You need this DJ!

I wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars because honestly it is well deserved. We hired Rick to DJ our wedding. Rick was unbelievable. From start to finish he was an absolute professional and really knew how to read a room. There wasn’t a dull moment on the dance floor. He was great with announcements, helping us coordinate everything, etc. Due to an unforeseen hold on our account the final check we sent him bounced and he still came and did an amazing job. If that is not a snapshot of Rick’s character then I don’t know what is. I could not recommend Rick and his company Majesstic Entertainment enough.

Awesome Wedding DJ!

I would highly recommend Majesstic! Rick was super easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable about weddings and timelines, and course made sure everyone had an awesome time on the dance floor all night. Rick helped with the timeline, and made sure that everything was moving along so we were never waiting around for the next thing to happen. He also made sure on the day of that everyone knew where they were supposed to be and when. Our biggest concern for the wedding was the music and making sure people had fun, but I never had to worry once these guys got started. Rick and Mike played awesome music and were able to get everyone out on the dance floor for the entire night! We really wanted a big party vibe and that was exactly what we got, we had a blast!!

Professional and Talented Djs

We highly recommend Majesstic entertainment for any Dj services you may need! Our wedding was on 11/11/22 and DJ Rick and DJ Mike went above and beyond to help make our night perfect. The whole booking and planning process was made super easy with their convienent online portal and their expertise was evident as they helped guide us through the night. Wedding Day!

I highly recommend Majesstic entertainment for any and all of your DJ needs. The dynamic duo absolutely crushed it at my wedding! From ceremony music, to wedding party intros, first dance, parent dances and then the full out party time of reception they just never missed a beat! Quite literally 😉 Rick is so kind, truly does care about your day and how it flows. He makes sure to pay attention to the details, what you like and don’t like. Outstanding DJ Service for our October Wedding

Rick and Team were wonderful to work with for our wedding earlier this month. They did a great job mc'ing our event and did an incredible job playing a mix of current hits and old school jams to get our guests of all ages out on the dance floor and kept the party going until the very last song.
In addition, we opted for the open air photobooth and got the pictures back within a week of our wedding of all of our guests. This was a perfect touch for fun moments to capture of and with our friends and family.
I would HIGHLY recommend Majesstic Entertainment to anyone planning their wedding, or any event needing DJ services. They do an amazing job helping to create the perfect party vibe for your event and working with them was a piece of cake.

Amazing DJ

Rick is great. I LOVE the online system they have for putting in ceremony and special moment song choices, requests, etc. Rick also met with us to go over our choices, what we wanted, didn’t want, etc and the general vibes! He answered questions and gave suggestions.
He also was able to find ANY song, even some obscure credits song to a cartoon we liked.
He handled everything from ceremony mics to cocktail hour music to reception, and it was great!! Everyone danced the whole time.
He also did a great job with any announcements, guiding us through events, and keeping stuff on schedule! Highly recommend. Dressed appropriately, has a beautiful set up, and does a great job.

Our wedding was 10/01/22 and our experience with Rick was absolutely amazing! From our initial conversation with him we knew he would be great to work with! I can’t say enough good things about Majesstic! Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning right up to our wedding in August 2022. He had us pick the songs we absolutely wanted played or didn’t want to be played and then said he would take care of the rest! And they crushed it - the dance floor was packed the entire night and everyone had a blast! We still have family and friends talking about how much fun they had and how great the music was. He even made sure our ceremony, reception introductions and timelines all went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better dj…highly recommend!!

Best DJ service around!

Rick was setting up for a wedding when we went to view our venue for the first time, he was so personable and professional ! We new we had to book him seeing his set up and his amazing personality! Our wedding was perfect 8/19/22 the Colonial hotel. The photo booth was busy all night and the dance floor was jamming ! Wedding on 8/20/22

We had our wedding last Saturday and we truly can’t speak highly enough about DJ Rick and his co-DJ Mike. From the very early stages of the process many months ago Rick was easy to get in touch with whenever we had a question, and he was extremely helpful in putting our minds at ease when it came to our constant stressing about how things would go (lol). Our biggest concern (as people who love to get after it on the dance floor) was that people would want to stay on the dance floor all night. Rick reassured us that he’d have no issue keeping the dance floor packed all night, and he 200% delivered. After the parent dances when the dance floor opened up, the floor was packed for the next 3 straight hours until the end! We can’t thank him enough for that. From the moment he got to the venue, and all throughout the evening he kept us conveniently updated on the schedule/timing, and checked in numerous times to see if we needed anything (thank you for the ice waters during photos, they came in clutch with the heat!!).

To anyone looking for the perfect DJ to make sure your night runs smoothly and stress-free: look no further!

Our wedding was on 6/3/2022 at Salisbury beach and Rick made our experience so perfect! For each consultation he made my wife and I feel so welcomed! Great Vendor for any Event - Especially Weddings!!

We used Rick and Majestic Entertainment for our recent wedding. Working with Rick was such a breeze from the very beginning. He was quick to respond with any back and forth communication and answer any questions that we had. He assisted in the planning throughout the process. His web based planning tools made it easy for us to provide information at our own pace. In person meetings were convenient and productive. Rick listened to our desires and helped to shape our special day - even working with us to have family members plug into his system to play a few songs. The rates are competitive and worth it for the services that you receive.

Rick's day of personality is worth every penny. From the moment he arrived he was focused on us - checking in frequently to make sure that everything was going exactly how we wanted - even for things out of his scope. During the reception Rick would frequently check in with us to see if there was anything he could get us - this included getting us a round of drinks. His customer focused attitude is refreshing.

As far as music is concerned, Rick stayed true to our requests. He fed off the crowd and kept the fun going all night. We are still hearing from our guests about how much fun they had dancing and how they never left the dance floor.

If you are contemplating hiring Rick - be assured that you are making a great choice. There are so many decisions that go into planning a wedding and hiring Rick and Majestic Entertainment is an easy one.

Amazing DJ!

I used Majesstic entertainment for my wedding in April 2022 and they were amazing!! My sister used them for her wedding a couple years back and I loved how they did hers. Rick Jess was the main DJ I worked with and he was so helpful with everything. My husband and I met with him a week before the wedding to go through all the songs and to make any changes and he was so helpful and accommodating to make sure we had the best night! He made my husband and I feel so welcomed and it helped us to be even more excited to get married! The music he played was awesome and kept our smaller wedding (75 people) dancing the whole night! He checked in with us during the night to let us know when to set up for the cake cutting, dances, etc. I would 100% recommend them for any wedding or function!

Best experience ever!!

Rick has been amazing throughout the whole process, from the very first meeting to the day of our wedding! He was very responsive every time I had a question and made sure all my specifications were met. He definitely made this whole thing so much easier. On the day of my wedding Rick lost his voice, but he made sure there was back up, he brought two other DJs to help him out and the whole night was flawless!! DJ Mike played amazing music and kept the guest up on their feet. DJ Paul was so entertaining when it came to announcing the wedding party and running the photobooth! Book Majesstic.

I’ll start my review by saying - I’m a type A bride who’s family is a LOVER of music. Like the type that takes over the jukebox whenever we enter the bar, we have playlists for different occasions and moods, and you won’t find us not singing every word to a song. So the DJ was a big part of the night for me.

Why I booked Rick Jess:
- He responded immediately! I messaged more than one DJ at the time and I gave my deposit over to Rick before anyone else even responded to me.
- Prices. He’s completely open about his pricing, makes the package exactly he what you need, with the option to go extra if you need it to (but the base has everything you DO need and he doesn’t ask you to sacrifice anything).
- Experience. He’s professional and organized and I never felt any detail was overlooked.

Why he (and his team) is getting 5 Stars:
When the final details were all needed, I realized I didn’t have the time or energy to pick songs….I know, I just told you that’s me and my family’s wheelhouse…I was also shocked.

I gave Rick the 5 “must have” songs and he kept the dance floor packed ALL NIGHT.

My type A brain relaxed because he kept everything on time for me.

He offered to add on his photo booth at our final meeting…and I didn’t take him up on it until the day before the wedding. I didn’t have a videographer and it filled in all the holes I was worried I’d miss. This was a lot of extra work for him and he didn’t blink at doing it.

I could probably go on about Majesstic Entertainment, but just book them. You’ll find out yourself!

The company you'll recommend to everyone!

