Manor House was a perfect venue for us. We were back in the Carriage House and it felt like our own private space. It was beautiful and spacious enough for not only our reception but also our ceremony. Allison was our sales manager and she was a joy to work with. She answered all our questions and was so patient and kind about all the little concerns that my parents and I brought to her. Allison felt like she truly cares and is a partner in making your day great. She also helped us with multiple parts of planning. She went to bat for us to asked for little accommodations so that our day would be just how we wanted. Also, Manor House provides a seating chart template and a program that helps you place items in the venue. It was so helpful for me to visualize everything and make it perfect. More, the staff go above and beyond to make the day perfect. They were so kind and helped us with so many little details that I was concerned over. Shout out to Jacob and Allie for being the best at customer service and making our day truly magical and effortless. We were so so impressed by their work and care for our event. Even more, the grounds are beautiful and make for great pictures. You and your guests will really love the experience.

We just had our wedding @ The Carriage House @ The Manor House in June 2025. Beautiful venue.... Carriage House was rustic and charming.....beautiful setting and best is they only hold 1 wedding at a time here compared to main house. Food was excellent & service was outstanding. We had use of Carriage House 2 hours before wedding to get dressed and take pictures, plus use of the entire grounds for more pictures. Easy access and parking for guests. Beautiful layout. Allison and her team were terrific! Professional, Organized and very attentive to our needs! She was with us every step of the way! Would highly recommend! Beautiful venue!

My husband and I could not be happier that we chose The Manor House for our wedding venue! We knew we wanted the ceremony and reception to be in the same place, and the Manor House has so many beautiful options for the ceremony. I fell in love with the atrium and knew I had to have my ceremony there. The rest of the grounds are beautiful as well, it's like they have 5 or 6 different mini venues across the property, which makes for gorgeous and diverse photos. We were apprehensive at first about having to use their catering service because we wanted to be able to shop around, but ended up being so much easier that we didn't have to coordinate with another vendor, and the food was absolutely delicious. Several guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Not only that, but when one of my bridesmaids realized during the reception that she had accidentally ordered a meal with pork in it, the staff very quickly made some rice for her to have to replace the portion of the meal she couldn't eat. We also had one guest show up who didn't RSVP, and they adapted so smoothly I didn't even know it happened. They pulled up an extra place setting to a table and discreetly asked her what she would like to eat and it was so seamless, I was extremely impressed. Allison was always super responsive to my emails and answered every question. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we owe so much credit to the beautiful Manor House and their amazing staff.

The coordinators at the venue were so helpful. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and really helped us figure out what fit within our budget and recommended vendors they work with regularly as well. They are a wonderful group of people, it's a gorgeous venue, and everyone raved about the food! I can't thank them enough for how much they helped us and what they did to make the day truly incredible.

Absolutely fantastic. The Manor House was the perfect venue for our wedding. The people there were wonderful and so knowledgeable about the wedding planning process. We could not have asked for a better team to help us put together the most perfect day. Everything turned out better than we imagined on paper. The wedding coordinators (especially Allison) helped us create a fantastic plan and something our guests really were excited to attend. Our guests continuously raved about how wonderful the food, desert, and drinks were. They described it as "the best wedding food they've ever had". The decor was set up exactly how we imagined and everything was spotless. The day-of coordinators made sure the day before and day-of were seamless. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful venue that exceeds your expectations, look no further.

We could not recommend the Manor House more! We had an Indian wedding at the Manor House in April 2022. The Manor House has hosted many Indian/South Asian weddings and know exactly what they entail. (They entail a lot!) Many venues do not allow outside catering, but the Manor House allowed us to cater from an outside Indian restaurant. We were even able to have the groom ride in on a horse outside the venue!

Our wedding coordinator Allison was the best! She was so kind and lovely to work with. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. She was very supportive during our stressful wedding planning journey. She is very knowledgeable about South Asian weddings and events. I do not live in Ohio. Allison worked closely with my mom in person and me virtually to ensure I would have the perfect day. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing. We just enjoyed our day and the Manor House executed everything perfectly! We will cherish our wedding day forever!

I didn’t expect everything to be so perfect, but it absolutely was! Every detail was exactly how I pictured. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and really were passionate about making your wedding experience phenomenal. 100% recommend this venue.

Absolutely wonderful venue for any event you could possibly have! My wife and I got married here, in the Carriage House, and we loved every second of it. My wife had any help she could possibly need on the day of our wedding, we each had a room to get ready in, and we were able to have our ceremony and reception at the same location. The food here is absolutely top notch. We went with a buffet, and while many buffets have issues with food being too bland or dry, that wasn't the case here. The food was amazing, and many people commented on it in a positive manner. All in all the ambiance, service, and goods were amazing and we could not be more happy.

When my now husband and I started looking for venues, the Manor House hadn't even crossed our mind. But after a few weeks of searching we came across this little gem. We toured the whole venue, and immediately fell in love with the Carriage House. To say it is stunning is an understatement. The staff at the Manor House is super accommodating and helpful. Shannon, who we worked with every step of the way, was the absolute best! Jacob helped with the ceremony and reception and everything went flawlessly (except for the HEAT). I had a detailed list, and being the planner that I am, was still fearful that things weren't going to be exactly the way I wanted... but I was so wrong. It was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more! Thank you Manor House for helping with my dream wedding!

Madison was an absolute God-send. From start to finish her professionalism and precision guided us through every step of the process. Paul was also absolutely clutch in serving our entire family to perfection. I simply cannot say enough about the value and care we experienced at Manor House. We are so GRATEFUL!! Booking Manor House as our ceremony and reception venue was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. Manor House is extremely gorgeous and is the perfect place to take pictures. My photographer and videographer could not stop gushing about how amazing the property was. However, the beautiful property is not even the best part about Manor House. The entire staff was so organized and helpful. We primarily worked with Shannon (who is absolutely amazing - I am so sad that my wedding is over because I won't be able to work with her anymore) and she was always so kind and willing to answer all of my many questions, especially in the midst of uncertainty regarding COVID-19. She was so kind and was so willing to let us come back 3 times to look at table cloth samples when my mom and I were indecisive - we ended up sampling over 10 table cloths, not including the different napkins we looked at, and Shannon was more than happy to accommodate us and order more samples for us! Manor House took care of anything and everything we needed - they had so many people on staff specifically for my wedding so everything went smoothly and everything was taken care of. I was hesitant to book Manor House at first because they can be on the pricier end, however they do more than any other venue I looked at. I actually believe I would have spent more if I booked a cheaper venue because they don't do as much or provide as much as Manor House. Plus, I had total peace of mind that they would take care of everything leading up to my wedding and during my wedding, which is priceless. On top of all of this, the food is phenomenal and my family and friends didn't have to stay late after my wedding to tear everything down because Manor House does set up and tear down. Manor House is worth every single penny and I recommend them to every single person who is looking for a reception venue. Even my dad, who is frugal and doesn't like spending money, agrees that Manor House was amazing and worth every single penny. You won't regret booking Manor House.

it was the junior-senior prom last night and it was at this venue and it was AWESOME!! the people were friendly and it was just a great place to have this memorable moment in my life!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD DEFINITLY GO BACK THERE!!!!

