Amazing food and service!
I have never eaten at Maggianos (had a destination wedding in Vegas) and booked the ballroom for my reception for 80 guests. It fit perfectly-had a DJ, a good sized dance floor, a place for our photo booth, and a table for our guests to sign our guestbook and a spot for our card box. Everyone raved about the food and they’re still talking about how great the food was after a week later. I had all my centerpieces and wedding decor sent over the day before and Maggianos decorated it just how I wanted. It was an amazing reception. My guests also enjoyed cocktail hour, the Hors d'oeuvre kept coming! It was the perfect place to have our reception!

Delicious and soooooo good!
The food was amazing at our wedding and people couldn’t stop talking about it.
The eggplant parmigiana was completely all eaten as well as the ravioli.
There was some baked ziti and chicken parmigiana left but only because no one had anymore space to put it!
Highly recommend!!!!

Delicious food & great service!
We hosted our beautiful wedding reception in a private room at Maggiano’s on 01/29/21 and it was beyond amazing! The restaurant I was going to originally host my reception was unfortunately forced to temporarily close with one month left until my wedding and I had to scramble to find an alternative venue. I was lucky enough to find Maggiano’s and they were able to accommodate my party. I worked with Linc via emails to book at the last minute and he was so easy to work with! Our guest list was small due to Covid restrictions, but the room size was perfect. Our servers and bartender were fantastic and were so attentive to my party. My husband and I never had an empty glass! The food was absolutely delicious and our guests are still raving days later. I was so impressed with the service and food, we can’t wait to go back to Vegas and dine at Maggiano’s again!

25th Silver Wedding Anniversary Dinner
We met with David Was Maggiano’s Banquet Manager to discuss our details related to our Anniversary dinner. David let us test the food and wine. We ordered our menu for the event. David was absolutely wonderful he sat with us and discussed every detail. We are very pleased.

We had a wedfing reception for 35 guests at Maggiano's at the fadhion show mall. It was a is amazing(every guest complemented the food) the staff was wonderful and accomidating. We wanted a place that had a private room with a private bar and a balcony. We used the Calabria room.They had a great view if the strip and all we were looking for. We could not find all we wanted for a better price in Las Vegas. They had more food than anyone could eat and we used the basic family style package. They set up our decor and let us use the additonal add on room without extra charge. The actually surprised me with the additional room i wasnt expecting. A few hiccups like our guest book wasnt put out but i didnt notice until i picked up the decor the next day. The parking can be confusing and zome guests walked through the entire mall since they parked in the wrong garage. There is parking with elevator that connects to Maggiano's just make your guests aware before hand. I am very happy with how it turned out. Great staff and classy place!

Maggiano's gave us an excellent wedding reception! We had about 70 people at Maggiano's after our wedding at Caesar's palace. We gave them pretty specific instructions and materials the day before, and they set everything up for us! The guests were all raving about the food and everyone had a fantastic time. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Planned my daughters destination wedding in Vegas from South Texas using reviews and phone conversations. The ceremony was at Mandalay Bay but we chose Maggiano's for the reception based on these reviews. Spoke with Beth Penderson the banquet manager months in advance and likely drove her nuts with all the changes and questions but she was very accommodating and helpful. The party grew from 50 to 75 guests and we required both of the larger banquet halls. We made final arrangements in July with a menu tasting and meeting with Beth and worked out all the details. We even shipped some favors, custom color napkins, table runners, guest book and escort chart prior to the date since we were all flying into town. I felt totally confident Beth would have it all taken care of just as we discussed.
We walked into the reception and it was even better than we discussed! The room looked fantastic!!!! Our banquet captain was amazing, he was very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of as we wished. The food was amazing as usual and the waitstaff did an awesome job of serving everyone quickly and cleaning up behind each course just as quickly. The bartender was great too, we had an open bar and he was pouring them quick and nice, the guests loved him.
We had Travis Allen an Elvis impersonator perform and they lead him in just as planned and he was a hit with the guests and especially the bride, he was her one big must have for the day. Look him up if you ever consider something like it, he is incredible and will take you back in time.
The rooms were perfect, plenty of room for 75 guests and still room to dance. The dedicated balcony was a hit as well.
I cannot say enough nice things about the entire staff at Maggiano's, they were all amazing, friendly , courteous and a joy to work with. The location mid-strip is perfect and you will not find a better venue for your event.

The team at Maggianos are amazing!! I planned a wedding with 35 guests from the UK. So all planning was done online and they exceeded our expectations! The room looked amazing and the staff treated us like king and queen!!
All our guests commented on how great the food was. The only negative I can find is that I requested gluten free food for my bridesmaid and that had not been arranged, she had to ask staffbug ad soon as she did a special meal was made for her.
We went for the most expensive package so there was a 4 hour open bar- that went down really well with our guests also!! Another nice touch was that they provided containers and bags for our guests to take home deserts from the sweet table! I would definitely recommend Maggianos.

Had a small wedding reception here for 13 people. Went for a banquet and bar package. I had no complaints. The food was delicious. Our waiter was excellent. We had a great night. Would recommend it.

It seems unfair to only give Maggiano's a 5.0 . . . they deserve at least a 10.o at a minimum! The banquet services staff - Beth, Kara, & Angela - could not have been more helpful as what started as a very private ceremony for two somehow morphed into a 'Destination Elopement' for 30! Planning a Las Vegas wedding while in NJ had some real challenges but all of the Maggiano's staff from the management to our bartender were just fantastic (as was the food, too!). We could not have even hoped for more. Thank you so much, Maggiano's!

I can not recommend Maggiano's enough if you are looking to have your wedding in Las Vegas! We had our Wedding dinner/reception there on March 2, 2017. They went above and beyond what I expected for my reception venue. We had a destination wedding in Las Vegas with about 40 people. It was definitely nerve wracking planning a wedding from across the country. the team at Maggiano's (especially Kara, Beth and Jessie) were amazing! They always responded to my questions within 24 hours, usually the same day. They were extremely flexible with requests we had. The price was amazing (and trust me I looked into every venue on the strip!) for what they provided. We had our own private room with a bar inside, access to a patio, we were able to bring in a small dance floor for our first dance and they even set up decorations that I shipped them. Everyone raved about the food and the staff that worked the event was incredibly. My guests commented on the Bartender Ernesto by name for days after the wedding because he was so great! They even set up a tasting for us where we live in their Orlando location so we could plan out our menu better. Our reception went off without a hitch and everyone said it was fantastic! Thank you Maggiano's for making our day so special!

