Mallory was very quick in responding to my request for custom Save the Dates (on a holiday, no less!). The digital files were sent quickly and matched the specifications exactly as I requested. Highly recommend! -

We gave Mallory a picture of an invitation we liked along with the font name and she was able to produce exactly what we wanted. All we had to do was provide the font name and a general outline and she did the rest. Her prices are amazing as well. She was extremely courteous and easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone for their invitations. We are using her for the rest of our wedding printed periph as well. -

Wow! The quick and efficient service that was provided by Mallory Hope Design was more then we could ask for. It was so easy to order and very straight forward. I ordered my invitations through Mallory's website. She was very quick to respond to my emails. We placed our order late Friday evening and I received the proofs Monday morning. I had a few changes that needed to be made and she sent me the revised invites in less then 1 day. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family who need any kind of stationary! It was super affordable too! -

I had the opportunity to work with Mallory Hope a few different times. Mallory goes above and beyond standard customer service to make sure that her clients are pleased with the final products. She is a gem to work with and I absolutely love the Save the Dates and Invites with RSVP cards that she created. I would recommend her to all my friends and family and I plan on using her services in the future for events. For future brides out there, Mallory is a must! She's that good :) -

Her costs fit well into my budget, she was very nice to work with and the turn-around-time was great. Even with having the invitations shipped to Canada, from the time I ordered to the time I received them took less than 2 weeks. -

I found Mallory on Etsy and was immediately attracted to her work. Her designs are creative, modern and just the style that I was looking for. She was extremely easy to work with and very patient while working through minor revisions and adjustments that I had requested. She was also very responsive and showed that she cared about her products and work. I have already ordered save the dates, invitations and response cards. I am a budget-conscious bride but I still want a unique and beautiful wedding. When it came time to order my save the dates I looked everywhere for a budget friendly, eco-friendly option. I loved the idea of a post card since it saved on postage and paper and it gave our NYC wedding a destination feel. I came across Mallory Hope Designs on Etsy and fell in love.
She was a treat to work with - answered all my questions and worked lightening fast to get my proofs back to me. I think from the time I placed the order to the time I had the box on my doorstep was less than 2 weeks.
I am in the process of ordering my invitations now and I can't find a better deal anywhere on the web. I know they will be beautiful and they won't break the bank! -

Nowadays, most Brides get away with doing whatever they want. Alternatives to tradition are slowly creeping out of the woodwork through Brides, like myself, who just want an affordable & unique day, and certainly nothing too over-the-top. When I found invites on Mallory Hope Design's Etsy website I knew they were for my wedding. They were a cross between modern and slightly traditional, creative, yet elegant. They were simple, yet refined, but not too uppity - the perfect formal invite for a unique bride. The best part about ordering invites here is that they are fairly priced, and that's part of being a modern bride too - getting a good deal! -

Mallory was great to work with on our save the dates! Before we purchased our "personalized state" save the date, we asked if she could show us our particular state (as it was not a featured sample on her Etsy page). Within one business day we had a sample invite featuring our state. We immediately decided this was our save the date and purchased it on Etsy (we decided to go with the digital file - we found that printing our save the dates ourselves would be cheaper). In one day she sent us our first proof and we made one adjustment (to move the heart to our wedding city location). That same day we were able to do a second proof - which was perfect! Five stars for Mallory all around! You won't be disappointed by her responsiveness, value, flexibility, and attention to detail. -

I had a great experience! I bought the invitation and rsvp template and printed them at a local printer. I had a special circumstance in which I needed invitations in two languages. Mallory readily answered my questions and was very accomodating. The invitations are beautiful and are exactly what I was looking for (at a reasonable price). I love, love, love Mallory O'Donnell's work and am thrilled to use her designs for my wedding stationery. I am very excited to have found the perfect modern/rustic look to set the tone for my wedding. Her designs are elegant, but still feel contemporary and fresh. I originally just ordered the postcard "mountain range" save the dates. However, I received so many compliments, that ordering the matching invitations, reply cards, and enclosure cards was an easy decision. I went with the diy printing option, and Mallory made this process very simple. She was also incredibly gracious and accommodating about making all of my picky bridal details come to life, including custom color selection and wording edits. Her correspondence is prompt and professional. I would highly recommend her services. -

I decided to save a bit of money by printing my own invitations and Mallory was a great option for ordering a quality digital file (she also offers printing for those who are looking for that). Her design was just what I was hoping to find and she graciously incorporated the few comments I had after reviewing the proofs, all in a timely manner. Mallory worked with us through many design iterations to develop an invitation that my wife and I loved. She was very flexible and was able to integrate our suggestions quickly. She was always polite and professional.
The one complaint I had was that she mostly relies on using templates from past work. If you like one of her designs she can adjust it to be personal and feel like it was made just for you. However, if you are looking for something completely original, it was hard for us to come up with something new that my wife and I loved. I'm sure that's simply how the design industry works, and I think Mallory is an excellent designer, but if you want something custom be prepared to provide an example that she can work from.
Overall I was very happy with her service and I think it was worth the extra expense to have her design our save the dates and invitations. She is talented and professional; everything I expected and more. -

Save the Dates
The save the dates came out great and exactly the way I wanted. Unfortunately, I received 105 of the 125 I ordered. I sent a message to Mallory letting her know and she replied quick and said she will mail out the remaining cards ASAP. It's been over a month and multiple emails that she hasn't responded too and I still haven't received those remaining cards. I would have easily given her a 5 star rating because of how fast I received my initial order with the edits. However, due to ALL of my unanswered follow up emails, I'm going to bring it down a notch. -

I had a terrible experience with Mallory Hope Design. I originally decided to go with her because she was local and I wanted to support a local/small business. My mistake. I ordered a proof from her for a Save the Date Magnet (the proofs are digital, so you aren't actually receiving anything tangible). Mallory told me to place my entire order to receive the proof (which cost me over $200). I was assured that if I didn't like the proof, she would simply charge me for the digital proof ($28) and refund the rest. Sadly, it seems she had no intentions of ever refunding me.
The proof she sent me was of a Save the Date postcard (not magnet) and my fiancé's name was completely incorrect (making a digital file useless, even if I had wanted to go through the hassle of printing a bunch of magnets on my own). My mother and I felt that these mistakes were significant enough that we couldn't trust her to actually print and address 80 Save the Dates. Communication with Mallory was originally very good (before I placed my order). Once I notified her of the mistakes and requested a refund, communication was spotty at best and then nonexistent. Her response to my notification of her errors was excuses, excuses and more excuses. She "attached the wrong file" (how many other couples in my city with the same names and wedding venue, requesting Champagne Bubbles Save the Date magnets could there possibly be). She apologized for the "miscommunication" (there was no miscommunication; she is just obviously not very detail-oriented). She never even acknowledged that I had asked for a refund. She simply sent me a corrected file (which I hadn't asked her to do).
I have emailed Mallory on more than one occasion requesting the status of my refund and she has ignored me each time. I have yet to hear back from her. I currently have a claim open with my credit card company and I am in the process of submitting a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Very unprofessional. -
