Beautiful Venue
The Maine Wedding Barn is a beautiful venue with both indoor and outdoor options. The barn is a beautiful and tastefully decorated venue that combines rustic beauty with more modern tones. The staff is exceptional, cheerful and more than willing to go the extra mile to make your day perfect. Working with Barbara and John from initial planning to the actual event was smooth and worry free. They are very responsive and helpful from planning to completion. The grounds of the venue are beautiful, with many blooming shrubs. On a clear day the views of the mountains between Maine and NH including Mt Washington are spectacular. Barbara and John Fogarty are amazing people and this venue is one of my favorite to Dj at. The venue has a scenic background and the barn is very modern love this venue and love the people who own and run it.Maine Wedding Barn & Event Center's reply:

My wife and I had our wedding here in August 2025 and it was absolutely amazing! From the first time we toured the venue, to the day of our wedding Barbra and her staff was extremely attentive and so helpful! Always a email or phone call away, had answers answers to all our questions and solutions to any problem we ran into. Barbra was our day of coordinator as well and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and to plan. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and has everything you will need and more! We had the most beautiful wedding at Barbara and John's gorgeous barn. The view is immaculate and accommodations are helpful. They offer different things to rent as well. Barbara is an amazing coordinator, extremely helpful & friendly, organized and you can tell she's done this many times before! The venue is more rustic on the outside, but incredibly elegant on the inside! If only we could get married again, I'd choose The Maine Wedding Barn & Event Center over and over again!Maine Wedding Barn & Event Center's reply:

A great experience!
Barbara (owner and day of coordinator) was amazing to work with. She answered all of my questions about everything wedding related and gave her honest opinion when asked (but also always reminded me that it was mine/my husbands day and other peoples opinions don't matter). It rained on our wedding day which was sad at first because we couldn't have the outdoor wedding we had been picturing, but, in the end it worked out for the best because having the wedding in the barn was beautiful. Barbara made sure there was an elevated pathway for me to walk on from the farmhouse to the barn so the bottom of my dress didn't get wet, and some of the staff members held up the bottom of my dress/train as well just to be safe. She checked on us throughout the day while we were getting ready in the farmhouse just to make sure we had everything we needed but for the most part was in the barn setting things up. Besides the beauty of the Maine Wedding Barn the best thing is that you don't have to set up tables/chairs, you only have to put out the decorations you bring and we were able to do that the day before at rehearsal. -

This wedding barn is amazing!
This barn is beautiful! Barbara and John helped through the whole process. They made it a perfect day for all of us. We looked at many similar venues, but Barbara makes this one the best ! Worth every penny!Maine Wedding Barn & Event Center's reply:

Barbara and John were so helpful and really made sure the planning and day of went smoothly. They were accommodating, kind, helpful, and were just as excited about our day as we were! The venue was absolutely beautiful and more than we could have hoped for. They let us schedule visits to the venue throughout our planning so that we could ask questions, finalize details and set up, and to get a feel for the space. Absolutely Perfect!

MWB was one of the reasons why we went forward with our wedding celebration, after tying the knot in a small ceremony in 2020. A magnificent venue that has all of the appeal of a classic barn, with a classy twist. The bathrooms were nice, balcony and patio added exceptional value, and Barbara and team consistently went above and beyond expectations. She helped us navigate through the challenges of a pandemic while helping ease a very stressful time. Although the barn did run a bit hot on our August wedding day, it was nice to have the balcony for getting fresh air. We'll certainly hold lots of fond memories from our day at the Maine Wedding Barn.Maine Wedding Barn & Event Center's reply:

A fantastic wedding experience
The Maine Wedding Barn helped my wife and I experience the wedding of our dreams! Barbara and her employees were incredibly helpful, flexible, and professional throughout the entire planning process and event. And the prices they offer are more than reasonable when compared to other venues of a similar style. Beth made it so easy to connect, I didn’t know anything that went into a wedding but she helped answer all my questions and handle most of the set up. I also had her come to my rehearsal I couldn’t of asked for a better person for the job! She is such a lovely person and takes her job seriously. Stump Wedding 2024
We booked our wedding at the end for 2022, and the Maine wedding barn was the third venue we toured. The moment we pulled up Barbara greeted us and welcomed us to the venue. She showed us around the property and told us a little about the barn its self. Once we looked at the very well kept ceremony spot outside, we entered the barn. As soon as I walked up the ramp and in to the barn I was speechless. I knew in that moment my husband and I would be getting married here. The barn provided everything a bride and groom should not have to worry about. Tables, chairs, table cloths and glass wear. The barn had a fully stocked bar and even men and women’s bathrooms! (If you have been to other wedding barns you know this is a big deal) from the start of our relationship with Barbra and Jon in 2022 to our last day in September of 2024, we had nothing but great service from them. Barbara truly made me feel like the only bride she had all year. She was so attentive to every detail and made the day before and day of run very smoothly. I am a very picky person and normally do things on my own so I know they will get done right. Barb was able to put my mind at ease and do all the things I wanted / need the way I had imagined them. I would recommend the wedding barn to anyone looking for a beautiful venue for any occasion.
