    Would recommend!

    Make It Perfect Events was great to work with! Katy and Ella were incredibly helpful, quick to answer any questions, and made the entire process so much less stressful. From guiding our rehearsal on Friday to being there all day Saturday, they kept everything running smoothly so we could truly enjoy our day. We’re so grateful for their support! Would definitely recommend them!!

    Superb Professionalism & Quality of Service

    We choose Month of/Day of Coordination and yet Katy & her team were supportive throughout the months and weeks leading up to our special weekend! Any questions or concerns I had, Katy was sure to find answers. I tend to be particular about things yet Katy expressed outmost patience and respect, which reflects her level of professionalism working in a high-pressure industry. Her assistant, Ella was also very attentive to our requests which was great to have multiple points of contact for planning. On the weekend of our wedding, Katy and her team were punctual and extremely detailed. They were working behind the scenes at the wedding, going almost unnoticed yet the flow of the event was seamless. It was nice knowing there was nothing I had to worry about as the bride and I appreciated their ability to "lay low" despite being hands-on during the entire event. I highly recommend the service of Make It Perfect Events, LLC!

    May Wedding

    I hired Katy and her team for the month of and day of wedding package. They were the most responsive wedding planner company I contacted. Katy ran through many checklists with me to ensure I had everything I needed for my wedding day and carefully listened to my vision for the day and ensured that it played out well. I am typically very type A, but after one phone call with Katy I trusted her and her expertise that I didn't feel like I had to do a single thing to make my wedding day run smoothly. On the day of the wedding and rehearsal I was able to relax and let my vendors handle the things they needed. I would use Katy and her team over and over again, my wedding was absolutely perfect and I am so thankful for all of the dedication and hard work these ladies put in.

    Wedding Day

    Katy & Ella were fantastic with what they did! They stepped in & did it all! I did not have to stress about anything during my wedding day. I was easily able to communicate with them throughout the entire wedding process. Katy truly listens to everything you want and makes the day & process even better than you thought it could be.

    A Magical Wedding

    My daughter recently got married and had the magical wedding of her dreams thanks to Katy and her team! As we had an outdoor tent reception there were a lot of moving parts but Katy worked with the vendors to ensure that everything went smoothly. We were all provided a detailed itinerary and she made sure that everything was done as planned. As mother of the bride it was nice to feel relaxed knowing everything was being taken care of!

    Incredible wedding planner!! 10/10 recommend

    Katy & Ella are incredible. I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. From picking out our vendors to clean up after the reception, they did it all. I was especially impressed with not only how quickly they both responded to texts and emails but also how quickly they would have a resolution for whatever problem I was facing. They worked tirelessly leading up to the wedding and day of to make our day perfect. My biggest take away from my experience with Katy & Ella is that I was not stressed on our wedding day and neither was my husband, Mom, or sisters and I feel that is truly INVALUABLE!!! I was able to relax and enjoy my day (and so was my family) and truly take it all in because I knew they were handling everything. It was an absolute dream of a day- and that would not have been possible without Make it Perfect Events.

    Fall Wedding

    Katy and her staff were incredible to work with! Their quick response, hands-on work, and overall experience was incredible! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the time we worked! I would say something & each time their response was “already done” and I loved that! They loaded the car after the wedding, cleaned the bridal suite, set up for the wedding, and so much more! People were blown away at how smooth it went and it is because of how they operated! If I were to suggest anything to anyone, it is to make sure you have Katy and her staff as the planners for your wedding!

    Incredible!

    Katy, Ella, and the rest of the Make it Perfect team are absolute lifesavers. I could not imagine not having them on my wedding day. My photographer called on Friday morning to inform me that he had COVID. I immediately called Ella in a panic. She kept me calm and reassured me that the situation would be taken care of and it was resolved in about 30 minutes. On Saturday Ella and the staff were there from start to finish. They worked hard all day to ensure that everything was perfect and let me tell you... it was PERFECT! I highly recommend Make it Perfect for any wedding or event planning!

    Katy & Ella are the best!!!!

    Katy and Ella from Make it Perfect Events are the epitome of perfect! I could not have gone through this whole experience without them. They made the process of planning a wedding (especially during COVID & all the unknowns that come with it) as smooth and easy as possible. I am forever grateful to them for their professionalism, their guidance in helping make decisions, and the attention to detail they gave, allowing me to focus on being the bride! If you don’t believe you need a wedding planner/coordinator you definitely need to reconsider & give Katy and Ella a call! Make it Perfect Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we couldn’t imagine our day without them!

