Maggie is amazing!
Don’t hesitate to have MaggShots be your photographer!! Maggie was such a personable person from the very beginning to the end. She was so amazing and made sure we were comfortable in our sessions. We didn’t know how to pose or what to do but she made it seem like we’d done this before. Maggie was not just a photographer during our wedding. She was literally almost our wedding planner that day, keeping us on our timeline which we discussed and made sure we followed it to the dot. Maggie was 100% in the entire time. This wasn’t just a job to her and wasn’t just to make money. This was her passion and she was 100% in on giving us the confidence in getting amazing photos for our memorable day. We would 100% recommend MaggShot for any of your engagement or wedding day needs!!! You made our wedding day go so smoothly and captured every moment we would’ve hoped for. Maggie was one of my FAVORITE vendors. Photography has always been incredibly important to me and was my priority when it came to vendors at my wedding. We found Maggie through recommendations and preferred vendor lists, and we were not disappointed. She is incredibly personable and creates a lovely atmosphere. I can be awkward, and I usually do not like photos of myself. We hired her to do our engagement photos and our wedding. Maggie made my fiancé and I comfortable and had us laughing during our engagement session! It was probably one of my favorite date nights! We did the engagement session early because we wanted time to get the photographs back and work on our save the dates. Maggie sent us around 200 photos within two weeks from our session! It was incredibly fast, and the photographs blew me away! I am obsessed with them! Leading up to the wedding, Maggie also acted as a planner and a resource. She sent me advice columns on different aspects and answered all my questions regarding different parts of the wedding. She even sent us an entire packet answering common questions, helping us pick out outfits, etc. She would answer my questions before I even knew I had one to ask. Leading up to the day, she was incredibly instrumental in managing our timeline. I recently went to two weddings for my friends that ran quite late and off schedule. I expressed my concerns, and Maggie handled everything flawlessly. She kept us running on schedule and even ahead of schedule at some points! At the wedding she arrived at the venue early – even before me! She was running around taking photos of EVERYTHING. I absolutely loved her. She was one of the BEST decisions we made when we were planning our wedding! I HIGHLY recommend her! We will definitely be using her in the future for any anniversary, pregnancy, or family occasions. -

Absolutely Wonderful!
Where do I even begin?! Maggie is THE BEST. From beginning to end Maggie was there to answer questions and she made the entire process so easy. Introductory call, timeline discussions, engagement photoshoot, project tracking -- Maggie has made planning my wedding easy, especially since I was living in CA for the majority of wedding planning! Our friends and family can't stop raving about our engagement and wedding photos! Choosing Maggie and her team is the best decision you'll ever make for your wedding. Trust me, they will not disappoint, in fact they will exceed your expectations! -

Maggie is THE BEST!! From the first moment we met (virtually) ... I was confident that she was going to provide us with photos that we would cherish for a lifetime. She is professional, fun, and she really focuses on making sure that you are happy during the entire process. She takes her time and listens to what is most important to her clients. Maggie captured our love story in a way we could not imagine and we will cherish our photos for years to come!

Absolutely amazing!!!
Maggie and Rachel were so fun and fantastic to work with!! We love all our engagement and wedding pictures and can’t stop looking at them over and over again! Maggie and Rachel have such amazing talent with a great eye for color, composition, and style. They both also had great attention to details and listened to our concerns and what we wanted. Since I was planning the wedding from Michigan, Maggie and Rachel were very flexible with their schedule and we were even able to squeeze in a last-minute engagement photoshoot. They also made us feel comfortable with posing and was great with directions. We received our photos at lightning speed- our engagement photos came the next day, we saw a sneak peek of our wedding photos only a couple days later, and then we saw our entire wedding gallery just a little over a week after the wedding! I am a very picky and meticulous bride and someone who is difficult to please (so sorry about that!) and I am so grateful and lucky that I have Maggie and Rachel as my photographers- they were always so patient, kind, and understanding with me. For any kind of future shots, we will be sure to hire them again! Please don’t hesitate to hire Maggie and Rachel- I promise you won’t be disappointed! I can’t stop raving about our photos. There are not enough words to describe how much my husband and I loved working with Maggie. Hiring the right photographer for your wedding is one of the most stressful parts in planning a wedding, so I was very anxious when we started looking at different ones in the area. She was originally referred to us through our wedding coordinator and after meeting with her, we hired her right away! She is so calm and easy going it is so hard not to like her or work well with her. She made my husband and I feel so relaxed throughout our engagement shoot. We truly felt like we just got to be our normal weird selves and we could not be happier with our final outcome. Maggie was the perfect photographer for us and we could not recommend her highly enough!! Thank you Maggie for capturing this special time in our lives :) -

