We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mandy Lorraine Photography for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at Flying Horse Resort & Club in Colorado Springs—and I truly cannot say enough about how spectacular she was. Mandy traveled from Texas to be with us, and from the moment she arrived, it was clear we were in the hands of someone incredibly special.
She was the perfect balance of calm, kind, and completely in control—graciously guiding us through the day with patience and warmth. Her organization and communication were flawless. She collaborated seamlessly with our videographer, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.
And her work… is nothing short of magical. The photos she delivered took our breath away. Her style, her use of light, and her extraordinary artistic eye resulted in the most stunning, timeless images—beyond anything we could have hoped for. She didn’t just take pictures; she told the story of the day with such emotion and beauty, preserving every joyful moment, every quiet glance, every detail.

Professional & Dependable
Mandy Lorraine Photography has photographed our family for 8 years. She recently photographed our daughter’s wedding. Without hesitation I would have her do it again! The Best Photographer
Mandy is wonderful. We have trusted her for years with our family pictures, so it was a no brainer for her to also do our wedding photos. She made our wedding day stress seem to disappear. She was fantastic at being at all the right places at the right time for reception photos. My husband, mom, and I have all commented multiple times since the wedding about how grateful we are for Mandy! I can’t recommend her enough. -

She was amazing! I work for photographers for a living so I was picky about choosing one of my wedding. I loved her editing style and she was so much fun to have at the wedding. She’s very sweet and easy going. It was very nice to have a flexible photographer!

Guided the unguidable!
My husband and I are goofy and can’t take a serious picture for the life of us (mostly my fault). With the gentle but clear/direct instructions from Mandy, we were able to come out with some amazing photos. The guidance and encouragement was so helpful in creating our digitized memories for our big day. Recommend 12/10. -

When choosing to have a courthouse wedding ceremony it was super important to me that I had a wedding photographer who knew how to make it more than “just” a courthouse wedding and Mandy exceeded my expectations.
We received beautiful photos, in a timely manner, and Mandy was a delight to share our special day with.
I appreciated that she knew what she was doing and was able to work quickly to get gorgeous outdoor photos despite it being a 105 degree July day in Texas, and any traces of sweat or makeup movement was beautifully edited in our photos.
I look forward to having her photograph all of our future moments in life. -

I truly cannot say enough about Mandy Lorraine Photography! From our engagement shoot, to my bridal session, to our wedding day, Mandy has been nothing short of amazing! Over the course of our engagement season and our big day, Mandy has become a friend, and we have been so lucky and are so grateful to have had her be apart of some of the most special times in our lives. Mandy is thoughtful, the biggest cheerleader, has such a comforting presence, and is beyond talented! It’s safe to say that we are completely obsessed with our wedding gallery, and we’re so glad that she was able to capture all of our wedding details for us. We will hold these photos close to our hearts for all the years to come. Every single photo was absolutely stunning and intentional- we couldn’t have asked for a better way to remember our wedding! Photos are seriously one of the only things you have after the wedding day has come and gone, so make sure your photographer’s priorities align with yours. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you include Mandy Lorraine Photography in your vendor list! Mandy played an integral part in making sure our day went as smooth as possible! She was able to keep our rowdy (but fun) bunch under control all while working seamlessly with our videographer and coordinator. She was an absolute rockstar on our wedding day and we couldn’t have done it without her! While we’re sad that our time together has come to a close, we’re beyond grateful for that all Mandy has done for us and have been blessed with the most beautiful wedding photos. Thank you, Mandy! Super Woman of Photography
Mandy was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She is so easy to work with and make sure that she consults with the couple so that she doesn’t miss any special moments that we wanted. Not only did she make sure that she got every special second of our ceremony, and our whole day, but she even got small details that we would never have counted on wanting to look back too.
During our ceremony there was a small hiccup but Mandy without hesitation stepped in and helped fix the situation. I will forever be grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond her job as our wedding photographer.

