Rich was a great DJ. He provided us with everything we discussed with him in our original meeting and maintained communications with us. He was helpful and professional through-out the evening. Our Vow Renewal went off without a hitch and he kept our timeline to the letter. The music for the cocktail hour was soft to allow guests to mingle/visit and talk. Mr. Mancini kept things going through-out the dinner and reception. Everyone enjoyed the music and danced the night away. We would highly recommend Rich to anyone looking for a very professional DJ.

Matt was AMAZING! He met with us for a consultation and listened to everything we had to say. We provided him with a lost of requested songs and he supplemented that list with similar artists. Our wedding was incredible in large part to the fact that Matt kept the dance floor hopping!

We hired Rich to DJ our wedding and could not have been more happy with the job he did. Rich went out of his way at every step to ensure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about not only our DJ service but any other aspects of our wedding we were unsure about it. Rich was a total professional throughout the process and kept the party going all night. Rich took time to really understand what we wanted before the wedding so when the night finally came, Rich was able to create the perfect environment for us and our guests. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, and a great time, all for an affordable price, Rich and Mancini Entertainment is the way to go!

We hired Rich Mancini to play instrumental music during our ceremony and also to DJ our wedding reception and he was great! We so appreciated his professionalism and low-key style during our planning process and also on the day of. It was very convenient only having to deal with one vendor for the ceremony music and reception music. We didn't provide him with a set playlist for the reception, only made some general recommendations, and he did a great job reading the crowd and playing music that kept everyone dancing all night! Excellent service and would highly recommend Rich to anyone who is looking for a DJ. A+++!

I would highly recommend Mancini Entertainment. They did the uplighting for my ballroom reception and it was perfect. They were honest with me and didn't tell me I needed to spend more money to create my look. They always responded to my emails in a timely manner and were there on time to set up and strike. Highly recommend if you want an easy vendor to work with for your lighting needs!

We LOVED our DJ and would highly recommend him! We never gave him a do not play list or a must play list, etc. But he was able to read the audience and fit the song selections perfectly. We have received several compliments and the dance floor was full all night. We had so much fun! Also, he was very professional and it was obvious that he was experienced and knew what he was doing.

Mike was awesome to work with! We saw him at a friend's wedding and knew we wanted him for ours! And he did such a fabulous job! He had everyone out on the dance floor, even the older folks with the genres of music that we had selected together. Mike was open to suggestions and even downloaded our first dance request song at our first meeting. Mike made sure that our names and bridal parties names were correctly pronounced prior to announcing the bridal party, which was great! My husband and I have been to many weddings where the DJ did not do the wedding justice, but Mike made our wedding perfect! Great selections and great personality!!!! We would definitely recommend Mike and Mancini entertainment to anyone getting married! THANK YOU!

Rich Mancini is a great DJ, and very easy and fun to work with. He knows the best music to play for every part of the wedding, but can incorporate your tastes and needs into the playlist any way you like! I had a great experience having him as my DJ, and I have heard very good things about him from other people as well.

I had the best night having Matt being our DJ, he even got my new husband to get on the dance floor! I was worried people wouldn't dance like most weddings but he had the whole dance floor packed with all ages.... Thank you Mancini Entertainment!! Best DJ and the best reception I had ever been too and it was mine! Matt was professional and very patient with last minute requests and playlist! I would recommend Mancini Entrrtainment to every bride!

Thank you to Rich Mancini for DJ ing our wedding this weekend! You made the night just seem to slide from one great moment to another by playing a great list of music for the evening. We were told by half our guests how great the music was. You were an absolute pleasure to work with.

I recommend everybody to use your services. You were one of the funnest professionals I have ever worked with and made every moment sound awesome.

We had Mike Mancini as our dj for our wedding at Stonebridge Manor. He was very friendly and professional, both in our meeting with him prior to the wedding and at the wedding. We gave him a selection of songs we liked, and he played music that had the same feeling. We also gave him a list of "must play" songs which he included and "do not play" songs which he did not play. He also had some great suggestions for songs for specific parts of the evening. He kept the night flowing and our party lively. I would definitely recommend him!

Matt Mancini with Mancini Entertainment was amazing! He kept the everyone on the dance floor moving all night long. He played a great variety of music. Our guests said that we had the best music and that our wedding was the best they had ever attended. Thanks Matt!