    Katy and her girls are truly the best!

    First off Katy is so unbelievably kind and attentive. Through my whole year of planning Katy was there for everything she changed my date without skipping a beat because of a big scheduled football game on our wedding weekend. Then the pandemic hit and she was so encouraging to myself and my fiancé during that process. Although we did not have to change our date again she was giving us updates when we she could and she accommodated our requests to keep our guests safe. The day of the wedding both her and her staff were so joyful and helpful. I can honestly not recommend Katy enough!

    Reliable and knowledgable

    I literally have no idea what i would have done without Katy and her team. The second i met them, they knew all the best of the best local vendors for my needs. their connections were endless. Not only did they help me plan the perfect wedding the first time, but my wedding was canceled due to covid. without missing a beat, Katy helped me while we frantically tried to reschedule. She took care of all the coordination with the vendors. my next wedding date had to be canceled due to a covid scare 2 days before my wedding day. she was able to contact every single vendor within minutes so i didnt have to worry about the added stress on top of being devastated. she was so organized and helpful and worth every penny

    Couldn’t live without!

    Ella and her team were more than a blessing. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Looking back, I can’t imaging doing the day without them. The girls were hustling chairs and driving to town for us so we didn’t have to stress about a thing. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

    A Day to Remember

    Where do I even begin?!

    I wanted to plan the majority of my wedding to save money, but also because I’m very particular about everything. I was looking around for day-of-event coordinators and came across Katy’s “Make It Perfect” team. Katy was very organized and we scheduled a phone call immediately. I live out of town, so I depended on the reviews of others and the compatibility I would have with my coordinator. I knew that choosing the right person would either make or break my wedding day. After I spoke with Katy, I knew right away that she was the one. Katy was very honest, knowledgeable, flexible, easy-going and experienced. Although I only booked her as a day-of event coordinator, she was always there to help and went above the call of duty. With each curve ball, her team was able to find a great solution.

    We initially had our wedding planned in May, but due to the pandemic, we changed our wedding date to October. Katy wasn’t free with the new date change, but she was able to find someone on her team who would take over and continue the process with us. Ella contacted us immediately to get in the loop and have a good game plan rolling for the new date. She would check on us every couple of weeks. As we approached wedding week, she created a very detailed itinerary. One of my vendors even mentioned that it was the most helpful and detailed itinerary that he had ever received. They even printed and handed the itinerary out to all of our bridal party members. Everyone loved the gesture and felt that it was helpful. Ella was very friendly and easy to work with.

    Other details that the “Make It Perfect” team did included introducing us to BBJ Linens and then getting them at a discounted price for us. They also helped us quickly look for new vendors last minute when some of our vendors unexpectedly could no longer come. I was becoming stressed out as the wedding was closing in and all these small issues were arising. I was put at ease when their team were able to come up with so many other options and resources for me. Everyone on the team listened to our concerns and did everything in their power to make things happen. For example, it was important to me that we had wrinkle free linens for our reception tables and the “Make It Perfect” team went above and beyond to iron linens on the morning of our wedding. When we were running behind on time at the wedding, they helped us go behind a bush (literally) to bustle my dress so we wouldn’t be late for our first dance. While one assistant was working with me to bustle my dress, another assistant was sprinting to go find my sash to put on my dress. Our getting ready area was not at our ceremony venue either, so their team checked on all of us at the Getting Ready House while simultaneously having someone at the venue making sure everything else was going as planned. They reassured me when I didn’t like something and made sure I had everything I needed. They were kind and courteous to all of our guests. At the end of our wedding, they were very considerate to load all of the gifts/decor/things into our car quickly so we didn’t have to wait long to leave. I was very impressed with everything they did and how organized and prompt they were! They were a dream to work with!

    Normally, I am a very critical and overly analytical person. And to me, everything ran so smoothly on my wedding day and I had such an amazing experience with the Make It Perfect team. They are truly amazing and you really can’t go wrong choosing them to help you on your wedding day! Despite getting married during an ongoing pandemic, their team made sure that we would have a memorable and magical time. They succeeded in that and we will forever be grateful for them! The only thing we wished was that it all lasted longer! :)

    Katy really does Make It Perfect!

