Look no further!!
Wow! Kymberly Marr (owner, make-up stylist and designer of products) was the absolute best! I got married on Maui Jan 19, 2023. Kymberly and her hair stylist came to pamper and beautify my bridesmaids and myself. She made the day fun and we felt more beautiful than ever before. I actually looked in the mirror and almost didn't recognize the hâute couture model staring back at me!
Kimberly sent us off to the ceremony with some of her beautiful products. This included her "lippies" (cute coined name for her lipglosses) and lipliners and small powder and applicators (and a mascara for me). I know the products were included in the package we paid for, but they were full size and such great quality. So much so, I contacted Kymberly and asked what foundation she used. To my surprise, it was a mineral tinted spf 20!? and "maui glow" bronzer
I bought both these products and even when self applied, they make me feel as beautiful as the day of my wedding!
I could go on and on, but its not necessary. You get it 😉. If you are on Maui amd need professional make-up and hair styling definitely book Makeup and Talent Hawaii

I had the absolute best experience with Kymberly Marr Makeup for my wedding. Kymberly is incredibly talented, professional, and calming—exactly what you want on such an important day. My makeup was flawless, photographed beautifully, and lasted all day and night without needing touch-ups. She truly listened to what I wanted and enhanced my features in a way that felt elevated but still like me. I felt confident, radiant, and bridal. I couldn’t recommend her more.

What a lovely experience!
Kymberly was so responsive and easy to work with. I felt totally comfortable with Michelle, my hairstylist, who did an amazing job and Kymberly who did my incredible makeup.
Kymberly was flexible and took time to ask questions and offer solutions, she even arranged to travel to do everything in my hotel room. I would highly recommend her company.
She also has a great makeup line that you should definitely check out!

Family Photography Makeup
Kymberly did a wonderful job on our make up for our family photoshoot. She was on time arriving and finishing our makeup with plenty of time for us to get dressed and get to the venue. The make up was gorgeous. I have 6 and 11 year old girls who LOVED that Kymberly offers youth makeup options. I cannot recommend Kymberly enough and will definitely use her again if I need a makeup artist in Maui.

Vintage Hawaiian Beauty
I found Kymberly Marr after an exhausting online search with just two weeks before my wedding. I was drawn to her style of making her clients look natural, but glamorous. She did exactly that! I was immediately drawn to her warm, calming nature. As a beauty professional myself, I appreciated all of her attention to detail…making sure I was happy with my hair and makeup til the very end. She even offered to drive me to the beach to meet my groom and family! I purchased her Sugar Beach lip gloss to commemorate my experience and it is fabulous. Although not for a wedding, if I’m ever in Maui I would not hesitate to hire her again. Mahalo Kymberly for making me look like a vintage Hawaiian beauty. You are a gem!

Absolutely Exceptional cosmetics and makeup application!
I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Makeup and talent Hawaii and had a consult with Kymberly Marr. She applied make up in a way that made me feel totally natural, while completely elevating my look. I absolutely love color and shimmer, but I had read articles and been told that if you are not careful, they are not always flattering as you age. Not only did Kymberly help me look flawless, but she also walked me through the steps to get the look for myself and apply the make up in the most flattering ways. I loved the make-up from the application so much, I bought several pieces, and I have subsequently bought even more overtime.
Her products are vegan, earth-friendly, incredibly high quality, and as good as any high-end product, if not better. My favorite products are her tinted SPF moisturizer, which is the perfect coverage and can be layered for more coverage, the liquid sunshine in Maui glow to get the perfect sun-kissed look, and her water-resistant mascara. Amazingly talented makeup artist in Maui!
Kymberly Marr is an amazingly talented makeup artist and beautiful spirit overall. During my visit to Hawaii, I scheduled a photography session at the Grand Wailea Maui Resort. I found Kymberly Marr through a Google search and was able to easily contact her by phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she took the time to understand the look that I wanted to have. When Kymberly arrived, she was timely, and I genuinely enjoyed the hour that we spent together. We talked about life, love, and everything in between, and she provided me with great recommendations of things to do while I was in Maui. Not to mention, my makeup was flawless. The photographer was in awe of the beautiful job done by Kymberly, and the photographs turned out beautifully. I would not hesitate to use Kymberly's services again.