Wow, the Manor House really was the perfect venue for us! The industrial / equestrian Carriage House on the back of their property was exactly what we were looking for: an entire building with multiple levels so we could transition rooms with each phase of the wedding. We worked with Madison, who was more than willing to make our ideas a reality even though they were different than their traditional flow of show. She took note of every detail and seamlessly reworked the floorplan when a last-minute change came through. Her staff helped us unload and set up the day before the event and then took such great care of us the day of the wedding. Not to mention, the food and drinks were delicious. They truly offer everything you could want at a fair price.

Loved it. Very helpful. Very nice staff, and the venue is amazing. Shannon was my point of contact and I will say she helped to make the whole process easier for me. I had only 70 days to plan the entire wedding.

Shannon made the whole process so easy for us and made sure we had everything that we wanted or needed and more!! The venue was clean and well kept!! We wouldn’t have had our wedding any where else!! As an independent wedding coordinator I have the opportunity to work at many different venues around the tri-state. My favorite is The Manor House. I've had the honor of working there several times throughout the years and every single time is as good as the last. Shannon, a sales manager, is absolutely incredible to work with and goes above and beyond for every single client that comes through those doors. She works incredibly hard to not only meet their expectation but to exceeded in strides. On the day of the event, every staff member is incredibly professional, knowledgeable about the event, and hard-working. Of course, the one thing most guests talk about is the food and believe the Manor House does not disappoint. The menu is very versatile and the food is always delivered hot and fresh, with a side of delicious.

The facility is very well taken care of, which is evident when you walk through the doors and are in awe of its grandeur. If the fountain in the Atrium doesn't take your breath away, the gardens certainly will. All their gardens are incredibly well manicured and are the perfect location for breathtaking pictures.

I absolutely recommend this venue for anyone looking for a flawless event. You won't be disappointed.

My husband Tom and I had the pleasure of working with Madison at Manor House! From Day 1, she was extremely professional, calm, organized, and attentive to all details. She answered emails promptly and made our wedding vision a reality. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the venue was gorgeous. Many of our wedding guests commented that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. I highly recommend Madison and Manor House to anyone searching for a wedding venue and coordinator!

We were lucky enough to have our New Year's Eve wedding at The Manor House just a month ago. It was a perfect day from beginning and end. Madison was with us every step of the way to answer all of our questions and help with all the details. We were lucky enough to hold our ceremony in the Atrium and our reception in the Manor ballroom. The venue itself is amazing all by itself but the staff ensured that every detail was perfect and were extremely attentive. The food and service was amazing. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to host our wedding there and ring in the new year and our new life together. Thank you Madison and Manor House!

We had my daughter’s wedding there in November. The team at The Manor House is very knowledgeable and super responsive. Everyone that works there goes out of their way to make sure you have a superior planning experience and unforgettable event. They are pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I would definitely pick Manor House again!

What can I say about this place? First and foremost, it’s a more traditional wedding venue offering a plantation style feel. That’s not what sold me. What sold me, was the several gorgeous landscape. The atrium is beautiful, no matter what time of day. The two gazebos, the beautiful fountains. Just so many places that will make a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos. The other thing that sold me is the food. The manor house actually adds spice and flavor to their food. And they’re also not afraid to change up the menu to suit your dietary needs. My guests are still raving about those coconut shrimp and sesame chicken skewers. The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. What ever you ask of them, you’ll receive with a smile. They really make you feel like royalty. I worked with Shannon, who was an absolute delight. She really does everything she can to help you created your Dream day while staying within your budget. She never once made me feel pressured to add additional items or upgrade. In fact, she actually made suggestions on how to save and get the most bang out of our buck.

Now I have to mention that is pricey however I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for and the manor House is worth every penny!

Oustandimg venue for a wedding and reception. Shannon Wullenweber and staff Madison a d Corine will exceed all of your expectations and most importantly those of the bride and groom. Big or small, quaint and cozy they can do it all for you. They can meet any budget to make it a memorable event. Great access from I 71, I 75 and I 275. Say hello to Shannon when you call!

While touring the Manor House, my future husband asked if we should hire a wedding consultant, he explained, if something goes wrong he didn't want me distracted to fix something on our wedding day. What Shannon Wullenweber (Manor House Consultant) said next sealed the deal... "If something goes wrong, you'll never know it".... what piece of mind she gave us! Shannon delivered!! We had the most beautiful NYE wedding at the Manor House! I can't believe it's been over two weeks ago. Our evening wedding began with the ceremony inside the beautiful Atrium with cocktails and party to follow across the hall in the Carolina Room. We rang in the New Year with our closest family and friends! We have received so many compliments on our venue and it's beauty, along with raves about the food and staff. Shannon made all of this happen by creating the perfect plan for the evening along with providing the best staff to attend our every need!

Stunning venue! This was the first venue I visited when trying to decide where to have my wedding and I fell in love with it. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept, the interior is very classy and formal. I had my wedding ceremony in the atrium and it was gorgeous, I just loved the amount of natural light and the ceiling in that room. My reception was held in the Carolina room and it was perfect, my favorite part of the room was the bar and fireplace, very cozy and classy atmosphere. The cost was very reasonable for what you get here, the food is great, and the staff are very attentive to all your needs. During the planning process I worked with Shannon and she is fabulous! She was very helpful and genuinely excited and happy when helping me plan my vision for my wedding and reception, she really takes the time to communicate with you and she was a real pleasure to work with. Everything the day of went perfectly and everything was decorated beautifully and exactly the way I had imagined it. I would highly recommend the Manor House!