This review is for my wedding reception 9/17/16 held in the combined rooms Calabria and Di Carlo. I got so many raves for our reception, and the process was super well done on their part. I was so happy with how everything went, and the communications before the wedding couldn't have been better! I started with Calabria only and ended up super happy I upgraded to include Di Carlo. The Di Carlo dance floor was bigger than I thought it would be! We also used their recommended photobooth company, and they were amazing, as was the floral company they used, better than I hoped for! We ended up with 49 total people, and this was a good size. Although we could have comfortably fit 60 in our space and still had the big dance floor and photobooth area. Our guests also utilized the access to the balcony, which was nice. The bar was fantastic and all staff were perfect. The only thing I would caution is that the speakers in DiCarlo did not work through the house system from Calabria and we did not have a DJ/sound system brought in, so our playlist was not super loud for dancing. We still had a fantastic time but this could have been better, the people there really tried to accommodate us though. Another good thing about them is they try to get you the most for your money, the packages are all clearly laid out on their website, and they are extremely reasonable with what is logical for your specific event. AND OMG THE FOOD, everyone raved all weekend about our food, the sausage gnocchi being the favorite. You will not regret choosing Maggiano's for your event :) They even arranged a tasting for us in Houston at our local Maggiano's to help decide the menu. The venue itself is gorgeous so not much need for dressing up, the people are fantastic, and the food is incredible. You can't beat the price either, it was a great value and a no brainer!

We had our reception at Maggiano's Las Vegas in May 2016. We had a wonderful time. My husband and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience. The food was fantastic, the staff was professional from the planning stages to the actual event. We had 2 servers and both of them were excellent. Every glass was full the entire night. We had about 20 people so the ladies in the banquet office put us outside on the patio facing the strip. It was BEAUTIFUL. There was plenty of food and our guests are still commenting on how the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding reception. They provided us with an iPod dock and speaker that was very nice. The staff was also accommodating. We live in Missouri so having a tasting in Vegas was out of the question. However, the Vegas staff contacted the St. Louis location and we were able to do a tasting in our home town to help us choose our menu. I'm also not a merlot drinker so we were able to substitute merlot for champaign with our banquet package. The whole event was so easy and so much fun. I would recommend using Maggiano's Las Vegas to any bride and we will be back!

We got married at the Wynn in Las Vegas. We chose Maggianos for our cocktail reception following the ceremony. From start to finish, Beth and the entire staff were amazing. The reception far exceeded my expectations. It was elegant and the food was delicious (it always is). The servers and bartender were at the top of their game. Super attentive and so nice. The location was very convenient. I could not be more pleased with the experience.

Our room was set up and decorated just the way we wanted. The food was delicious and the service thorough out the night was outstanding. The girls at Maggiano's are seriously amazing! I am a bit of a control freak when it comes to party planning and I have known for years I wanted to celebrate my 10 year vow renewal with them. I originally didn't get my dream wedding 10 years ago so this meant the world to me. Every time I sent them an email, I always got a response back if not that day, then always first thing the next morning. Then when the day came, of course I was running around late and frantic and they looked at me, heard my worries, and insisted I trusted them. When I walked into the reception room I cried. It was better than I could have hoped for and the room was breathtaking!!! Everyone loved the food and kept going on and on how amazing it was. FYI totally get their "Signature Sweet Table"!!! From the bottom of my heart Sabrina & Beth, thank you thank you thank you!!!

My now husband and I are so happy we chose Maggiano’s banquet facility for our daytime wedding reception on December 5th, 2015. Throughout the entire planning process the banquet sales staff was responsive and handled all of my questions in a timely and patient manner. Our banquet sales manager even coordinated a tasting with a Maggiano's closer to our home location. We were able to mail our reception decorations prior to the event and stop by and view the venue and go over the arrangements once we arrived in Las Vegas. The venue itself is elegant and intimate at the same time and we really enjoyed the family style service. The banquet manager on the day was professional and friendly and checked with us periodically to make sure we were happy. The wait staff and bar staff were fantastic as well! Our guests were impressed and we have received compliments on the food as well as on the venue and staff. I think this is a great value and I'd definitely trust Maggiano's for any similar events in the future.

We booked our reception venue from abroad. The whole booking process was simple and easy. Sabrina was happy to help with all my questions! We had the Barolo Room which was perfect for us and our 10 guests. On the night, our waiter Bob was very professional and was only too happy to help with any of our requests. The food was as amazing as it looks in the pictures online! Everyone was raving about how delicious it all was. We had some left over fruit salad which we were allowed to take back to our hotel room with us (yummy breakfast the day after!!) Highly recommend this excellent value, professional restaurant for your wedding!

My wife and I planned on getting marrying in Vegas on October 09, 2015. So we decided to have our wedding dinner @ Maggianos after our wedding. It were perfect, we were able to make payment installment each month which was excellent. We got the banquet dinner with a private room. The lights were dim, and we had the long table with cream table cloth, it was beautiful. The menu we choose were family dinner style milano, which included an open bar for 4 hours. The food we had were great, oh and the champagne were excellent. We had about 20 ppl attend and all of them loved it. The host for our event Stacey was great. She made sure that wifey and I was in great hands. We didn't need to ask for or worried about anything. I would like to thank on behalf of my family, friend and me to say thank you maggiano's for making our day special. We wouldn't change it for the world.

I had my wedding reception here June 6, 2015, and let me tell you this place and the banquet coordinators, Sabrina Chichelli & Beth Pedersen, were a godsend. The reception was so lovely I almost cried at how perfect everything was. I brought a suitcase of wedding favors and chair sashes and they set up everything so beautifully, I couldn't get in contact with a calligrapher to number my table assignment cards and I was so bummed about that, but Beth pasted numbers on the cards for me at the last minute, I was so happy she did that when she didn't have to. Oh, and THE FOOD! was delicious!!!!!!!!! My family is still talking about it! There was SO MUCH FOOD, we took everything home and ate it for the rest of the week in our hotel. I am so happy I chose this venue for my reception and I will gladly recommend it to everybody!

