Mar & Co was great to work with! They responded to my emails extremely promptly, were very professional, and answered all my questions! Priscilla did my hair and makeup in Las Vegas and was amazing!!! She did my makeup exactly how I requested - "soft glam" and curled my hair perfectly! She was so fun and helped calm my nerves!! We had 2 artists total who did 8 girls makeup and 5 girls hair all in about 4 hours! -

A Flawless Look for Our Sunrise Vegas Elopement
I recently had the pleasure of working with Mar & Co. Beauty (formerly Brianna Michelle Beauty) for my elopement and I can't recommend them highly enough! As an out-of-state bride, I was initially nervous about not having a trial run, but Marianna made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
On the big day, she arrived promptly and took the time to understand my vision, discussing styles, and looks that would complement my features perfectly. The hair and makeup turned out absolutely stunning! Marianna crafted a look that was not only beautiful but also held up beautifully throughout the day for both myself and my mom. I felt radiant and received countless compliments.

Everything I wanted and more!!
Brianna and Chaney were amazing! They did a fabulous job on our hair and makeup. I felt incredible. Brianna took feedback after my trial, and she created the perfect look for my wedding in October. Chaney was also very responsive, and my hair was beautiful! I highly recommend this group of talented, friendly professionals. -

One of my biggest concerns getting married across the country in Vegas was who would do my hair and makeup. I’m so glad I went with Brianna & team. I did the trial the night before for our welcome event and they did makeup for me and 5 others the morning of. It was like they were part of the team hanging out with us. We had half the group that knew exactly what they wanted and half that had no idea. They did a great job on all 6. Highly recommend Brianna & team for your special event! -

Brianna was amazing! I was planning a wedding from 3 states away and had the hardest time finding someone I trusted with my wedding makeup. Well, look no further! Brianna made it so easy to book and is so kind. She was able to schedule me a trial around my busy travel plans and she knocked it out of the park for my wedding day. I was so impressed by my wedding makeup and all my bridesmaids looked phenomenal. She was great at dealing with all our different wants and needs and different skin tones. I cried, sweat, drank, and partied all night long and my makeup didn't budge an inch. In fact, my new husband and I "went to bed" so quickly after we got home, I never washed my face and woke up with the same look! If you want makeup that is glam and beautiful or natural and chic, and a look that will stay your entire day - chose Brianna! -

My sister and I found Brianna Michelle Beauty on Instagram and Yelp separately and thought her before/after photos were awesome and super helpful! I filled out the contact form and Brianna reached out directly within a day or two and we had a call scheduled within the week! Brianna is super sweet, communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and I felt like she truly cared and enjoys her work! I booked her to do the hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and two bridesmaids.
I experienced no "cons". but "pros" include the fact that Brianna and team are mobile (I was an out-of-town bride and they came to my hotel), offer a hair/makeup trial, and have a ton of photos online to browse. Brianna also recommends having some inspo photos for what you want for her to reference/consider.
I DEFINITELY recommend booking the trial (I scheduled mine the day before our ceremony since we came into Vegas from out of town). It helped narrow down what I wanted (my inspo Pinterest board had several/too many different looks lol) for both hair and makeup.
I wanted to look like myself but match the formality of my wedding gown...I think we accomplished this! Cheney did everyone else's hair while Brianna did my hair/makeup and everyone else's makeup. Brianna seriously helped make me, and the day, feel so special and perfect! -

Covid-19 completely disrupted all our Vegas wedding plans, and Brianna was understanding, compassionate and easy to work with through it all. I booked Brianna Michelle Beauty for our private elopement during COVID on 09.19.2020 and they made me look BEAUTIFUL!!! I loved my makeup/hair tech and we had the best time. After much research, I hired Brianna Beauty to do the makeup for my September wedding for myself and 6 bridal attendants. Her communication was amazing throughout the process, as we used text message, email and Instagram to coordinate the looks for all of our wedding party.
A month before the wedding, we did the hair and makeup trial. I already had my dress, so we were able to see what it would look like on the day. With a bit of input from my groom and maid of honor, we created the perfect look.
On my wedding day, Brianna and her team traveled to my house and created a full makeup production studio in my master bathroom for all of us. We felt like movie stars as they proceeded to get all of us ready – and even snuck in the mother of the groom! Our makeup held all through the 12-hour-day (in an 80-degree outdoor wedding and photoshoots), and we didn’t even need any touchups!
We are so pleased with her work; I recommend her to everyone!