I had the wedding of my dreams at the Manor House. I cannot thank them enough for making my day so special. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond, made sure all the little details were taken care of and reassured me that my day would be everything I hoped for...She was just amazing. Our ceremony took place outside at the gazebo area. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and made for such pretty photos. The reception was a blast and food was delicious! We got so many compliments about the Manor House and if I had the chance to do it over again I would choose them every time!!! THANK YOU FOR MY PERFECT DAY!

The Manor House was awesome. Everything went pretty flawlessly on the actual wedding day. They were very quick to respond to my questions and concerns leading up to the wedding. The rooms looked amazing on the day of. We used both the Crystal Room in the main building and the Carriage House.

I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to the manor house. It was a little over my budget but was definitely worth it! I worked with Shannon and she was so helpful throughout the entire process and definitely made me feel like my wedding was always the top of her list even though I know she had many events she was handling. My favorite parts were all the different a types of photo opportunities there were with the grounds and the food is amazing! I highly recommend them!

I never dreamed I'd be able to get married at the Manor House. But I did! And it was incredible. Everything was perfect. We worked with Michelle and she is wonderful. She worked very closely with us and made sure we were happy with everything. The set up was beautiful, even though we had a dreary day. The Atrium is a perfect spot for a ceremony. The food is the BEST! And the wait staff is very professional. Always checking on us and making sure everything was as it should be. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely select the Manor House (and eat even more bow tie pasta!) Thanks so much for making our day so special!

Manor House is a truly lovely wedding reception venue. The location also has the option of having the wedding service performed there. As my husband and I are Catholic, we had our service at our church and the reception at Manor House.
Linda at Manor House is great to work with and she always asked me how I was and how the planning was going every time that I spoke with her. She seemed truly interested in making me calm throughout the reception planning process.
The venue was set up as I requested and the food was amazing. I received so many compliments on the food during the reception and afterwards. Many guest told me that it was the best meal that they have ever had at a wedding.
The venue is very classy and southern plantation style. I was looking for something that had a vintage feel to it and I feel that this location made the cut.

I could not have been happier with the Manor House! When we started looking for places in the Dayton/Cincinnati area to have our wedding, we were looking for a place similar to the Manor House where we could have both the ceremony and reception at the same location. Even other venues we visited had heard of the Manor House and had very positive things to say about the place. Once we checked it out, we knew this was the place for us.

Linda was our coordinator, and she was extremely helpful and made everything very easy for me, especially since I was planning from out of town. This venue does everything for you, like providing the food, drinks, decorations, and staff. They coordinate with all of your vendors for you in terms of set up/drop off times. They provide several assistants throughout your wedding night so that you really don’t have to worry about the smaller details (family/bridal party lining up for ceremony, getting everyone over to the reception hall, set up, clean up). They really have thought of everything!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous, both the outside scenery for photos as well as parts inside. We chose to have our ceremony at the Carriage House and our reception was in one of the reception halls. We have seen a few preview photos from our photographer, and the scenery is really ideal for photos. Even if the weather is bad, there are several places indoors or under an awning that work as well.

The food was excellent, and they have a variety of options to choose from. All staff was professional and extremely helpful. Although it is on the pricier end for a venue in Ohio, I truly think it was worth every penny.

We had our ceremony in the Carriage House and reception in the Magnolia Room on March 21, 2015, and had around 285 guests and a seated dinner. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to have both my ceremony and reception at!! So many people have since said the ceremony at the Carriage House was the most beautiful ceremony they've ever been to, and also that the reception was the most elegant and fun reception they've ever been to. Obviously the people make it fun, but the venue is one of the biggest parts of this, and Manor House took care of every last detail and made our night one that exceeded all of our expectations. We worked with Shannon W and she was one of the sweetest most helpful people we've ever met or worked with. She genuinely wanted everything to be perfect for us...she was there at our rehearsal to help out with anything we needed, and she and our bridal hostess and reception hostess could not have been more accommodating on the day of the wedding. From running around to replace dying boutonnieres before the ceremony, to standing with us in the Carriage House foyer to help make sure the processional went smoothly, to making us comfortable in the bridal suite before the reception, and making sure the bridal party had drinks all night....we seriously felt so lucky and special to have chosen Manor House. They worked with me and my parents to make sure we had everything and anything we wanted, and although it was a little pricey (mainly due to the amount of people we had), it was well worth it and appeared to all of our guests to be even fancier and expensive than it actually was. We've received so many compliments on the food (we had seated dinners of chicken marsala and alaskan halibut with mixed vegetables and potatoes) as well as the bartenders and service. We had a lot of drinkers there and no one had any complaints about the bar service...in fact many people made friends with the bartenders by the time the night was over! IN LOVE!!

The facility and the grounds and gardens are beautiful; the food was excellent. We had many, many compliments on the food and the service and the wedding in general. Many guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and Manor House was a big part of making that happen.

The Manor House is amazing! The staff is top notch the facility is beautiful, and the food was delicious. From start to finish, Anna, was wonderful. She guided us step by step thru the process of creating the perfect reception.

The manor house is such a beautiful venue. The food was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and organized. They made sure my new husband and I were taken care of the whole night along with the bridal party.

Our ceremony was in the attached courtyard to the Augusta Room. It had a retractable awning in case of rain and sun, which was needed that day. The setting is a BEAUTIFUL brick courtyard with lots of flowers and plants and rocking chairs! The reception was in the Augusta Room with its crystal chandeliers, large room and bar, and with the black and white linens and flowers it was GORGEOUS! We had room for a candy buffet and live photo booth too. But the most important part of the wedding is your FOOD. It was FANTASTIC! We had 84 Filet Mignon and almost every guest raved about their dinners. The Portabella Chicken was tender and wonderful too! The service was also excellent and professional. The only negative I can think of was how quickly they kept removing wedding cake from the guest plates. Some people would be dancing or taking photos and return to their table where their uneaten cake was already removed. All in all, it was a perfect day! Beautiful setting, wonderful food and drinks, music and dancing, and great service! So many people came up to me to say how great the food was and that they thought this was the best wedding they had been to in a long time.

Anna Saltar was my wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING! I was a bit nervous when my original coordinator quit after many years with the Manor House and Anna took over. I was nervous before I met her. From the first second she was involved everything was taken care of. She answered my million questions and worked with me to make our day a dream come true. People are still calling to tell us how amazing the wedding went. The food was fantastic as well as the service. It was... perfect. I am thankful I got to work with Anna and have my wedding at the Manor House. It is worth every single penny. If you are looking for an awesome venue that has it all.. go with the Manor House and go with Anna.

I coulnd't have asked for more! The Manor House was beautiful and the staff was amazing!!! Sherri was my sales manager and she was beyond patient, polite and professional. She made planning the wedding easy. She listened to my ideas and was extremely prompt on replying back to my questions. The food was fantastic and the gazebo area was stunning! John my bridal manager was also amazing. He found me, my new husband and my parents throughout the night offering us drinks, assistance and just making sure the evening was going as planned. I was even pleasantly surprised when he made the extra effort to write a note to my home thanking us for our business and expressing how beautiful the wedding was. The Manor House and its staff made me feel so special and well taken care of...it was the perfect day!

There is not enough room her for me to write about all of the things we loved about the manor house. About a month before my daughter's wedding, We were forced to change her venue because her previously booked venue was being sold. I took my daughter, the bride, directly to the manor house to find that they were willing to do what they needed to do to accommodate her wedding, to include finishing a new garden that was not due to be completed until October so that she would have a beautiful place to get married, and a beautiful place to have her reception. The owner Bill is an amazing person, who we felt went out of his way to make sure her wedding would have no more problems. The one she experienced was enough! The entire staff was friendly and responsive to all of our needs, the service was perfect, everyone raved about the food ,the venue is so beautiful, and her wedding was, without a doubt, better than it would have been at the place she originally booked. It was a bit more expensive than the place we had originally booked, but the lesson learned is you get what you pay for. If we had it to do over, I would have saved my daughter stress and tears and booked the Manor House to start with. With only a months notice, they gave my daughter her dream wedding!

I absolutely loved the Manor House! I JUST got married here, but have had the venue booked since last holiday season. My parents have lived in West Chester for years and had been to weddings at the Manor House before. I was an out-of-town bride, so wasn't exactly sure what to expect based on my parents' recommendations. Well, my mom clearly has good taste, because the Manor House is breathtaking. It may be a traditional wedding venue, BUT it is high-end and you can tell. Nice attention to detail--the beautiful fireplace and bar, chandeliers, etc. The sales staff--I worked with Michelle throughout my entire process--Michelle is so nice and helpful, and very responsive via email. She's great. I got married in a slow month, so she was able to work with me to get me some additional time for pictures and was able to meet me before our rehearsal to help get it all set up. Ceremony--I got married in the Atrium, and used Steve Means as our minister. He routinely does weddings at the Manor House, and seriously could not be nicer (and responsive via email). He was great, and we got lots of compliments on how powerful of a speaker he was. The atrium is absolutely breathtaking for the ceremony. When you come for a visit, as I did, and just mosey through, or see the atrium your Manor House tasting, you don't get the full feel of the actual ceremony. However, once the chairs are filled, the flowers are in place, and the sun starts to set, getting married in front of the fountain--it's absolutely stunning. Seriously. Gorgeous. I got a lot of compliments as to the beauty of the Atrium. Finally, the grounds of the Manor House are just designed for beautiful pictures--a gazebo, a bridge over water, etc. Yeah, it's probably been done before a million times, but not for YOUR wedding! I love my pics...and they were done in March, without any flowers on the grounds! It could only be prettier in the summer! I think the price is fair for the elegant location and service. I would absolutely recommend it. I have only seen a preview of my pictures so far, and they are just beautiful. Oh, I should also add that I got compliments on the great food as well. I know some critiqued that it wasn't as good as the tasting--our food came out excellent! Good job, Manor House!

We had Sherri as our sales rep and she was amazing to work with. I had a lot of changes all through our planning process and not once did she get annoyed with me. She was able to make everything I asked for and wanted happen. We had the Atrium for our ceremony and the Carolina room for our reception. Everything was perfect and looked just how I wanted. One of the bartenders did show up and the owner's son jumped in to help serve (I did not find out until after the wedding when my wedding coordinator told me). Sherri took care of everything, I did not have to do anything. Which is exactly what I wanted. The food and alcohol was great. I do not have one complaint. The staff was amazing!

We knew from the moment we walked in the front door that we would be getting married at Manor House. Absolutely beautiful...from the reception room(s), to the outdoor gardens, to the gazebo and the atrium. Not only was it stunning but their staff was incredible. They are so easy to get in touch with, and I honestly felt like Michelle went above and beyond by not only helping me plan out the ceremony/reception but it almost felt like I had my very own wedding planner. The "day of" staff were LIFE SAVERS. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside at the gazebo and at the very last minute it started to rain, so within a matter of a couple minutes they had managed to re-locate and place all 200 chairs and flowers inside into the just as beautiful atrium so the ceremony could still go on (on time even)! Half of the people didn't even realize the ceremony wasn't supposed to be in the atrium. The staff catered to our every need that day/night and there was never a moment where I felt lost or stressed because they had everything under control. Worth every penny!

Everything was done perfectly!! It was gorgeous didn't even need much decoration!! I highly suggest although I do hear it is hard to get into now!

Aboslutely worth every penny!! They allowed me to have the wedding of my dreams. They were professional, caring,attentative and acted as though they wanted this to be the best day of your life. I would recommed to anyone who wants that little extra for their wedding. People walked away from the night saying that it was such a beautiful place to be!

We had excellent service, and fantastic attention to detail!

No complaints at all. The venue was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and it was reasonably priced or everything that we received. During the weeks prior and more so on the day of the wedding, they always had someone there to make sure everything was perfect. The bar tenders even had such an attention to detail that they caught one person trying to "crash the wedding." We didn't even know he was there until the manager asked my mother-in-law if she knew him. She said know, they confronted him, and out he went.

This place was everything I was looking for. The grounds were beautiful. The food was delicious. The only poor thing was that the air conditioning was not on high enough for my guests. Also they didn't change my ceremony area into a sitting area like they said they would. Other than that everything was wonderful. Shannon was the person who took care of me and she was great.

The Manor House was a beautiful venue for our wedding. First of all, the facility itself is gorgeous. Everything was precisely planned out - from the food tasting, to the rehearsal and the actual wedding. The staff was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process and on our wedding day. We would definitely recommend the Manor House!