I cannot express in words how amazing Maggiano's has been to us. I had an intimate wedding with 50 people and from the first moment of contact the service was unbelievable! I live in Florida and was very worried about planning my entire wedding from here but the staff made it such an easy and wonderful experience. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. They truly make every effort to make your experience as unique and special as possible. It wonderful to have service as fantastic as the food! I am 100% satisfied with my choice and would gladly do it again. I highly recommend them! A special thank you to Banquet Manager, Sabrina. We had no idea Maggiano's even did wedding receptions. And planning our Las Vegas wedding from So Cal made us nervous and we stressed out about finding a venue that was large enough for all our guests and was also reasonably priced. Once we stopped in to check it out, we were sold! And our reception was PERFECT!!! The service was impeccable! Our banquet captain was on top of EVERYTHING! Our guests still tell us, three weeks later, what a great reception it was. So much food to choose from and delicious; the ambience was great and romantic. It was elegant and classy and we couldn't have asked for a better reception. The servers made sure all our guests had everything they needed before they asked. Our captain was at our sweetheart table without us looking for him to make sure we had everything we needed. I mean, it couldn't have been a better experience and made for a memorable wedding day!!!

Choosing Maggiano's as our reception site was truly the best decision we made in the wedding planning process (that and the honeymoon in Maui of course)!! Beth and Jenn were so nice when I bombarded them with a hundred questions and someone always responded very quickly with an answer.
I was concerned about planning a reception from out of state but Beth set me up with a tasting at a Maggiano's near my home town so I was able to taste my menu selections before choosing them which was a huge bonus. When one of the chicken dishes we chose wasn't totally what we expected, the kitchen was more then happy to make some additional selections for us to sample. We were so impressed with how helpful & accommodating they were, especially since we weren't even having our reception at their site. They let us look at the rooms and table settings which were not exactly the same as our space in Vegas but very similar in style. The space in Vegas ended up being amazing & exceeded our expectation when we saw it. The patio off the rooms we had, Calabria & Abruzzi, was an added bonus for the smokers in our group as well as a space to cool off from all the dancing!!
They were especially accommodating when we found out a week before the wedding that our beloved Seattle Seahawks would be playing at 5:20 on the evening of our 5pm wedding. We originally planned on our ceremony finishing at 5:20 at the Chapel of the Flowers and then having our guests board party buses which would take them around the strip for a champagne toast and then drop them at Maggiano's at 6pm. I emailed Beth a week or so before the wedding and asked to change the start time to 5:30 as well as to rent a projector & screen to play the game on. She was so awesome and all over it. She even had them test the cable connection to verify there would be no issues the night of the reception. Our guests loved being able to celebrate our unity and a Seahawks playoff victory all in the same night.

We were married in the Bellagio Las Vegas in November 2014 and as we had been to Vegas numerous times before, and each time have visited Maggiano's, there was only one place we would want to share our special day reception with our close friends and family. We LOVE this restaurant... From arrival to departure we were spoilt.. I had taken the wedding favours with me to put on the table and the staff made sure that I had time to place them before seating everyone. We asked for a table for 13 in the main restaurant over looking the strip rather than a private room as we wanted our guests (who had never been before) to feel the atmosphere of Maggiano's that makes it all that more 'homely' and welcoming. We opted for the Family menu.. and it was the perfect choice, lots of variety and lots of food! Everyone was so amazed (and full!) We had also arranged for our wedding cake to be delivered that day (by Pastry Palace- another excellent choice) and the cake was presented to our table at the perfect time between courses. After cutting it (for the photos!) the waitress sliced it perfectly and served our guests.
The whole reception was arranged via email as we live in Australia and there was never any doubt that all would be perfect, Beth (restaurant manager) was fantastic in her responses and made everything so easy.
The only word I can think of is.... exceptional... In terms of location, service, quality, friendliness, quantity, value and ease of communicating.. I wouldn't go anywhere else if a restaurant was needed for anything from a special occasion to a romantic meal.

The food was great, the service was great and they even allowed me use of their office in order to change dresses! The banquet sales team was quick to respond to emails and almost always picked up the phone when I had to call to get a quick response on a question. We had a beautiful reception here. We used the Abruzzi room with 38 people, and did a cocktail reception with hand passed appetizers and open bar. The servers were amazing and no one ever had an empty glass. Not sure if we just got lucky but we ended up having the entire balcony to ourselves so the room felt very open. Everyone loved the food and although we didn't end up doing a formal dinner, no one left hungry. We had trays of mushroom ravioli al forno which was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I did not eat any of the meatballs but people are still talking about how good they were. I wouldn't change anything about it if I could!

If you are looking for a reception location that has a great atmosphere, great space and fantastic food then this is where you need to look. Communication with the banquet team was beyond great. They answered all my questions and was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. I had dropped off our décor a few days before the wedding and went over where I would like everything and toured the space and they set it up in a way that was more perfect than I could have asked for. The service was impeccable. No guest went without anything all night and they stayed in constant contact with me to make sure all my needs were met. The food..omg. There was so much food and the guests absolutely loved it. They even packed some food up to go for guests when the reception ended. Everything was just amazing.

Maggiano's was the perfect venue for our Las Vegas wedding. We booked all 3 rooms, which had a capacity of 120 people, a bar, and dancefloor. Beth and Samantha were extremely helpful and flexible as my guest list changed. They were also very happy to accomodate special requests and last minute changes. Oh and the food!! The food was outstanding! There was so much food and all our guests could not stop complimenting our food choices, how beautiful the place was and how great the service was. I am so happy we had our wedding reception at Maggiano's!

