The BEST hair and makeup I have ever received!!
If I had to describe Sam and her team in one word it would be INCREDIBLE! I truly couldn’t imagine what my morning would have been if I had to spend it with anyone else. I also did not have a set look going in but Samantha spent numerous phone calls and lots of texts with different pictures and “vibes” of what I liked to nail down our day of makeup and hair. The execution was INSANE I have truly never looked better and I owe that all to Sam and her team. I felt like I was the most beautiful bride but I also felt like I still looked like me which was always important to me. Sam was so sweet, thoughtful, and kind and I am so glad I had the opportunity to have her and her team with me on my wedding day. Also, all my bridesmaid were obsessed with their hair and makeup and said it was the “best wedding makeup they have ever received”. Couldn’t recommend her enough to any bride out there!!

Five stars is not enough! From booking to the big day, Samantha Curran and her team made the entire experience a breeze. Communication was never an issue. Changes to services, flexibility with trial appointments? No problem. Ever! An entire team of artists showed up in the big day and made it happen. I personally have never felt or looked more beautiful than I did in my wedding day. And it’s not just the artistry. These ladies have the most amazing personalities and made each and every one of my wedding party and family look and feel like queens. Wedding hair and makeup
I got married last weekend and had MMArtistry do my hair and makeup, and I was truly amazed. Sam did my makeup absolutely perfectly — it stayed flawless all night long, even through lots of happy tears. My hairstylist was incredible as well. My hair held up the entire night, and she seamlessly added in the extensions I had purchased beforehand. I felt so beautiful and so taken care of.
I also want to mention something about the contract. It states that hair and makeup must be paid in full one month before services. At first this freaked me out (and my bridesmaids thought it was unusual), but it actually made the entire process so much easier. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to think about payments at all — everything was already handled, which ended up being such a relief.
Overall, my experience with MMArtistry was fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend them to any bride. They helped make my day feel effortless and truly special!

Wedding Day in the Low Country
Sam and her team did the makeup for my daughter's wedding party. I cannot stress enough how professional and kind each of the members of Sam's team were on wedding day! Everyone that had her makeup done was made to feel like the most important person in the room and the makeup was flawless. Sam was absolutely incredible. Due to having a destination wedding, I had no trial run, which was scary, however. As my husband has stated multiple time, I don't know how you could ever be as beautiful again as you were on our wedding day. She was the sweet, calm in chaos, and the biggest hype woman you'd ever meet. I highly recommend her and her makeup team for your big day. I promise, you wouldn't be disappointed♥️. We hired Samantha for my daughter’s wedding and she was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She arrived right on time, came fully prepared, and immediately put everyone at ease. She took the time to really study the inspo photos and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she captured exactly what we wanted. Not only did she do an amazing job on my daughter, she also did my makeup and I felt beautiful all day. She made me feel elegant without being overdone. I was a destination wedding/was an out of town bride, and originally did not plan a hair and make up trial and decided to add a trial last minute and Sam was able to fit me in - which I was super appreciative of. Best makeup ever!
Same did an amazing job with my wedding! It was two days in June in Colorado. The first day she did only my makeup and the second she did me, my entire bridal party, my mother in law, my mom and grandparents. She did an amazing job capturing each of our personalities and wants.
I personally do not wear a lot of makeup and Sam did an amazing job getting me ready for the day. Both days of makeup lasted in the summer heat and through lots of dancing. Not only that Sam is just an amazing person in general and so easy to relate. She is always on time and super responsive.

Dont even give it another thought! Sam and her girls were truly amazing. I had a destination wedding in Hilton Head and they were all amazing from start to finish. From setting up my trial to the day of the wedding, everything was incredibly smooth. They were reasonably priced, punctual, organized, and professional. They were even able to handle my LARGE (13 including myself) group of girls from New England which is impressive in itself! Only recommendation is that she really does book up fast, so give her the headcount ASAP so she can get you the most artists possible (i dropped the ball on that one but she still made it work 100%). Sarah did my hair (with clip in extensions) and Sam did my makeup and everything came out EXACTLY how I wanted. I have a picky group of girls and they were all very happy with how everything came out. Just book them and check it off your list :)

Love love love this team. Samantha and Sarah made myself and my bridal party feel so beautiful and comfortable! They were so friendly and welcoming and AMAZING at hair and make up. They were a great hype team. My wedding morning felt like a big girls night in thanks to them. Samantha showcased our natural beauty so well. As the bride i even got a little kit to take to the reception with essentials like lip gloss and blotting papers.

