Alondra was extremely professional, she was early and came very prepared with all her materials packed. I asked for a very natural look and she gave me exactly what I asked for and even more. She provided all the makeup and lashes, didn’t ask me for a single thing. Her work is amazing, and you can tell that she really loves what she does. Alondra made me look beautiful so much that my husband cried when I walked down that aisle. Would definitely recommend Alondra for your wedding and any other event as well.

Alondra is one of the few makeup artists that I trust. I always go to her when I have a special event mainly because she always knows what works for me and always exceeds my expectations! Also she is incredible with her blending skill! If you are looking for someone who will make you look and feel beautiful, she’s perfect for that!

Scammer…..

We had hired Lola for my daughter’s graduation photo shoot. At first she was responsive when we initially contacted her. As soon as we gave her a $50 deposit she started to take days to respond to our questions. Once she responded she was very short and dry. My daughter confirmed details with her yesterday and she confirmed to be here. Her photo shoot is today 4/25 and she cancelled on us as expected! We demanded our deposit be returned and never heard back. We had a feeling she was going to flake according to all bad reviews on her. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME on This girl. She is a very good SCAMMER! Now we have to scramble on what we are doing for my daughter’s photo shoot. Karina is going to be stepping her toes for doing this to all her clients. I hope you take her off this recommended list of MUA, she’s not worth dealing with…

Terrible experience do not book

Does not care at all about her clients. Told her I was driving 7hrs for my engagement photoshoot and booked with her. A week before she asked if we could change the time or cancel. I accepted the change of time and changed my photoshoot time and entrance to location, etc. When I woke up the day of my photoshoot she texted me at 5am saying she had a family emergency and had to cancel, suggested I go to Nordstrom. Obviously Nordstrom and all other businesses were closed and I didn’t know the area, and my photoshoot was at 10AM. Nevertheless, terrible experience and very unreliable, do not recommend at all.

No Show/Has not giving deposit back

I had scheduled an appointment for September 14th (Sunday) @ 11am for wedding to attend. I sent deposit by Zelle for $30.00 on August 15th. I texted on Friday September 12th to confirm for Sunday. I did not get a respond, so I had left a message on Saturday to confirm. Still no response. I decided to drive to her location for my appointment. I drove across from the Eastbay. I showed up at my appointment at 11am. She texted me back and said I am no longer able to service due to a family incident. She told me to drive to MAC at Stanford. She cancelled the same day. I had no where to get my make up done. She said she would refund my the $30.00 and expense. Until now I have not received and it has been 2 weeks. She told me that they put a hold on her account due to high number of transfers. Now I think this is a SCAM. I text her again and no respond. This is a very bad business.

Believe the reviews!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked this makeup artist for a wedding I was attending and even paid a deposit. I tried to confirm my appointment for TWO DAYS straight — texts, calls — and she completely ignored me. I drove all the way from the East Bay, paid bridge tolls, and showed up at her door — only for her to casually tell me she “thought she had canceled” and couldn’t do my makeup.

This was beyond unprofessional and completely disrespectful of my time and money. She left me scrambling, stressed, and with no makeup the day of an important event. If you value reliability, communication, or basic professionalism. Avoid her at all costs!!

Unprofessional

Please don’t hire this person for any event makeup she is super unprofessional and will flake, change “policies” to her convenience and just rip you off from your deposit money. Again, please if you have any event do not book her! search for other makeup artist that are worth your money. It might be tempting because her prices are “cheap” but quality is more important. Quality work and quality care for your customers which this “makeup artist” lacks substantially.

She literally texted me less than a week before my wedding to tell me she’s booked now. Legit just ruined everything. Now how am I going to find a decent makeup artist in 6 days???? Literally so unprofessional. Makes you very mad!

She canceled a week before the wedding and I had alresdy booked her weeks before she texted at 11pm at night texting me saying she is “booked” that day alresdy when she already booked with me! She is very unprofessional and unreponsive do not waste your time with this lady she don’t deserve your bussiness!!!
