Unforgettable Evening with Mari Entertainment

I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had with Mari Entertainment, formerly known as NYC Swing, on our wedding day. They truly were the highlight of our celebration, making the day and night unforgettable. From start to finish, they were an exceptional band that brought the fun to our special day.

The dancefloor was never empty throughout the entire reception, and the musicians' energy and enthusiasm never waned. It was an absolute blast, and our guests were raving about the incredible music and entertainment. They exceeded all our expectations.

Working with Roz was an absolute pleasure and a highlight of my wedding planning experience. She was not only a talented musician but also a true professional. Roz made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process, working closely with me to ensure that every musical detail was perfect. She executed every request I had flawlessly, and her dedication to making our day exceptional was evident.

Mari Entertainment is an exceptionally talented and FUN group. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with them. If you want your wedding to be a memorable, high-energy celebration, Mari Entertainment is the band to choose. The best band ever!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about this band. They seriously brought an unbelievable amount of energy, talent, and joy to our wedding night. The dance floor was packed all night long, and the vibe they created was nothing short of electric.

They read the room perfectly, kept the momentum going, and made the night truly unforgettable. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding band they had ever seen—and we couldn’t agree more. They didn’t just play music; they created an experience.

They also performed at my sister’s wedding two years ago, and they were so incredible that we didn’t even consider a single other band for our own wedding. On top of that, they traveled all the way from New York to Charleston just to be there for us, which meant so much and speaks volumes about their dedication.

Our wedding night was an absolute dream, and a huge part of that is thanks to Roz and her team. If you want a night that people will be talking about for years, look no further. Five stars isn’t enough—we would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Experience and the BEST Time

This band is the absolute best. We had them at our wedding and booked them again for my 40th birthday recently. It was just as amazing as I remember. If you want to have everyone on the dance floor and keep the energy high, this is the band to book.

Incredible band

Mari Entertainment NY will put on the best performance you can possibly ask for! This was the second time my family used them -- we loved them at my sister's wedding and knew we had to have them at ours. We received so many compliments from guests about their interactivity, performance, and ability to put on an amazing show.

The talent is top-notch and they do a great job of making sure guests never want to leave the dance floor with their high energy. They are also incredibly easy to work with throughout the wedding process. We will be recommending them for anyone looking for an amazing band!

If you're considering a wedding band for your big day, Mari Entertainment is a must-hire, it will be the best decision you make!!

I recently hired NYC Swing/Mari Entertainment for my wedding and they were INCREDIBLE!!! For our wedding, there were 2x musicians who played during our cocktail hour and then a nine piece band rocked it during our reception. As the bride, I simply danced to every single song they sang. They performed rock, pop, and most importantly, a Motown set that had every guest dancing (truly, there wasn't room on the dance floor). By the end of the night, almost every person I spoke to complimented how incredible the band sounded.

What sets Mari Entertainment apart from all other bands is their leader- Roz! Leading up to the wedding, Roz was our main point of contact and was the best to work with! She was polite, professional and sooo much fun. Roz and the band accommodated all of our requests and worked well with the venue manager to make sure the timeline of the night ran smoothly. And the way she emceed the night, whew! I had aunts and uncles who never dance all of a sudden jamming on the dance floor.

Best wedding band of all time!

Mari Entertainment NY (formerly NYC Swing) is hands down the absolute best wedding band! We dreamed of having them at our wedding after a cousin of ours had them. Years later we reached out and they treated us like family! We not only used them for our own wedding, but two of my sisters weddings as well! That is right, we used them for all 3 family weddings. And our guests RAVED about them after each AMAZING night. They are professional, kind, and absolutely incredible at what they do to get your wedding crowd out on the dance floor ALL night long. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. They will make your wedding night complete.

The best band ever!

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST wedding band in the business. As we closed the chapter of my 3rd sisters wedding, 4th cousins wedding, and best friends wedding with Mari Entertainment we cannot thank them all enough from the bottom of our hearts. All kidding aside, everyone at ALL of our weddings are still RAVING about them to this day saying they are the best band they have ever heard. Guests also said they have never seen so many people on the dance floor all night long and that’s all due to this amazing band! You can tell they LOVE their jobs and that shines through in their music and jive with one another. It’s clearly not just a job for them, but a passion they put their whole selves into. The way they work the crowd during songs really sets the tone for a huge bash! The musicians are all incredible and very accomplished and can truly do anything! We specifically asked them for an Irish set very last minute on the morning of the wedding and they whipped out 4-5 popular Irish tunes which we will never forget!! They always learn your first dance regardless of if they have played it before so they can preform it live if you want them to which is so special. They will work with you on what type of vibe you want for your party and what type of songs you want to hear throughout the night without pushback. They are very flexible and have incredible customer service. The owner Roz is a JOY to work with and couldn’t be easier to connect with. She’s the type of professional who makes things so fun and so stress free throughout the planning process. As my friends/family wedding years are coming to a close I can officially say after seeing countless wedding bands that they are the BEST OF THE BEST and we will miss you all greatly! I keep thinking of what my next big party will look like so we can rock all night again together. Thank you Mari Entertainment, you are incredible!!

Mari Entertainment gave us the wedding of our dreams

Mari Entertainment gave us the wedding of our dreams. All we wanted was for our friends and family to have fun and be on the floor DANCING the whole night, and they made that happen.

They are artistic and talented, and played all the crazy songs we requested. They made the night ours and it was absolutely spectacular.

Our guests are still saying how they’re the best band they’ve ever heard at a wedding, and we so agree.

Would hire again and again and again!!

NYC swing is the best band! I got married on 7/9/22. Everyone came up to me and asked for the bands info. They KNOW how to party and they read the room so well which I find is soemthing not every band can do! Not only were they incredible the day of, but leading up to the wedding, Roz was so responsive and we would call each other to confirm everything! I want to get married again to hire them! Best band and most affordable in the NY/NJ area.

Great Music = Great Party!!

NYC Swing is fabulous! My sister had hired them for her wedding in 2015 and we knew we just had to book them for ours. After postponing our original wedding in August 2020, Dore, Tim and Roz were all a pleasure to work with, so flexible and very accommodating to all our requests as we had to move our date a few times during the pandemic. They made the whole process & our wedding day seamless. When we got to celebrate this July, the music certainly made it a night to remember - my guests are still talking about it! Everyone was on their feet and singing along. Everyone is so talented! We highly recommend NYC Swing to any couple interested in live music - we promise you and your guests will not be disappointed! 5 STARS!!

Amazing experience

Our guests raved about them!

This band can play any type of music you want! They originally played at my husband’s sister’s wedding, and I hired them sight unseen. When we met with them a few weeks before, we were told “the band is so so happy to be playing weddings again, and their excitement will be palpable”. Well that was so true! We started out with the perfect hora (Jewish dance). The energy from the band translated into epic energy on the dance floor, and it was the most perfect hora I could have ever hoped for. My father-in-law is in a band, and they let him join them on the trombone for a few songs. Towards the end, I was upset because people weren’t dancing after dessert. Well, enter the band’s amazing singer. She walked into the dance floor, made an epic speech to convince everyone they needed to get back up, while still bringing joy and entertainment. They then transitioned to dance music that really made people WANT to dance, and we ended on such a high note, surrounded by our friends having a great time dancing!!

No other band compares to NYC Swing!

Our best friends had NYC Swing at their wedding a few years ago and they were such a blast! When we started our wedding planning, we reached out to Dore right away. We looked at other bands in the area and none compared to the top talent and energy level of NYC Swing. We really enjoy how interactive the band is with guests and gets everyone out of their chairs the entire night. It was important to us for our guests to have a great experience and they are still telling us how much fun they had at our wedding! Thanks again Dore!

HIGHLY recommend!

NYC Swing played at our wedding in October and our guests are still raving about how amazing the band was. They set the mood for the evening and had all of our guests on the dance floor all night long. They know how to read the crowd and covered an incredible variety of songs that appealed to everyone. They also helped us brainstorm how we could pay tribute to both of our heritages and are talented at every style of music. They helped us with the flow of the reception and announced our major speeches, dances, etc. This band was one of the most memorable parts of our wedding and helped make it such a fun and special night for all of our guests. HIGHLY recommend!

After our wedding, so many friends and family members told us our wedding was "the best wedding they ever attended" and I can say without a doubt it was because of New York City Swing! I recommend them to everyone! They're extremely talented, cover all genres and styles of music, and have excellent stage presence. They make the non-dancers even want to dance! I cannot say enough good things about NYC swing. They played my wedding, and I can’t tell you how many people commented throughout the night how amazing the band was. They nailed every oddball song and request we threw their way - from country to classic rock to performing songs the way they did in a specific movie.... they did it all incredibly. New York City Swing played at my wedding on 8/18/18. Dore DeQuattro was so pleasant and easy to work with, as was Barb Coen! As always with live music, the fear is they will play too loudly and it won't be enjoyable. Dore assured us this wouldn't be the case and he really delivered! The volume was perfect and we had so much fun. These people are seriously so talented. I would recommend NYC Swing to anyone looking for live music for any event!