    10/10/2020 was filled with rain and tornado warnings yet Katy and Make It Perfect pulled off a flawless event. The Bride was thrilled with everything! Not one thing she would have changed even when plans of entry into the ceremony had to be changed due to weather. In addition, katy saved the day when the cake was delivered and the flowers to go on the cake were delivered but everyone was scared to arrange them on the cake. Katy said do you have a picture of what you want? She then proceeded to decorate the cake. She definitely knows how to Make It Perfect!

    Make it perfect is truly perfect!

    Katie and Ella at Make it Perfect events are truly perfect! They made the crazy process that is wedding planning so smooth and enjoyable! I knew a wedding planner was a necessity but a wedding planner during COVID is an ABSOLUTE necessity! We faced the difficult decision in March whether or not to move our April wedding. Katy eased all my nerves and gave me the best advice when deciding to postpone our wedding and Ella took care of contacting all our vendors. Ella helped us navigate every hurdle with grace and ease. My mom has said it once and she will say it a million times over, Ella was easily the best decision we made and the best money spent for our day! She was so helpful with the vendor selection process and they have such good relationships with vendors in Auburn and the surrounding area which truly makes a huge difference. Ella helped me with deciding on style choices, decor, floor plans, vendors, catering choices, the list goes on and on. Ella is not only very professional but truly one of the most kind and genuine people you will meet! They think of every detail big and small for the day (we had a small rain shower on our day and this team had an umbrella ready to go). Our day couldn’t have been more perfect and we couldn’t have done it without them! We will never be able to thank y’all enough for all your help!

    Wonderful!

    If you are planning a wedding, Make it Perfect should be your first call! Katy and her staff took all the stress out of the wedding day. She worked seamlessly with AUMC, and all of the vendors/friends and family who pitched in to make Savannah Starr Gill's wedding amazing. She had staff both at the wedding and the reception so we could just enjoy the day. She also is a great resource for finding the right vendors. We had to move this wedding from May to September and Katy was a rockstar. She made all the calls and got it done on a weekend. She responds almost instantly to text/emails. Katy is a pleasure to spend time with and a really hard worker. Two thumbs way up for Make it Perfect!

    SO worth it to have Katy as your planner

    We were THRILLED with your help Katy and Ella! You seriously made our wedding planning so much smoother. You handled communication with every vendor perfectly. Thanks for your recommendations, for the meetings we had, and the many revisions on the day of timeline. You were helpful, calming and kept things upbeat the whole time. I was at ease because I knew you had my back the whole time. And even picking up the flowers for us from the florist, checking in on the reception venue, getting my hair person on the phone just in time and having a pin ready when I needed it! You had every detail in mind so I didn't have to have it in mine.

    They Made It Perfect!

    Ella from Make It Perfect was, in fact, perfect! We made the decision to go with a wedding planner pretty late in the process for our April 4th wedding and on some recommendation, we went with Make It Perfect. Shortly after, COVID put an abrupt halt on our wedding and we rescheduled for August 22nd. From April until August, Ella was instrumental in what turned out to be a very complicated logistical process. COVID made having a successful and safe wedding a difficult challenge. Ella helped us navigate all of the difficulty and anticipated things we would have never considered. Our wedding went beautifully and everyone had a great time. I can’t say enough good things about Ella and the Make It Perfect team!

    Could not have done it without Make It Perfect!

    Katy and Ella at Make It Perfect were instrumental in helping me to plan my dream wedding! Their knowledge of the local vendor market and ability to provide opinions about any wedding planning topic due to their vast experience with all types of weddings was invaluable. My work with Katy and Ella started pre-COVID and many changes had to be made to pull off a wedding on 8/15/20 including new venues, reduced guest list, updates to vendors, etc. Despite the mountain of changes, Katy and Ella always gave me many options with how to move forward and allowed me to keep my head on straight.     Excellent experience!