Samantha and Charea were absolutely amazing! We hired her team for our December 2022 wedding and they did such a beautiful job. They were very flexible with times for my makeup and hair trials and the wedding day hair and makeup was perfection. My bridesmaids and our mothers all felt so beautiful and our looks stayed beautiful through a full day of 20 degree weather, lots of happy tears, gale force winds and tons of dancing. I would definitely recommend her team to anyone planning their wedding or a special event. I was originally hesitant to invest in makeup and hair and I will never regret doing it - everything was stunning and we were all pampered and able to relax the morning of the wedding!

I was planning a wedding out of state and was going based off reviews and pictures and knew that once I saw her photos, I wanted her to do my makeup. She was such a great hype girl and so accommodating. She made me and all my girls feel so beautiful and does the BEST makeup I’ve ever had done before. March 2022 Wedding - Perfect Hair and MakeUp Team!
Samantha and her team were amazing to work with! I did a trial sessions for both hair and makeup and left with comments on what I wanted changed for the big day and they DID NOT disappoint! Through power outages and time constraints and weather issues, my hair and makeup were perfect the whole day and it was done professionally, with care, and attentiveness!! I got so many compliments on both my hair and makeup and I would definitely choose them again for my wedding.
Lastly, I had a group of 8 women who are all very picky and hard to please, and they all LOVED their hair and makeup! I was shocked, it is not common to have all the bridesmaids and mothers say they actually liked their hair and makeup (I was a bridesmaid and I didn’t like the people that did my hair and makeup so I have experience with this BUT it is not the bridesmaids day lol!). Overall great team and highly recommend!!

Samantha is amazing! Her makeup skills are fantastic, and she is so easy to talk to and get along with. The hairstylist, Charea, is so fun! They both really sat down and understood my vision and what my girls wanted, putting their own twists on each look. We had a steampunk style wedding, which required more "dramatic" makeup looks, and Samantha executed them flawlessly; everything stayed throughout the whole day and night (approximately 9am-3am). I would definitely hire them again for any occasion!

I had the pleasure of working with Makeup Madame Artistry for my clients' wedding day on 12/11/2021. They were very easy to work with from a planning standpoint prior to the wedding, and were quick to reply and make edits to the schedule as needed. My bride and her crew looked absolutely stunning when they arrived at the venue, and stayed that way through all the hugs and dancing, into the send off! Hair and makeup services were VERY important to this bride. We interviewed quite a few other teams, but none of them were exactly what the bride was looking for. Once we found MMA and made that initial contact with Samantha, my bride felt SO much better, and was so confident and at peace with her decision. She was very impressed by their past work, and their personalities, and that all transferred on the wedding day as well!

Makeup Madame Artistry was amazing from the beginning. From readjusting her schedule just to do a trial make up run for me when I flew into HHI from PA for the weekend to going above and beyond on the day of the wedding. She is VERY TALENTED!! She did my make up as well as several others. Our make up held the entire day and night and NEVER budged (even after our outdoor ceremony in 95 degree weather and dancing the night away at the reception). She is so kind and easy to get along with. She fit right in with all of us while getting ready doe the big day. She coordinated the day with my hair stylist so we had plenty of time to get everyone’s hair and make up done. I couldn’t be more pleased and am SO HAPPY I found Makeup Madame Artistry and used them for my wedding.