Matt Mancini with Mancini Entertainment was great! He was super helpful with ideas before the wedding and did an excellent job the night of! He was very professional and classy but yet kept the dance floor full the entire night long! He helped coordinate and announce all of the events of the evening. Everyone was saying how good he was! We were lucky enough to have Matt Mancini, of Mancini Entertainment provide the DJ and lighting services at our wedding. We could not have made a better choice! I really had my heart set on lighting up the reception space in a purple hue, but the lighting vendors I spoke to all gave me estimates of at least $1700. Matt mentioned that he had colored uplights that he could use to make the room purple, but he only charged $400 for the very large room we needed lit! I figured it was worth a whirl, and wow, it turned out perfectly! We had so many comments on how the lighting totally transformed the reception space and made it feel ridiculously upscale. Beyond the lighting, Matt was a fabulous DJ, and in my opinion the classiest DJ I have seen at a wedding. If you don't want DJ Hot Rob promoting himself every 10 seconds and using that ridiculous voice DJ's use, the Mancinis are for you. He looked like a million bucks, and he managed the flow of the event perfectly without feeling cumbersome or controlling. At the last minute we decided we wanted the wedding to go a bit longer, and Matt gladly stayed and kept on playing. If you are looking for a DJ who will fit in at a more upscale affair, or perhaps someone to take a lower cost affair and make it look grand - Matt Mancini is for you. I HIGHLY recommend him!

We had Matt Mancini as our DJ and on the wedding day - our party was jumping!! Our guests loved the music and one even said that she doesn't listen to this type of music usually but she wants a playlist! Matt kept me in the loop about all the events that were going to happen (first dance, speeches, bouquet toss, cake cutting etc) before it happened and really helped the party going smoothly! I'd highly recommend his services!

Mike Mancini was our DJ. I met with him a few months before the wedding and we completely chatted through music preferences and the mood we wanted to set at our reception. About 2 weeks before the wedding, I sent him a must play/maybe play/do not play list and he followed it flawlessly, he even downloaded a couple obscure songs, and one song that I sent him too days prior. He supplemented additional music to complement our selections. I have been to several weddings where the DJ's emceeing made you cringe; Mike was not like that at all, we didn't have any silly games, props or group dances (chicken dance, electric slide, etc) it was just smooth, seamless and professional. He was able to feel the vibe of the group and played just the right mix of slow and fast songs, we had a full dance floor until the end of the party.

We were recommended to Mancini Entertainment by Stonebridge Manor, and (overall) we were very satisfied with their services. Having a great DJ was a major concern of ours because, in our opinion, the DJ (with a little help from the bar) is what makes or breaks a reception; Rich Mancini played fun, upbeat dancing music the whole night and really got people out on the floor which is what we wanted. He wasn't overly microphone-happy like some DJ's tend to be, but he did make announcements at appropriate times. The only things that could have been improved were that we did ask him to play specific music during dinner that he needed to be (slightly) reminded of and he didn't call the Dollar Dance after dinner like we had requested- both are minor details in the overall scheme of a well-DJ'ed wedding =)

I think it's important to get this review out there, because what you're told you're getting is not exactly what you get with this deceitful DJ. Rich performed my sister's wedding and things seemed to be going great until a week before the wedding, at which point he informed us that he refused to play the requested last song because it was "too vulgar." There are a few things wrong with that behavior:

1. Why did he wait until the last minute to tell us this? This is clearly a red flag, but we weren't able to find a replacement on such short notice.
2. It's not his wedding, we're purchasing his DJ services, why is it ok for him to veto our music choices?

After informing us of this restriction, we asked him if there were going to be any other songs he refused to play, because most popular songs these days are explicit in some form or another. He told us that he wouldn't block any others. It turns out he said this because he ended up playing severely edited versions of popular music, which sounded terrible. In what world is the word "sex" vulgar? This man is clearly projecting some misguided beliefs onto his audience, to their detriment.

And if that wasn't enough, he had the gall to call out one of the groomsmen about "bailing out" on the best man speech. The groomsman wasn't the best man (there was no best man), and he wasn't going to make a speech in the first place. We have no idea where Rich got this into his head, but he embarrassed the groomsman who then felt obligated to come up with something on the spot. Just really shamefully behavior on Rich's part.

If you want a decent level of production for a G rated wedding, you could probably do worse than Rich. But if you're an adult that likes to listen to music unedited and would prefer the DJ keep his silly opinions to himself, you should steer clear of Rich Mancini.
