Absolutely phenomenal. Our wedding was out of town (7+ hours for me and my husband) for everyone involved and had a smaller budget. Mary Tannery and Kendra were on top of communication, flexible with changing plans, and extremely supportive during this exciting but also stressful time. Not once did I doubt our decision to go with Magnolia Manor and wish we went with a local venue, that's how amazing they were.
Day-of, the staff were phenomenal. Emily Hudson with The Native Iris both did our flowers and was our day-of coordinator. Not only were the flowers gorgeous and budget-friendly, but she was the perfect support and guidance that entire day. She made sure there were only a few issues that were brought to me, and the rest were handled by the staff without causing me needless stress. Both she and Kenny Fey, our photographer, were the perfect mix of 'in charge'/telling us what to do to keep with the schedule and super encouraging and excited for us. We also brought several of our own decorations which the staff set up for us, and they looked gorgeous.
The staff was so on top of things that not once did I feel like anything was out of control or going wrong (even with a freak town-wide power outage that morning and afternoon rain during the reception). I'm so incredibly thankful to all the people at Magnolia Manor who helped make our special day the gorgeous and memorable event that it was. You couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with!

Flawless Weekend!! 💕
Hands down the BEST decision we made was getting married at Magnolia Manor!! The whole estate is beyond beautiful, & the vine-covered chapel is breathtaking! Our entire wedding party plus out of town family all had such a great stay at the Manor over the weekend, she even put our favorite drinks in the fridge & Emily’s flowers were GORGEOUS! Mary went above & beyond for us to make sure that our entire wedding weekend was perfect. Her, Emily & all of the vendors were so involved & helpful, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing for our rehearsal dinner or on our big day, other than walking down the aisle! I couldn’t have dreamed of it going as great as it did & thanks to Mary, I just had the best experience from the beginning of planning to even after the wedding!! I am beyond grateful for Magnolia Manor & the entire crew there!! Thank y’all so much!! 💕

Wedding Day May 2023
My husband and I were married at Magnolia Manor in May 2023. To say our experience was perfect is an understatement! JoAnn and her team are wonderful to work with. She makes the whole planning process a breeze, and every vendor she has offers high quality services! If I had to plan our wedding again, I would choose this venue 100 times over. I cannot recommend them enough! (P.S. to any bride, take JoAnn's recommendations, you won't regret it!)

JoAnn and her staff make a wedding stress free
We celebrated a fall wedding in the courtyard for my son on 10/14/23. and a spring wedding also in the courtyard for my daughter in 2015. JoAnn and her staff continue to make the entire wedding planning process effortless. They are open to all ideas and are work hard to accommodate the visions of the bride and groom. They operate like a well oiled machine on wedding day. The wedding director was amazing, and she made the day run so smoothly. She even somehow calmed the nerves of the anxious 3 yr old flower girl, and the 4 yr old ring bearer!
JoAnn is so upbeat and friendly, she never made us feel we were asking too many questions or requesting anything she couldn’t handle. The dj was also amazing- he kept the music playing and a crowd on the dance floor without unnecessary interruptions, which appealed to the younger crowd. I cannot recommend Magnolia Manor enough!

The perfect venue!
Magnolia Manor and all its staff made sure every little detail from decorations to food to attentiveness was perfect. Joanne made sure all of our details and planning was exactly what we wanted. Christy did a magnificent job decorating and leading every step of the wedding and reception. Kenny the photographer provided the most cherishing photos. It could not have been any more perfect. Highly recommend this gorgeous all inclusive venue!

Beautiful Wedding in a lovely setting.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Joann, the property, her staff, and our wedding. We planned our wedding in about 3 months total! From start to finish Joann was there helping us. Perfect May Wedding Day
Start to finish, Joanne and her crew at Magnolia Manor helped us to create the day we had envisioned for our daughter. All interactions of planning were very personal and every detail was covered. Beautiful venue!!
This is the best place for an all-inclusive wedding. My son got married here on October 1st. This was the weekend that Hurricane Ian was heading our way. Joann and her staff worked with us on changing the location spot of the ceremony and rehearsal dinner. Then the day of the wedding, since the hurricane turned out to sea, Joann and her staff stepped right into moving the chairs one more time in order to have the wedding in the beautiful garden area (original spot). It was the perfect day!!
This venue offers a one-stop shop. Tables, chairs, catering, DJ, and photographer are all included, and easy monthly payments.