The Manor House was everything we hoped it would be and more. The staff was very helpful and responsive. They were all accomodating and a pleasure to work with throughout the event and the event planning.

This venue is just absolutely beautiful. They are wonderfully helpful. And the food was just amazing delicious.

Picking a wedding venue can be tough but as soon as we toured the Atrium in the Manor House I knew that I just had to get married there. Being an out-of-town couple we wanted a place that we could rely on to take care of a lot of things and they did just that. Although we had to change coordinators a few weeks before wedding day, made me a little nervous working with someone new. Allison took all the stress away and I wish I had worked with her from the beginning! She made sure everything came out perfectly the way we had envisioned it and I wish we could relive it all over again!

We had our Carriage House wedding on March 14, 2020. This was the day before Ohio shut down due to COVID-19. The days leading up to our wedding were very stressful with cancellations. Our coordinator, Morgan Orlando, was very calm during this time. She reassured us that Manor House was ready for us and they were taking all necessary safety precautions. The Carriage House was so beautiful! I'm so glad we chose the Manor House Carriage House for our wedding. The venue is beautiful. The food and drinks are delicious. The staff are amazing. Thank you to everyone who who made our wedding dreams come true.

I am so glad our wedding was here! It was seriously such a night to remember! The food was incredible, we had assistance all night long, and everything looked beautiful. Thanks Madison and the rest of the manor house staff!

Everything was perfect for our 10.19 wedding!
Our guests raved about the food (we knew they would!) The atrium and carolina rooms were set up to perfection. The bartender kept the drinks flowing nicely for our guests. I even saw the server we requested from our tasting at our event
Having a "Bride Friday" was a tremendous help for the day! She even kept me company while i waited in the bridal suite and offered to check on my groom and groomsmen to make sure they were ok
Our guests enjoyed the whole night, start to finish. If anything went wrong, it was handled well because we weren't aware of it
When we came back the next day to pick up our incidentals, our items were boxed and organized neatly in our closet. What a relief that was!
We knew we were going to have a great time for the day but our positive expectations were far exceeded beyond that by you and the Manor House team. We cannot say enough good things about our wedding and reception at Manor House!

Manor House did a wonderful job helping with every detail of the wedding. We loved that we just had to bring in boxes of items for the ceremony and the reception, and they set them up how we wanted them. They also helped to bring gifts out to our cars after the wedding. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. My little cousin needed a band-aid in the middle of the reception and one of the servers quickly brought her one.

Had a fantastic tour of the Manor House this weekend lead by the wonderful Michelle! She was full of information and enthusiasm and the grounds were positively stunning! My fiancé and I booked on the spot. We knew when Michelle went out of her way to help me figure out exactly how I could use both the atrium and the courtyard for my special day that we wanted her by our side for this entire adventure. Thank you Michelle and Manor House! Really excited to plan my event with you!

My wedding was wonderful and our guest still are talking about everything they loved! The venue is beautiful and was a perfect place for a ceremony and reception. They helped us with everything before the wedding and the week of the wedding I had to change somethings and move stuff around. They were very polite and changed everything. I didn't rate everything at 5 because we were suppose to have someone representing the manor house with us at the rehersal and during the day of the wedding. At our reception no one showed up to help us and we did have a few questions that my husband had to go find someone in the middle of the rehersal. On the day of the wedding someone different was suppose to help. I didn't see her most of the time and my guest weren't sure where to go and started walking through the reception area before the ceremony. Just know that during the ceremony, it is all up to you. There was no much support from the Manor House. But, overall it was a small glinch in such a amazing day. The reception and food was so great!! I just wish there was more support with the ceremony as there was for the reception.

The second we stepped into the door of Manor House we knew isntantly we wanted to be married here. Luckily we started searching for our vendor early because the Manor House books up fast. The venue is completely stunning and was a picture perfect place. Everyone working was super nice and helped make sure everything went perfect. It is one of the more expensive venues but it is well worth the money!! All my guest had nothing but excellent remarks about food and the service during dinner. Definitly worth the money if you are looking for an amazing outdoor cermony and reception area!!

The Manor House was a wonderful venue for our wedding reception. We utilized the Georgian Ballroom and the courtyard patio space for our cocktail hour. Approx. 250 guests. With over a year of wedding planning, selecting the Manor House and integrating our vendors went very smoothly. Allison Ritz was wonderful to work with, and did a great job with periodic check-ins and helping us select all the details for our set up (reviewing schedule, table/linens, layout, facilitating walk throughs with our other vendors etc.) . Week of the wedding, she was very helpful in letting us bring in small personal decorations/items, and facilitating all of our vendors. The staff during the reception was great, and everything was set up beautifully. Really impressed with how well everything turned out, the venue is beautiful in the spring time. We would highly recommend this venue for anyone in the Mason/Greater Cinci area.

I am overall extremely pleased with my choice of Manor House for our Wedding Ceremony and Reception Venue. Our Wedding Coordinator was Michelle- she was great to work with. She was very quick to respond to my emails and any last minute changes. My only complaint is that Manor House does run a very strict timeline, and I had not realized it at the time, but as we booked a Friday wedding, we did not have a lot of time for photos before it got dark. Everything else was exceptional- the food was great, the staff was extremely helpful, and my Banquet Manager, Nick, truly saved my wedding when my cake did not arrive (I didn't even realize it because I was so involved in photos and keeping the Wedding Party on task). When Nick realized the cake had not arrived he talked to me, then called the bakery himself and got them to bring it (the bakery had forgotten my cake!!!) in time for the cake cutting. I would absolutely recommend Manor House to anyone, although if you are planning a Fall Wedding in the evening I would advise doing your photos at a different location beforehand so you can get all the pictures you want. Despite time allocation for photos I could not be more pleased with Manor House as Nick literally saved my wedding by making sure the bakery delivered the cake.

As soon as I saw the Manor House I fell in love with the location. I know they do a billion weddings there a year but I had never been to an event there and was a little nervous because I had heard mixed reviews. They were great to work with. I worked with Sherri and she was awesome. She was very quick to respond to all my questions and made sure all my requests were followed. The food was great! It was hot (big pet peeve of mine when I get cold food at weddings) and it tasted better than at the tasting. They even went above and beyond when one of my friend’s husbands came late and missed dinner, they brought him a fresh plate of food when he arrived. They are one of the more expensive places to have a wedding, but I was so happy that I spent the extra money and it all ran very smoothly.