This was the perfect choice for our lunch reception. Everyone was amazing to work with, really responsive, the food was awesome, the drinks were strong and plentiful. My only regret is that I only booked it for 3 hours- we could have stayed all day! A great choice for a Las Vegas wedding :)

Our expectations of Maggiano's in Las Vegas were completely surpassed. The entire staff was amazing. Sabrina, Beth, and the banquet captain (I think it was Jeremy) along with the rest of the staff, were more than helpful and went above and beyond to make our reception absolutely perfect. Our family and friends raved about the service, the food, the venue and the atmosphere. They were so accommodating to us and we can't thank them enough for everything they did to make our wedding day perfect! Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made with planning our wedding.

We just had our wedding reception at Maggiano's. Planning from Canada and having never seen the place in person, we were a bit nervous. We soon realized that we could trust them planning the perfect night. Beth and Sabrina were really helpful and answered emails quickly. Every vendors they recommended were awesome. The banquet captain came to meet us before we entered the room and explained everything. He was very nice and tolerant ( A few took advantage of the 4 hour open bar....) The food was amazing and the service really good. Their prices were the best we found ( we had 44 guests ). We dropped decorations and cakes during the day, and they took care of everything. At the end of the night they packed all of our personal stuff back in our bags. We are really happy with our choice and honestly could not have ask for more. We would recommend Maggiano's anytime to anyone.

I had never been to Maggiano's before my wedding reception, as I had been planning everthing from out of town, I simply planned my whole wedding on reviews and Maggianos did not disappoint, They had set up the room for my reception better than I could have imagined, it was absolutely stunning, the guy who was in charge came up and introduced himself immediately and was on hand the whole evening. The food was lovely, the guests were still talking about it the next day. For anyone who is looking for a reception venue, I completely advise you to choose Maggianos.

Overview: The location of Maggiano's and the fact that Maggianos was a chain restaurant made me a bit hesitant to choose this as my reception venue. However, actual banquet room, the outdoor terrace, the menu choices, the quality of the food, the service of the wedding coordinators and banquet staff, and execution of all of the special details of my wedding decorations and vision make me EXTREMELY glad that I did choose Maggianos! For having had to plan the wedding from across the country, Maggiano's was the perfect option for all of my guests and made planning from across the country easy. There is a separate Valet, parking lot entrance via elevator that takes you directly into the restaurant without having to go through the mall. We got married at Caesars, and this made it a bit tricky to get guests to Maggianos, However I did let guests figure out transportation arrangments themselves. The banquet room is very tastefully decorated with dark red velvet curtains and a scenic outdoor terrace that is only accessible from the banquet room. The view from the terrace overlooks Trump Hotel and Wynn and the north side of the strip. They were able to put a separate bar out there during the cocktail hour. The banquet room itself is several smaller rooms connected, however when the walls are opened up, you can't tell they were separate rooms. The dance floor is a wooden section of one side of the room, however it is slightly small. For our purposes this worked well, but not recommended if all of your guests tend to be dancers. Banquet Managers, Beth and Sabrina are amazing. I couldn't think of anything to complain about if I tried. They are extremely responsive and I had no issues getting answers for anything I needed as they responded within minutes of me asking questions (unless it was weird hours). My guests loved the food and there was sooo much of it! Loved Maggianos!!!!

LOVED our reception at Maggiano's! I've never been to a wedding reception that was as much fun, or had as delicious food, as ours. Really, it was perfect. We used their recommended vendors for cake, DJ, and photo booth, and all of them were amazing as well! There was so much food that we had a MASSIVE house party the next day, and the leftovers fed everyone.
If you want a venue that is hassle free, beautiful as-is, and with a friendly, quick to help staff - this is the one. Sabrina was always quick to reply to my emails. They are flexible as well, as I had to change the date of my reception by 6 months and they were willing to do that after I had put down the deposit.

Have your reception here. I don't know any other way to say it. There is a reason that they are the most popular reception spot on The Strip. It is because they do everything right! From start to finish, Maggiano's accommodated every ridiculous whim I had. From making special entrees for my picky father and grandfather (at no extra charge), to checking with all of our vegetarians to ensure that they were aware of the ingredients in every dish, and then offering to make anything on the menu for them if it didn't meet their dietary restrictions, to the stellar service, you cannot ask for a better or more beautiful venue. The dark wood, beautiful balcony and gorgeous light fixtures are lovely on their own, but when they added in the decor I brought I was floored. I'm a little neurotic and brought instructions with pictures of how I wanted everything set up (I had a lot of decor). When I walked into my reception it looked even better than I'd dreamed it could. Our guests could not stop talking about it. They've said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to.
The food was to die for. My husband and I opted for a sweetheart table and they brought us so much food that we didn't know what to do with all of it. They were kind enough to box up our leftovers, which we ate the next night with another couple. Between the 4 of us, we still couldn't finish everything and had to bring some home with us. We booked the Calabria and DiCarlo rooms for approximately 40 people, which allowed us to have plenty of room to dance. I would strongly encourage you to do the same if you would like dancing at your reception. I've spoken to a lot of brides who have just booked the Calabria room, but I feel that there wouldn't have been room to move if we'd done that. There was nothing, and I mean nothing, that disappointed me about my reception. You will not be sorry if you choose to have yours here.

Hands down, the best venue to host a small wedding reception. We had 30 people for our dinner/reception and everything was fantastic. The banquet staff was so nice and easy to work with from day one. We booked Maggiano's for our reception for 70 guests, and the event was amazing! I can't say enough good things about our event, and our guests are still raving about the food! Everything was perfect, and Sabrina was so great during the organization process that even though I was planning the event from out of town, I felt very assured that everything would go as planned which it did. We just had our reception dinner and events at Maggiano's in Las Vegas and it was incredible! From day one the communication between Cassy and Sabrina at Maggiano's and myself was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of and the food and service was simply amazing! My guests are still talking about it and many of them went back to eat again on their own! I am very happy with Maggiano's. I had been there before and knew I would love the food, but sometimes restaurants will let you down when they have to fulfill an order larger than say 8-10. Not so here. My party was about 40 people, and the food and service was top notch. From the catering managers to the actual staff the day of, everyone was professional, accommodating, and very warm and friendly. I honestly cannot complain about a single thing. Everything I hoped for and expected was fulfilled, if not exceeded. You should definitely consider Maggiano's for a wedding reception or wedding/rehearsal dinner! You will not be let down.

