  Janelle did my make-up for a photoshoot, and I was so happy! Totally satisfied. It's hard to find a makeup artist that follows your instructions. And for the first time I was so excited with how my makeup came out. Thanks for making me feel beautiful!

  Janelle is exceptionally talented, has an eye for bringing out the glamour and beauty to each individual. She really did an amazing job! Janelle is very sweet, personable and so easy to work with. She made feel so comfortable. I could tell from the moment I met her that she knew exactly what she was doing and that she loves her job. Highly recommended!!!!

  I scheduled Janelle for my wedding and we end up cancelling because I did not read on the Contract that minimum of Person to Hire was 6 or 8. It was disappointed since I also gave a Deposit of $80.00 that I lost. and she didn't considered to return any of even knowing that weddings are expensive. As a professional I couldn't comment but I feel she wasn't that flexible in my situation and I felted she was happy to cancel my Trial also.

  Hello, I am sorry that you feel that way. I always try to make it clear to my clients that they need to read the contract and my Business policies carefully and understand them before booking. They must accept that all policies on the contract are and will remain firm. There is a 5 client minimum for all weddings due to the fact that it is on location service. It says it on my website as well. I also know that I did try very hard to help you with the pricing, so that it was within your budget, which I do not usually do. Pricing is always firm as well. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please make sure to always read any and all policies from now on. I have never had any other client leave unhappy with a service or my policies/contract, however, I understand and will take your review into consideration. I am sorry once again and I thank you, for your review.
