her stuff! We began with a 5-10 minute consult on my likes/dislikes, personality, plans for the wedding day, etc. She also involved my family and friends for anything I could have missed or omitted--everyone loved her. Then it was on to shopping! We walked around the gallery, while she pulled dresses and asked for my feedback, with specific questions on why I liked or didn't like each dress. (The first dress she pulled was the one I bought)! Then it was time for a fashion show of sorts, modeling the various gowns/veils for my little posse. When I put on The Dress, I cried. My MOH cried. My sisters cried. It was that moment I had dreamed of as a little girl, even exceeding what I thought were lofty expectations. Believe me, many boutiques do not provide the inventory, ambiance, and/or service necessary to achieve that princess moment--MARIE GABRIEL DOES!! Upon my announcement that this was in fact The One, Nykki popped a bottle of champagne, and we toasted to saying 'yes to the dress,' still crying tears of happiness all the while :)

If you're a bride-to-be, you must check out this store! They can work with your budget. It's like anywhere else--you could spend $1,000 or $10,000. Let's just say mine was somewhere in the middle (I went over by a couple of hundred dollars, but it was totally worth it)!!

PS: reading this back I realize I sound a little corny, but I'm being 100% honest--it's just that excellent of a boutique!!

The girls here are all so lovely! Nikki, the one who personally helped me, was very kind, respectful, and helpful. She never pushed me to like anything, offered humble suggestions, made sure I knew about the sales deal that was going on, and worked with me about making payments. Great personality and I can't thank her enough!
I was the first bride to purchase one of their Encore dresses, and it is absolutely beautiful on me! All of their dresses are simple but incredibly elegant and completely gorgeous. Highly, highly recommend.

Also, price wasn't bad. :)
And...they offered me and my two bridesmaids that came with mimosas once I chose my dress. :)

My consultant was SO helpful. She made me feel comfortable, and got to know me and my style. She was professional, and gave her professional opinions while still building a quality relationship with me as her client. I am so happy with my dress and can't wait for alterations!

I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted and Michelle was do wonderful to work with, pulling many different kinds. I found the one and they took the time to completely dress me up to complete the look and even were able to use modern technology to show me what I looked like on screens around the shop. I was an out of state bride with very limited flexibility in scheduling fittings and what not and they were so accommodating!!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my gown I had only positive experiences. I already recommend this store to everyone I know, even out of staters!!!

Marie Gabriel's was the most amazing shopping experience. Everyone that worked there was personable and made me feel comfortable in every single dress I tried on. The staff was friendly and they all made me feel so excited about my wedding day and my dress! They let me look through the store for what I wanted but pulled their own ideas after seeing what dresses i liked and had already pulled. It was hard for me to decide, but i finally chose the most beautiful dress. It happened to be the first dress i tried on! I bought my MOB, Bridesmaid dress, and did alterations at Marie Gabriel Couture and I cannot say enough nice things about the place! The dresses are to die for, the staff is absolutely amazing and really listens to you, they give you awesome 1-on-1 attention, they remember you, and they care about your big day too! I had some serious complications with my wedding gown (I bought it in ATL) and Marie Gabriel Couture basically worked magic to save my dress! The dress fit like a glove and looked gorgeous!! I am a Lazaro bride (my dress, my mom's dress, my bridesmaid dresses) so I wanted to be sure I found a designer store that actually knew the designers and Marie Gabriel Couture was perfect! This is a very classy place and like a bride's dream. You are in good hands here. I highly recommend it!!! I am actually sad my wedding is over because I enjoyed visiting every time!

The gals at Marie Gabriel were wonderful to work with during the dress buying process. They listened and helped me find 'the one' and were incredibly helpful in finding dresses I liked. They were attentive but not did not 'get in the way' of the experience. They helped me add some lace to my dress to compensate for my long torso and fit the gown the way I wanted it to feel (comfortable) and took into account where my wedding was (outdoor). The dress looked great on my wedding day and I received so many compliments. It was comfortable the entire night and I felt beautiful. Highly recommend them for your wedding dress!!!

My experience was wonderful and catered especially to me. I was not oversold and my budget was taken into consideration. My family was made to feel very welcomed acne they enjoyed their time. What I liked most was if something didn't flatter me Michelle was honest and let me know. And most important was she asked about my fiancé and the way I wanted or wedding to be and helped pick a dress that fit everything.