5 stars all day everyday for this over the top, luxurious, courteous, and professional company! My wife and I planned our big day for over a year and when it came down to the wire Majesstic Entertainment showed up to our rehearsal and helped smooth out the fine details to make everything PERFECT. Rick came to the rehearsal and helped us finish the final plan from music, to the walking order, pace of the whole day, how to manage the crowd, when to do pictures, cake cutting, ect.... everything from start to finish. Then days later on the big wedding it went exactly as planed. Majesstic Entertainment and their crew really turn into more than a DJ cranking some tunes. They become a one stop shop DJ/ wedding planner/ photo booth/ ect they got and do it all down to the tinest detail. You will have family dancing till the lights come on. Best of all they turn your day into a stress free day so you can enjoy it from start to finish with out hesitation just pure joy and happiness. Kept the night rocking!!!!

Looking for the right vendor for you event is not an easy task, so you do research in hopes of finding “the right one”. We reached out to friends, family and social media as we were planning our wedding for 12/11/21. We received many suggestions to hire Majesstic Entertainment for our DJ services. After our first conversation we knew that we had found what we were looking for!! They provide their clients with an online forum to use while planning your ceremony/reception that saves your progress along the way. I had many questions and was so happy that DJ Rick was quick to respond!!! 2 weeks before the wedding we met with Rick to go over everything we input into their planning forum, making sure everything was correct. We walked out knowing our night was in good hands!!
Dj Sha-boo totally rocked it!! He knew how to read the crowd…And knew exactly what to play (just ask our 4 year old, he was in that dance floor all night)!!!

Amazing night!!

Majesstic Entertainment was absolutely perfect for our wedding! We were married on Saturday 12/11/21 and could not have had a more incredible day. Working with Rick was super easy and comforting. He was responsive and totally receptive to the eclectic mix we requested, and on the day of the wedding him and his assistant really got the party going! The dance floor was nonstop and everyone kept telling us how much fun they were having. He also has a new photobooth system that I would absolutely recommend to everyone. It was so easy to use and our guests had a blast taking pictures all night, and since the pictures are sent right to their phones they all got to enjoy them right away. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have Majesstic Entertainment as the DJ for our wedding. From the very beginning, Rick made us feel comfortable and at ease with the process of planning a wedding. He was always quick to respond to any of our questions and was easy to reach via email or text. Rick was thorough about everything to make sure we were all on the same page and that all the info added on the website was exactly what we wanted. Rick assured us we’d have nothing to worry about on the big day and that’s exactly what happened! He was the perfect hype man for our bridal party and even made sure to psych up our five year old son for one of the best dance entrances we’d ever seen. Their set up was perfect. They have the ability to change the images that appear on their video booth to match the theme of your wedding. We also highly recommend going with uplighting during your reception!! We went with a candlelight color which was beautiful for the beginning part of our reception and then when it was time to get the party started, the lights would change color and strobe to the beat of the music. It was amazing and they exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend Majesstic Entertainment, over and over again!

Rick at Majesstic Entertainment made our wedding phenomenal! Leading up to the wedding he was extremely easy to communicate with via email, text, or phone call. He answered all of our questions and helped put us at ease leading up to the big day. The day of the wedding he was the epitome of professionalism. The Top of the Industry

After having seen Rick and Majesstic Entertainment in action at our sister/sister-in-law’s wedding, we knew that when the time came, we wanted him to be part of our special day. Rick made the entire planning process simple, easy, and stress free. He was extremely responsive, attentive, and detail oriented from the first meeting until the final review a few weeks before our big day. He uses the most modern and cutting-edge equipment which enhances the overall experience.

The day of our wedding, Rick was highly professional and showed why he is at the top of his industry. His knowledge and experience level allowed him to take charge and ensure everything ran smoothly and flawlessly. We hadn’t thought of giving away our table centerpieces, but Rick came up with an idea at the drop of the hat and took care of everything.

Throughout the day, Rick would come up to us and ask if we needed anything. He was extremely attentive to our needs, which is outside his job description. It just goes to show you that he’s the best of the best!

Rick had never been to our venue before, and within hours of being there, he had made quite the impression, as he was added to the top of their preferred vendor’s list. Our wedding coordinator kept telling us how impressive Rick is and how amazed she was. Amazing DJ

We are not big into dancing but Mike made the music fun for those dancing and not dancing. While we were having a daytime wedding with a bit of a time limit we still wanted to have great music and let people dance and Mile provided us with that. His booth displayed out names with a cool slightly animated fall background on a big screen which later switched to reflect Doctor Who, one our favorite shows. It was so personalized to us. Rick, the owner of Majestic, met with us ahead of time to go over all of the details and helped us even pick some songs for times we couldn't think of what to play.