    Katy Blackburn and her team at Make It Perfect are nothing short of awesome to work with for wedding planning and execution! As mother of the bride, I was so impressed with their high degree of professionalism including organization and attention to detail, no matter how small; quality of vendor recommendations; creativity; flexibility; and the seamless and calm manner in which they ensured the schedule for wedding weekend was adhered to, down to the minute. I absolutely had no worries that everything was being taken care of before, during, and after the wedding. Moreover, their warmth and ability to listen never made my daughter Meg and I feel we were asking too many questions nor taking up too much of their time. I had total confidence in their guidance, especially as we faced the challenges of downsizing and safety that confronted us as a result of the Covid crisis.     Such an incredible experience!

    Katy was very professional and helpful with everything. She helped with almost every decision and coordinated with all the vendors for me. She was especially understanding and flexible with having to change everything due to COVID-19. Incredibly thankful for her and her team and all they did to make our ceremony super special and help me not stress on wedding day :)

    Great planning team

    I am from Auburn, AL but am currently residing in Houston. When it came time to plan my Auburn wedding, my fiancee and I googled wedding planners to help us in planning a wedding remotely. Katy and her team at Make it Perfect Events came highly recommended. She was prompt in meeting with us. Even at our first meeting, we ran into another of her clients who had nothing but glowing reviews. She helped us select venues (church, reception, and rehearsal dinner) as well as vendors.     They "Made It Perfect"

    In November, 2018, my daughter, who lives in Houston, Texas, got engaged and decided she wanted to get married in Auburn. (Challenge accepted!) Her first step in the course of action was to begin the "wedding planner" search and although there were several options available, Make It Perfect: Wedding & Event Planning got her attention from the beginning and I am so glad it did!

    After the initial contact with Katy Blackburn was made, my family was assigned Ella Cobine and WOW, not only is this young lady well-versed in all-things-wedding, she also goes above-and-beyond the call-of-duty! Ella was readily available with answers to all of my questions (and there were MANY!), she was organized, professional, easily accessible, and KIND, KIND, KIND!

    The two weeks leading-up to the big day were accompanied by a few obstacles and Katy and Ella handled them with grace and dignity!

    Sadly, the hurdles didn’t stop there but Ella, Dacota, Lily, and Keegan crossed each one with class and charm and made the day my daughter has dreamed about as flawless as possible!

    Truth be told, I have another daughter and one day, I hope to be given the opportunity to hire a wedding planner again and if it is so, I won’t make a single decision with Katy and her team guiding the way!

    Literally Perfect

    When I began thinking about my wedding day, I realized that whoever I chose to plan this wedding would have a big task ahead of them. There were many very specific things that I envisioned which were unique and I was unsure if they could be done. Fast forward to the day of the event and I can honestly say my expectations were much more than fulfilled. Katy and her team were there every step of the way. They were always available to answer any questions I had, set up meetings with vendors, and be there for emotional support. These things allowed this process to be stress-free and enjoyable. Every special request was met with an open mind and a “can do” attitude. I would HIGHLY recommend Make It Perfect because they live up to their name.

    One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Make It Perfect! I think the name of the company is truly fitting, because that’s exactly what Katy Blackburn and her team does! She went above and beyond the entire time and totally exceeded my expectations! She has a wonderful relationship with all of the best vendors in East Alabama and beyond, and all of her vendor suggestions were amazing! She is very organized and was always there to answer any questions that I had or provide suggestions. She made our wedding day stress free, and everything went smoothly and as planned.     Amazing Wedding Planner!!

    Hiring Make it Perfect: Wedding and Event Planning was the best decision I made for my wedding. Katy was such a vital part of our wedding planning process!! She suggested every single one of my vendors and they were all so amazing. She knows the best in the business! I had some last minute vendor additions, and within 24 hours, Katy had me connected with the right people. No matter the day or time, Katy was there for me! Ella, Aaron, and Dacota were more than I could ask for scheduling and coordination on rehearsal and wedding day. They went above and beyond my expectations and we would not have survived if it weren’t for them! They made sure everything went smoothly and, most importantly, stress-free. They even did little things like bring us water while taking pictures - something that would have never crossed my mind. I am so grateful they were with us on our big day!!     Great people!

