Marcelo was the perfect officiant for our wedding! From the very beginning, he made the entire process seamless and personal, taking the time to get to know us as a couple and crafting a ceremony that truly reflected our love story. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made us feel at ease, and his words during the ceremony were both meaningful and heartfelt. Marcielo was fantastic to work with from start to finish. The first time we met him was over FaceTime (we live in the US) and he made us feel so much more comfortable with our ceremony from the moment we met him. After our FaceTime he provided us with his standard ceremony template and we were able to make any edits we wanted to personalize it to us. We were a little bit nervous about this because we did not have a ceremony rehearsal with him. So the first time this ceremony was read was quite literally in the moment of the wedding. It went off flawlessly. He made us feel so comfortable at the alter. The ceremony last for approximately 15 minutes and it was beautiful. We received so many compliments on our ceremony. When we reflect back on our day, he was one of the major highlights of our day. We would recommend Marcielo to anyone looking to have their wedding in Costa Rica. -

Wonderful Ceremony
You can tell Marcelo has been doing this for a while because everything is completely flawless. From initial contact, to going through vows, through to completion, he has planned for everything. Marcelo is very friendly, professional, and super easy to talk to. He made our day absolutely perfect and we can't thank him enough for his help. -

Marcelo handled everything, and we could not have been more happy with his service. Months beforehand he took the initiative and asked us for our and our witness' information (required for the license) as well as graciously incorporated our input into the ceremony. Day of he kept things light which really helped our nerves and ran a stellar ceremony, you could tell he's a professional who has done this before. Afterwards, he got us our certificate on time and answered all of our questions. We were happy he was part of our special day. Thank you Marcelo! -

Simply wonderful and professional
Marcelo was amazing! So awesome to work with any just great energy. We loved how easy going he was and responsive. It’s hard to plan a destination wedding in a place you have never been or with a person you never met, but he made it a breeze! He was willing to work with us and his English is perfect. 10/10 would recommend this guy and his services! -

Marcelo was amazing. Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. His speech was touching and personal, especially when he included our children. I ugly cried several times reading it ahead of time (so I wouldn’t bawl during the ceremony)! He spoke elegantly and was just the perfect wedding Officiant. I felt very comfortable working with him and that he would see to it our marriage was valid. -

We truly enjoyed having Marcelo officiate our wedding. Marcelo had a wonderful transcript, which was very touching. We liked it so much that we made no changes, but Marcelo was open and very flexible if we wanted to make changes. Marcelo's English is perfect and he has a voice that projects for all guests to hear. Marcelo was amazing to work with and we highly recommend him. -

We got married in February 2020, and we look back on our wedding day with the happiest memories. Marcelo played a crucial part in our wedding ceremony. He helped us make our day not only memorable, but unforgettable.
Our communication with Marcelo prior to the wedding was brilliant and completely stress free. He always took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything thoroughly to us as we did have many questions during this process.
During the ceremony, we appreciated how Marcelo kept things so light and funny, yet serious when needed. He had listened to exactly what we wanted and provided it. Marcelo's energy made us feel comfortable and kept our guests engaged. Afterwards, we had several guest compliment us on how much fun he made our ceremony.
In short, we could not have asked for a better officiant for our special day and would highly recommend Marcelo to anyone. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Marcelo, get ready because whenever we renew our vows in the future, you will be there! ;-) -

Marcelo was an amazing officiant for our beach wedding! He not only was professional he was very responsive throughout the process and was in contact early to make sure our vows fit our family and us. He helped craft vows especially for our blended family and even included a family vow and blessing for my 13 year old daughter. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful and if you choose to hire Marcelo you can rest assured you are choosing a professional with plenty of experience. I could not have been happier and my husband and I highly recommend him! I am still smiling from ear to ear just thinking about our amazing day! -

Lovely ceremony

Marcelo is not only a great professional, but a very likeable person, who did a wonderful job with our ceremony. He was very helpful with finding us the perfect venue for us. The marriage is LEGAL, and all the paperwork came as promised, and was easy to record in the United States. We highly recommend his service.
