We are beyond grateful to have had Maggie as our wedding photographer! From the very first conversation, her warmth, energy, and joy-filled nature made us feel instantly comfortable. Beyond being the loveliest human, she's *so* good at what she does. Her eye for detail, her creativity, and expertise is pure magic. When we received our photos, we were absolutely blown away. It was like reliving the entire day, but through the most beautiful lens possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer or a better person to share that day with. She truly felt like a part of the family, and we’ll treasure not only the photos but the whole experience of working with her. Highly, highly recommend! -

Maggie is as kind as she is talented, and I cannot recommend her enough! Her work is very true to life, and she has an incredible eye for detail. I also appreciate that Maggie is patient and takes the time to put her couples at ease. Wedding days can be a lot - so busy and fast paced - and Maggie knows how to capture the most meaningful, fleeting moments in such an intentional and artful way. Maggie is a clear choice for timeless, true-to-life photography and will no doubt elevate your event!

100/10 Photographer!
Maggie is the absolute best!! She came highly recommended after photographing one of my best friend’s weddings. Aside from how beautiful our engagement photos turned out, her energy made us SO comfortable. It felt like we had known her for years! Now back to the stunning photos she gave us…she has an incredible eye for what makes up a beautiful photo with lighting, background, and posing us perfectly! She was consistently professional through the whole process and incredibly reliable. I’ve already recommended her to a few friends and will continue to do so. -

She is communicative, punctual, calming, professional, friendly, and brings the fun with her as well! She helped us with posing and made sure that she understood our vision from the start. Even beyond the thoughtfully composed and delicately edited artwork that is all the photos she captured, Maggie is just such a kind-hearted, relationally-oriented, fastidious, sweet soul. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND in her role as a photographer, eager to share her expertise in the planning of our wedding months before and the co-ordination of it day of! On top of that, we had a destination wedding, and she very professionally handled all the travel and other considerations associated with that. And again, HER PHOTOS! Every detail and moment she captured truly encapsulated the magic we felt on that special day. We booked Stepping Stones Photography for our May 2024 wedding and are so happy with our decision and the results. Maggie was such a pleasure to work with and truly exceeded our expectations.
From before booking to even after our wedding, Maggie has been clear in communication on what to expect and always a listening ear. As part of our initial inquiry, we were able to meet with her via Zoom to get to know each other and right away we could see her passion for photography as a means to produce authentic photos.
Our package included an engagement session, which affirmed our decision before the big day. Maggie did a fantastic job giving us guidance in how to pose and made me and my husband feel so comfortable, as two people that do not like photos being taken of them.
Between the engagement session and our wedding, Maggie was there as a resource to provide timeline information and resources on how the day would go. We filled out a questionnaire to provide all the little details that she absolutely took into account on our big day.
I have to reiterate how helpful the timeline was because I had bridesmaids, family members and other brides all impressed with the level of detail she provided and it truly was THE timeline we all referenced throughout the day which made things so easy for everyone involved. She kept the day moving without pressure and had a presence that did not make us feel like we had to be posed all night and could truly be in the moment.
After the wedding, we received sneak peek photos in a very timely manner, which helped us relive the day during our mini-moon together when it was so close in our memory. We received our final pictures within the timeline provided, and are so pleased with the overall results.
Maggie did a great job being able to capture the personalities of us and our loved ones. These photos are truly going to be cherished for the rest of our lives and I am incredibly grateful for our experience with Maggie. -

Maggie was without a doubt the perfect photographer to use for our wedding day. First, we had an incredible experience with her for our engagement shoot. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and provided great poses and prompts for us to have very organic photos. When it came to wedding day planning, Maggie was a huge help in the logistics process with our timeline and venue questions. She was always very responsive and made the photo taking day-of an absolute breeze by being organized and available. And most importantly, our photos are AMAZING. She did an incredible job capturing us and our personalities. We are so happy we chose her as our photographer and would easily recommend her to anyone else -

The most fun photographer ever!
Maggie was AMAZING to work with. She was always super responsive, and really walked me through all of the possibilities for my wedding photography while being very realistic. She made me feel so beautiful throughout the whole day! The timeline was super helpful, and I really felt like she valued getting the most out of my time with her just as much as I did. I would 100% recommend working with her, and I hope to have more life events photographed by her in the future. -

12/10 would recommend
We can’t recommend Maggie enough for your photography needs! She is talented and goes above and beyond. We are not great at posing but Maggie was so creative and directed us so well and our photos turned out amazing. The weather was ever changing in Atlanta the day of our shoot; Maggie took so much time to watch the weather like a hawk and was extremely flexible to work around it. Maggie’s husband, Sam, even came along to watch our dog since we couldn’t find a dog sitter! She is so fun to work with and I would continue to book her for future photoshoots. She understood the assignment, aced it, 12/10 would recommend. -

Maggie from Stepping Stones was the absolute best to work with. We did the package that included an engagement session and a second photographer. She made us feel so comfortable while being in front of the camera and had everything down on a timeline to help make sure to capture all of the pictures that we wanted. She also really helped with making it about us, the couple, and not allowing anyone to try and make picture requests that we hadn’t asked for or try to take away from the pictures that we wanted -

Amazing Experience
My now-husband and I had Maggie do our engagement photoshoot and then on October 23rd she shot our wedding. Maggie was on time to the venue and got all the photos we wanted while I spent time with my girls getting ready! After the ceremony, Maggie did a great job wrangling both families for family portraits and then off we went for our couples session. It was everything I wanted! The sneak peak photos were such fun to look at on the plane ride to our honeymoon and I still look at them every so often. I can't wait to get the rest of the photos back soon! Maggie did an amazing job capturing our wedding day in such a beautiful way. I highly recommend Stepping Stones Photography for any type of photoshoot! -