The Manor House was absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful. A few little things they had to change the day, but for the most part everything was perfect.

Manor house is the most beautiful place for a wedding and reception. Their catering is delicious and their rooms and grounds are devine. The gazebo makes for a beautiful outdoor ceremony with great back up indoor locations as cincinnati weather can be questionable. They are very strict with their timing and rules, but the day of the wedding you can rest assured that everything will be done. Linda was my sales rep and she was accommodating as I had mis counted food selections and made a few changes along the way. I'm so glad we spent a little more money for this venue as it was the most perfect day.

As an out-of-town bride, I never even SAW the Manor House except for in pictures before booking it. I relied on my dad and grandmother and how glad I am that I just trusted my instincts and went with it.

Our wedding was executed FLAWLESSLY! When I walked in the day of, my breath was literally taken away when I saw just how gorgeous it really was. The responsiveness leading up to the event was not the best, however, I attribute this to the fact that the Manor House lost 2 staff members in the height of wedding season. Despite that, nothing slipped through the cracks and I had ZERO complaints the day of.

The benefit to the Manor House is not only are their ballrooms gorgeous, but they are used to doing this sort of thing day in and day out and there is nothing you can't throw at them that they haven't heard before. They were even super accommodating and created mini grilled cheeses for us to be served during cocktail hour - such a hit!

One of my initial concerns was that multiple events can take place during your wedding and I worried that the events would interfere with one another. Not even a little bit. There was a wedding in the ballroom next to us and I did not even realize it.

If you want to be guaranteed the perfect reception with delicious food (something you NEVER hear at a wedding with it's mass-made food) then book the Manor House.

Sherri at the Manor House is wonderful! She met with us several times and even made time to talk with us on impromptu visits. I got married in the courtyard and had my reception in the Augusta ballroom. The venue is gorgeous, even in September. The staff made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it and the service during dinner at the reception was fabulous! We had a sit down dinner and the food was delicious! We had filet mignon and sea bass and the bread was my favorite part! The night went flawless and I couldn't have chosen a better venue!

Overall, the Manor House was a great experience. It is a beautiful venue and the staff is extremely professional. The food was fantastic! everyone raved over the food and people are still talking about the food! My only complaint is the inflexibility of having rehearsal at a later time in the day. I was told it is typically from 2-3pm which is not convenient for working people or for children in the wedding party. However, i would still highly recommend this venue.

I would highly recommend the Manor House. We had our wedding there in July and everything turned out wonderfully. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the food is amazing and the staff is helpful. It's pretty costly so if you are on a tight budget this probably isn't the place, but to us, it was worth it.

The Manor House was the only place my husband and I could find that really stood apart from all the other venues. We had our wedding and reception there. The ceremony was just perfect in the Atrium. The great thing about having a ceremony there is you can elect to have one outside with a back-up of having it inside. We'd originally chosen to have the wedding outside at the white gazebo. Two days before the wedding during rehearsal, it was ridiculously hot outside. Given our elderly family members, we requested to move the wedding indoors. Manor House agreed and we will forever appreciate their flexibility in doing so. The Atrium is gorgeous with an ornate fountain and so full of light. Jennifer, our sales associate, was most flexible in dealings with my parents as well, which helped keep me calm. They would try to change things without talking to me and our salesperson patiently waited for me to get it worked out even when it came down to the deadlines for food and alcohol selections that the parents and I did battle over. Being out of state and planning a wedding is no easy feat. The value was spectacular in my eyes; they worked with the vendors and I didn't need to do anything to coordinate the day of the wedding. Their 2.5 hour picture time limit they gave us seemed a little stringent, but I felt afterwards, the time allotment was appropriate. The food received many compliments from our guests. Manor House was a professional vendor and I highly recommend the venue as a whole.

We booked the Manor House more than a year out and loved it. We originally had Julie as our contact person. It's a beautiful location-we chose the Gazebo for our ceremony (with atrium as indoor backup) and the Carolina Room for the reception. One of the main reasons we went with the Manor House was that the Atrium was so beautiful we knew we wouldn't be too sad if it rained. (it of course did rain). The food was good, although better at the tasting, and everything went very smoothly. Only complaint was that we ended up with a different contact person after Julie left, and she was definitely less flexible. Overall though we loved it and were very happy.

This location is absolutely gorgeous. We had to provide flower arrangements for the tables at dinner, but the gardens provide a beautiful setting to take pictures in. The servers were on top of all of our guests needs, and we did not have to do anything to prepare the week of. They were in contact with all of our vendors, and even made recommendations of which vendors we should avoid, and which ones have a great track record.
Numerous guests commented on how it was one of the most elegant receptions they have ever attended. If you include an open bar, you are looking at $45-$55/adult. This does not include any of the flowers/cake/dj. But the event was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this location.

We chose to have our ceremony at our local church, but The Manor House does also serve as a location for the ceremony.

I can't say enough about how happy I was that we had my daughter's wedding at the Manor House. Linda was great to work with and tried to get exactly what we wanted. The food was great and everything was set up beautifully. The staff was there every minute to help with whatever we wanted.

The only thing that was a distraction was during the ceremony another wedding was celebrating quite loudly which made it hard for everyone to hear the minister.

The Manor House was the perfect location for my traditional romantic evening reception. We did NOT use the Manor House for our ceremony. The building is beautiful, elegant and well-kept. My one complaint would be that the food was not as good as it was the night of the tasting. We chose a rather expensive selection with Prime Rib and were slighly disappointed with it. Apparently not everyones was tough, but the bridal party members who chose it said it was - as well as me and my husband. Other than that - they were very flexible with us wanting to cover an entire wall - make last minute seating chart changes and move tables at the last minute. An excellent, elegant choice for a reception.

I really love thr way the venue looks. I am going with the Augusta Room. The bar and chandelier and ceremony space are exactly what I pictured. I did get a new sales rep part way through the planning which did put me off because part of the reason I chose Manor House was feeling comfortable I would be in capable hands and then I was just reassigned to someone else wothout being told until she sent me an email.

Love the venue, so beautiful! The time frames are pretty strict but other than that they have been great so far!