Best Addition to Your Wedding

Majesstic Entertainment did a FANTASTIC job DJ'ing our wedding. We loved the music and we could have danced all night. Rick set up lights for us around the reception hall that really tied everything together and made it look so magical. The attention and care that went into knowing your wedding party's full names/pronounciation was really nice when entering the reception hall - you truly dont have to worry about a thing on your wedding day if you choose Majesstic Entertainment. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome DJ & MC

Majesstic Entertainment did everything in their power to make my wedding a success. They were professional, polite and fun throughout the whole process. I was stressed and their professional know how allowed me to relax when it came to the music. Perfect day!

Rick is fantastic, he made our reception run seamlessly. He went above and beyond, made edits to a song we requested, coordinated with the other vendors throughout the night. Excellent and Professional

Our good friends had Rick as their DJ at their wedding, so when it was our time there wasn't even a doubt in our minds who we would have as our DJ on our special day. Our first meeting with Rick he knew exactly what we wanted. Dan and I basically wanted to throw a rager. We are huge rap and hip hop fans. Rick and Mike especially Mike did his thing. The floor was flooded. Down South Hip Hop and Rap is his expertise. From the ceremony until the end of the night everything was flawless. We will always recommend Majesstic Entertainment. Best day ever!

DJ Rick Jess had a tough job with our wedding since we wanted a longer reception than normal. The moment the music started at 7:30 to the moment it ended at 11:00, there wasn’t an open spot on the dance floor. Even my grandmother was up dancing the whole time, and that’s a tough task! The organization, communication, and overall experience with Rick Jess was outstanding. We had seen him at a family’s wedding prior to ours, and instantly knew he was the best DJ for us. We still to this day hear about how much fun and it was one of the best weddings they’ve been too, and we bow in appreciation to Rick Jess for that!

Everything was perfect!

Rick was awesome! My husband and I were so indecisive when it came to our music. He gave us plenty of time and when we asked for recommendations he was on point with all of them. He gave us a timeline to work off of with all our other vendors and that was extremely helpful!! He was great at working with the other vendors for the ceremony and reception. It made everything flow nicely. He read the floor all night and everyone was thrilled with all the choices. We had last minute changes(day of) and he was able to accommodate and made it run smoothly. He was giving us updates so we would know what came next and knew when and where we needed to be. He even had an assistant with him (Noah), he was very friendly and personable and was on top of everything and making sure we were in the room when need be and helping to set up and breakdown. I have a lot of friends and family who are planning weddings and will be recommending and hoping they use Majesstic Entertainment!!

No stress Jess

Once a couple chooses a wedding venue the next important step should be choosing the right DJ. A DJ is not just a person that plays music (you may as well plug in a playlist and call it entertainment) A DJ is the Master of your ceremony. This person will know how to keep the event flowing, people dancing, and smiles shining. Rick Jess made the room beautiful. He took the time to listen and achieve the dream wedding my daughter was looking for. He pronounced everyone’s name correctly with NO hesitation. The dance floor was never empty the whole night. He is professional and takes away any worries his customers may have. I don’t think any web sites would allow me enough characters for all the great things I could say about Rick and crew!!

The BEST DJ, hands down!

We chose Rick Jess and Majesstic Entertainment and could not be happier with our decision. From the beginning, Rick’s easy-going personality made it easy and seamless to work through all the planning and details. We didn’t have the support of a “traditional” wedding planner to execute the timing of events and he was there every step of the way to guide us through! He was extremely professional and worked easily with all of our photographer, videographer and venue staff.
When it comes to the music side of things, he did a phenomenal job. Our dance floor was packed until the very last song was over. We didn’t give him a whole lot of direction with the music we liked and he was easily able to read the room and the crowd to keep everyone dancing.
I also can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to helping set up a secret video with the help of my mother that played before my father-daughter dance. He brought in a flat-screen to display our wedding monogram and then transitioned it to show this incredibly special video. With an outdoor tent wedding, I’m sure this wasn’t the easiest thing to set up, but he made it seem easy!
Rick Jess’ professionalism, attention-to-detail and flexibility is unmatched. I recommend him to EVERYONE for their wedding/event. I can’t thank him enough for all he did to help make our wedding the greatest experience!

Best decision we made for our wedding!

