  Incredibly Talented and Kind

  I found Maria by happenstance when looking for a photographer and right away knew she would be the perfect fit! She is an incredibly talented photographer—her pictures came out absolutely STUNNING and I couldn’t be happier. My whole family (who are quite the critics) were all blown away by the quality of her photos! She even sent us a ton of edited teasers THE NEXT DAY!!! She is a sweet and kind soul as well—very trustworthy, very on top of things throughout the whole planning process! I cannot recommend her enough; run don’t walk to her!

  Maria is amazing!!!

  OMG!! If i could give Maria and her team more than 5 stars I would!!
  Maria made my day flow so easily and was so amazingly helpful!! I got married in June and I received my teasers so quickly!! I love her work so much!! She captured all of the special photos that I wanted to get and was so high energy!! I have recommended her to 3 of my other friends who are going to get married in 2022-2023 and can’t wait to see their wedding photos as well!!

  The very best!

  My husband and I got married on 6/15/19. We used Maria for our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. Maria is the absolute BEST! She was super accommodating from our very first conversation throughout the entire wedding planning and actual day. We spoke several times during this time and she was always extremely responsive and so helpful planning our timeline for the day of. She is incredibly talented and truly an artist with a unique eye. And not to mention a total sweetheart!! She is so easy to work with and made taking a million photos fun. Our engagement and wedding photos came out flawless. I will definitely be using Maria again in the future!

  Best Photographer Ever!

  Best photographer ever! I knew from when I got engaged that I didn't want a cookie cutter wedding or the same old hum-drum looking pictures. I began an endless online search for a photographer who's portfolio looked unique and artistic. Every wedding photographer's photos looked the same: boring and nothing special. It was then recommended to me look at a portfolio by Maria Mattera. As soon as I saw her portfolio, my eyes lit up and I lost my breath. Her photos were so beautiful! They looked like gorgeous paintings and something from the pages of wedding magazines. I showed my fiancee a side by side difference of her photographs as opposed to a few other photographers and he couldn't believe the difference. Maria's photographs were undeniably better than the rest. On the day I met Maria to discuss working together, it didn't feel like I was interviewing a photographer, it felt as if I met a new friend. I was so comforted by that because a bride and groom spend the majority of their wedding day with their photographer. I knew having someone as sweet as her would give us a wonderful day. Our decision to have Maria for our wedding photographer was without a shadow of a doubt the best decision we could have made. Maria was punctual, professional, and genuinely excited to shoot our wedding. She paid attention to details I would have never thought to photograph and she went above and beyond my expectations. She even stayed after the wedding just to get some creative photographs that she had visualized and knew we'd love. Efforts like this prove that she takes her photographs out of love and not because your wedding is just another job. Maria had my finished photos ready faster than I expected and OH MY GOODNESS! Stunning and gorgeous is an understatement. My wedding photos looked artistic, creative, and truly captured the feeling of the day. Everyone who saw them commented that they were the best wedding photos they had ever seen and that they should be in a magazine. So, if you are looking for magazine worthy wedding photographs, look no further. Maria Mattera is a high quality, artsy wedding photographer who will make you feel at ease on your wedding day and produce gorgeous photographs.   Best experience with the most stunning photos

  One of the best decisions we ever made was choosing Maria to document our special day! Maria's attention to detail and use of lighting created the most stunning photos. Not only did our pictures turn out amazing but Maria made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We are extremely grateful to Maria for capturing our love and joy on one of the most important days of our lives. My husband and I are looking forward to using Maria for our upcoming maternity and newborn photoshoots.

  You will love her too!

  It took us a long time to find a photographer that fit our style and one who was around our budget. Luckily a friend showed us Maria's portfolio and we instantly booked her. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer. Maria was very patient with us from start to finish. My husband and I are a little awkward and are extremely camera shy but Maria gave us tips, guided us through all of it, and made us feel very comfortable. In the end she was still able to make our photos look like it came straight from of a fairy tale.
  
  Maria was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions, gave us suggestions, and worked well with our videographers. Her level of professionalism made it really easy to work with her. Even when our wedding timeline became unorganized, she still managed to make things work and captured all the important moments. When we received our photos, WE WERE IN AWE. The lighting choices, the angles, the candid moments, everything was PERFECT. My husband and I were so impressed with how our pictures turned out that we bragged about our pictures to friends and family for days.
  
  Our one year anniversary just passed and when we revisit our photos taken by Maria, we feel the same butterflies we had on our wedding day. We highly recommend her and I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

  Amazing experience!

  Maria is such a talented photographer. She made our simple NYC elopement feel nothing less then glamorous. She was very perfessional and was able to captured exactly what we wanted. Not only is her work amazing, but she was such a nice person to work with. Made us feel very comfortable with a camera following us all day. I highly recommend Maria Love Photography!

  Maria was our photographer for our wedding. She is amazingly talented, passionate, hardworking and she is personable and kind. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable if you are new to getting your photos professionally taken. I love her style of photography! Our photos came out bright, cheerful, sweet and sentimental, but also with a flair of creativity and uniqueness. She captured the day beautifully. She got it all from start to finish. She really went beyond my expectation!!

  We really LOVE Maria and all the photos she has done for us. She took such beautiful and artistic photos at our wedding, capturing so many precious moments - staying well after she needed to. We could tell that she really cared about capturing the best photos possible and she made sure to get all of the shots that were most important to us and more. She also edited them so beautifully. We wanted our photos to look both artistic and natural and that is exactly what we got - and she was great at making our otherwise awkward selves feel and look natural for the photos. Maria has also done newborn photos for our daughter that are really priceless and will be doing more newborn photos for us in January for baby number 2.