Perfect wedding reception location. We had 85 guests and used all their banquet rooms. The staff was wonderful and people LOVED the food - especially the beef tenderloin. Guests were checking if there was a Maggiano's close to their home towns. Everything ran smoothly and they were a huge help - set up our place card table and put the favors on the tables for us, etc. Very friendly and made our wedding reception perfect!

I have nothing but high praises for Maggiano's in Las Vegas.
1) The food was much better than I thought (I am picky and usually avoid chain restaurants). The drinks were excellent. I recommend getting the package with the food, wine, beer and spirits as the guests get more choices.
2) Cassy and Sabrina were flexible, courteous and dependable. They always get back to me within two business days. I met Cassy in person, and I could tell she enjoys what she does. These two ladies were a pleasure to work with, and so calm!
3) Banquet staff were amazing and professional. They tried hard to deliver great services. All my requests during the night were fulfilled.
What I appreciated the most: Two days before the wedding, one of our guests dropped out last minute. I told Cassy about the change of event, and she adjusted the headcount so I didn't have to pay for a no-show. How amazing is that?
Bottom-line: Best value for the money.

After looking at other high-end Italian establishments on The Strip, we decided on Maggiano's for the quality of flavors in the food, the pricing of the packages, and the beautiful banquet areas. My east coast family likes theri "open bar", and because we didn't want our guests paying for drinks, we choose a package that included the liquor. The package pricing was increadible!!! Maggiano's Little Italy in Las Vegas hosted our Wedding Reception, catered our meal, and set up our entire reception. We reserved all three of the main banquet rooms with the balcony overlooking The Strip.
It was EXACTLY what we asked for and came out absolutely beautiful. The food was excellent, and they even allowed us to modify dishes to meet our specific dietary wants. The Wedding Banquet Coordinators Sabrina and Cassy were a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions, even when it felt like we were being annoying. I would suggest this venue to ANYONE, not just my friends, haha!

As a UK bride having never been to Vegas I was really worried about finding the right reception venue. With maggiano's I hit the jackpot. This place really made the whole thing for us. We booked a package, all done over email due to the time distance. The private room was lovely, the food was amazing. Due to the exchange rate at that time, the value was amazing for us as Brits! All our drinks were included, our waitress was so friendly, and nothing we asked for was too much. The wedding cake was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this place without a hesitation. We had more people showing up than expected (it went from no more than 50 guests to a total of 83) and luckily I was able to upgrade from the DiCarlo & Calabria to Calabria & Abruzzi with less than a month to the wedding.
Everyone loved the food (even the picky eaters) & I loved the price! I was surprised that the food portions for our sweetheart table was the same amount for a table of 10 - it felt like a waste cause we were so busy mingling and taking everything in that my husband & I hardly ate anything. Fortunately, all the food was boxed up for our guests and they had food for the rest of the weekend!
My only complaint (I hate that I'm complaining...) is that when I dropped off my cake toppers, seating charts, table numbers and vases the day before, I was told they'd set it all up. I told them someone was going to come by to decorate and put together the centerpieces for the 10 tables, but when she got there, she was handed the place cards to take care of too. Also, my cake topper was of me, my husband and our 3 pets, but 1 of my dogs went missing & the table numbers were pictures /stories of the years we were together from our beginning to the proposal, and 1 of those went missing as well.
Overall, we LOVED our experience, the coordinators were helpful and friendly, the banquet staff were accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a better reception!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I can't recommend Maggiano's enough. I wanted an old Hollywood/old Vegas (think Sinatra) vibe, and definitely got it.
First, the decor. Beautiful! The restaurant just has an old-world, classic atmosphere. It was exactly what I was looking for.
Second, the food. AMAZING. The portions are insane and the quality is, well, amazing. Our guests are still talking about the food. Nowhere else will you get more for your money, I guarantee it! There are so many menu options and price points, Maggiano's is the best deal, by far. The food is TO DIE FOR. And they give you so much, you will absolutely have leftovers. I only wish I had remembered to ask for boxes for all of my tables so guests could take leftovers back to the hotel! We didn't do a wedding cake and instead had the chocolate zucotto and ny cheesecake for dessert - I wanted to die and go to heaven. I can't say enough good things about the food and what a great deal it all is.
Third, the staff. SO polite and friendly and just wonderful in general. Cassy and Sabrina worked with me primarily through email before the day, and they were quick and responsive. I never felt nervous about leaving it all in their hands! They let me drop off the centerpieces/decor the day before, and it all was set up PERFECTLY on the day. I don't kid, everything came out exactly as I hoped it would. The head server (his name is escaping me!) on the day of was also wonderful. He greeted me right as we arrived and let me know the lay of the land. He was on top of everything. The bartender bought us a drink! The serving staff was friendly, polite, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Basically, Maggiano's will do you right!
In conclusion: BOOK THIS VENUE. You will NOT regret it!

Although we travel to Las Vegas a lot it was still difficult to pick a reception site. I read a couple of reviews about Maggiano's and everyone was raving about the food. Well I'm extremely glad I went with them. Everything was amazing!! The food was out of this world. We had the salmon, baked ziti with sausage, roasted chicken( I think that's what it's called) among others. The cheesecake was amazing, I highly recommend that. Choosing our reception venue from FL was a difficult decision. I was torn between Maggiano's and a steakhouse. I was a little concerned that Italian would be viewed as less elegant than a steakhouse. Choosing Maggiano's was the best choice we made! We had the Calabria room for 33 people and it was the perfect size. Very intimate and not overcrowded. We were able to arrange a tasting at our local Maggiano's to help with the menu selection. The pictures online don't do this place justice. The ivory and dark wood and the chandeliers are so elegant. Everyone raved about the food, how good it was and how much of it there was! Cassy assisted with every question that I had and helped with ordering the cake and tablelinens. I loved Maggiano's and will recommend it over and over again to anyone that listens!