The quality for the money is good considering most of it goes to feed your guests and have an open bar, however we paid $250 for a cheese coney bar and it came out lukewarm at best. The owners were not very friendly, and they are who we had to run our wedding that night. At 11:30 they were already rushing around packing stuff up and it seemed like we were rushed out. Those were my only qualms. Shannon is amazing.

Overall everything went well, you have to purchase your food and drinks from the Manor House, the food was pretty good, but you they only have two sample days a year and they don't cook everything they offer on the menu. We ordered something that wasn't available on preview day so it wasn't what we thought it would be. We ran into some problems in set up on the wedding day. They kept interrupting me when I was getting pictures taken because they couldn't figure out where things were supposed to go, which was annoying. They also didn't set up enough chairs for my wedding ceremony correctly so my wedding party had to rearrange them all and set up extra chairs. Then they lost our cake round so we had to pay for that.

Quality of Service: My interaction with the venue and my salesperson was good up until the day of (which of course if the most important day). The person managing my room did not appear experienced. Many small problems including not all varieties of my cake were put out, I had to go up to the manager and tell him my late night dessert was late coming out while he was busy flirting with one of my guests. My placecards were not placed in the order I had specified, including on my head table. We also pre-ordered vendor meals for our photographers, which never came out, even after we asked them where they were. That was very embarrassing to us, and I felt really bad for our photographers.

Responsiveness / Professionalism: My salesperson was very easy to get ahold of, and easy to work with, however I repeatedly received documents that were incorrect, and it took many tries to get a correct version.

Value for Cost: The venue is absolutely beautiful. I am still glad we had both our ceremony and reception there. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. My guests probably did not even notice the things that went wrong, but I just wish the service and details came together better.

Flexibility: The venue has strict rules about what they allow and do not allow, and the overall way of doing things. If you want something truely unique and something you can customize yourself, this is probably not the place. Wedding ceremonies in the evening are at pre-set times. However I did want to use a vendor that they normally do not work with, and I was granted permission.

Overall it was a good experience, beautiful location, good food, and everything was at one location (ceremony, reception, catering).

Manor House and their staff did an exceptional job on the day of my daughter's wedding reception. The home was an exquisite venue for a true 'Colorado feel' and our guests felt very comfortable being able to roam from room to room to have a cocktail, dinner, dance, etc. Their food was delicious and hot!!! We received many compliments on the quality of the food. We are very happy and thankful that we chose Manor House.

Manor House was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I knew when I walked in that this was where I wanted to get married. And you can get married and have your reception at one place!!

Problems:
- CRAZY expensive- and EVERYTHING has an extra cost, I mean EVERYTHING!
- The day of the wedding we had to constantly remind them to light the candles and put the cake out!
- The person in charge of our experience moved our Signing Memory Book after 10 minutes of people being seated, so I only have about 20 of 250 people who signed it :( He said the line was too long?!?! Like who cares!!!
- There were supposed to be 2 workers to open the doors for my dad and I to walk into the atrium, which werent there! My dad had to awkwardly open the doors for both of us! Nobody noticed it being weird, but i was upset

Overall, I LOVED the looks of the Manor House and what they have to offer. But be prepared to pay a lot of money and for there to be some mistakes.. I guess no one is perfect?? But they should be on your wedding day! :)

Very nice place, not extremely flexible

My husband and I had our reception at the Manor House. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, which sold us on the site. Our guests are still raving about the food. The service provided by the staff leading up to our wedding day was less than stellar, though. Our service rep was simply in charge of too many events to be able to provide us with the quality of service we were expecting. She was extremely nice, though. Overall I would recommend the site but warn that the managers need to hire more help.

The Manor House is beautiful and the food is delicious! They did indicate that they were more flexible than they were but it ended up being fine. My husband had to pretty much put up our decorations himself (we really only had centerpieces) because the staff apparently couldn’t figure out where to put everything even after we told them. Everything went smoothly. I had Samantha as my bridal assistant and she was the reason everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank her enough! There was a couple things we asked for from the manor house (and we discussed multiple times) that didn’t happen and we didn’t find out until the day of the wedding. But Samantha saved us.

It was beautiful, we loved the hall except we had some problems at the wedding:

1. The morning of the wedding my DJ set up in the Augusta room and noticed it was extremely hot in the room (but not in the hallway) so he talked to a staff member and asked them to make sure the room was cooler when we arrived. But the entire evening all my guests were very hot and uncomfortable. We kept trying to pull wait staff aside to ask if someone could do something about the air, but it never got cooler. My photographer captured some lovely sweaty pictures of our reception party (even from those not dancing). Guests kept coming up to me even before dinner complaining about the air…everyone wanted to stay outside because it felt so much cooler out there.

2. The dance floor fell apart twice! Twice we had to turn off the music for a minimum of ten minutes for staff to put it back together. After the second time, I pleaded with the man putting it back together to hurry up because my guests were leaving since there was no music. It was awkward and I was disappointed.

3. We never knew who to talk to when issues arose. Air conditioner, dance floor falling apart, cake cutting etc. No one introduced themselves to me (the bride) or the groom or the parents (paying for the wedding) or our wedding coordinator.

4. The Mahi Mahi was extremely spicy. I don’t believe anyone was able to eat it (bride, groom, parents of bride etc.). My father who paid for the wedding was very upset, he loves Mahi-mahi and was excited to eat the meal. My mom said she was noticing other tables splitting their chicken Marsala with those who had ordered the fish so they had something to eat. We like spice (I married a Hispanic!) but this was completely un-editable. I think a spice jar fell in the mix. However the other food was exceptional!

5. I had 4 different sales reps in less than 5 months.

As wonderful and beautiful as our wedding was; I would not recommend using manor house as your venue. We were tossed from sales manager to sales manager who were rude and unresponsive when needed. The entirety of the planning process was made more stressful by the nit picky extra charges that were added. Also our contract stated that they would set up and clean up our space which was a major deciding factor in booking. They made the set up so difficult that I just ended up telling them that my family would just do it. When it came to clean up we asked our day of coordinator thirty minutes before the end of our wedding if everything was set for them to clean up and were told that their policy had changed and they would help us clean up but that it was ultimately up to us and our families. Our day of staff was very kind and attentive but I’m sorry to say that it didn’t make up for the stress that the sales staff caused. If you want a flexible and overall easy planning experience from your venue then don’t use manor house.