    We were so pleased to have Ella and Aaron at our rehearsal and wedding to help everything run smoothly. They met us along with Katy a few weeks ahead of time to walk through the venue and discuss and help figure out a plan for the service and reception. Their knowledge and experience gave me confidence in our decisions. Katy created a custom package based on our need and budget. Ella was available to coordinate all the vendors on the the weekend of the wedding. She made a detailed iteneray for everyone involved to help coordinate the day. She was right by my side on the big day to keep us on track and do little things as I asked. Aaron was an additional assistant who has such a pleasant, calming presence and was so reassuring. I knew he was willing to take care of anything at a moments notice and it was truly a comfort to me to have him there. The time was so much shorter on the wedding day than I thought it would be. I was so thankful to have Ella and Aaron to help make everything happen. We had a wonderful day despite the fact that it was during a ridiculously heavy rainstorm!

    Katy has everything you need in a wedding planner!

    Katy and her team were one of the best vendors for my wedding– she kept everything organized, she constantly checked in with me throughout the planning process, gave so many great tips and recommendations, and made the big day run so smoothly. Our day was full of cold rain, but Katy and her team went above and beyond to find a backup for pictures (and even helped us get our dog, Bo, to pictures since the rain made everything a little crazy!) Katy keeps things moving, keeps everyone calm (even when weather changes everything) and makes sure everything is taken care of! I can't say enough about how helpful she and her assistants were.     The BEST wedding planner!

    We were a little late in the game to hire a planner. We thought we could handle it all on our own... and BOY were we wrong! Hiring Katy & her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Because of Katy, the months leading up to the big day were soooo much less stressful! Don’t even get me started on the day of! Throughout the process, she listened, communicated in a beyond timely manner, and gave us the names of some incredible vendors. In fact, every vendor we used was one she recommended to us.

    The day of the wedding was probably one of the least stressful days of my life. Katy and her team thought of EVERYTHING. They had people at the reception venue to direct and set up, they had people at the church with the groomsmen and the bridal party to keep us on track, they even had someone out helping with the photographer. Katy herself even drove us around to our photography locations on our wedding day!

    Because of them, we got to relax and really take in our wedding day. Like y’all, I stained my dress TWO TIMES before the ceremony and Katy got them both out. She literally got on her knees with a hair dryer! To say that this team went above and beyond is an understatement.

    Long story short, if you’re on the fence about using Make it Perfect— DO IT. You will not regret it!

    When I started the wedding planning process I very quickly became overwhelmed with the extensive planning...there were countless components I hadn’t even considered. Katy helped me every step of the way. Before the wedding she promptly answered all of my many, MANY questions over email. She also shared with me several documents/ excel sheets to help me keep my thoughts organized (monthly checklists, bar calculator etc.). I felt comfortable going into wedding day because of her.

    The rehearsal, wedding, and reception were also a huge success greatly thanks to Katy and her team. She provided everyone (vendors and bridal party) with a detailed itinerary, helped set up some remaining decorations I had purchased, and executed the entire flow of the wedding and reception beautifully. She also very professionally and calmly resolved a couple of unexpected hiccups that arose. Every wedding will have that one something not going right or forgotten, big or small; Katy kept me relaxed and found quick, creative solutions for everything. Can’t recommend her and her team enough.

    I highly recommend Katy and her team to help with your wedding planning! I was initially against he idea of hiring a wedding planner but hiring katy was the best decision ever! I planned my wedding long-distance and would not have found all the wonderful vendors in-town without the suggestions from Katy. She was always available and prompt when answering the many questions regarding planning my wedding. She also coordinated with all my other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, which was a huge help to me.

    I am a very controlling person. I like to do everything so I know that it gets done and done in the right way. I tried very hard not to feel like this while trying to work out wedding plans. Unfortunately, it did not work. Katy told me that I shouldn't stress. She said that her and her team had me. I stressed out until Friday night. Saturday morning rolls around, my big day, and I walk into the venue that I was getting married in and all of my troubles went away. I literally had no fear or worry about anything, except for falling on my face or stuttering during my vows. I had the most amazing people helping me and everything went off without a hitch. Even the few problems that occured outside of what the event staff could help, I had no idea it happened until after everything. I was a princess on my big day and they made it happen. I wish I could express my gratitude in a way that could truly show how I feel. I will tell anyone who is willing to listen that my day would not have been as perfect as it was if it were not for the dream team! Thank you guys so so much for making my wedding so amazing. You guys are awesome! I know that I will never forget what you guys did. Thank you for helping me stay on top of things and always always ALWAYS answering all of my questions, even the stupid ones.

    I hired Katy, at Make It Perfect Events, LLC, to help with our wedding and it was a great decision. She knocked it out of the park! I could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out on our wedding day.