This place was awesome. Waking up at the manor was a dream come true. The wedding venue was beautiful. Before the wedding we planned Everything to perfection. I felt at ease when we finally got married. The staff was easy to work with and all of our needs were met on our wedding. I would recommend this venue to anyone.
We live in Charleston and planning a wedding can be quite daunting and very expensive. So our daughter and son-in-law found Magnolia Manor on The Knot -- it was so worth the trip to the Upstate! JoAnn made this long distance planning so easy for our Bride and Groom. They didn't have to worry about anything. MM is all-inclusive -- beautiful venue, great food, charming decorations, fun DJ, intuitive planner, gifted photographer, and attentive staff! Kenny Fey is a phenomenal photographer and when Christy put her ear piece on ... you didn't have to think about what to do or where to be; she very calmly guided you along - she is a great planner! And for our guests with walking limitations, staff went above and beyond driving them to and fro the chapel by golf cart. So from the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner thru the whole wedding day, we were extremely blessed with Magnolia Manor providing so much joy for one of the most important days of this young couples' lives. Magnolia Manor took care of all the details you wouldn't want to worry about on your wedding day. Coordination with the vendors, timing, and communication could not have been better. Joann walked me through every step of planning, and even sent me a list of to-dos for the legal side of being married ( As someone who had no idea where to start, that was such a big help!) Day of could not have been smoother, I just had to sit back and enjoy my day.

We could not ask for anything more!
We used Magnolia Manor for a wedding with approximately 120 guests. The couple were unable to take part in much of the planning so everything was done long distance by other family members. Joann was extremely responsive and helpful and provided insight and guidance that was invaluable. One the big day everything went off with out a hitch and was nothing short of perfect. We could not have asked for a better day. Highly recommend.

Book here! You will not be disappointed! Everything was absolutely perfect! It was stress free with everything being offered through the venue. A wonderful fall wedding
JoAnn was fantastic and the venue was absolutely gorgeous! As an all-inclusive venue, you'd have to search hard to find a better place (and the prices are incredibly reasonable!). Your family/friends can stay at the BnB, several ceremony sites available at the property, and a perfect covered outdoor space for the reception along with an indoor space for the rehearsal dinner. Seriously, you can't find better in the upstate!

Magnolia Manor is all inclusive making the planning simple!
My daughter and son in law had their wedding in June 2021 at Magnolia Manor. As a mother, with a daughter who had a very hectic schedule left quite a bit of the planning to me. The staff at the MM made it very simple and easy - they had it all there for me and all of their vendors they work with had great reviews. This is basically a one stop shop - they have the master of ceremony, DJ and staff, pastor, and the photographer, Kenny Fey was AMAZING! Captured every moment - certainly exceeded our expectations. The Director for the event has tremendous experience - everything moved as planned and even with a few bumps in the road she was able to get us back on track without any hesitation. This team brings experience to wedding planning and takes the stress out of planning such an event. The food was awesome, the venue was breathtaking! I would highly recommend this venue and its amazing staff to individuals that want every detail reviewed and planned for.
I was very concerned about a few of the attendees who were handicapped. The venue made plans for them and ensured me that they would be taken care of and they were!
Great job Magnolia and Manor! You made my daughter's wedding day one for the books!

The venue is beautiful but Joanne really made our special day that much more special. She's patient and kind and understanding. Thankfully they bear the brunt of the stress and leave the bride and others helping to plan the wedding to enjoy the process instead of being overwhelmed with swatches and sample menus and choosing cakes and finding a DJ and so on and so forth. So much goes into planning the wedding and they take you through everything, step by step. If there's anything you want to provide for yourself (for example, we had a cake lady we've known for years and we wanted to have our cake done by her) they will happily allow you to do so. They have all kinds of things you can borrow, as well. I won't be planning any weddings any time soon, but I'd definitely use Joanne again if I was!

