They draping was absolutely beautiful! They work times less to give you exactly what you ask for. I will definitely be giving recommendations to anyone wanting draping for their event.Magical Moments Weddings and Events's reply:

User2784342 Sent on 09/26/2016I have been to many events that magical moments have decorated for and everytime it has been beautiful! They always go above and beyond whatever you ask them to do. All you have to do is tell them what you want and it is done! The food is always beautifully layed out, and it taste wonderful too! I love the way they decorate! If you love pintrest ideas you will love these guys they have pintrest beat!!! -

Kelly Sent on 04/12/2014We are very disappointed and expected so much more, especially for the amount we paid these ladies. We did NOT get $1500 worth of help/food for our wedding. We had a cake and punch reception that they catered, and not only did they NOT bring a lot of the desserts we wanted they also just went to Walmart and bought half of the desserts already made. We literally did all of the setting up for the ceremony ourselves (backyard wedding so we had a lot of work), and they set up their tables and food. The day of the wedding and the day before we were busting our butts getting everything together with hardly any help from them. We figured since we were paying them to be our wedding planners they'd be at our rehearsal, but they weren't. As I was getting ready I walked outside to where they were setting up their stuff, and I heard a comment that put a bad taste in my mouth by one of the women about how we were only having a cake and punch reception. So for the amount we paid we got NO help and cheap store bought desserts that couldn't have been more than a couple hundred dollars. We are angry to say the least, especially from all the other seemingly great reviews. We got gypped.Magical Moments Weddings and Events's reply:
Dear Kelly, I am just now seeing this review since I am new to Wedding Wire. I very will remember your sweet wedding and I am so sorry that you were so unhappy. I do apologize for anything that you overheard that bothered you or hurt you in any way. I do not apologize for the food that was served. We served above and beyond what you asked for. Every thing was home made by my partner and myself. Your guest seemed to enjoy everything... so much so that your wedding cake was barely touched and the grooms cake wasn't cut at all. We were not hired to decorate your wedding ceremony. We were only hired to cater a reception of nothing but sweets and to decorate the reception which we did. Again, I am truly sorry that you were displease with our services. I wish you would've come to us so that we could've rectified the problem. I do wish you all the best.
