I got in contact with Maria in an interesting way. I was looking to have my wedding in Disney Springs but knew nothing about Disney's photography rules outside of their own services. I had asked a support question in a Disney support chat and ended up getting kicked out of it! Maria ended up reaching out to me about my question and provided so much insight from her own personal experience as well as insight based on connections she had with photographers in the area. Before she even mentioned she was a photographer herself, she was such a huge help because I was incredibly lost. I strongly believe finding her was fate because not only was her photography style perfect for a Disney wedding, but her organization, knowledge and overall welcome personality created so much more than beautiful images to last a life time. Maria and Matt also helped us create amazing memories and take so much stress off of my shoulders. Maria is very hands on with her photography and provides guidance to positions and actions to create in the photos which was a huge help because I would not have known what to do! My whole family is so grateful and I really could not have imagined this journey leading up to the Wedding day without Maria being a part of it! -

From our initial consult to follow-up questions, she was super responsive and worked with us very well to help us both with our engagement session and our big day! I cannot recommend Maria enough! As the owner of my wedding planning business, it is crucial to work with an experienced photographer who not only takes beautiful photos, but who understands how a wedding day flows. We have seen it where the photographer does not know how to keep the day moving and it's not fun for anyone.
Working with Maria was WONDERFUL! She was great with communication prior to the wedding, had a photography timeline I could build the entire wedding day timeline around, and she was punctual and efficient with her time - not to mention, the photos were absolutely STUNNING! I knew from looking through her portfolio prior to the wedding that the photos were going to be beautiful, but what I didn't know was how much I was going to love working with her. Immediately after working with Maria, I added her to our Preferred Vendors List.

We highly recommend Maria and her team for anyone looking for a wedding photographer! We could not be happier with her work for our wedding and engagement photos. In every aspect, she went above and beyond. Some examples of this are the wonderful guides she sends out, kindly helping with posing to make everyone look their best, having someone there to take behind the scenes videos which she shared on social media, and more!
She is also incredibly professional and really added to our day. She captured every moment of our wedding beautifully, and we had multiple family members and friends comment on her beautiful work as well as her kindness and professionalism on our wedding day! When we received our “sneak peek” wedding photos back, we were so happy and truly loved every single photo. She was extremely prompt with her delivery of our full wedding album, and the pictures were all beautiful. Maria did such an excellent job helping my husband and I prepare for our wedding day. From the detail work, to her taking on as a coordinator role to help us with what we wanted, she always was there by text, email or phone call. One concern I had was our reception and venue did not have very much light. I didn’t know how pictures would turn out. Maria said it wouldn’t be a problem and reassured me. Looking at the pictures from our venue and reception, I couldn’t even tell that the room was dark; she did such a great job on lighting. I LOVED having her as our photographer and I can’t wait for our children to one day be photographed by her as well. She was open to our ideas for photos and we even got our dog in photographs as well. -

Best Wedding Photographer
This is way overdue but Maria was fantastic from start to finish for our wedding and engagement photos. My husband isn’t big on photos and was really nervous about the posing. She told him what to do every step of the way. We got so many photos from our engagement photos to our wedding photos my computer could barely handle them! I love that we got all the images in color and in black and white. Color photos are my favorite but black and white is great for prints in the home. Maria has a wonderful personality and is one of the kindest people I met during my wedding journey. Her style is impeccable and I can’t imagine my wedding photos any other way. I recommend Maria to every person getting married. She’s a steal for her pricing with what quality and quantity of work you receive. -

Amazing Wedding Photographer!!!
Maria is an amazing wedding photographer! She captured our proposal, took our engagement photos, and spent our wedding day with us taking amazing pictures!! An easy yes
I fell in love with Maria’s photo style and after one phone call knew she was the right hire. Throughout the planning process Maria was always responsive, helpful and never made us feel like any of our questions were a burden. Maria and her second shooter were both so friendly which really did make taking so many pictures so comfortable. Our pictures turned out amazing and we could not be happier we with our choice of photographer. -

Maria is amazing! She photographed my husband and I with our dogs and did such a great job! She knew exactly what to do to keep the dogs engaged and looking at the camera. The photos are beautiful and I will treasure them forever! I can't recommend Maria enough! -

Maria McKenzie Photography was absolutely incredible. They did our engagement pictures and also our wedding. They arrived early, had everything planned out, and they helped keep everything on track. She was so fun to work with and made pictures fun and a breeze. We will definitely be using them for all our future photography needs. We revived our pictures quickly and even received previews the day after our wedding. I would highly recommend them to anyone. -

Morgan Sent on 02/14/2017My fiancé and I had a fall engagement session with Maria. I was so nervous about having my picture taken, but soon into the session I was very relaxed. Maria made us feel very comfortable! She gave us wonderful directions. She is very sweet and easy to work with. She is also very organized and made sure that we were able to get every picture that we wanted. The end results was fantastic! We loved every photo and we were able to get them back in a very timely manner. I would recommend Maria for anyone who needs a photographer! I can't wait for her to shoot our wedding! I know that I will not be disappointed!