Perry and I are still overwhelmed with so much joy!! Magnolia literally made our dream wedding come true. I remember our first meeting there. Jo-Ann was so calming, engaged and made me feel very comfortable. Throughout the entire process she was available when I needed her .. she was interested.. very helpful and just so sweet and amazing. Joyce handled our flowers. She went out of her way ( as did Jo-Ann ) to accommodate everything we needed. Joyce was so sweet and so talented. The wedding day was so perfect. Anything we needed .. they got. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Christy ( the wedding planner ) was also incredible. She did such an amazing job helping me and everyone.. we literally didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING!!! Kenny did great with the photos and was very clear and helpful in telling us what to do .. Ben, the DJ was AMAZING!! The music and flow was so perfect. The food was incredible.. everything was incredible.. there were 200 plus people there and everyone was happy. We are so grateful for everyone at Magnolia. I would do it there again 1000000000 times. I could go on and on .. I think what stood out to me the most was out much they went out of their way to accommodate what we needed .. they didn’t have to do that, but they chose to anyway. They truly cared about what we wanted and made it all come true.. no matter what it took. They were kind, patient, direct, fun, very attentive, full of joy .. they were perfect. Thank you so much Magnolia!!! I’ll always remember that you guys made my dream wedding come true 😊.. and you all helped me be stress free which is a miracle!! I love you guys!!

Excellent Service
My daughter had the most beautiful wedding I could have ever imagined! The grounds are extremely beautiful being at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! And the entire staff made all wedding bridesmaids and groomsman very comfortable! And they made sure all wedding guests were treated so kindly! And my daughter and fiancé were just blown away by the whole experience! My daughter and I were so very comforted by staff who gave constant personal attention to both of us! And the walk down the isle was made so we felt totally at ease through the whole wedding! The over all flow and feel was just a total blessing! It was BEAUTIFUL and FUN. This is our families third wedding there and all we’re equally amazing. And this was our biggest of all with over 225 very happy people. They accommodated every person with ease. My son in law and daughter are now on their honeymoon still talking about how beautiful their wedding was.:):)

Amazing experience!
If you are looking for an all inclusive wedding package, then look no further. JoAnn Blake and her staff at Magnolia Manor did an amazing job with our daughter’s wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful! They were a pure delight to work with. The grounds are beautiful, and the chapel barn is one-of-a-kind. What an amazing day and what an amazing job they did.

Wonderful venue! 💕
Planning a wedding this year was challenging to say the least but Jo-Ann did everything possible to make it easier! This venue is fantastic in so many ways but the best part for us was the fact that everything is taken care of for you! The wedding planner, DJ, photographer, catering, cake, flowers are all included yet you have choices with everything they do! We could not be happier with the way our wedding turned out 💕 I would definitely recommend this venue!

The Best Venue!!
We had our wedding on December 12th at Magnolia Manor. Our wedding day was perfect, everything was incredibly smooth and most importantly stress free! Working with Joann and her team at Magnolia was fantastic. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that is getting married. She helped us plan everything, got us connected with vendors, was very responsive, and amazingly helpful. We had some adjustments to make due to Covid which felt a little overwhelming to me, but Joann called me the next day with a plan & comforted me as she told me they had it all under control. They certainly did!
We loved our experience with Magnolia Manor and are so thankful we chose them! It was the most perfect fit for us and our wedding day was the best day ever!

The perfect little wedding for us in only 2 weeks!
JoAnn, I cannot thank you and your staff enough for all you did. I am assured that God brought our paths together. We are a blended family and God allowed you to help bring about the union of two precious children in a way that was far beyond what a big, traditional wedding would do. Easiest Wedding Planning Experience!
We knew we wanted to ENJOY our engagement and not let the stress of wedding planning ruin the moment! The Magnolia Manor team exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect! We were able to enjoy planning a wedding (during a pandemic) with the easy-going, very accomodating, staff at Magnolia Manor! Our wedding day was even more amazing than what we visioned. Pricing was very fair compared to other vendors. We loved that almost everything was "all-inclusive". We didn't have to worry about coordinating with several vendors or spending a fortune on one-time use decor. I would highly recommend Magnolia Manor to anyone planning a special event or wedding. Our experience was astounding!