Alright, hands down Maggiano's is the best value and quality for your money on the Vegas strip when it comes to the wedding reception. I'm a huge foodie and I knew that for my wedding, I wanted the GREAT food --- not mediocre wedding food. So when we were booking our destination wedding in Vegas ... seriously, everything was based on Maggiano's availability. We were looking in February for an October wedding date but Maggiano's only next Saturday availability was November ... so guess what, we moved the wedding to November which for all intensive purpose worked out perfectly. So, rule #1 --- be flexible and book early --- it is definitely worth it.
Some important tips I'd like to share. We booked their entire banquet facility --- 3 rooms --- and we had ~ 100 people. This seems to be close to the max if you want a dance floor and people to be comfortably seated. The room minimum for a Saturday night is $8000. I highly recommend you use their preferred vendors because it can be counted towards your room minimum. However, do keep in mind that the vendor prices will also be taxed & tipped which does not necessary happen with all vendors. I only used their cake vendor and in the end, I think I could have saved a little had I used their preferred vendors (ie. DJ & florist) simply because here's our experience. We had the premium menu which is great and based on a recommendation of a good friend who is a banquet manager --- we had a host bar. Based on my very detailed excel spreadsheet calculations, we still had to upgrade our premium menu. Essentially, we had way too much food & our guests were stuffed beyond belief. We also had to constantly remind our guests to drink up and increase our host bar tab. In the end, our guests tried to drink up but we still were slightly under our room minimum.
Now for the staff. I can not have enough praise for the Banquet Manager, Marc and his staff. They are absolutely INCREDIBLE! They give you complete 5 star service and are so flexible. Seriously, their goal is to do whatever they can to make you happy and they will give you realistic advice along with options and recommendations.

Maggiano's is a great place to host a wedding reception in Las Vegas! we booked over a year out from our wedding date, and it was so well-worth it!
Marc & Cassy were awesome, responsive, answered my endless (and sometimes silly!) questions and always offered suggestions when I asked.
The food & service was just perfect. We had the DiCarlo & Calabria rooms for about 60 people and there was more than enough space for all of our tables and an ample dance floor. The rooms themselves are gorgeous and all of our guests loved having access to the balcony overlooking the strip. Some of our guests loved the food so much that they went to Maggiano's again the following night for dinner!
Our wedding reception was perfect and we would HIGHLY recommend Maggiano's to anyone getting married (or hosting any special event) in Las Vegas!

PERFECT,PERFECT PERFECT. The food was endless and amazing. One guest said it was by far the best food she ever had at a wedding and others said they were said they got so full they could not visit the dessert buffet. Maggianos provided to go boxes for the dessert table (an added bonus). Some guests even asked "how much was the venue cost and said this must have been really expensive" but I refused to answer wink.
Cassy was always flexible and on top of everything! She took care of all the linens and even went above and beyond by reaching out to vendors for me. She let me ship items directly to her and she did exactly what I asked with them. She dealt with my last minute changes with ease and a pleasant demeanor. She is almost like family now and treated our big day like her own.
There preferred vendor list included budget friendly high quality vendors. ANNIE with organix (love her lover her love her) , all night long entertainment triple play is a great value and great dinner music (photos and video review to follow when I see the finished product)The room and balcony looked amazing in the pictures (go with all night long and add amber up lights for the extra umph)
They extended the party for about 30 mins and did not charge us and did not rush us out like many venues do. I do not have the words for how perfect this venue was. To have the same amount of food and service in NYC it would have easliybeen five times the price. DO NOT THINK TWICE . BOOK MAGGIANOS !!!

WOW! That is all I can say! Everything was AMAZING. The food was fabulous, the service impeccable! I could not have asked for more. The whole night they just kept making sure I was fine, hydrated and such, and I never wanted for anything and neither did our guests. We had 20 people including DH and I, and we were in the DiCarlo room. Our waiter Robert was amazing and I honestly think all of our guests bonded with him....everyone was asking to take pictures with him haha. I was worried the room was going to be small since I had never seen it in person until the day before the wedding, but it ended up being much roomier than expected. We even had room to dance. We had one long table and it worked perfectly…felt like one big family dinner! Mark and Cassy were fabulous, and even comped lunch for me and my bridesmaid the day before the wedding. Book here!

Maggiano's was the perfect venue for our reception. We booked all 3 rooms for the reception and had them pull the carpet off of one section for a dance floor. We had 70 people there and we did the family style luncheon. It included appetizers, salads, pastas, entrees, and desserts (which we had in addition to our wedding cake). It was SO delicious and was more food than anyone could ask for. They were SO nice and helpful in our planning, and did everything we wanted and did it perfectly. We used an ipod to play our music for dancing and it sounded wonderful! It was all for such a reasonable price too. It was only $21.95 per person. WHAT A DEAL!! At other places you pay 3 to 4 times as much per person and the food isn't even that good. Well this food is amazing and it looked so nice. We didn't even need to dress up the tables at all because they were filled with food the whole time!! It was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

We were initially going to get married at another property on the Strip but found the pricing to be outrageous for the little that we were getting. All of the brides on theknot.com kept saying Maggianos! so finally I decided to contact them. THANK GOODNESS I DID! No offense to any other vendors
but I truly felt that THIS DECISION was the BEST one that we made! I feel comfortable in saying that you will get the most bang for your buck here! Between the food, barand service - theyre amazing!
Marc from Maggianos is just wonderful to work with! He assisted me with room layout, menu, ideas, everything! He was quick to respond to emails and extremely flexible in his pricing, hours, and hospitality spectrum. A wedding is ultimately a party I mean its beautiful and sweet and lovely
but its a party. Let me tell you Im not sure if I will every throw a party as amazing as this one
unless we use Maggianos again, lol.
Our guests had a ball, the food was delicious, we had a blast it was great! The staff wasnt watching the clock and trying to wrap things up or get us out of there
they were so attentive! The banquet captain was spectacular! There was no cake cutting fee or champagne toast fee like every other vendor on or near the Strip. It was such a wonderful investment and decision
I now understand why almost EVERY bride that gets married on Las Vegas Blvd. has their reception at Maggianos!
Without a doubt Marc went above and beyond for us and his staff were right there beside him offering the same amazing customer service, quality, and memorable event! Bravo!

