  Mary Made My Destination Wedding Simple

  We had a destination wedding in Barbados and Mary and her team were a godsend! We needed help securing a hotel block and coordinating transportation for our guests. Mary, the owner, decided to take us on directly as clients and she held our hand every step of the way. She sourced and negotiated with several hotels and vendors until we got the best possible deal and concessions available. She was our zealous advocate throughout the entire process and made sure we didn’t have to stress much of the big stuff. As a bride, I felt very supported and I could always reach out to Mary if I had any questions or needed her to assist our guests with any booking/travel questions. Her and her team work all over the US and can plan travel worldwide. I highly recommend using Simply Mary’ed for your destination wedding, honeymoon or any group travel. Five stars!

  We had a beautiful experience visiting Disney Parks at Orlando, Florida

  It was so great to work with Kelly. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the must see experiences at the Disney parks. We also had a fantastic time at the resort Kelly booked for us - Lake Buena Vista Resort. The kids loved spending their evening at the pirate pool. Overall, it was a fantastic trip for us. Thank you so much, Kelly. Looking forward to working with you soon!!

  Incredible Honeymoon Planned By Kelly!

  Kelly did a fantastic job of planning out our dream honeymoon for us!! The amount of stress she relieved during the wedding process was amazing! She not only understood our vision and aesthetic, but she also listened to our feedback and accommodated our needs within our budget! We ended up having the best time in Thailand and even more fun in Bali!

  Our Dream Honeymoon!

  Our honeymoon in July was a dream come true, thanks to Liz from simply Mary’ed. Working with Liz was an absolute pleasure - she meticulously listened to our honeymoon vision and delivered beyond our expectations. Liz was always available, accommodating our requests, and providing swift answers to our questions. Thanks to her and the entire team, our honeymoon was smooth sailing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  Honeymoon of our dreams! (Thailand & Bali)

  We are so grateful to Mary for helping us plan our dream honeymoon to Thailand & Bali! She really took the time to understand our vision and worked through every detail with us to curate the vacation of a lifetime. Mary is not only knowledgable, but also an excellent communicator, and made a huge effort to keep in touch with us throughout our honeymoon through an App. After planning an entire wedding, it was such a relief to work with someone who was extremely organized, thorough, and receptive to our needs. Before our trip, we received a beautifully organized spiral notebook containing our finalized itinerary, essential documents, packing tips, and a very sweet gift and note. We traveled to 3 destinations: Chiang Mai and Phuket in Thailand, and Bali, Indonesia. Mary made sure we had a local guide waiting for us at the airport in each destination, creating a sense of comfort and ease after a lot of traveling - some of the guides even took us to our excursions and were extremely knowledgeable!! We can't thank Mary enough for going above and beyond to plan the biggest adventure of our lives.

  Destination wedding planner/ travel agent

  Planning a destination wedding for 83 people is stressful enough, but Mary and her team made guest reservations and navigating the wedding booking process a breeze. Knowing she handled it, took extreme stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend simply mary'ed for your destination wedding needs; she is extremely organized. Thank you for all your help and for making this experience one to remember.

  The BEST wedding planner/TA ever!

  Mary has been an absolute dream! She has made what is typically extremely stressful process, seamless. She has made my fiancè and my wedding planning journey enjoyable and fun. She is behind the scenes handling literally everything from our resort selection, to our resort tours, and the paper work and communications in between. I couldn't imagine this process without her and recommend her 10 times over to anyone planning a wedding or a trip.

  Exactly What We Needed and More

  What can I truly say Mary was a God send, when I started on my journey of planning my Destination Wedding I was utilizing a free service through another company and different planner who was not responsive enough and I missed out on my original wedding date and location twice due to lack of response and effort. When I met Mary and went through the process of getting to know her and expressing my expectations, she gave me time to look over her contract of services and price. She made the process a breeze from that point on she was able to secure my Destination Wedding location and date and got right into the process of doing my Room Block. She was always pretty much available to my guest with assisting them with payment plans, and info needed for my wedding weekend. We went from weekly check ins and updates to almost daily ones to make sure we stayed on course. All issues and concerns were always rectified immediately. What I loved the most was that Mary flew out to The Hard Rock Rivera Maya to make sure she was there every step of the way with my itinerary of events for my wedding weekend. She also held the hotel accountable for any issues with my guest rooms that may have ran into an issue. When I felt I was ready to have a melt down, her and her assistant Vicky came to the rescue to make sure I didn’t and to take anything they could off of my plate and shoulders. Mary made sure all my vendors stayed on course with our set timeline and held them accountable as well so that everything ran on time and up to my standards. She made sure my dress was fluffed out at all times and my bouquet was perfect. She assisted my photography with making sure they caught the must have photos of me and my husband. She helped create my seating chart when I had given up lol. She carried decor pieces to Mexico for me that I had forgotten them back home. She went above and beyond for me, my husband and guest, I am forever grateful for her services and she will be a life long friend because after helping me in and out my dress literally yeah we locked in for life lol.

She really eased my planning process by helping me with all of the travel arrangements of my guests. I also had her come to the destination and be my day of coordinator. I couldn’t thank her enough for making my day so seamless and easy. She helped set everything up, communicated with all of my vendors, helped me with whatever I needed and cleaned up the venue at the end.
  
  Any problems that arose in the planning process she helped with. I am so thankful for her support throughout the entire process! There is enough stress going into a destination wedding and having someone with the experience is very useful. Thanks again, Mary!

After some helpful discussions, Mary ultimately suggested a Mediterranean cruise which turned out to be absolutely perfect. She recommended MSC cruise and organized all the flights as well as the cruise excursions which left nothing for us to do except enjoy our time together. She made the process seamless and we are very grateful for that. Thank you so much for all of the trouble free memories. We will definitely book another trip with Mary again!

  Wedding during Covid

  Planning a wedding during Covid was no joke. Planning a destination wedding is even more difficult. Our initial coordinator at our resort was awful and Mary took lead on EVERYTHING. She kept us organized, stayed on top of the resort to make it happen and thought outside the box during the planning process, to help me make decisions. She even came to the resort to make sure everything went to plan. Thank you so much Mary for all that you did.

  It was amazing to work with you, a wedding planner who specializes in destination planning. From round trip travel information and details I knew as entertainment I was in great hands. Just as I thought from rehearsal to wedding day you were hands on and kept me in the loop of time and any slight changes to schedule etc. It was a great experience working with you, everything ran smoothly, we partied and I can’t wait to work with you again.

  Mary was super professional and easy to work with Her service and knowledge were unbeatable. She booked my all inclusive honeymoon at the Dreams Las Mareas Hotel in Costa Rica. We had soo much fun. She also booked some really cool activities for us. We went on a Sunset sailing and snorkeling trip, Zip Lining in the jungle and just relaxed by the many pools while we were there.

  Mary was the best!

  Mary helped me plan my Sandals Honeymoon in St Lucia. We had the butler package which I highly recommend.’I felt like a celebrity as the butler waited on us hand and foot. She has great knowledge of Sandals and made the booking process so easy for me. She was amazing!

  Excellent experience

  Mary was delightful to work with. Her knowledge of Hawaii is impeccable. We went to Hawaii for 7 days and visited 2 islands. She did everything from hotel selection to flight booking and also booked our car rental and excursions. I would highly recommend Mary!