The absolute greatest wedding band! Our one true request was to have our entire wedding on their feet the whole night, and that is exactly what happened! Words cannot describe the energy, talent and absolute fun that this band brought to our wedding night. It was a nonstop dance party from the minute the guests walked in until the lights went on. All of our guests came up to us remarking how wonderful the band was, and friends of ours at our wedding even booked this band for their upcoming wedding. NYC Swing is incredible! We found them online and watched a ton of their videos early in our wedding planning process and knew we had to book them. The band was phenomenal every person at the wedding said they enjoyed the music from friends to grandparents, they made the night a fun event for everyone! The band played beautiful music for our ceremony and was able to easily accommodate our custom song choices for first dances etc. We fully trusted Dore's lead and we could not have been happier. The band kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night and our guests kept commenting on how amazing the band was. I highly recommend NYC Swing, their sound and overall vibe made our wedding into a memorable night for everyone.

NYC Swing is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were married in May 2016 and NYC Swing played our reception – there was not a single guest who didn’t come up to us and rave about how incredible the band was! Dore and the musicians are incredibly talented and professional, and had everyone on the dance floor – young and old – for the entire reception. Their range of music was perfect, and their energy and personality absolutely made our wedding. The band is phenomenal – our family and friends still can’t get over how great they were! Not only that, but Dore was extremely responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect – the band even learned a few songs, including our first dance. This is THE BAND! We prioritized the band and saw a number of other groups. Our venue recommended we check them out because they had recently "brought down the house". They were able to do a lot of personalized song versions for us after we sent them YouTube videos that we liked. Everyone is still raving about how amazing they were! We barely left the dance floor all night and multiple guests complained to us about how sore they were the following week from dancing all night! They were a little more expensive that some other bands this size we had looked at, but the quality was on a different level from any other group we looked at. For our date and size, we had Uptown Swing. We went to New York to see them on afternoon and they were fantastic, we booked the next day and definitely do NOT regret it!

We had our wedding on Saturday night (12/5) and I cannot say enough about how phenomenal this band is.

Tim, their musical director, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He met with us before the wedding to discuss every detail and was incredibly professional and personable.

The musicians in the band are incredibly talented. It sounded like their was a full orchestra at our wedding.

All of our guests cannot get over how amazing the artists were. Several people said that Charlie Howard is the best singer since Sinatra himself. They nailed every genre of music and had our guests on the dance floor from start to finish. BIGZ is like Biggie re-born and absolutely killed Juicy and Empire State of Mind. Carl's rendition of SHOUT was amazing, Von and Jimi were on the dance floor all night mingling with the crowd, and Yvette and Toni were absolutely phenomenal.

We've been to two prior weddings where this band has performed (which is why we chose to book them for ours) and they knocked it out of the park all three times. They are by bar the best wedding band we have every heard.

Book them. Trust them. Let them do their thing. You will not regret it.

Dore is the most amazing band leader we could have ever asked for and truly MADE our wedding which is saying a lot since it was on New Year's Eve. He was so nice from the start and probably my favorite vendor throughout the whole process. Three years later people, I swear people talk to me about it almost once a month. It was non-stop that night and week after. He was so great, if you want an amazing band that people will really remember for putting on a good time you must get them!

New York City Swing's performance was the absolute highlight of my June 2015 wedding. I can't count how many times I heard, "Best. Band. Ever."

When we went to NYC Swing's showcase, we knew they were the right choice as soon as one of the lead singers stood on top of the audience's chairs and belted out R-E-S-P-E-C-T. We knew they could handle a rowdy crowd! And boy did they! They had our guests dancing all night long. They knew exactly how to engage the crowd and keep guests of all generations glued to the dance floor. They have the ability to play off of each other and improvise, which is absolutely priceless.

I would recommend NYC Swing to anyone without reservations. I only hope I can be invited to the party!

