Sarah and Mike with Make Your Day Design made every piece of our wedding floral experience beautiful, easy, and fun! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they were also flexible when we requested to make changes and responded with promptness and professionalism. Sarah and Mike put at us ease, made us laugh, and were easy to trust with this very important detail of our day.
For a bride who was attuned to all of the details but also didn't have as much knowledge about wedding florals, I always felt like I could ask Sarah and Mike any questions, knowing I would get a knowledgeable and thoughtful reply. When we lost my dad a few months before our wedding, Sarah and Mike offered us a beautiful arrangement to honor him and helped make every detail so special.
We can't say enough great things about Make Your Day Design. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to book a florist for their wedding-- we know that we'll be calling them for any future florist needs!

Sarah and Mike were incredible to work with through the whole process from inquiring to the big day. They allowed us to share our vision and our price point and create a plan that could match both. They did not require us to hit a minimum and did not try to sway us away from our vision, but were also very knowledgable on our venue and were able to help us work through decisions. They were incredible through the whole process and allowed us flexibility and additions leading up to the big day. 12/10 recommend- they were like working with people you knew your whole life and made beautiful florals and caused 0 stress.Make Your Day Design's reply:

Make Your Day Design is AMAZING. Sarah and Mike are incredible florists and people. My husband and I knew they were meant to be our wedding florist from our first zoom call. Sarah and Mike were kind, extremely helpful, and professional. Throughout the planning process, they helped bring my wedding floral vision to life, while working within our budget. They were easy to communicate with and willing to adjust anything we wanted as we got new ideas. I was practically in tears when I saw my flowers on my wedding day. They were even better than I had dreamed of, and I got so many compliments on them! It was a true pleasure and joy to work with Sarah and Mike. Sarah and Mike were wonderful start to finish. Very easy to talk to and communicate my vision. Send them some examples of bouquets and then we would talk about it. I never felt pressured about making decisions and they were always available to email a concern or thought. Everything turned out exactly as I envisioned. The circle arch was a big hit, the table flowers and of course my bouquet was soooo beautiful!!! I felt they were reasonably priced and if you want someone that truly loves and cares about their work, then Make Your Day Design is the one for you!Make Your Day Design's reply:

From the initial consultation Sarah and Mike helped bring our vision to life. They had fantastic suggestions and were really conscious about filling the space without going over the top. I loved how they were able to reuse pieces from the ceremony for the reception, it gave us more time to appreciate the beautiful designs. I cannot sing enough praises about Make Your Day Design! They took my inspiration photos and brought every single aspect to life perfectly. The florals were even better than I could dream of! The first time I cried on my wedding day was the moment I saw my bridal bouquet; it was pure magic and whimsy and everything I wanted. Then walking into the ballroom for the first time, my jaw was on the floor because of how beautiful of a job they did. They were so professional and their communication was wonderful. Their consultations were thorough and informative, they answered all my questions, and gave suggestions when I was unsure about aspects of the florals. Sarah and Mike from Make Your Day Design did an amazing job with our wedding flowers! They made our whole vision for the day come to life, and they were so easy to work with during our planning process. We went from not being sure if we were going to have a florist, to falling in love with everything Sarah and Mike delivered on our big day. Not only was my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets perfect, but the ceremony and reception flowers were beyond what we could have imagined. Everything they delivered fit our color scheme excellently, and all of the florals complimented our modern, minimalist vibe that we wanted to incorporate throughout our whole wedding.

An Absolute Dream!
Make Your Day Design made our wedding vision a reality. From the very beginning of the design process, Sarah and Mike made themselves available through email, zoom calls, and phone calls. They were quick to respond to any and all questions we had. From the very first zoom meeting they made us feel comfortable and excited to design our dream day. When we asked to add boutonnieres just a few weeks before the wedding they easily accommodated our last minute request. They made sure that we had all of our bouquets and other stemmed flowers for our photographer in the early afternoon which allowed us to get all pictures done before the ceremony. They provided set up, delivery, and take down. Sarah and Mike are experts at what they do and knew what flowers and greenery to suggest with our vision. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out and highly recommend this team! -

Excellent!
I have known Mike Walls for many years and am familiar with his background in horticulture. When I needed flowers for my wedding in September I knew I would be hiring Mike. I told Mike what I was looking for and he put together a beautiful package of purple flowers that fit perfectly with our wedding colors. We needed some last minute changes and Mike was able to quickly accommodate our needs. Everything looked lovely on our wedding day and all at a reasonable price. I can't say enough wonderful things about Sarah and Mike who own Make Your Day Design. Their namesake is what they truly stick to as their mission. We had a smaller wedding and needed to stick to a budget for our wedding flowers. When communicating that to Sarah + Mike, they were more than accommodating and ensured that we remained within that budget while still getting everything we wanted. It was beautiful to watch this dynamic duo bring our vision to life and to see the effort + care they put into their client is so comforting. Their energy is also what really solidified our choice in choosing them as our florist because they made us feel like we were their only client which how much attention to detail they gave us. I was concerned about the disposal of the flowers but Sarah + Mike always have a plan! They let us know that they have a partnership with local nursing homes to donate the flowers so that nothing goes to waste which was even more comforting knowing that they are committed to their community and client. The perfect floral partners, professional, eye for design, and absolutely gorgeous florals/planters I am still able to admire at home today!
Mike and Sarah were an absolute pleasure to work with! Professional, easy going, and with a wealth of ideas for how to turn my vague thoughts on what I thought I wanted into reality. I appreciated how prepared they came to every conversation and how effortlessly they handled all the details with my day of wedding coordinator. I did not give much direction for my florals - just a couple color schemes and something wild/natural-looking - so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. However, when I saw all the florals the day of, I was blown away! Everything was gorgeous and created exactly the feel I was looking for. I also got to bring all my florals (table centerpieces, bouquet, etc.) home, which I then dried and rearranged. My altar pieces were actually potted live plants which I could also take home and place out on my deck! Furthermore, they have a great passion for inclusivity which I wanted to support. Finally, they were very flexible to my budget (a lot of other florists asked for a minimum spend that I wasn't going to be able to meet) and worked patiently with me to figure out what could work for my price range. I could not have asked for a better florist, experience, and would highly recommend them to anyone!Make Your Day Design's reply:
