I had an excellent experience with Maiden Voyage! Laura was my consultant and Rachel (store owner) assisted in my second appointment as well. Laura is very knowledgeable about bridal gowns and helped me find my perfect dress! My grandma burst into happy tears after seeing the perfect veil!
One added bonus is the studio lighting, this helps you see your dress in different lighting!
Overall I would recommend this bridal boutique! Everyone is very respectful and service oriented! Great selection of gowns for all budgets! -

Laura and Rachel made me feel special and at ease as I picked out my dress and said yes! They were knowledgeable about designers, brands, and what I was looking for. They were excellent at pairing the dress with a veil + earrings as well. Pleasant experience and quality assistance
It was a stressful time looking for wedding dresses but the associate was very pleasant and took her time assisting me on which wedding dress felt and looked the best. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I went on Saturday 02/12/2022. I cannot recall the women's name who assisted me. She had blonde hair and slender in stature. User5776323 Sent on 05/29/2015You must go see Jenny at Maiden Voyage for all of your attire needs! I was so nervous about trying on dresses, and after going to one shop where I couldn't find anything, I was very discouraged when arriving at Maiden Voyage. It only took 20 minutes for me to fall in love with a dress... my dress at this shop. The help of Jenny and the charm of the shop were more than just an added bonus. Now, Jenny is helping with bridesmaids dresses too. They just run their business so smoothly. Check them out! -
User5776295 Sent on 02/09/2014I had an absolutely wonderful experience choosing my dress. Christine was so patient with my mom and me. She let us pick out 12-14 dresses and let us take out time browsing the racks. I found "the dress" in the third one that I tried on but we continued to work our way through all the choices so make sure that I was confident in my choice. Christine was great.
Things started to change at the first fitting. The veil that was ordered was "ivory" since my dress was ivory but we thought that we would be getting a veil that was the same color as the one that I had tried on with the sample dress (it turned out to be diamond white). The seamstress and then the owner spent about 10 minutes trying to convince my mom and I that we really wanted the ivory one, even though it looked sandy/ brown in color instead of white. Finally, the owner offered to exchange it for a diamond white one.
When I came back for the second fitting, the new veil wasn't ready so I couldn't try it on. I noticed that there was a tear in a layer of the tulle of the skirt directly in the front of the dress about waist high. When I pointed this out to the seamstress, her response was "you'll have tons of those before the night is over." If I'm spending $2000+ on a wedding dress, I would like for it to start without tears in it. I was shocked by her approach and it did little to reassure me as I left the dress behind that day for the final alternations.
The final straw was when the steamstress refused to both press the dress and package it for shipment as our wedding was in California. We were under the impression that pressing the dress was included in the price of the dress and we just wanted to touch it up when we got there. She rudely asked whether we wanted to press it or ship it. We choose to have them press the dress and my mom carried it on the planes.
Dress turned out beautiful but it was stressful to say the least. I'd hesitate to recommend them.