My husband and I got married on Friday and Majesstic entertainment made the night everything we've ever dream of for our big day.! From day one of meeting Rick, we were in love! His professionalism, his personality and what he offered for the price of the all services he had available were outstanding. We unfortunately got stuck being a COVID couple and had to change our wedding date and he was so accommodating and fast to help us set up another date (he was even on vacation during the adjustment). Even leading up to the big day he was so involved in making sure our day was perfect. On the wedding day, he took full control of making sure everything ran smooth and had us and our guests dancing all night! I can not and would not recommend anyone better to hire for future events.

These guys are seriously amazing. My wife and I planned and coordinated our wedding and one of my jobs was to find vendors. Finding Rick from Majesstic made me look really really good. From start to finish he was so accommodating and organized. He completely understood our unique taste in music and kept the entire wedding mood right where it needed to be all night. Our ceremony was beautiful and went so smooth. We weren't able to do a rehearsal and Rick assured me he would manage the precession and it was perfect. My venue had some challenging restrictions and Rick was able to not only make them go completely unnoticed by ourselves and our guests, Our venue made it a point to tell me he would be put on their very short list of preferred vendors. He absorbed every obstacle we threw at him and did so without any complaints. His equipment is beautiful and his help (when necessary) is top quality. I'm telling you.. hire this guy, you won't regret it.

Simply Amazing

Rick was a pleasure to work with. Before the wedding he helped us coordinate with Apple Hill Farm a timeline for the wedding reception. Rick also had a really simple online portal for us to put in song requests. For songs that were more unknown/in a different language, he was able to easily find and accommodate us. Day of the wedding, he was able to easily control the flow of the reception and ensure that everyone had a great time. We heard later on from guests how great of a job Rick and his team did in creating an festive atmosphere for everyone to dance. The last song with the two of us in a circle with friends and family circling around us was definitely a special moment. We also added a photo booth to our wedding through Rick and both us and our guests were impressed with how professional and seamless the photo booth was.

A must hire!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Rick was very attentive to my husband and I throughout the entire process of wedding planning. He helped us make our wedding day timeline, cut songs appropriately, even got us drinks at our wedding and hyped us up before our first dance. He kept our wedding running smoothly and kept us on time throughout the night. He also calmed my sister’s nerves before giving her speech. Rick kept the dance floor full all night with his song selections and knows when to accept specific song requests, or not :P He stayed an hour late for us, no questions asked as he could tell the guests were still having a great time and didn’t want to cut anyone’s night short. He has multiple photo booth options as well as uplighting. The magic mirror photo booth was a huge hit at our wedding! Rick is not only an amazing DJ, but an amazing and caring person as well. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without him and his crew and if we ever require any additional entertainment services, we would use him again without hesitation. Rick and Mike from Majesstic Entertainment was definitely one of the best choices I have ever made when it came to hiring someone. Doing an amazing job at my wedding is a understatement if you are not choosing them then you are doing it wrong. From day one Rick was so fast to answering any of my questions and putting my mind at ease. Planning a wedding is very stressful but, working with Rick all of that went out the window. Him and his team are beyond professional and did a amazing job when it came to my wedding. We even had guests coming up to us during the night asking us where did we find him and to give them his information because they want to hire him!!! A+ across the board for how great they helped make our wedding!

Due to Covid we have to cancel our 2020 planned wedding. We rescheduled to 2021 but unfortunately the original DJ we hired wasn't able to work the date. He recommended Majesstic Entertainment and set things up with Rick. Upon meeting Rick we realized we attended another wedding he worked that her and I had a great time at. We knew we were in good hands! Now on to our wedding, Majesstic tore the house down. It was hot that day but literally the entire wedding made it to the dance floor. We were supposed to end the reception at 7pm but when Rick saw everyone still having a great time he generously stayed an extra hour to keep the party going. Everything went off perfectly. He even let our 3 year old run the equipment to play his favorite song. Do not hesitate to hire Majesstic for any function. Rick and his team are extremely professional but still personable and very easy to communicate with. They helped make our day amazing!

Hire this company

Kristen and I were married on June 5th so it goes without saying this review is late at best. That said, it is in no way a result of our lack of appreciation and gratitude of the services provided to us. Rick was a pro from start to finish. He even remembered some of the things I discussed with him before our reception that I wanted to say to our guests and blanked on and made sure to bolster my welcome speech for me. We gave him a few challenges, drive across state for us check, ceremony on top of a damn mountain, check. Every step of the way, check check double check. Him and Sha’ Boo are a killer tag team. I never felt like I was dealing with another vendor, it was more like an old friend. Thank you. Our day was amazing.