For our wedding, we had a 7 piece band, led by Dore. Dory was incredible. He met with us several weeks before the wedding, was so easy to work with and open to all requests. NYC Swing used our song list – but also read the crowd superbly, and adapted to keep the dancing going. Starting with the keyboard/trumpet duo during cocktail hour, to the five-hour reception, where the dance floor was crowded all night long. NYC Swing has an extensive repertoire – and also learned several of our special songs. Through the evening, our guests continually remarked on how amazing they thought the band was.

All I can say about NYC Swing is WOW! When my husband and I started looking at vendors, we decided we cared the most about the quality of the band. The number one question leaving the wedding (literally asked by EVERYONE!) was--WHERE did you find that band?! People were up and dancing the entire night. They played hit after hit, and mixed up the songs based on how the crowd was feeling. Dore and Tim were great to work with leading up to the big day, and then there was ROZ--the most entertaining, talented singer I've ever seen up close. She worked that crowd like crazy! You know you've just had the best night of your life when, after the last song, the entire crowd comes into the center of the dance floor for a gigantic, loving, pumped up group hug. Almost a month after our wedding, our guests are still talking about our band at our wedding. NY Swing was so easy to work with and did a great job, that i would recommend them to anyone. Dore was easy to work with, and even though we had some issues that came up, we worked around them to make our day the special event it turned out to be. You can't go wrong with NY Swing, and I would give them a score higher than a 5 if I could.

NYC Swing had played at a wedding my husband and I attended and we knew from that day that we wanted them to play at our wedding. We worked closely with Dore and Tim, they were both extremely helpful and responsive. Tim was a huge help in organizing the music being played and they worked around what the crowd wanted. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire time! We choose an unconventional first dance song, the band learned the song and was able to slow it down. It came out perfect! We are still getting compliments on the high energy, versatility and the show that NYC Swing put on at our wedding! Highly recommended!

We could not have been happier with NYC Swing. From the moment we first heard them at their showcase, we loved them. We worked with Dore to figure out which musicians we wanted, and he was always helpful and enthusiastic throughout the process. We then worked with Tim who helped us choose our music. He was very patient and helpful with suggestions of what works and what doesn't, in order to keep our party dancing the whole time. Throughout our entire wedding, our guests were coming up to us to tell us how much they loved the band. Their energy was off the charts, and they played every song we wanted them to play. They interacted with our guests and made sure everyone was up and having a great time. We had a few unknown songs we wanted played, and they learned all of them perfectly. We couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend NYC Swing to anyone looking for a fun, energetic band who will keep your guests dancing the whole time!

OMG!! New York City Swing made the whole wedding!! I can't tell you how many guest came up to me and told me my band was fantastic! (my wedding was months ago and people are still talking about the band). I have also received inquiries after the wedding for people that want to use New York City Swing. We are recommending them to everyone. Honestly, looking back I would book them first before securing my wedding location - just to make sure they are free. They are that good! Not only fantastic musicians but amazing entertainers! And completely professional. I can't wait to go to another event that they perform. They are worth every penny and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely the best band out there!!! They made our wedding reception so special. The quality of professionalism and musicians simply cannot be matched. They were amazing. So many of our guests are still talking about how wonderful they were. Dore, the owner, is very easy to work with and accommodating. He is a seasoned professional who makes sure everything is done just right. The entire band and singers are at the top of their game - amazing sound and energy. RIDICULOUS! Absolutely amazing! New York City Swing was everything that we had envisioned - AND MUCH MUCH MORE!!! We got married on Saturday May 24th at Old Westbury Hebrew Congregation. All of our guests are still talking about how amazing, interactive and "over the top" New York City Swing was! They had the dance floor packed the entire night. Dory and Tim were great to work with - organized, responsive, and truly professional. They know exactly what it takes to keep the dance floor packed and guests bouncing around - there is absolutely no need to give them song suggestions or any guidance. Roz was able to get every sing person in the room on the dance floor with her energy and charm! Bigz is truly spectacular and will leave your guests absolutely blown away. We would recommend New York City Swing to anyone and everyone who is interested in having the best band in NY at their wedding.

I wish I could give 10 stars! We got married at the Colony Club on the Upper East Side in February 2013 and NYC Swing made our wedding! Upon our first meeting with Tim, my husband and I knew that we were in talented and amazing hands. It felt like a really great and easy collaboration from day one with Tim. From a string quartet playing the Beatles during our ceremony to the whole band bringing every guest onto the dance floor to Motown/80s favorites during the reception, every single band member was beyond incredible! Dory and Tim are truly experts in their field and were so gracious and easy to work with in every respect. It has been OVER A YEAR since we got married and friends/guests still come up to us saying "that band at your wedding was seriously awesome". I feel so lucky to have had them be such an integral part in making our wedding day truly amazing!!!