I got the pleasure of working with Sam & Katie from Brianna Michelle beauty. They were amazing they made you feel so calm and relaxed the whole time. I loved loved loved my hair and make up! They made the build of the day easy and enjoyable for me as well as made me feel beautiful on my day! If you need a glam team for a special occasion these are your girls!!!

It is so overwhelming planning a wedding from afar, especially with something so important as your hair and makeup! I was super intimidated by all of the websites and portfolios out there. Until I found Brianna Michelle! Right away, I felt most at ease on her website and reading how she does things and her client reviews. She responded quickly, but was very friendly and professional every time I needed something, and I never felt pressured like I had with other artists I had reached out to.
Brianna was just as friendly and professional in person as she was over email. She did hair and makeup for my bridesmaid and myself and we were so happy with the results. The hair accessory I bought wasn't working quite right, but luckily, Brianna had some spare options to save the day. Our makeup and hair stayed flawless all day and into the wee hours of the night through lots of partying. I felt like a supermodel and received so many compliments. Even my photographer said "wow, whoever did your eye makeup killed it." And he should know, he sees a lot of brides! haha. We went to Blink-182 that night after the ceremony and I ended up crowd surfing in my wedding dress. My hair stayed on point even after that!!!
As a 35 year old mom of 2, I had forgotten what it felt like to feel pretty and confident. I had fallen into a rut since having my kids, and it feels great to be getting that self-esteem back.I have really enjoyed all of Brianna's makeup tips in her facebook groups and I am so excited she is now offering her new makeup courses as well.
Do yourself a favor and stop the searching! You'll be in amazing hands with Brianna Michelle Beauty! :) -

My experience using Brianna Michelle Beauty was professional and exceptional from start to finish. I contacted her via her website and received a response via email shortly thereafter. Brianna Michelle Beauty offers the benefit of having both your hair & makeup done by the same professional so you only have to book a single appointment. I ended up getting to have Brianna (the owner) for my wedding day and could not have been happier with the service I received. We had a phone consultation ahead of time and also shared images of my vision for my look so we were on the same page weeks before my wedding. Brianna came right to my hotel room and was fully armed with everything she could need to complete my look. Not only did she follow the inspiration photos, but Brianna also customized the look to match my features. I received compliments on my hair and makeup from strangers all day. I had my makeup done at 11:30 AM and it still looked flawless when we got back to our room around midnight that night. For reference, the photos I've included in this post were at ~6 PM. That's over 6 hours later and my hair & makeup still looked fresh! Brianna was professional yet friendly and incredibly talented. I wish she could do my hair and makeup every day! -

Si Sent on 09/29/2018Brianna was highly recommended in wedding forums I was a member of, and I loved her portfolio, where she has worked on all skin tones. She was really helpful giving me ideas based on the pictures I sent her of my face and wedding dress.
I couldn't fit in a trial due to my schedule, but was confident in Brianna and she did not let me down! She has organised a schedule for the day as there were 5 of us, ranging from age 30s to 60s, all Asians, and all getting hair and makeup done. Our mums have never felt so glammed up!
My hair has not looked THAT GOOD before and it stayed intact ALL night. My makeup was not only natural (bridal look), but at the same time striking - it came out fantastic in photos! I received lots of compliments on the night and online.
THANK YOU Brianna!! If I ever renew my vows and you are still working, I will book you :) -

I was open to her ideas, and she gave me a look that I was super proud to wear! She was careful to use vegan makeup with me as I requested and even used some of my fave products from Kat Von D and Pretty Vulgar. I cannot thank her enough for her artistry. She made me want to learn more about hair and makeup so I can look Brianna bride pretty every day! :) If you ever have the chance to work with her, PLEASE do yourself a favor and book her. You won't regret it! -

Carita Sent on 04/03/2018I had a destination wedding in Las Vegas. Brianna did some consulting with me over the phone and allowed me to email her whenever I had questions. Brianna is very personable and listened to all of my concerns.
I am an African American bride with regular-to-coarse hair and natural discoloration on my lips, but that was not a problem for her. She did a beautiful trial and this helped us pull together my final look on the wedding day. She was prompt, professional, and had professional products. I received compliments from friends, family, and even strangers about my hair and makeup.
She was very helpful in choosing products to enhance my look. My makeup lasted through my events on both nights even while I was sweating and crying. My picture is after six hours. I highly recommend Brianna and her services. Do a hair and makeup trial and you won't be disappointed! Also, be honest about the condition of your hair and skin and she can give you some great advice! -