I have known Kymberly for a few years now, and she has always been so kind and the epitome of a graceful and professional business woman. I purchased her new mascara and WOW! It went on so smooth, absolutely zero clumps or uneven application. I am in love!! I also purchased her lip gloss "Sugar Beach". I am not one to wear anything on my lips, other than carmex. But her gloss is just yummy. It feels so good on and isn't heavy at all. I actually feel like my lips are protected but not masked...if that makes sense. Best Maui Wedding Makeup & Hairstyle

Kym is the best!
Kymberly Marr is, not only an excellent makeup artist, she goes above and beyond! After reaching out to her only 5 weeks before my wedding, she was more than supportive to help this anxious bride-to-be find a new Officiant (Rev. Joe Miles, who is amazing btw)! She's very responsive, professional, kindhearted and accommodating. I felt like I was just getting my makeup done by a good friend. I cannot say enough positive things about her. I wanted airbrush foundation so I went with her Makeup Gold Package and my makeup turned out better than I could've imagined. It lasted all evening, except for the lipstick lol. Luckily, the package included a customized bag for touch-ups. I was glowing in our wedding pictures and video!
Hairstylist, Gena, set my beachy curls to last (even with Maui humidity). I was particular about wanting a bit of my hair pulled back but still having it look like it was down from the front and, right away, she knew what I meant and perfected the look I was going for, plus added flowers. Both of these ladies made me feel and look so beautiful and special on my wedding day! Kym is more than just an artist... she's a sweet, genuine person who truly cares. We were eloping on the island so none of our family/ friends were there... Kym was so sweet to take pictures and videos of my fiancé and I as we were leaving her cottage to go get hitched. It was something I didn't think too much of at the time but looking back at the pictures and videos--I will cherish them forever! I highly recommend Makeup and Talent Hawaii!

I’m so lucky I found Kymberly! I needed my makeup done for my wedding and only had a few days to find someone. Kym returned my call right away and was so nice and professional. On the day of, she came to our condo and made me feel so at ease like one of my close friends was doing my makeup. The colors she chose complemented my face and my wedding dress so perfectly. My makeup looked great in the photos and I was just really pleased with the whole experience and final outcome. She listened to what I wanted and made the whole process so enjoyable. Kym is amazing. We initially were going to travel to her salon to have my hair and make up done but we changed the location at the last minute due to the weather. Kym ended up coming to our hotel. Kym was able to adjust her schedule for us at the last minute, which was such a relief. She arrived promptly. I presented her with photos of what I liked and she did an amazing job.

Kymberly and team did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, my mom, my mil, and my great aunt for my wedding day (I had already booked my HMU before realizing that there was so much interest in getting HMU done for the rest of the bridal party :(). I couldn't believe how beautiful everyone looked! We're a group of gals that wears *maybe* mascara on any given day so any amount of makeup can make us feel like clowns, but Kymberly was respectful and thoughtful in how she applied makeup and made sure to check in with each woman along the way. I feel like a total jerk because I can't remember the name of the woman who helped with hair, but she was amazing as well! Again, she listened to what each woman wanted and executed flawlessly!

Travelling all the way from

I was extremely happy with both my hair & makeup for my wedding day. Both Oona & Kymberly were so warm & welcoming & very professional. Kymberly and her team were fabulous. We had 9 women getting their makeup done and 11 getting hair done so it was a complicated day. Kymberly was incredibly responsible and organized leading up to wedding, working with me to make sure we had a schedule in place so that the day flowed easily without any problems. Kymberly and her team stayed on time with everyone and all of my girls loved their look.
I had done a hair and makeup trial with Kymberly a couple of months before the wedding, and we made a couple of small tweaks and my hair and makeup turned out PERFECTLY for the day of the wedding. My wedding day also ended up being unusually warm, and everyone's makeup held up surprisingly/incredibly well. I had the airbrush done and am glad I decided on that considering how hot it was - I felt just as beautiful at the end of the day as I did right after I got my makeup done. I would highly recommend Kymberly and her team!