So happy we had our reception here. We had good enough to feed our party and the night staff at our hotel. They provided a plug in to their PA system for our iPod so we could have our own personal selection of love songs. And of course, the food was excellent, the customer service was amazing and the balcony with a view of the strip was the cherry on top.

We got married in Las Vegas on 6th April 2015 & had our reception at Maggiano's in the Calabria room.
Overall it was a great experience, we went with the Venetian package. The food was incredible, all served family style. Honestly you could feed a small army with the amount of food they bought out!
The only small downside on the day was Beth really and I'm sorry to say this as she was great in the run up, answering all my emails & being really attentive.
When we arrived in LV a couple of days before the wedding day & headed over to Maggiano's to drop off the decorations, table plan & instructions, excited to meet Beth in person after speaking to her for nearly a year on email.
When we arrive, she basically couldn't care less and we felt like we were wasting her time and getting on her nerves for the full 5 minutes we were there.
On the day, when we met the banquet captain he said 'so you don't have assigned seating, no decorations or anything?'. The banquet manager found them in a bag, under a desk in Beth's office which we then had to run around putting out while our 30 guests stood outside the room for 20 minutes.
The tables were also set up for 8 not 6, which I had requested over multiple emails to Beth.
I had also filled out the checklist and sent it to Beth within the timeframe, but the Banquet Manager hadn't seen this either so was asking questions we had already confirmed with Beth.
It wasn't the Banquet Managers fault and he did a sterling job on the night to try and make it up to us, going over and above and once the initial hiccup was resolved we had a great night.
Overall, I would book again Maggiano's again, I was maybe just go and set the event up myself in the morning.

Maggiano's was the perfect venue for our Las Vegas wedding. We booked the Barolo Room since we had a very small party, the intimacy and the dark woods used in the room were outstanding!! Only thing I have to complain about is that the wait staff came in a few times to get bottles of spirits for other parties, they would come in and not even say hello or excuse themselves on the way out, i had hoped that having booked a room would have made it a bit more private. however they were very happy to accommodate special requests and last minute changes. The food!! The food was outstanding! There was so much food and all our guests couldn't stop complimenting our food choices, how beautiful the place was and how great the service was The waitstaff were so courteous and just an all round pleasure. The banquet captain made sure all the food was coming out according to our timeline. I am so happy we had our wedding reception at Maggiano's!

I don’t think there is a high enough rating for this place. Planning – effortless, the reception – phenomenal!! I dropped off my decor to them 2 days before the wedding and I was speechless when I walked into our banquet room. Everything was set up EXACTLY as I requested – and I was truly blown away. It didn’t stop there, the food was amazing! All of our guests raved about it. Even my parents in law claimed it was the best wedding food. The bartender was super efficient and even starting mixing some specialty cocktails towards the end of the night. The waitstaff were so courteous and just an all round pleasure. The banquet captain made sure all the food was coming out according to our timeline. OMG I could rave about this place forever. If you are even considering Maggianos – BOOK THEM! Best wedding decision!

Maggianos was fantastic for our ceremony and reception, and the ladies in the Banquet team were incredibly quick to respond, help us find the most affordable but elegant options, and work with us the day of (and the day before) to make everything perfect! It was a distance wedding and via email they answered tons of questions (so many emails!), and worked with us towards the end to ensure that everything was taken care of - including follow up afterwards. I think at one point about a week before the wedding I told my husband that they were my favorite people in this entire process!
The venue in Las Vegas is truly gorgeous and classy - nicer than any hotel ceremony space I could find. There was an opportunity for smokers to go outside, situated near us so they never really had to leave the party but were able to go outside. There is an entrance in the back so you don't even have to realize the entire restaurant.
People raved about the food and drinks. So many options - appetizers fantastic, salad to die for, my Italian father is still talking about the sausage served because it reminded him of his childhood. There was something for everyone - and with a wedding cake and the Maggiano's dessert table, even my gluten free friends left full! The cost per person was more affordable than anywhere else in Las Vegas, and with an open bar, no one had to worry about anything. They even packed up to-go food for us (Which was great because we didn't really eat dinner until we got back to our room!)
I can't rave enough about Maggiano's, they worked with us to make everything exactly what we needed, set up everything the way we asked, and were incredible. If you are planning a distance wedding, go to Maggianos where you will truly be able to enjoy yourself!

I also appreciated how she genuinely cared that I was getting the most for my money. She made great suggestions about how to spend the money toward our room minimum. The workers at Maggiano's did a fantastic job setting up our reception. It looked even better than I had imagined it would. There was SO MUCH food and it was all delicious! Maggiano’s made my wedding reception absolutely perfect. They were always very responsive with my questions and concerns through email. I did have a little trouble closer to the event finalizing some details but the assistant general manager stepped in and took care of everything. My guests could not believe the affordable price we paid for such an amazing reception. I would recommend his venue to anyone looking for a classy, intimate and beautiful venue.

We had our reception at Maggiano's located inside the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas. The set up and décor of our private room was very nice. We had a guest count of 40 and everyone was able to sit comfortably with a bar included inside the room. The service was awesome and all the guys were really friendly and great about getting anything we needed. All our guests were really impressed with the overall turnout. We brought in our own ipod dock to play music. In all me and my husband couldn't have been happier. It was a great turnout and we have no complaints.

We had our wedding reception in the Calabria & Di Carlo Rooms. Communication with Cassy and Marc was great. They were very patient with me as I kept changing my mind with rooms, menus and other vendors at the last minute. We booked the banquet room before even seeing the space and were glad with our decision. I liked how you could use their preferred vendors to count towards your room minimum. Without that option I would not have been able to get flower centerpieces, limos and etc. We were able to see the room on a trip to Vegas afterwards and met with Cassy. She invited us to lunch the next day, but we couldn't make it because we had to fly out that day. Cassy was so thoughtful she sent us a coupon in the mail to go to the nearest Maggiano's. I was so stressed in the final weeks before our wedding but Cassy always reassured me everything would turn out wonderful. The day of the wedding everything was great. I can't remember the name of our banquet manager, but he was very responsive and made sure my husband and I had enough to drink and eat. I should have told my guests that if they wanted more food they could have asked and if they wanted to take any leftovers they just had to ask for a box. Overall the food was delicious as always and everything was fantastic. I would recommend Maggiano's to anyone looking for a great space for any special occasion.