We were one of the couples that, due to COVID, postponed our larger ceremony and reception that was planned for a gorgeous venue downtown, but still wanted to get married this year and have a smaller, safer ceremony with fewer people and more ventilation. We chose Manor House and paid in full the day we signed our contract. We were regularly asked to sign something or make a payment within a few hours of being asked because the sales associate was going to be on vacation (this was the same excuse multiple times, despite the fact that both of us work, one of us an MD working in a pandemic/tight schedules, and would ideally discuss our wedding planning/contracts together). When we were asked for ALL planning details, we replied within 1 day and were told the sales associate we worked with was on vacation and would be back in 2 weeks. She suggested we could discuss the final details of the wedding with her over the phone or in person 1 week prior to the wedding date, but that she had no other time to actually speak to us either over the phone or Zoom or in person, so the planning otherwise would have to be done over email. Discussing 1 week prior was cutting it too close to the actual date for us, and we opted to just discuss with her via email 2 weeks later. We then gave her the final details she asked for, and our food/drink options came up to somewhere around $500 above the bill. We got a personalized email/not an auto-reminder within hours reprimanding us that we were late to payment (again, within hours of receiving a final invoice with all of our details, and after we paid the full original amount they had asked for up front), and there were x days until our wedding. It literally read "You still owe us $X. X more days [until the wedding date]." Again, we received our final invoice was late because she was on vacation. That bothered us more than being asked to pay immediately. Not exactly how you expect to be treated by your wedding venue. Because we had done so much planning and interacted with representatives from our other venue who were nothing but kind, and because my best friend who had recently married was with us at the wedding, we were well aware that this was not normal treatment in the wedding industry. This would have been awful customer service for someone working in hospitality on a bad day, much less a wedding. The day of the wedding, they acted like they couldn't care less and it was hard to find any of the staff. This place really made our other venue shine and convinced us that, no matter what, even if things are unsafe due to COVID next summer and we therefore have to wait a few years, we will still have a proper reception at our original venue. My husband and I would get married at city hall or a back yard before we would get married here if we could do it over. You deserve a special day and these people were oddly passive aggressive even though we had no egregious demands and were pretty laid back with the wedding planning process. I understand these vendors are stressed about COVID and this was not as big of a budget as our original wedding, but we were honestly a little shocked by how poor the hospitality of this place was.

Please stay away from the Manor House! They allowed us to postpone the first time because everything was shut down. My family has some incredibly immunocompromised individuals and we wanted to postpone again to keep our family safe. We also have multiple immunocompromised friends. It was going to be $5000 to change the date even though covid is around. Then we decided to limit our party to immediate family and guests. We figured up that the $6,000 we had already paid, although outrageous, would cover the 31 people we were planning on having. Instead of allowing that to occur, they wanted another $3-4k. They wanted us to pay $9,000-$10,000 for 31 people! It wasn't until after we canceled due to the outrageous request, not being financially able, and wanting to keep our family safe that they said "oh, we'll allow you to postpone until March 31st with no charge." I get money is difficult with Covid, but its difficult for everyone. They offered zero flexibility with the rates, nor did they offer any kind of refund. We are just out $6000 and they didn't provide any services. I would have given fewer stars if available.

My fiancé and I put over $8000 down on this venue and due to unforeseen circumstances we had to either cancel or reschedule which they did not allow either. They said we could not sell out date either and we would just be out of the money. They don’t care about anything but to get your money. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I caution anyone looking for a wedding venue to book here. We booked the Manor House February 2020 for our May 2021 wedding, and have since decided to cancel and go elsewhere. Aside from the pandemic and stress of COVID-19, this place was dishonest and money hungry. We have been in and out of contact with 3 wedding coordinators here over the last year, for reasons that were completely understandable, but without proper communication. We were then nearing our third and final deposit and realized we had not been in contact with anyone in regards to policies set in place to deal with COVID. When setting up the initial appointment to discuss further, we were told that the Manor house had been in contact with a Warren County CDC representative who gave them permission to allow dancing during receptions, although the state of Ohio as a whole has restricted this. Leery, we contacted the Warren County CDC representative ourselves who told our family that this was absolutely not the case and that there had been complaints against the Manor House in regards to this already. Not only did we feel lied to, but when we discussed concerns related to this and fears of possibly having to postpone if these current restrictions remained in place, we were told that it would be $5,000 to change to a future Saturday. $5,000 ON TOP of our already owed $10,000. We then set up a second meeting to discuss options with the owner, who brought her husband to the meeting as well. When we asked about the postponement fee not being in the contract that we had signed, her husband assured me that it was in there but we needed to read through it. After informing him that we, along with multiple other people have already read through the contract in its entirety, we asked him to find it for us. After searching, he could not find anywhere in the contract that this postponement fee of $5,000 was in there. He then told us that it wasn't in there because "we don't allow for postponement or cancellations"? Unfortunately, if you check for reviews on this place, including the Better Business Bureau, we are not the only couple that this has happened to. Although we did not get our already paid $6,000 back, our only regret is that we chose to book with them in the first place. I hope that this review can serve as a warning to other couples so that this does not also happen to you. We understand that times are hard for businesses right now, but times are hard for everyone. My fiancé and I have been saving and budgeting for well over a year for our dream wedding, and we did not account for having to pay an additional $5,000 to potentially postpone, just to feel safe at our own wedding. There is no negotiation at all with them; sadly it's just their way or no way. Even through all of the frustration, we feel relieved that we don't have to do business with them on one of the most memorable days of our lives.

The manor house owners and staff do not hold up to their agreement. They are overprice and overrated. They will run so many events at once, yours will feel not special.

Stay far away. There are businesses WITH integrity far more deserving.

They refuse to refund a deposit for a postponed wedding due to global pandemic, its surge, and my at risk status as a kidney cancer patient. “... we have made exceptions to navigate the tricky world of COVID. When we were shut down by the state March-May of 2020, we postponed all affected weddings to any new date within the 2020 year. We did not offer refunds during that time, only the option to postpone. Our insurance did not consider the time we were shut down "loss of business" and therefore Manor House received zero compensation during that time. There was also zero assistance provided by the State, with the exception of PPP (allocated towards payroll, not client refunds).”

The expectation that I consider the impact of this pandemic on Manor House and NOT myself, is as misguided as it is imbecilic.