Amazing June Wedding Experience
Sam was truly the most amazing makeup artist I have worked with! My wedding was June 2021, and after being a bridesmaid many times and a former cheerleader I have had my makeup done many times by many professionals. I can honestly say Sam did all of our makeup flawlessly. None of my bridesmaids, mother of bride, mother of groom or I had to touchup our makeup in the June humidity or fix it when Sam was finished. Lashes stayed on, foundation did not budge and every girl was thrilled whether it was a natural look or more glam. Not only were her makeup skills outstanding, but her personality is so sweet and she was a wonderful person to have join our room on the morning of my wedding. Sam had Sarah working with her for my wedding to do our hair, and Sarah was also amazing! She added a fun, positive energy to our bridal suite, and successfully did all our hair which was intact for the full 10+ hours following. Sarah used a great humidity spray which we all appreciated! Both Sarah and Sam took information from my trial and made the day-of look even better. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I cannot thank Sam enough for making me feel like a absolute stunning bride on my wedding day! She made you feel so comfortable and not nervous at all, she is so down to earth and easy to talk to and explain what your vision is. She knows exactly what she is doing and you should TRUST her to the fullest, she knows what she is talking about! She is so beyond TALENTED!! When I came to SC for my trail run I was a little concerned about what I wanted since I had had a bad experience before with getting makeup done. She took my concerns to heart and did exactly what I wanted BUT we found out that this is why a trail is done before the wedding day. My makeup for the trail ended up looking too naturel and light for a bride, which is agreed with 100% but also wanted to give me what I wanted. On the wedding day we went full on Bride and I was overly astonished with how my makeup turned out. STUNNING!! I highly recommend SAM for any makeup needs, she ROCKS!!

My make up was beautiful for my wedding and lasted all night! Our wedding was outside and I was worried about the warm weather causing my make up lasting, but I was perfect. She left me with a beautiful natural look!

Excellent wedding makeup and hair
I had a bad trial with ANOTHER artist when I found Madame artistry. I couldn’t be happier with the service! I didn’t have a trial but she delivered exactly what I wanted from a picture I had . Very profesional and friendly . She had all of my bridesmaids looking exactly like they wanted !

Amazing makeup and hair!
I cannot say enough positives about my experience with Samantha (makeup madame artistry)!!! She organized hair and make up for me, my bridesmaids, and my mama. She was on time, professional, and made me feel like the most beautiful bride. Samantha did more than our makeup... she got to know us, she told stories, and she listened to ours. Her personality and presence added to the wonderful experience of getting ready with my gals on the morning of the wedding. I would recommend her to anyone for bridal makeup or any other event needing a little glam!

Incredible!
I am so grateful that Samantha was part of my wedding day! We were originally scheduled for April 2020 however COVID changed that. Samantha was so helpful and understanding in cancelling that date without charge and rescheduling for a later date. We ended up eloping and with less than three weeks notice Samantha was able to accommodate our new date. She was always prompt to reply to my emails and answer all of my questions. Her skills as a makeup artist are absolutely incredible. I showed her my inspiration photo as a guide but gave her creative freedom to use her expertise to do what she thought would best suit my features. My makeup was amazing and lasted the whole day, I didn’t want to take it off! It photographed beautifully without feeling like I had heavy thick makeup on. Samantha was so easy and fun to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I already have her booked in for our big wedding celebration in 2022 and I can’t wait to work with her again!

Super awesome price for the experience and look.
After having another hair and makeup lady scam me out of hundreds of dollars, Sam saved the day! She was simply amazing! I have a pretty decent size birthmark I didn't want sticking out like a sore thumb and Sam made me look FLAWLESS. Not only is she an amazing makeup artist, she's funny too! She also paired up with Sarah who does hair. Let me tell you, this is a magical team! All of my ladies looked so stunning at the wedding!! Thank you so much Sam for making my wedding day a special one!

Bombshell!
Sam did a beyond outstanding job!!! She made myself and my girls look like a million bucks. She was reasonably priced and a pure joy to be around! Loved having her there to help me get ready, would rehire her in a heart beat!! We all received TONS of compliments all night long!!!

So talented!!
I am so happy I went with Samantha for our wedding makeup. She did my makeup, my sister in laws & my mother & mother in law. She was FANTASTIC. Everyone LOVED their makeup - even my MIL who was nervous to have it done as she does not usually wear much makeup. She made us all feel absolutely beautiful. Her personality is amazing & her talent is unmatched. She is simply the best!!

I would HIGHLY recommend her for really any event. She did my makeup for my wedding and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and wanted. She was so sweet and really made me feel like a princess. She's amazing!