    I opted to hire her for the year leading up to the wedding. She helped me line-up appointments for visiting venues and meeting with vendors. Her inside knowledge of the industry and prior relationships with some of the vendors helped make these visits run smoothly and efficiently.

    Katy listened to my vision and ideas of how I wanted my wedding to be carried out. Together we achieved it! On the actual wedding day, Katy and her staff were very professional and prompt. They made sure everything and everyone was taken care of on our end. On the vendor end, she was all business. She also did a fantastic job communicating with the bride to make sure everything she wanted was completed and went smoothly. Katy truly made my daughter's wedding a stress free event for everyone. I would highly recommend her to plan any event.

    Hiring Katy was hands down the best decision we made when wedding planning started! She is professional, down to earth, super sweet and extremely organized. She made sure that I didn't have a thing to worry about come our wedding day, we are so thankful for everything she did for our special day to make it absolutely perfect!!     Katy was by far the most valuable asset to our wedding. She took all responsibilities in their entirety and handled them, leaving my husband, our families, and myself completely stress-free. The rehearsal and ceremony ran as smoothly as possible. Katy organized everything and even provided an itenerary. We knew exactly where to be at all times. I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and dedication that allowed our wedding to be as perfect as we had imagined. We definitely recommend her to anyone!

    Katy was so great! I would highly reccomend her to anyone who wants a stress-free wedding coordinated by someone who pays attention to detail and has the best interest of the bride and groom in mind at all times.     I would highly recommend Katy to a friend or to anyone else looking for an event planner. She is professional, relaxed, organized and makes it all look easy. Best of all she is fun to work with!!! She responds quickly to ALL emails and phone calls. She made several vendor recommendations and they were all excellent and they all seemed to enjoy working with her.
    For those of you who appreciate ALOT of detail, she provides a very detailed event plan to all participants and vendors prior to the event. Everyone knows where they should be and when.
    Give her a call. You will be glad you did!!

    Excellent job by Katy, Ella and staff. Venue was beautiful.

    Katy and Ella were always there by text or email if needed. The whole day I would check or ask if they were doing something and they had already done it. My daughter had a vision and they did exactly what she wanted and more. Great job!

    Our experience with Make It Perfect started out fine. We wanted the day of/month of package because we were doing a lot of the planning on our own but just wanted some help to relieve stress once wedding month arrived. Our first coordinator seemed to be really new at coordinating a wedding but we went along with it. It became apparent that she was not doing the quality of service we expect for the price we paid or from the contract we signed. The week of the wedding we had vendors contacting us asking us questions and informing us they have had no contact with our coordinator. We were shocked. We contacted other vendors and 3 days before our wedding not one of our vendors had been contacted by our coordinator. So, we contacted Katy (the owner) and informed her of this situation. Up to this point, we had been doing all of the communication to the vendors and planning times and schedules. After contacting Katy with this information she was very fast to respond with apologies and options to help fix our circumstance. Thankfully we got assigned a new coordinator who hit the ground running and completely saved it.
    We would recommend Make it Perfect but you must use Aaron Norris. He took over where the first coordinator completely dropped the ball, and he did an excellent job of getting everything together in 3 days. Aaron also knocked it out of the park on the wedding day.

    Horrible Experience

    From the start, the planners seemed overwhelmed. They misplaced all our materials for the foot-washing ceremony, leaving our videographer and photographer scrambling.
    During our private dinner, we were seated next to a bathroom exit—with constant foot traffic and no privacy.
    Key moments were missed: there was no cue to cut the cake, no first-dance announcement (resulting in many guests missing it), and the ceremony exit unfolded in silence because the exit song never played.
    Without anyone directing the day, the flow was chaotic. At one point, we got left with no phones in the photo location and no one else. I fainted and no one was there to help.
    Bridesmaids, groomsmen, and vendors were treated completely disrespectfully—rude tones and dismissive behavior were common. A family friend also shared they overheard one of the planners calling a guest a “bit$$.” That is unacceptable.
    Other vendors were commenting on how disorganized everything seemed—as if it was this planner’s first wedding and not that they had been doing this for years.
    We loved our other vendors—but none of that mattered when the main coordinator failed to deliver. I hate conflict, but this was devastating on what should’ve been the best day of our lives.