When I started reading reviews for makeup and hair artists in Las Vegas, Brianna was consistently praised for her work, and now I know why! She always responded to inquiries almost immediately, and was happy to provide her own opinion on any idea you threw her way which I appreciated. Her pricing for hair and makeup cannot be beat for the work she does.
I wasn't able to get a trial due to time constrictions but I knew Brianna would kill it, and she did! She is fantastic under pressure and arrived right on time. I truly appreciated her calm demeanor the day of my wedding as I was pretty anxious. If I could bring her back to my hometown to do my hair and makeup for every event, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Brianna, you really made my wedding day special. -

My hair and makeup looked great. I felt very special on my day. I loved how I looked. My husband did not recognize me at first. He told me I looked amazing. All my guest praised the great work Brianna did with the makeup. I came back home (California) and shared my pictures with co-workers and love ones that were not able to attend. I was having such a hard time finding anyone in Utah to come up to zion to do our hair and makeup. No one was getting back to me or they didn't want to make the drive up. So I decided to see if I could have any luck from Vegas. I came across brianna from one of the wedding apps and I am so happy that I did! Her travel fee was fair and she did an absolutely outstanding job and made my day so so special. She really listened to my wants and my concerns and went over and above anything I could have ever imagined! It was perfect! She made up myself, my two bridesmaids and my mom all by herself, faster than the time she allotted, and made the 3 and a half drive by herself. If that doesn't say dedication and talent, I don't know what does! Brianna is so sweet and so kind and responds back quickly. She was the only one throughout the whole wedding process that I didn't have to question one thing about. Her work is outstanding, she is great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone over and over again. She is really doing what she is meant for! Thank you so much brianna for making my day so special!

Cheryl Sent on 05/18/2014Wow, what can I say. Brianna was amazing! She showed up on time, got right to work. I used her twice, for my stag and wedding. She did 5 girls hair and make-up, including myself.
For my stag, we did a hair and make-up trail for the wedding, then made it more Vegas party after. It stayed perfect all night.
For the wedding day, on May 3rd, 2014. All the girls were very happy with their hair and make-up. She did almost exactly what we sent her photos of but added her own twist/suggestions or change things based on our skin tone and eye color. She even covered up my sunburn, I was still a little pink but not nearly as bad as it was prior to the make up coverage.
It was a hot day 36C/97F and the wedding was outside, the make-up lasted all day and it never melted or got splotchy. Everyone was very pleased with how well their hair and make-up stood up to the heat and into the night!
You will not be disappointed if you book with her! -

At the end of the day I LOVED my look! There are really 3 reviews to do here so I will break them up in the order of my contact with each.
Marianna the CEO - would NOT recommend. From the beginning it was a bit of a disaster. I initially reached out and then did not follow up for several months, okay on me. When I did reach out and had decided on this company she was initially responsive which I quickly realized was to get money. Afterwards any communication sent would take over a week to get a response and several follow ups. Instead of taking responsibility she immediately threw back my initial delay in communication, again fine, but then continued to put it on me by saying she understood planning a wedding was a stress (this had nothing to do with it) and then adding how she had 350 OTHER brides to worry about. So yea good to know I was literally of no importance to her, great customer service. I made a deal with myself at that moment if she showed up to do my hair she was OUT, no way! I limited all communication after that to the BARE minimum, even having to reach out myself to ask about a trial. She is the reason for the docked star.
Priscilla was my, the Brides artist - she is AMAZING! I would hire her directly! She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She listened to what I said and exceeded my expectations! She is the reason for so many stars without her this would easily be a maybe 3? Priscilla also did my bridesmaids makeup and everyone was impressed!
Bridesmaids hair - I am sorry I cannot recall her name. I met her the day of the wedding. She was nice and did a good job. My Matron of Honor did mention her hair does not hold curls and unfortunately about 20 minutes after she left my MOHs hair was FLAT. Priscilla luckily was able to do something to fix it just before we left. Otherwise the rest of the girls hair was beautiful!
So at the end of the day do I recommend this company? Well if you are in Las Vegas and can request Priscilla (if Marianna allows requests) then yes. Otherwise I would look elsewhere to a company that doesn't treat you as just another Bride in their hundreds. -