Wish we could give 6 STARS!!!!! Absolutely AMAZING!!!! We got married on January 3rd at Tribeca Rooftop and could not have had a better band!!!! All of our guests are still talking about how amazing they were...and so interactive! People did not leave the dance floor at our wedding. We absolutely LOVED them and they were all a pleasure to work with. Dory and Tim are wonderful, so organized and trust their expertise because they suggested songs for different parts of the wedding that were PERFECT. We went to one live performance by them and fell in love, booked them immediately without even seeing any other bands...that is how awesome they are. We give them an A+++ for making our wedding so much fun and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for the best band in NYC!

My husband and I were very happy with NYC Swing! We got so many complements about the music -- everyone really loved the band and the dance floor looked packed all night long. More importantly than that, my husband and I had a great time all night. The music was exactly what we wanted - and the band kept up a great beat and energy all night. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with NYC Swing. The band was very accommodating in letting us pick out which members we wanted from their two main bands, based on who we were most excited about at their promotional events. Tim, our band leader, was extremely helpful as we planned out our ceremony music and the flow of the event. And most importantly, at the wedding itself, the band really brought the house down. Roz and Gideon were out in the crowd dancing and engaging with guests, which made the party incredibly lively. Literally dozens of our guests told us afterward that NYC Swing was by far the best wedding band they've ever seen. I would highly highly recommend them!

We used Uptown Swing (a band that is part of New York City Swing) for our wedding and they were amazing! I received so many compliments from our guests...everyone loved the band! They offer the best variety of songs, artists, and genres. Their music style appeals to all wedding guests, no matter what age. We talked to the band director 2 weeks before the wedding, and he asked us lots of questions about the type of music we’d like to hear and what our guests would like to hear. He understood immediately the “vibe” we were going for with our wedding reception, and did not fail to deliver! Definitely hire New York City Swing/Uptown Swing for an amazing wedding band that you’ll remember forever and your guests will continue to talk about!

What an amazing job New York City Swing did at our wedding. We are still hearing from guests that it was the best wedding band they'd ever seen. They were the highlight of the party, from the beautiful ceremony music, to the jazzy cocktail hour, to the fantastic reception -- the dance floor was packed all night! Guests were coming up to us and saying it was like being at a wedding AND a concert at the same time!

The musicianship and professionalism of all the performers are top notch. Owner Dore and musical director Tim were great to work with and made the planning process easy. They followed all of our requests perfectly and even learned a few songs specifically for our event. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you New York City Swing!

Dore and Tim and the team at NYC Swing is the best! We booked them right away after seeing them perform at a friends wedding. It was the simplest decision we made during the wedding process. We chose a very obscure song for our first dance and the band learned the song in the exact way that we had wanted it played. Tim came to our apartment before the wedding and sat down with us to figure out what songs we wanted played at different points of the wedding. Once we met with him we felt so relaxed - the wedding had become so real! They helped us figure out the best configuration of pieces for the band within our budget and when the day of the wedding came, the blew everyone away. The venue had a stage which made it difficult for the band to interact with the guests but they made a point to come down to the dance floor and party with us. The energy was amazing the whole night and they truly knew what songs worked with the crowd. I had a whole list of songs that I wanted played and they did their best to play the favorites. I learned that the band knew better than me - so just let them do their thing - it will be amazing if you do! You will no be disappointed with this rocking band!!!

NYC SWING is an unbelievable band! They made our wedding spectacular! Everyone danced all night long and are still talking about our wedding. NO other band compares! NYC City Swing is the best band! You do not need to look any further when booking a band for your wedding. Our wedding was over 4 weeks ago and all of our guests are still raving about how amazing our band was. They kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night. They are able to perform any type of music and know how to make a party. The band was very important to us and we were beyond thrilled with our decision to use NYC Swing.

On a side note, Dorie and Tim (band director) are amazing to work with and were always there for any questions we had and really helped make our night perfect.

To say that they were beyond amazing would be an understatement. It has been a month and people are still talking about how incredible the band was. They were very amenable to any musical requests and even learned 3-4 songs specifically for us. They were friendly, outgoing, and absolute super stars.

This band is the absolute best. They will keep your guests dancing the entire night. I know today most people use a DJ but there is nothing like an excellent band to add that special flavor to your celebration. My guests were blown away by the music, the floor was always packed. Those that were not dancers were equally entertained by the showmanship of the musicians. This is a top ten band, if your looking for a band don't look anywhere else.

NYC Swing is absolutely incredible and was the talk of all of our guests! We hired them after seeing them my best friend's wedding and realized it was the most fun and best dancing we had ever had at a wedding.

48 hours before our wedding, my husband and I were forced to relocate our wedding from NJ to DC because of Hurricane Sandy - something I said I would only do if NYC Swing would make the trip. My friends and family thought I was crazy -- in the midst of relocating my wedding it was the band I was obsessed over. But then they all heard the band at our wedding, had the time of their lives, and understood why NYC Swing is so incredible. There really is no equivalent band out there - they are simply amazing.

I used NYC Swing for my wedding, and I would 100% recommend them. We had a relatively large wedding of about 230 guests. About 130 of the guests were between 23-27 years old so we really wanted a band that would play lively music that would keep everyone on the dance floor.

Dori and his band 100% lived up to, and even exceeded, those expectations. We had made a list of about 50 songs (mostly R&B and dance music) for him and the band and they played all of them. Dori was also very flexible with his schedule, allowing us to meet with him several times before our wedding.

Wedding bands are expensive, but in my opinion, they are the most important driver of a great wedding. At our wedding, the dance floor was packed out the entire night and all I've gotten since it have been compliments to how great the band was.

New York City Swing's Uptown Swing Band was the absolute highlight of our wedding. They kept the dance floor going all night long and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Even a month after our wedding, our friends and family are still talking about how great they were!! I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this band. They are by far the best wedding band I have ever seen. They are not only incredible musicians, but put on quite a show when on the stage! Each member has such a unique personality they bring to the overall performance, and several times throughout the night the band got down on the dance floor to entertain and dance!

I HIGHLY recommend them, they sound EXACTLY like the artists who actually sing the songs and the musicians are incredibly talented. Hire them, it's the best decision you can make to ensure that your wedding is a blast!

AMAZING!!!! Best band ever, they blew everyone away! They allow guests that know how to play instruments join them on stage, and they come out onto the dance floor to get everyone involved and excited! I believe the NYC Swing is the BEST band in the North East area. They have this dynamic about them, that just gets the party started and keeps it there. Shane, the owner and also the drummer, is very attentive to details and is willing to work with you on prices. They are rather expensive, but you get what you pay for. I got the 15 piece package and EVERY member of the band had something different and amazing about them. They truly made my night PERFECT.

If you want a really fun and upbeat wedding, this is the band for you! They were just so much fun. My parents really wanted 50's and 60's music, and we wanted current music, and they managed to make everyone happy. They were awesome.

Book New York City Swing for Your Wedding!

New York City Swing was one of the best parts of our wedding. A month later, our friends and family are still raving about what a blast it was and how much fun we had on the dance floor. Dore and Mick were a pleasure to work with and truly understood the tone we were going for. They truly set the scene for an epic night, and really know how to play the crowd (ours was a rowdy one). They played everything we wanted to hear, and also learned a few special songs for our first dance and ceremony that were not on their song lists. I wish we could party with New York City Swing every weekend, because it truly feels like you're front row at an awesome concert. We have already recommended them to multiple friends and cannot recommend them more.

NYC Swing made our wedding what it was. They are an absolutely fantastic wedding band. They bring the energy, the charisma, and the professionalism that you can only hope your wedding band would bring! Tim was a great business man to work with leading up to the wedding. He asked all the right questions and made us feel confident the affair would go smoothly. Roz is a fantastic singer who really brought the party. The band EVEN learned the Northwestern Fight Song a day before the wedding so I could surprise my groom! My one complaint was that there wasn't a guitarist in one of the rooms ready to play before guests entered, so they seemed a bit unprepared at one point during the wedding. But after that, it was smooth sailing. I would definitely recommend NYC Swing.

Dore and his team were wonderful! I am a wedding planner and my clients booked NYC Swing before I started working with them, and it was a pleasure to coordinate with the band. They were fun, high-energy, and followed the timeline to a T. They were flexible as needed, and could easily accomodate a 45 minute hora at the client's request! Highly recommend.