Stunning wedding venue
Planning a wedding in 2020 was a headache, and after spending almost a full year planning my wedding for a venue that eventually we lost $1000’s of dollars to- Magnolia Manor and JoAnn were life savers!!
We switched to Magnolia Manor only a couple months before our wedding date and JoAnn was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. She made wedding planning during “crunch” time stress free, and it really was such a blessing.
Do NOT overlook the value of having a venue with staff that has the ability to set up, tear down, and clean up!! They also have decorations available! They have options for catering and other vendors as well, but because we were so close to our wedding they graciously worked with my other vendors that were already booked :)
Let us not also overlook how amazingly beautiful the grounds of Magnolia Manor are!! Literally picture perfect from the old manor house, to the garden, to the pavilion, to the CUTEST tin roof chapel.
I am forever thankful to Magnolia Manor and their staff for everything they did to make our day so beautiful and memorable! Thank you!

Simply Amazing Wedding Experience
Words cannot describe the experience working with Joann & her crew at Magnolia Manor were. Since the day my daughter made her decision to get married at Magnolia Manor, Joann reassured me not to worry mom- she had this. Believe me, she did. Everything was perfect- from the food to the flowers, cake, dj, & especially the last minute changes we had to make. This venue has the most friendly, organized, and professional employees! The venue is absolutely stunning and my wedding day was absolutely flawless. All workers have lots of wedding experience and have so many back up options if anything were to happen on your wedding day. I've been to three weddings there and all were stunning and super organized. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic to work with!
I haven't had my wedding at Magnolia Manor yet (it's in just a few short months!), but I just wanted to share how AWESOME my experience with JoAnn and Joyce has been so far! From the very start, JoAnn made us feel so welcome and "at home" and we booked on the spot after our venue tour.
I kept seeing how other couples said that the team at Magnolia Manor just took away the stress on the wedding day, and I can say that, even before the wedding, they have helped my stress levels so much! I am dealing with another wedding vendor (not affiliated with Magnolia Manor in any way) that has been a very stressful and worrisome experience, so I thought going in to the planning meeting with JoAnn and Joyce would be the same, but I was so wrong! They know their stuff and were actually looking out for me with suggestions of how to be more cost-effective and things that would work/look better. I was feeling stressed going in to the planning meeting, but they just helped so much and my stress level went way down! Now I am so much more happy and confident that I will have my dream wedding to my dream man and that everything will work out beautifully!
I lost some excitement for the wedding because of COVID-19, normal wedding stress, and the stress from that other vendor, but I'm more excited now and I can't wait for the wedding day! I know it will be BEAUTIFUL and it will be in more than capable hands! Thank you JoAnn and Joyce for putting my mind at ease!

Planning a wedding is stressful and Covid has made it even more stressful. JoAnn and I stayed in close contact through out planning. We became family over 8 months. It was worth every penny. We met several times and discussing what we were looking for like centerpieces. She didn’t have exactly what we was looking for but she made it happen. Kenny Fey was our photographer and he is amazing. He works with JoAnn and knows where and how to get the best pictures and does it in great time so the guest are not waiting. Fifteen minutes before the wedding it started raining JoAnn’s team kept everything going taking guest from the parking to the chapel and when it stopped raining she brought me,FOB and Bride to the chapel. Everything was beautiful and the best celebration ever! Our guest talk about how beautiful, friendly the staff and the food at Magnolia Manor. If you’re planning a wedding definitely check it out. You’ll be glad you did.

Everything was wonderful.
I didn't want planning my wedding to drive me crazy, and Magnolia Manor B&B, Mrs. JoAnn and Mrs. Joyce kept everything moving smoothly so I didn't have to worry. They were extremely flexible with all requests, and my in-laws loved being able to rent out the rooms of the B&B and have a little family get together the next day. It was nice to have everything contained right there and not having to worry about coordinating a ton of vendors.