Kym not only did a fantastic job on my hair and makeup, she also saved me on my trash the dress photo shoot! I met her on my wedding day and she was just as kind and sweet as she had been throughout our email correspondence. She did a wonderful job on mine and my bridal parties makeup, and she went above and beyond for my maid of honor who had gotten a really bad sunburn the day before. She airbrushed my friends back, last minute, at no additional charge, to tone down the burn for the pictures. So awesome! For me on both shoots we did airbrush and lashes. Both looked so natural and gorgeous and lasted through sweat, tears, and a lot of salt water! She had two other ladies, that did all of the hair for the bridal party, while she did makeup. They were all great and so nice! It made for a fun time getting ready! Then, 2 days later Kym did my hair and makeup again for my trash the dress photo shoot. Here is where the ABOVE AND BEYOND great service comes in... It was an early morning photo shoot, so she was scheduled to be at my condo around 6am. I stumble out of bed at 5:30 and realize that the power is out in our condos and all down the street. I called Kym in a panic and she stayed very calm and invited me over to her home! Her HOME!! I was so impressed by this! People don't even like having friends over last minute, let alone a client that she barely knows. Kym did my hair and makeup to perfection and my trash the dress and wedding were perfect, and I felt beautiful! Thank you again, Kym!!

Kym is amazing. I don't often wear too much makeup and Kym gave me a perfect natural look on my wedding day. Working with Kym was super easy. She arrived and we chatted for a little bit to get comfortable. Once she began to work, she checked in from time to time to make sure she was going in the right direction with my look. Did I want to hide my freckles or show them off? Would I like this red or something more pink? How dark would I like my brows. Which lashes would I prefer to use? She was patient with my requests and calmed me when I was nervous. She was so accommodating, professional and kind. I don't think I could have had a better experience.
An hour after Kym began, she had also arranged for a hairstylist to come in and do my hair. She was professional as well and managed to keep all my little fly away strands in place during a VERY windy ceremony. Not a strand was out of place the whole evening.
Once I was ready to go, I got compliments from every direction (even my mom and aunts!). Overall, my experience with Kym was completely positive. I'm so grateful to have found her.

Kymberly did such an amazing job on my makeup for my wedding, she truly is a miracle worker. I chose her after doing some research and came across her before and after pictures on facebook- a must see! She was so gracious in letting me come directly to her studio in her home and allowed me to get ready for my wedding there. She is so sweet and kind. She even offered to drive me to the ceremony spot (about 5 miles from her home) to avoid having to call Uber and get there myself. I would certainly recommend her to any brides on Maui. Thank you Kymberly for making me look and feel gorgeous on my wedding day on May 20, 2016! I didn't do a trial as I flew into Maui for my destination wedding just the day before, but my make-up turned out exactly the way I wanted to be on the day of. I showed Kymberly a couple Pinterest photos of bridal looks that I was after and she replicated them effortlessly (in fact I looked like the twin of the lady in the photo after the session, lol). She only uses quality make-up products and I did not have any allergic reactions (I get that sometimes using new skincare products/cosmetics). They stayed on really well-- even under the hot sun and me getting teary eyed during my ceremony. I looked great all night long.
She teamed up with hair sylist Oona to complete my look for the day. They work so well together doing hair and make up at the same time! I didn't think it was possible before I booked her; it had saved me so much time on the day of my wedding doing it this way. I'm so glad I found her! :)