For those who like to dance

We had the pleasure of having Rick and Shaboo DJ our wedding and it was the best decision we made. They were awesome from start to finish. Rick made sure that everything was perfect for our day. With myself having years of experience as a DJ, we were able to communicate very well about all our needs. Shaboo knew exactly what type of music to play and kept us dancing all night. He mixed many different genres and blended them perfectly. Rick worked very well with our other vendors and even assisted with the live stream provided by Central Mass Productions. Absolutely Majesstic!!

I had contacted Rick shortly after getting engaged and picking our venue and he responded almost immediately! His paperwork and contract was clear and easy to understand and he also tried to help us along the way if we got stuck with anything like what most people do or choose for a song. He also told us about the add ons he has with lightning and such which others didnt have. He is very welcoming, personable and laid back and wants to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want and need! When it came time for our wedding he messaged me while I was getting ready to let me know he was there and also asked if I needed anything which I thought was very nice. After the ceremony he again checked with us to make sure how everyones names were pronounced and how we were feeling and also to congratulate us and explain what was going to happen so we didnt feel lost. During the whole night he always let us know what was going on and what was coming up next to keep us informed! Hands down he is the absolute best around and I would definitely recommend him!

Genuinely nice guy and amazing DJ!

We had a great feeling about Rick from the start — he was genuinely such a pleasure and so easy to work with! We found him through a recommendation from a DJ from a friend’s wedding. Choosing a DJ was one of the harder decisions for us because of how little we knew about the area; however, he was quick to ease any concerns. He was very attentive to details and incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. During our reception, Rick read our crowd to a tee and played to our preferences — our guests kept commenting how awesome our DJ was! A few days after the wedding, a couple of our musically-inclined friends were telling us how impressed they were with Rick’s ability to mix and transition seamlessly through songs. Rick also has a great sense of humor and we really felt that he had our backs throughout the night. For example, we both have two left feet, so the idea of dancing for a full song in front of a crowd was a bit nerve wracking. Rick found a great cut-off point and reassured us that he would be there to make sure things felt comfortable. On top of all of that, Rick was flexible to make changes to our music list up to the last minute and to add items to our package like uplighting. Rick tastefully set up the uplighting and I’m so glad we went with it in the end because it added such great energy to the space. Rick clearly knows his craft. We gave him some general ideas of what our crowd likes and let him do what he does best. That’s the kind of person you want DJ’ing your wedding. Rick even surprised us with a short clip of highlights from our day, which was so lovely to be able to look back on, especially considering we only had our ceremony filmed. We strongly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a wedding DJ and will be reaching out to him if we ever need a DJ in the future!

If you want to have a DJ/MC who is personable, fun, professional, and gets your party going while going above and beyond in all aspects, Majesstic DJ is the way to go!

Rick and Michael DJ’d our wedding on 6/11/2021. We had booked Rick over 2-years before our wedding actually ended up happening, due to COVID we had to reschedule. Everything with Rick from first talking with him to book, booking, and everything leading up to, during, and even after the wedding was seamless.
Rick truly handled rescheduling amidst COVID fantastically, he was flexible, organized, and accommodating. We could not decide on a date and he was great about putting a “soft hold” on 2 dates for us as we tried to figure everything out and coordinate with all of our vendors. Having dealt with several vendors, venues, and JP’s amidst COVID, how he handled this really speaks to his professionalism and character. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and very honest about what might work best but also flexible and excited about whatever we chose. He goes above and beyond in all aspects, making it to our rehearsal to help out (and honestly, it would have been a mess without him!) always being right by our side whenever needed during the wedding, letting us know what was coming next and helping to keep us on schedule. He also helped keep our bridal party together and on schedule! When we went to cut the cake, whoever set up our table had put our cutting plate under the whole cake…. So as we were going to cut we had nothing to put it on and Rick was right there, ran to the kitchen and came back in 3-seconds with a new plate. He worked great with our photographers and videographers as well and helped us pull off a surprise “flower dude” bit before the ceremony with my brother, while also managing to capture it on camera!