Wow!! Is the first thing that comes to mind for this Mom. The overwhelming kindness shown to my daughter and myself as we planned her big day was so heartfelt! Not to mention Magnolia Manors breathtaking beauty. The down to earthiness I felt when we were talking to Joann was like i had known her forever. Which helped calm this Mom's heart! I can NEVER thank her and her staff enough for all their hard work in preparation for my daughters big day! We have had nothing but positive experiences with the MM team. Our wedding had to be rescheduled very last minute due to covid-19 and JoAnn was very flexible with us for changing our date 2 days before the wedding. JoAnne and her crew were not only the best choice, but should be the only choice! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than we had. She was so wonderful. Magnificent Wedding Experience
On September 21, 2019, my son married the most wonderful young lady that my wife and I could hope for our son to marry. It was an amazing event at the most amazing venue. Since my wife's birthday is Sept. 19th, we decided to drive to Magnolia Manor in Westminster, SC a few days before the wedding so we could have some time to celebrate her birthday. While spending 4 days at the Bed and Breakfast, located on the venue, we got to know the staff and the venue very well. There was not a single inconvenience while we were there. Glenn, Joann and their staff were very accommodating and made sure that, while they worked tirelessly in preparation of the wedding, we were not neglected during our extra days before the wedding. It is difficult to describe the devotion that they have to maintaining the venue, preparing for the event, and executing the perfect experience with extreme professionalism. I wand to point out that this is not a corporately owned venue. It is owned and operated with obvious blood, sweat, and tears by two wonderful people who have surrounded themselves with a great support staff. They have also partnered with some very professional vendors who surpass many that I have witnessed in their industry. I would like to mention Kenny Fey (photographer), Christy Babb (wedding planner/director), Ben Phillips (MC/DJ), and Joyce Collins (flowers/decorations). They are all truly gifted people.
I want to add that Ben Phillips puts an extra special touch on how he handles the MC involvement of the reception. He is not just some DJ that sits behind a booth announcing the wedding party and other parts of the reception. He is out there with a microphone, interacting with the crowd and keeping things flowing perfectly so it doesn't just become one of those receptions where everyone ends up sitting around eating and staring at one another.
I also want to mention that Glenn (owner/chef/maintenance man/caretaker/etc...) did a great job at preparing the food for the rehearsal dinner and reception. It was all delicious and first class (especially the meatballs).
Overall, it was an event that I will always have fond memories of. And just in case you are wondering, I am not a long-time friend of the owners. I met them for the first time in the summer of 2019. This is a raving review for no other reason than the fact that these people deserve it. I gave them a 5.0 in every category but for some reason the site only reflects a 4.9

I had my wedding here in early October and it was absolutely beautiful! JoAnn was soo great to work with! She was so helpful, willing to work with our needs, gave us good advice, responsible, good communication, and very nice! It was easy to see that she has so much experience with weddings. A second Chance
After being widowed for 13 years, I married April 2 to a man whom I was reunited from childhood. We married April 2.
It was held in the chapel barn, by a minister, and completely all inclusive. We basically just showed up. Every detail was taken care of, from the music to the dance, our pictures were beautiful... It was absolutely the most intimate stay and service that could have been made for two people getting a second chance.

Wonderful weekend, picture pefect
Thank you to JoAnn and the crew at Magnolia Manor for taking such good care of our daughter in preparation for and in execution of her wedding weekend. We held the ceremony at a nearby church with Magnolia Manor hosting the reception. They handled some out of the ordinary requests (such as a self serve ice cream sundae bar instead of a wedding cake) with ease. Our daughter was planning the wedding from afar and JoAnn took great care of her throughout the process. Magnolia Manor is indeed a one-stop shop, but with great flexibility to pick and choose what works for you.
We took full advantage of the bed and breakfast, renting it out for the weekend for the bride's wedding party and their families. They also have another house next door available for rent consisting of two apartments that can be rented together or separately. Again, we rented it for the weekend and had ample space for many guests as they came and went at different times throughout the weekend. All these rooms were very affordable.
It was lovely and as stress free as a wedding can possibly be. :-)

Our experience with Magnolia was Perfect in every way!
JoAnn and Glen and their amazing team made sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect! They all made the planning extremely easy by taking care of every detail that we could possibly anticipate way beforehand. And Magnolia Manor is the most beautiful location imaginable! Smith Review Of Magnolia Manor 2019
Jo'Ann and her staff was amazing. Everyone knew exactly what they were suppose to be doing and did their job well. I had ZERO stress before, during, and after my wedding (besides stressing about rain) but that was out of their control. The payment plans that they have in place to help you have the wedding of your dreams was very helpful for us. Jo'Ann was flexible if a payment was due and we needed to extend just a few days. The venue was very nice and the pictures that were taken from there were AMAZING also by Chase Todd. I wasn't very big on the entire flowers and Joyce who also works their helped create the perfect flowers for a very reasonable price. I liked the one and go that they offer meaning they do everything and you basically just tell them what you like and do not like. Everything was handled by the staff. One thing I might change if I had to do it over again was my food choice. Not everyone was a fan of the food. I enjoyed my experience and if I had to do it over again I would pick Magnolia Manor again!!