I recently got married on Maui and worked with Kymberly Marr, owner of Makeup and Talent Hawaii for my bridal makeup and hair. My wedding coordinator recommended Kymberly and from our first interaction I knew I was in good hands! Kymberly is such a sweet and genuine person and I felt like she really cared that I looked my best on my wedding day. My husband and I live in Indiana, and so I must admit, it was a little scary to plan the wedding long distance since we did not have the luxury of meeting with anyone in person. Although we couldn’t meet before the wedding, Kymberly was great about communicating with me to ensure I had a chance to share my vision and to put me at ease. I appreciated that she reached out to me about two months before the wedding to ask for pictures and to allow me plenty of time to scour pinterest and her website for ideas on what I wanted for my bridal hair and makeup. She communicated all the details I needed in advance to ensure I knew what time she and her stylist would arrive and to ensure there were not any delays. The morning of the wedding, she and her hairstylist, Oona, arrived promptly as expected and stayed on schedule so that I was not rushing (we had an early morning ceremony). I had told Kymberly that I normally don’t wear a lot of makeup, and she did a great job of making me look beautiful without going overboard. Oona, her stylist, also did a great job making my hair look beautiful and I appreciated her making sure my hair would stay in place, as it was quite windy that morning! Overall I couldn’t have been happier working with Kymberly and I would highly recommend her to other brides who are looking for someone they can trust to do a great job!

My wedding planner gave me a list of make up artists to choose from and after looking at them all, I chose Kymberly. She made all the women look so beautiful while keeping their look natural which is what I liked. She did the same for me! I also liked how attentive she was before we had even met. She wanted the details of my veil, how I wanted my hair and gave me options of airbrushing and lashes among other things. She even offered to bring flowers for my hair from her garden!! She was so cute and kind and kept reminding me to use SPF and not burn my face before the wedding. She arrived early with her hairstylist. She gave me some recommendations for skin care and even gave my mother-in-law a free sample of some eye cream. She really just goes above and beyond. I didn't end up needing the airbrushing and was more than pleased with the final look. It was natural and beautiful, just like I wanted. Kym did a great job and I highly recommend her to anyone!

I met Kymberly Marr in Maui the morning of my wedding on July 26, 2015. Kymberly was recommended to me by Wendee of Pink Pineapple Salon, who styled my hair prior to meeting Kymberly for my make-up. Wendee was recommended to me by the Receptionist at The Royal Mauian Condo Resort in Kihei. Kymberly just got it. Being a mature bride I didn't want to look too made up, but certainly wouldn't say NO any camouflage I could get that was somewhat natural. Kymberly was professional, but with a great sense of humour and lots of advice on making me look beautiful for my special day. My husband and I exchanged our wedding vows in Maui on a sail boat on May 25, 2014. Sounds romantic, right? It was until the rain came pouring down and there was no escaping it! There are no words to express how grateful I was that Kymberly Marr of Makeup and Talent Hawaii did my wedding makeup because she had the good sense and foresight to use airbrush makeup on me. Not only did my skin look flawless (which is especially a feat given that I struggle with severe adult acne), but the makeup held up beautifully in spite of the heavy wind and rain that washed over us on the boat for a full hour! As a bride, the rain could have been devastating to experience during an outdoor wedding. Kym did my fabulous, special wedding make up and also arrange Emily to do my hair. Although I was a bit late to arrange the appointments both were very flexible and able to confirm the perfect time for me. Both came to our house, so I could prepair everything and just needed some minutes to finalize for the big moment. Kym was very friendly, helpful and professional. She uses high quality products and is prepared for any special wishes. I asked for a natural and unspectacular make and she did it perfect. You could see that I had make up on, but it looked natural and very inconspicuous as I really like it. I felt very comfortable during the styling and also with the result. Both, make up and hair last for a very long time and I enjoyed getting styled by Kym very much. She makes you feel comfortable, welcomed and relaxed. The price absolutely fits the service you get.

Kymberly at Makeup and Talent Hawaii did my makeup on my wedding day in Maui. My makeup was absolutely beautiful, natural looking, and lasted all night long! I was so happy that I chose Kymberly to do my makeup on my wedding day! It looked so good in my wedding pictures. Kymberly has such good customer service and made sure I loved my makeup and got exactly what I wanted! Kym was amazing! She uses very high quality products and is a true artist. The airbrush makeup looked awesome and held up very well in the heat and humidity. She did the makeup for me, my mother, mother-in-law and sister. We all looked beautiful. I have never looked that good before! A month after the wedding my aunts are still talking about the makeup. Kym is extremely professional, and super nice. It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon before my wedding with her. She also found a wonderful person to do my hair. Her prices are very reasonable for the quality of her work. I highly recommend Kym for anytime you need makeup in Maui.