Michelle was absolutely amazing to work with. She really listed to everything I had to say and was determined to find my dream dress. I had been to a few other places before Marie Gabriel, and only here did I receive the true dress shopping experience every girl dreams of.

Michelle sat down and asked questions about me, my now-husband, and the wedding itself. Nowhere else took the time to do this, and it really made all the difference to me. She really understood exactly what I wanted and the first dress she put me in was the one!

I was also having trouble finding bridesmaid dresses (my bridesmaids live all over the country, so finding a place to order them was harder than expected!) but Michelle came up with a simple and easy solution and took care of everything for me.

Do not shop anywhere else for your wedding dress! These ladies have the most beautiful selection. I went in stressed as can be when UPS lost my dress (ordered from a different store). They made me feel at ease and helped me find something even better! It was a wonderful experience.

Marie Gabriel's is hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had, amazing designer dresses, amazing staff, and simply the only place I would ever recommend.

I cannot say it enough, Marie Gabriel's has turned my crazy nightmare of trying to get a modest, beautiful dress in such a short span of time into the most amazing / fun experience any bride could ask for.

I was dreading shopping for a dress since I have very strict modestly requirements for my religion (I'm a Mormon)... I need to have something cover my shoulders. Oh, and I am getting marries in 16 weeks. That's right, 16 WEEKS, not months. The staff was friendly and they all made me feel so excited about my wedding day and the dresses that I forgot I was worried and had the time of my life. They let me look through the store for what I wanted but I couldn't decide, so I asked them to just bring me what they thought would look good and what would meet my modesty requirements.

That was when the magic happened... The owner worked with me personally to find not only a dress that worked, but THE DRESS. A one-of-a-kind masterpiece by Giuseppe Papini that is exactly my style. The owner and the consultants are very knowledgeable on how the dresses can be altered which was vital for me since no dresses come with opaque sleeves. Icannot wait to go back for my fitting appointments! The dress was in stock and fit me perfectly so I bought it on the spot (for 50% off I might add), and they are going to squeeze all of my fitting appointments into the next 3 weeks so I can have the dress before I move to New Mexico.

PS: If you want to fully appreciate how amazing this shop is go to any other bridal store first and the comparison is like night and day, you will never go back to another store after you experience the royal treatment here!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marie Gabriel's. I had a wonderful experience, and Peggy especially was amazing to work with. You cannot leave there without feeling valued. You will be treated like VIP from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Never rushed. Plus, alterations were done quickly and done well. Dresses are couture, as the name states. I don't even know where to start. I came across Marie Gabriel Couture online last January as I was looking for wedding salons in the Indianapolis area. I was not familiar with it, as they were just getting ready to open the following week. I decided to check it out on it's opening day and was truly blown away. I met the owner, Young Collins and one of the designers, Giussepe Papini, who were both so kind and welcoming. I could not wait to tell my daughter about it. She lives in Washington D.C. and I told her to not even bother looking for a gown there, that I had found the most amazing bridal salon. There is nothing like it in Indianapolis or anywhere near. She flew home at the end of February and I had scheduled a day of salons, which I had already checked out, but made our 1st appointment at Marie Gabriel. Without telling her beforehand, I knew she would find the dress of her dreams there. She tried one on that was of her choosing and then after she explained to Michele, our consultant at Marie Gabriel, what she thought she wanted and how she wanted to feel on her special day, Michele chose the gown that she wanted Brittany to try on. Brittany put it on, walked out to the mirror, and tears came from her eyes. She had had "the moment" she was hoping would happen and everyone in the salon made her feel so special. And to top it off, it was a Giuseppe Papini gown. This was the beginning of our relationship with everyone at Marie Gabriel, who continue to be so wonderful. Our sincerest thanks go to Young, Michele, Peggy, Robin and others who made this the most unbelievable experience we could possibly have had. I really could write a book about it. Needless to say ( and I might be just a little bit biased), Brittany was the most beautiful bride I have ever seen. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Young and everyone at Marie Gabriel Couture!

Perfect experience! My stylist Peggy was attentive, knowledgable, and wonderful. They carry many popular bridal designers (Lazaro, Tara Keely, Bliss by ML) and also some exclusive European designers (Guiseppe Papini). The dresses are beautifully made and unique. I always felt like I was top priority when I was in the salon. I highly recommend Marie Gabriel to any bride to be.