Beyond amazing experience
Absolutely loved every minute of my experience at Magnolia Manor! They went above and beyond my expectations to help me make my wedding day so special. Not only is the location convenient but the venue is perfect with a breath taking view. Everyone at Magnolia manor make planning a wedding an unforgettable experience. Absolutely Fantastic and Budget Friendly
After 2 years of searching for a venue for my daughter’s wedding we heard about Magnolia Manor through my son-in-law’s coworker who was married there. Since we are from PA and aren’t familiar with the area, this was absolutely perfect for us! Everything was included in the very reasonable price which was a huge blessing for our whole family traveling from out of town. There weren’t quite enough rooms in the Manor for us all to stay there but hotels within 15 minutes made it very doable. Owner JoAnn and staff are so kind and easy to work with! We had the wonderful rehearsal dinner here as well (not included in price). We were able to spend the afternoon in the dressing rooms getting ready with all the girls which was wonderful. The entire weekend was so well organized and flawless. We couldn’t have done it without director Joyce and MC Ben! The Brisket and Chicken Magnolia were out-of-this-world delicious! The cake was wonderful. Beautiful flowers and an array of decorations to choose from so that you don’t have to buy them all. You will not be disappointed booking your wedding here. My only recommendation would be to wait for cooler months as the heat and humidity in late June in SC is extreme.

Beautiful venue at reasonable price point. The Blakes are practically family now!
The whole team worked really well together. Joanne was very helpful in answering any questions leading up to our wedding, and she really pulled the weight when it came to planning and putting our event together. We signed our event contract with Joanne so far in advance that it was really hard to imagine how beautiful it was going to turn out, but the venue was so beautiful and the weather was perfect. That being said, they do have backup plans for locations should the weather be less than ideal. The groom's quarters aren't as nice as some other venues, but those venues were also at very different price points. For what we paid, and considering how busy we were that day getting pictures and such, the groom's quarters were just fine. We weren't able to spend much time in them. The venue offers plenty of picturesque locations for all of the wedding photography.
I would definitely recommend this venue.
We booked a 'mostly-inclusive' package in which we worked with the venues preferred vendors. The cake was created by the Walnut Street Bakery and we had a two tier cake and a groom's cake (three flavors in all) and it was delicious. The photographer (Kenny Fay) was very energetic and enthusiastic all day. He captured many many many great photos and took photos in all of the picturesque locations that you would expect on the property. The emcee (justcallben) was very personable and was able to interact with everyone to make a fun and memorable event. Ben and Kenny work very well together. You are given the option to make your own arrangements for emcee and photographer and bakery, but I would recommend working with the preferred team as they really do work very well together.

Everyone that worked with us for our wedding was WONDERFUL. I never thought that I would not be at least a little stressed when it came time to get married but they really did and thought of everything. The venue is absolutely stunning and the food was amazing. Anyone that wants a great venue, fantastic people to work with and an easy process, choose Magnolia Manor!!!

Bride- I really loved my wedding and going through JoAnn and her team! I was worried that having my wedding in SC while living in Texas would be hard but they made it so easy! I would do it all again. Everything was great. I was stress free the day of the wedding! I highly recommend this place for your wedding! I highly recommend going through the whole team so your day goes very smooth. The pictures I have were taken by there recommend photographer and he was amazing!! They were all personable and professional! Love this team!

Perfect Winter Wedding
This location is stunning. The manor house and its grounds were the perfect place to hold a small, intimate wedding, like ours, but could easily accommodate a large wedding as well. Our ceremony was held in the gardens, which was beautiful even in the middle of winter, We stayed with our families for the wedding weekend in the Bed and Breakfast, which had lovely, well-decorated rooms. The rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were wonderful meals. The wedding planner, JoAnn, made the whole wedding planning process exceedingly simple. She and her staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, and kind.