As for the music and the MC for the wedding itself, Rick and Michael did a fantastic job. We had a range of ages at the wedding, mid-20’s and up to mid-60’s; they played the perfect music all the time and the dance floor was never empty! Everyone told us they had a BLAST! Rick was even prepared with questions for an impromptu “shoe game” he asked if we wanted to do, which was great to have because I was so hot and tired from dancing the whole night! Not to mention, it was so fun. The lighting he set up in all areas of the reception was beautiful, and really helped hype everyone up, setting the mood for when the music was going! If I could do it all over, I would without a doubt choose Rick every single time! Do yourself a favor and book Majesstic Entertainment for your wedding, or any party that you might have, you will have no regrets with booking them!

Due to COVID-19 my wife and I had to postpone our August 2020 wedding to May 2021. Our current DJ at the time was booked for our new date, but it worked out well because we stumbled upon DJ Rick Jess! We hired Majesstic Entertainment for our wedding and we couldn't be more pleased. Rick was extremely easy to work with since day one. He is professional and pays close attention to detail as you plan your day. Rick was extremely forthcoming and transparent throughout our wedding night as well. He came up to us multiple times to let us know what was taking place next so we were prepared and everything flowed perfectly (bridal intros, father daughter dance, mother son dance, etc) I think there was better communication between us than our own wedding planner at the venue lol! There is always a lot of pressure when it comes to playing music at events and getting people on the dance floor but these guys killed it. From start to finish everyone was out there on the dance floor (including our PRIEST) ! Every guest raved about the whole night and the music certainly had a lot to do with it. Thank you for a perfect night that we will never forget! Hire them for your next event and you will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing to work with!

I am truly so grateful and appreciate how well we were treated throughout the planning experience with Majesstic Entertainment. We originally booked our wedding for July if 2020 and Rick worked with us to reschedule to July of 2021 due to the pandemic. Covid wedding

My husband and I had signed our contract in early 2020 and paid In full amount for our August 2020 wedding, unfortunately because of Covid we had to reschedule our day, we still wanted to have a big celebration because we eloped in August. Rick was amazing and worked with us to change our Mr. and Mrs. celebration to July 2021. After Our elopement we had found out we were going to have a baby due in May. So After months of my husband and I discussing to have the celebration we had decided to cancel. We had reached out to Rick and told him our situation, and how upset we were to cancel, but Rick was totally understanding, professional, and super happy for us. He had refunded us our full amount without hesitation. Even though we did not get to experience his awesome Dj-ing it was still a pleasure to work with him, he is very professional, understanding, quick to respond, and invested in the work he does. We Would recommend him to anyone.

Exactly what we wanted

If you are looking for a DJ to set a fun, inviting atmosphere for your wedding look no further. Despite having a COVID wedding where no dancing was allowed, Rick and his partner made it seem as though no fun was missing from our wedding at all. Superb DJs

Rick and Mike were amazing and very professional! Since the moment we met Rick he was all about wanting to help us just only a month before our wedding! Our current DJ had cancelled on us due to Covid-19 reasons. Rick was already scheduled to DJ another wedding at the same venue as ours and he was VERY EAGER to have his colleague Mike step in to help us! Mike was absolutely amazing! They stuck with the songs selections and genres that we had requested, and we had an amazing time! Our Wedding 2020

My husband and I Just had Our Wedding a couple weeks ago. Rick was more than awesome to work with, very flexible, honest, timely and reliable.

Rick helped us organize and prep everything from ceremony to reception, assisted with finding songs for us when we couldn’t decide. He worked with us through the ups and downs of Covid-19 wedding planning.

Through all the chaos of last minute wedding planning and the loss of his loved one he still managed to help pull us through it all, he hired his Man Mike with only two hours to prep for our day and this gentleman did an Amazing Job the entire day.

We couldn’t have done it without the help of Majesstic Entertainment, We Highly Recommend these guys!!

Best Entertainment Around

We had a really hard time picking out what type of music we wanted to be played at our reception since our families have such different taste in music. Majesstic Entertainment was there to help pick the perfect playlist for our reception. I also went back and forth on what our wedding song should be and they had no problem changing it for me the night before our big day! Dj rick is majestic

DJ Rick came to the rescue due to a Covid issue. He was amazing from beginning to end. Rick was available and put me at ease immediately. Within a couple of hours we had the event confirmed with an online day of timeline. Rick was very responsive to my questions, he spoke with my videographer and they came up with a great alternative for a remote reading. He came to see me before the wedding and provided guidance and advice and it all worked out perfectly! He worked with my other vendors as if they knew him forever. The music was on point and everything I wanted. The best part is when off the cuff he added in the perfect song that had personal meaning from the ceremony. It made us laugh and smile.