Maggie and Rachel are super professional and kind hearted people with stunning work. I would absolutely have them photograph any sort of special event and would recommend them to friends, family, and everyone else! I came across their photos on social media and immediately loved the aesthetic and feelings captured. After talking to Maggie before deciding to go with her, I felt so at ease that I could trust her and her work. They were providing us tips even outside of photography and truly had our best interest in mind. They made sure we felt comfortable while taking photos and wanted what came out in the photos to just be us. They also had suggestions to help us figure out a timeline for the wedding day. Everything was provided in a timely manner and she really did go above and beyond. Multiple guests commented on how professional and great our photographers were and people have genuinely commented on the quality and beauty of our wedding photos. We are beyond pleased with the photos and also truly enjoyed having the privilege of getting to know Maggie and Rachel! They are the sweetest! -

Maggie went above and beyond both before and after the wedding with lighting on the portraits and photos, communication, and ensuring every moment was beautifully captured. After interviewing several photographers, I met Maggie and saw her portfolio, and I knew that she would do the best job. I am so incredibly happy with the photos and the experience. I was so lucky Maggie had availability to do my wedding photos, after meeting her at a bridal conference. She books up fast and I can tell why. Her work speaks for itself and she is such a great person to work with. -

Maggie was 110% awesome! Her work was exactly what we dreamed of. Her photography is incredibly beautiful and amazingly done, with a fantastic eye for color and composition, and every photograph that she took reflects her skills as an artist. Even though we knew that much just from looking at her work from the beginning, we didn't know we'd be getting an absolute gem. Maggie helped us out with all the details, from being very accommodating with our schedules to even helping us get our wedding day timeline organized, and even helped bustle the wedding dress after it kept falling! She is incredibly sweet and pleasant - a complete delight to work with! With every decision that we needed to make she was open and it was obvious to us that her primary concern was making our overall experience the best that it could possibly be. Regardless of the fact that our wedding was completely eclectic because of our diverse and distinct background and heritage, Maggie was entirely welcoming to every small detail that we wanted to incorporate in both our engagement and wedding photos. She is a wonderful photographer that makes you feel as comfortable as a friend and we know that we'll be coming back to her again! -
Christy Sent on 08/20/2018I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because I cannot say enough good things about Maggie! We absolutely love her! She not only captured our special day beautifully but was an integral part in making it happen! Maggie knew exactly what it was that I wanted, and did everything in her power to make it happen. Last minute our day-of coordinator was unable to make the wedding due to a family emergency, but Maggie stepped in and kept everything running smoothly. I am so thankful for her!! Throughout the whole process she was kind, patient, and oh so encouraging! She helped to make us feel comfortable with her and the camera, and really made an effort to get to get to know us. We couldn't be happier with our photos (in fact my husband is now trying to convince me we don't need to frame every single one of them for our home. I remain unconvinced!). She so far exceeded our expectations that I truly do not have words to convey how strongly I recommend her! She is phenomenal, both as a photographer and as a person. Thank you so very much Maggie! <3

There is no doubt Maggie’s heart is “all in” when it comes to photography and making sure your day is special in all the little details she pays close attention to. She initially asked a number of questions to get to know us as a couple and to see our vision for our special day. Over the course of our engagement, she took the time to send blogs she had written that truly helped guide us into making sure even the smallest details turned out perfectly. She doesn’t show up simply for the hours she’s allotted, but instead, puts her heart, time and efforts into making sure you feel like you are her favorite clients (and to be honest, she does a really good job at that). She truly listens to what shots are important to you, even the smallest insecurities you have and focuses on making you feel beautiful. She goes over the top with her customer service, from watching the weather the day of and informing me as needed to sending us a Starbucks gift card the week before our wedding to ensure we had a reason to sneak away for a date night. She’s efficient with her timing of the sessions and returns your images to you in a timely manner as well. We returned from our honeymoon to find a complimentary canvas print of our wedding photos, amongst a gift basket of goodies and even more prints. THAT is exceptional service! There is no doubt Maggie now has a special place in our hearts. She’s known to be more than our wedding photographer but someone who played a very special part of our big day! Thank you, Maggie, for everything you did to make it oh so special.

Meghan Sent on 02/23/2016My husband and I loved working with Maggie from MaggShots Photography. When we first met Maggie we clicked instantly. She was very nice and answered all out questions. During the planning process, Maggie was quick to answer all our emails.
I am very happy we picked Maggie to take our wedding photos! She is very creative and has a great attention to detail. We love looking at our wedding photos. It's fun to see the photos of moments we did not see during the wedding and wedding reception until we received our photos. We love reliving our wedding day. I know we will cherish these pictures for the rest of our lives.
All our family and friends love our wedding photos because Maggie did a fabulous job! We will definitely use MaggShots for future photo sessions!