Wedding - After Rehearsal dinner
My son and his fiancé were married at Magnolia in October 2018. We are from Alabama and I must say coordinating the after rehearsal dinner was excellent with the staff at Magnolia Manor. Food was great along with the atmosphere on the covered patio. Highly recommend this venue for your wedding and/or other events with a large number of folks.

This venue was not only beautiful, but so versatile. Joann is amazing. She will do everything she can to make your special day stress free, beautiful, seamless, and memorable. Joyce put together the most beautiful centerpieces and wedding decorations, the flowers were perfectly arranged. Kenny was a fantastic photographer, He knew exactly what to do and had wonderful ideas. Mike was not only a joy to work with but made us laugh, which only made our wedding that much more memorable. The staff here were so wonderful, they were pleasant and friendly. Tara not only took my requests in stride, but was able to make me look more beautiful than i ever could have imagined. She is super sweet and a joy to be around. I will be contacting her for future hair/makeup needs. The cake was SOO good and so beautiful, exactly what we had asked for! I could never have had such an amazing day without all of these people working together to make such a beautiful event.

Magnolia Manor: Perfect Wedding/Amazing Value
Magnolia Manor was amazing! There was not a single time we talked to JoAnn that we were not met with a positive, reassuring, creative, sincerely cheerful response. We brought a very small wedding party to her with a 3 month's notice, and she and her staff made us feel like were the most exciting wedding they had ever organized. Every single detail--the make-up/hair, flowers, photography, meal, beautiful location, wedding cake, music, decorations, and wedding director--was astonishingly professional. It was especially wonderful to show up on wedding day knowing that every detail was taken care of...all we had to was show up and enjoy the day. For our wedding party of 16, JoAnn and her staff made it feel like a very big wedding, and, most of all, they made the day magical.

ML and I had the wedding of our dreams here on July 21st of this year. The staff was attentive and kind, the food was great, and the site is simply wonderful. JoAnn was a huge part of making our special day as stress free as possible; even the months leading up to it were a breeze. She was always a text or phone call away, and she never once seemed bothered with my sometimes silly questions! I loved that JoAnn was flexible enough to allow ML and I to recruit a few sources outside of the venue to accommodate our wishes. I highly recommend having the rehearsal dinner here as well- try the baked ziti! I could go on and on about how wonderful every little detail was, but to sum it up I would like to say that we could not have asked for a better wedding than the one we experienced here.

JoAnn and her group never cease to amaze me! Our wedding was so great and stress free; everyone really enjoyed themselves and, as always, Glenn outdid himself on the food! I couldn’t have asked for a better group to handle the wedding and to share the wedding with! Because of their professionalism, the bride doesn’t even have a chance to notice the minor things (like when your groomsmen forget to transfer their boutonnières from their jacket to their vest for the ceremony). I wish I could rewind and just do the whole day over again! You won’t be disappointed in trusting JoAnn with your wedding!

Magnolia Manor was such a blessing for our daughters special day. The setting in the meadow was perfect and things could not have gone better. We stayed there the night before so we would not be rushed the day of the wedding and everyone could relax. Probably the best part was not having to schedule and arrange vendors and recruit friends and family to help set up and tear down. It was fun and relaxing for everyone. The food was outstanding! The MC kept things going and the crowd entertained. The entire staff was very accommodating and made sure everything went to plan. I recommend Magnolia Manor for your special events.