Best makeup artist
She was wonderful, she listens to what you want and makes that look, look wonderful on you. Awesome personality and she was completely professional. I would recommend her to everyone. I wished I lived near her cause I would use her all the time. Best experience! Photos added there is one of me after going to the beach and in the ocean all day and still looked amazing for dinner. Amazing quality of makeup that she uses. She’s truly amazing!

Amazing experience
Sam was amazing! The first thing that I absolutely loved about her was the way that she really tried to connect with my entire party. Secondly and most importantly, she is an incredibly talented makeup artist. I didn’t want airbrush and she outdid herself. Natural looking & long lasting. I jumped in the water after our reception and everything was still perfect. I could not have asked for anyone better.

Samantha is AMAZING!!
Samantha did my makeup for my wedding (also, my bridesmaids’ and mother’s). She made us ALL feel so beautiful and was very attentive to what each of us wanted. My maid of honor’s hair didn’t turn out the way we planned, but Sam saved the day and jumped in making her hair look beautiful too even though she didn’t have to! She has also done my makeup on several other occasions, each experience being amazing. She is fun and makes everyone feel so comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her to ANYONE!

Amazing and professional
when I met same in 2008 I never questioned that she would do my wedding make whenever that might come. Well it came and she was my only thought! She made my make up look so natural in 2013 and then again at my friends wedding in 2016, who chose her based off of the work she did at mine.

She was AMAZING😍 Texted to tell me she was on the way and even offered to bring me coffee. We had a hiccup during the day(not with her) and she offered to make phone calls to help. I got so many compliments about how amazing my makeup looked. It lasted the whole night through multiple times of crying. My husband even told me that night how much he loved my makeup and how natural it looked.

Sam is hands down the best of the best makeup artist! Her work is amazing and you will not be let down. She will do whatever you want or give her free rein and let her work her magic! I wanted to look glamorous on my wedding day and look like I was walking down a runway...and she exceeded my expectations. Absolutely love her and her work!!! Totally worth every penny!!! I couldn't have been happier with our wedding day makeup. My girls and I all looked and felt great. Myself, my 5 bridesmaids and my mom all did airbrush and it felt like we weren't wearing anything at all and each of us looked flawless. Samantha really listens to what YOU want, and doesn't disappoint. Not only did she do a wonderful job, but we had a blast working with her. Plus, she was the ONLY wedding vendor who followed up after our wedding to see how things went and to make sure we were happy with our makeup and it lasted all day. If you're looking for someone who is a complete professional, will do a wonderful job and you'll have a great time when you're working with her, then you've found your girl!!

I haved used Samantha for my wedding, a couple photoshoots, and whenever I have a special event to go to. She is a true artist. I have never had a makeup artist make my eyes look so beautiful, and my skin look flawless. I even let her do my eyelashes, which are highly sensitive, because she has the lightest touch with the brush. She is also so sweet, so it makes the whole experience truly enjoyable and fun. I had searched high and low for a makeup artist who could make me feel more beautiful than I have ever felt, but also help me feel like myself! So many makeup artists, give you what THEY think is best, but Sam really focuses on what makes you happy and overall what YOU want! Not only is she wonderful at doing your makeup, but her personality and customer service is above excellent. She not only gave me exactly what I wanted and more, but ALL of my bridesmaids were thrilled with their look as well! It is not very often that every girl is happy with how someone else did their makeup, but I can honestly say she made everyone in my wedding party feel like a princess. It is also amazing that she is willing to come to you and is so flexible with hours as well. I could rave about Sam for Hours..long story short, any bride would not be disappointed, she really does an amazing job!

Samantha and her team were so great to work with. They made you feel comfortable and we had so much fun wedding morning together. My make up and hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Sam and her team did the most amazing job on makeup and hair for my wedding!! My 6 bridesmaids, mother in law and myself were transformed into absolute beauty queens without anything feeling heavy or over done. The makeup and hair lasted throughout the ceremony and reception and well into the night without any issues!! Each look was tailored to each girl and no one looked "made up". Instead we all looked like even more beautiful versions of ourselves! This experience with Sam has boosted my self confidence, even after a month without the makeup on!!