Kim Marr was very professional. She was very pleasant to work with. She was able to incorporate what I like and enhance it to make me feel more beautiful. I choose a airbrushed make up with natural beach look. She did such a great job! I have never looked that beautiful ever. I looked so natural and so glowing! I highly recommend her services.

Kymberly was extremely professional and engaging. She came to our condo which was extremely efficient and the whole environment was very relaxed. My mother-in-law and I were able to have a glass of wine and relax while she did all of the work. The price was extremely reasonable and the whole experience was fantastic. The one compliment I received the most after returning was my makeup. :) Loved her!

When I first met Kym I told her that I wanted my makeup to look very natural so that I still looked like myself. She did an absolute perfect job and made me look beautiful. She had a lot to work with since I showed up with a sunburn but the end result awesome. She helped make my wedding day a dream come true. I highly recommend her!!!

Kym came to our condo and was such a great person to work with! She did makeup for me, my mom and my sister. We all loved our false eyelashes! She was very accommodating to anything we wanted and was extremely efficient, professional and kind. I am so glad we hired her. I highly recommend the airbrush makeup- it looked flawless even after hours of being in the Maui heat. Kym made the makeup experience fun and stress-free. Kym is an incredible makeup artist! She traveled all the way from Hawaii to Oklahoma to do makeup at my niece's wedding back in April of 2017. She did all of the bridal party, as well as the mothers, and a couple extra girls. During each makeup application she took time to consult with each girls wants/looks. She then executed those looks with precision. Kym understands color and how different colors bring out eyes and shape. When I left that makeup chair I felt like a brand new woman!! Book with her and her amazing team! You will not be disappointed!! Love ya Kym!!

Having Kymberly at Makeup and Talent Hawaii take care of me and my 9 year old daughter for our 20th wedding anniversary was wonderful. She and her associate, who did our hair, were prompt, prepared and incredibly pleasant. We visited over the phone--as we live in Houston--with regard to vision. I sent photos of our dresses to help them with ideas. We were scheduled for an early morning service, to avoid a crowded beach. It was such a calm experience. My daughter was beautiful, and still age appropriate, and I could never have achieved on my own the look they were able to accomplish. Kymberly truly listened to what I wanted, and more than delivered!

Kimberly was amazing. I had made arrangement's with her over the phone from Oregon. Her personality was so friendly and she was so willing to help make my appointment with her convenient for me. One of my main concerns was the hot weather and if my makeup would melt, she assured me it would not. The makeup stayed all day and night. Not one problem. She uses nothing but the highest quality products. My makeup looked beautiful when she was done. You cant help feel very comfortable around her, it was like I had known her forever. She has that kind of personality. She did just what I asked with some of her touches. I couldn't of found a better makeup artist.

Professional and reliable service at it's best
Kymberly and her team did a fantastic job on my hair and makeup for my wedding 8/24 in Makawao, HI. She did just as I requested: natural look with side hairdo, single lashes, and hair extensions. I didn't recognize myself in the mirror at first because the work was so beautiful and it's been so long since I have had a full makeover. I am thoroughly satisfied with her work on me and thankful that everything turned out perfectly.

Myself and my bridesmaid used Make Up & Talent Hawaii for hair and makeup for my wedding. We were incredibly happy with the results. Both the hairstylist and makeup artist put us at ease, listened to our requests and provided looks exactly as we wanted. I was so happy with how I looked as a bride, especially as being a destination wedding, I hadn't had a pre-trial. They also came to us which made life a lot easier on the day. You cant go wrong using these guys on your big day! :)

The makeup looked very nice, but it wasn't exactly what we were promised and Kym was slightly unprofessional. Kym talked a lot about specializing in natural looking makeup, but the result on the bride was definitely not natural looking. It still made the bride look beautiful, but we would have preferred the original agreement of a natural, clean look over what we received. The other missing star is for a few off-handed, slightly racist remarks about people she is living near. We didn't really want to hear about your discomfort living nearby to people with different cultural norms than you.
Ultimately, greatly skilled with makeup, but could have provided better service.