Our daughter's wedding was a success! We were very pleased with the services we received from Magnolia Manor. The historic house and grounds are beautiful for events and photos. One of the most amazing things about this venue is that they handle 95% of the planning and leg work with set-up, etc. You save in the end because of not having to rent many things that brides have to rent at other venues. My husband and I got married here last weekend. It was the best experience ever! Magnolia's all inclusive wedding package is the way to go! I didn't have to lift a finger! My wedding day was absolutely stunning thanks to the good Lord, the staff at Magnolia Manor and mine and my husband's family and friends. At first I was hesitant to have my wedding at Magnolia Manor but my budget and my husband thought this location would be great and he was so right. My wedding day was better than I ever could have dreamed of. Joann and her staff did everything they could to make my wedding day both beautiful and stress free. They had someone constantly with me if needed, they set up things, and told me, all my family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen where we needed to be so I could enjoy the day with them. The setup was absolutely gorgeous and my wedding day could not have been any more perfect. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Magnolia Manor. The staff is very friendly and good Christian people. My one request was that the Lord would be the center of my wedding day and the rest of my marriage and the staff at Magnolia Manor helped make my wedding day just that. The staff left me and my family and friends alone enough to where it felt like it was just us spending the whole weekend together. Joann and her staff were very easy going and very kind people. What was really cool was if I wanted to, I could use all of the vendors that Joann had. You would think that with a one stop shop you won't be getting top vendors but I was wrong. The flower lady made my flowers look just perfect. The photographer was absolutely great. He knew how to make all of us smile and laugh and took some really awesome shots. There was a lady helping the ceremony and the day of events go smoothly and I absolutely adored her. She was so kind and so easy going. She made sure I was happy and well taken are of. Then during the reception the DJ's wife was helping make everything else go smoothly as well. Everyone was just so great. CHOOSE MAGNOLIA MANOR! You won't be disappointed.

My now husband and I didn't want a long engagement, so we picked a date that was only 7 weeks out. When I started my research I was hesitant to call magnolia manor bc it looked so nice I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to afford it. But after calling several other places and either they didn't have the date(s) I was looking at or they were not helpful at all I decided to give magnolia manor a call and boy I'm so glad I did! Not only did they have my day in mind they were super affordable too! We pulled off a beautiful wedding in 7 weeks and it's all bc of the amazing staff at magnolia manor! The decorations were on point, the food was delicious and the Dj did such a fantastic job! Oh and the photos....WOW! The only thing I didn't Love was my cake but if that's the only hiccup, I'll take it! Do yourself a favor and book with magnolia manor. You will be so glad you did!

My friends and family have been non stop saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a venue that is all inclusive and local. Joann, Glenn, and vendors were awesome at Magnolia Manor. They all made us feel very comfortable and at home. We had nothing to worry about they took care of everything. It is like my sister said I want to do it again that describes just how easy it all went. We absolutely love Magnolia Manor! A special THANK YOU to everyone who made our day special!

My husband and I got married October 28, 2017 at Magnolia Manor. Every aspect of our wedding day and wedding weekend was PERFECT! The owners and the staff at Magnolia Manor are experienced, organized, kind and accommodating. All of the vendors that are included are wonderful and welcoming. The food was OUTSTANDING and the photographer was very experienced and didn't let the bad weather affect our photos at all. Although it rained on our wedding day, Magnolia Manor is set up for a drop dead gorgeous wedding under their lighted pavilion, it was more pretty than I ever imagined.
The rooms at the Bed and Breakfast are convenient for immediate family to stay in, and made the entire wedding weekend one big family reunion. The Inn is beautiful, warm and welcoming.
The owners and the staff made every single guest at the wedding feel important and at home, and especially of course, the bride and groom. I felt pampered and all of my wishes were honored. I just can't say enough, this venue made our wedding more unforgettable than my husband and I ever could have imagined!

My husband and I absolutely loved Magnolia manor! The staff all around were fantastic to work with. Their vendors were professional and responsive to our needs. JoAnn who coordinates the venue is the absolute best. I was not stressed or nervous throughout the process at all. She made everything so smooth and eased all concerns with planning. We also were able to have our families and bridal party stay onsite for the weekend and they absolutely loved it! I highly recommend the venue and the vendors that they work with!

We cannot ever express how much the team at Magnolia Manor did to make our wedding day so absolutely wonderful! Driving away from the venue, we just smiled and marveled out how well everything went, with little to no effort on our part. JoAnn was always responsive and helpful! Joyce decorated the venue beautifully and the flower arrangements were fantastic. Rena did our original tour and sold us on the venue, she was wonderful!
This venue is worth every penny because of the expertise they show in all they do. Again, the evening went so, so smoothly it was amazing. We had our ceremony in the Meadow and our reception in the Pavilion and it was wonderful.
Magnolia will forever hold a special place in our heart and we will absolutely recommend everyone they had as vendors and the venue itself. Thank you so much to all the team at Magnolia. We love you guys!