More than I could have asked for!!
Mandy was simply amazing. From the first time we met her taking our engagement pictures she made us both feel so comfortable. When you hire her you are getting more than a photographer, it was more like having your friend be a part of your big day. Hire this photographer
Mandy was not only THE BEST photographer (our pictures came our FLAWLESS) but she was so much more than that. I hadn't met Mandy until the day of my wedding. AND LET ME TELL YOU!!! Day of, she really acted more like a MOH than a photographer. When something was upsetting me, she was right there to do everything she could to make sure I was okay. Mandy is an angel! I will never use another photographer for anything! She made my husband and I completely comfortable (which is not easy to do) and we ended up with the most beautiful candid moments that I guarantee we wouldn't have been able to get if we had gone with anyone else. Thank you Mandy from the bottom of my heart. We cannot wait to get in front of your camera again. -

I looked for months for the perfect photographer for our wedding day. I stumbled upon Mandy Lorraine photography and instantly knew she was the one!! Mandy is so so sweet and so easy to talk to! I love how my bridals turned out and could not wait for the wedding photos. & Let me tell you! Worth the wait (which wasn’t long at all) - she is so quick to get them back!! They are absolutely beautiful! She got every little detail that I wanted captured on our day! She had the list of family photos that I wanted and got them all done quickly. Y'all, Mandy made our wedding photo dreams come true!
Things didn't exactly pan out as we originally thought they would, and last-minute booked with Mandy Lorraine Photography just under 2 months before our wedding on February 29, 2020 - and she made herself completely available to any questions, help or just advice we needed!
The wedding day ended up getting a little off-schedule with our getting ready timeframe, and Mandy wasn't phased a bit! She was so calm and collected and that transferred over to me, the groom, our wedding party and our families. She still captured every single shot we wanted and more. She even created ones we didn't know we'd love so much! (Not to mention she knocked out the "family photos" sooo fast - and we don't have small families...)
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Mandy was in constant communication and also worked to prepare you for things you wouldn't even think of before; like the "details" photos!
My groom and I aren't the most photogenic people and we can sometimes feel awkward posing; but Mandy made us feel SO comfortable and showcased such a beautiful side of our love. Our friends and family didn't know we could end up looking so good (;
We 1,000% recommend her as your photographer for any special occasion in your life because you'll cherish those memories through her photos forever!
We love her so much and cannot wait to work with her again in the future!

Mandy is incredibly talented, professional, and kind. Our engagement and wedding photos are beyond beautiful- we will cherish them forever. Mandy captured every moment of our special day - looking through the 700+ photos she gave us allows us to re-live our wedding day. Everyone - including us - has been blown away with how gorgeous our photos turned out.
Important to many, Mandy Lorraine Photography is also reasonably priced. A wedding photographer is the most important thing you can invest in for your special day- Mandy was well worth (!!) the investment but also allowed us to stay on budget. Also important, Mandy is professional and prompt. She delivered our wedding photos to us within a month of our big day.
Mandy is easy to work with and has a great personality that makes it easy to take pictures with. She is a great coach for new situations - such as engagement photos or taking your first boudoir photos!
If you are looking for a wedding, engagement, or boudoir photographer, I highly recommend Mandy. Not only is she amazingly talented, she is kind and calm. Mandy, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and worked with! She made me and my bridal party feel comfortable and stress free on my big day! She was quick on her feet when it started to sprinkle outside and still made sure my pictures came out perfect! She even had a cute clear umbrella to incorporate into the shoot. And it was such a quick turn around to receive my pictures after the wedding. Wonderful experience, beautiful photos, great person!
Mandy did a fantastic job taking photos for our courthouse wedding! She really went above and beyond to make the day and the pictures great. The weather was rainy and gross but she still managed to get a lot of amazing pictures outside in the freezing weather. The photos were so nice that you can barely tell it was raining on us! She was very professional and responsive. As a bonus, her price was very affordable for such a great quality! I would use her services anytime if I lived in the DFW/surround areas. To say I'm HEARTBROKEN is an understatement. I chose MLP because of her clear, sharp, naturally lit photos. I was sadly let down. The majority of my album photos are blurry, oversaturated, crooked, uncentered, unfocused or just plain sloppy. Crucial people and decorations are halfway CUT OUT in many. I spent thousands on flowers and decorations, and many were not even captured. I didn't get many of my "must have photo's". I do love some of my photos, but I am so sad in the quality of most of them. These images are not like the ones she posts on her pages.
I'll attach a few of my album photos in this thread for you to compare to the ones she actually advertises. I'm very confused. I wish I could actually read my thank you cards.
When I asked her about these issues and more, MLP said she was "very proud" of the album. I was also pretty much told I had been looking at too many Pinterest boards. Be prepared to lower your photography expectations brides! She also canceled on me the very same day we were supposed to meet up to discuss these issues.
If you are like me and want your wedding day fully captured professionally, keep looking! If I saw the quality of the photos I received in my album, I would have NEVER booked with MLP. Your wedding day only happens once, and the photos are the precious memories you'll look back on. -