We did not have to worry about a thing! It just all came together and was so much appreciated. DJ Rick is just what the name of his company says "Majestic"!

If you need a DJ you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for being with us on our very special day!

Super helpful & very understanding through the entire process!

To start off, when we met Rick Jess there was an instant connection. He came to us when we started planning for our big day and was offering guidance. He is very professional but at the same time very friendly & outgoing. He made his pitch to us and broke down exactly how the event would go and how he would handle any situation that may have occurred. His main priority was for the Bride & Groom to have an amazing and perfect day! Our wedding was suppose to be a June 12, but due to COVID-19 it got cancelled. Incredible

I cannot say enough how incredibly great Rick was to work with. We had a wedding with 150 people coming and thanks to covid had to downsize very last minute to only 20! It wasn't their normal wedding party but that didn't stop them from still crushing it and helping make it the perfect day for us. The wedding was planned in a week and our timeline for the day was completely off. But Rick was amazing and coordinated the whole event for us. It ran so smooth, we didn't have to worry about a thing and our guests had a great time. He even came up with creative ways to get great shots for our photographer so the party didn't look as small as it was. And DJ Shaboo kept our small party dancing all night long. They were great adapting to the current situation. And did not disappoint, they treated our small party as if it was a packed house.

We had our wedding this past weekend and Majesstic handled our event PERFECTLY. Rick and his team are true professionals. Their setup was seamless with the venue & their lighting looked amazing throughout. Our song requests were exactly what we had asked for and timed as we planned down to the second. The dance floor was full all night- they had the perfect mix of old and new with great transition. Also, the photo booth and album that we have to keep was the perfect addition to our evening. The best DJs in New England - probably the world.

Rick and Mike absolutely killed it at our October 2019 wedding this past weekend. As soon as we got engaged, we knew we wanted Mike to be a part of our big day, and were delighted when he introduced us to his partner, Rick. These two make a fantastic team; the communication with not just us, but between each other, is invaluable. Every step of the process was stress-free and the day of the wedding was even better. The dance floor was PACKED the entire time; they checked in with us throughout the evening to make sure we were happy; they even got some amazing photos for us! Amazing Music

Majesstic Entertainment is a great choice for your next event. They were super professional and provided all the equipment needed for our wedding including microphones for our ceremony. They had an online system were we inputed what songs we wanted played and when so everyone was on the same page. It even asked if we had any music we did not want played at out wedding. Rick even asked us what our nationality was and was able to add in some tractional Portuguese music that my husband's family really enjoyed. We were even able to add a photo booth package that was great and everyone enjoyed! They made everything easy. I would highly recommend them for your wedding.

Beyond Happy

Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. With his quick responses, even at all hours during the day/night, he made our wedding day perfect. Not only did he go beyond expectations with his dj skills, he lite up the wedding reception with beautiful up lighting and created a beautiful wedding cermony processional. August 2019 Wedding was a blast!

We hired the Majesstic team for our August 2019 wedding and it was a terrific choice! Rick and Mike were the DJs for our wedding. After speaking with Rick and meeting with him in person, I knew they would be a great fit for our crowd. He was super responsive and flexible when responding to questions I had or setting up times and locations to meet, and the online planning system made choosing our music easy. We had so much fun on the day of our wedding! Everything was seamless and the music was great. Rick and Mike went above and beyond to play to the crowd and keep everything flowing. Many of our guests commented that the music selection was on point and that they had a blast dancing all night. The video they put together afterward was fantastic and gives us a great look back on some memorable moments. We would highly recommend Majesstic Entertainment for any event!

Fantastic DJ

Majesstic Entertainment was incredible for our wedding! They had people on the dance floor dancing all night, and multiple of my guests came up to me and said that the music for the night was awesome. I would recommend them to any one who is getting married as you know your wedding will be done well. They were also very helpful in the planning process and accommodating to our desires and needs. Thank you!

Amazing work

From the moment we booked Rick Jess and his crew, everything from there was smooth sailing. Rick helped make the complete lineup for the whole day, brought us drinks during photos, and made sure we were around before we started any of the events we had planned throughout the night. We partied till 10 o'clock and then ended up buying another hour so we could party longer. Not only did he make sure the reception went as planned, he made sure that the ceremony went as planned and was on key with the music we choose for both the ceremony and reception.