Maggiano's was AMAZING!! I worked with Cassy Bagnall for about 10 months planning every detail and she was great. I always got an email back almost immediately. Everyone had so much fun and the food was amazing. Our captain was great. We were a bit short of our room minimum so the captain brought us an amazing bottle of champagne.
Everyone said it was the best wedding reception they had been to.
Just make sure to ask about the preferred vendors because the cost of the preferred vendors goes towards your room minimum which you have to pay anyway, and you might as well get more for your money. Maggiano's never told me about this until I asked about 3 weeks before the wedding. Thats how we got our DJ who was amazing as well.

Everything about Maggiano's was fantastic! The food was amazing and plentiful; it just kept coming! The banquet coordinators were very responsive via email answering all of my many questions. It was decorated just as I had hoped. The only issues I had (hence not 5 stars) were slight--1) The wrong cake was setup in my room. The cake company says Maggiano's was to blame. I still have heard no resolution from either party. At the very end of the evening, our server said that our cake was in the back, so then they brought out slices. But for photos, cake cutting and etc., it wasn't the right cake. At the end of the night, it felt like all of a sudden we were being pushed out, and in the rush, forgot all of our leftover food and dessert, as well as our tripod. We had planned to pick up our decorations the following day, and assumed our "to go" bags of food would be able to be picked up, but they had apparently been already gotten rid of ; ( Was a major bummer for me because I didn't really get to eat and didn't get any dessert. We bought the most expensive package, so it came with the dessert table. Other than those issues, it was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend hosting an event there! As other reviewers have said, everyone raved about the servers, food (quality and quantity), and overall atmosphere! It was a wonderful evening.

I planned all my wedding by mail. Im from Brazil. I knew Maggianos in a trip to Orlando and i liked the restaurant. The Calabria room is perfect for a reception of 30-40 people! We had an amazing time. The food was to die for and the atmosphere was perfect! Our guests enjoyed the full bar and private balcony. There was a miscommunication with the service staff regarding our table linens but in the end, everything still looked beautiful! I feel like Maggianos was very easy to communicate with and their preferred vendors are very professional. Best bang for your buck IMO!
$90 per person is for a full family style three course meal (this is a lot of food!!) and full service bar with all top shelf. Maggianos will put the cost of their preferred vendors toward the room minimum if it is not met. A great way to save a few dollars. Thank you Maggianos!!!

We had our reception at Maggiano's and it was just beautiful. The wait staff was absolutely excellent and the event was handled beautifully. The only complaint I would have is sometimes during the planning I did not think they were as responsive as they should have been. It caused me some undue worrying during the days before my wedding but honestly the food was amazing and it all turned out just like I imagined so my worrying ended up being for nothing but I could have done without that as well.

We coordinated our reception through emails and phone calls and we feel they could have responded a bit faster. The food was nothing short of spectacular, and a number of guests even commented it was truly the best reception meal they’ve ever had, and especially loved the Raviolis & cheesecake. Our banquet coordinator, Jeremy, was on top of everything and met us at the door to go over the reception agenda. Everything I had shipped out there (decor, placecards, menus) was set up exactly as I had wanted. They even held them items 4 days after the reception until we had time to go back and get them. I can’t wait to go eat there again, kinda glad we don’t have one near where I live beacuse we’d eat there too often! Only complaint was 1) one of the staff members started asking a guest that had arrived early a bunch of questions, they ended up calling me asking if I wanted the food served ahead of time?? it was very confusing and unecessary. 2) there was not hot fudge on our ice cream like there was supposed to be, I had it printed on our personalized menus ( I made myself) and a couple of guests noticed. But all in all Maggiano's was a GREAT value and they set up the reception room nearly perfectly! Most important, the food and drinks were plentiful and no one could complain about those. A number of guests commented that it was the best reception food they've ever had. Thank you Maggiano's and Cassy!

The food is delicious, the portions are big and the price is reasonable. The parking situation is not ideal and the restaurant is always busy so it tends to feel crowded. It is a nice view if you are able to get a window seat. If you don't mind the other things and are a "foodie" than you will enjoy it.

The Banquet department was wonderful to work with. This was a destination wedding and I didn't have to worry about anything. The food was amazing. Our families are still talking about the food two weeks later. If you are getting married in Vegas and want to have a small somewhat formal reception Maggiano's is definitely the place to pick. Beth, Casie and Sabrina were just wonderful to work with! Thank you for a memorable night!

Maggiano's was where my husband and I had decided to do our Reception at. The food was absolutely amazing, we had received SO many compliments on everything served. Everybody who was helping us that day was awesome, and extremely professional. Our complaint was that things seemed extremely disorganized and our coordinator and/or coordinator assistant weren't even there the day of the wedding. The woman they had put in charge was very nice, but we would of liked to have had the coordinators there. A week prior to the wedding I had emailed twice for a play by play of how the reception would go, and I never received that. Then the day of it was like they put everything last minute, and we almost didn't do the cake cutting or the bouquet toss because we ran out of time. Overall, we were pleased and the food/atmosphere was great.

We had a destination wedding so made reservations here for our group of 23. We ordered family style and had EXCELLENT food. We had picked our food choices ahead of time which I would highly recommend to allow for smoother/quicker service. They were very flexible with us as we had surprise guests that added an additional 3 people to our original party of 20. The only thing that was slightly frustrating was the way the bill was done. We had asked three times before if we could pay for a certain dollar amount off the top of our bill and then have everyone's check separated from there. Every time we were answered that this would not be a problem. However when the bill came they had just moved a certain amount of food orders to one bill and tacked on the tip to put our portion at a certain dollar amount. This left some peoples drinks and some food on the other, which would be impossible to divide among the guests. Not to mention our waiter did not speak the best English so it was difficult to try to explain how this was wrong to him. In the end we picked up the whole tab to save hassle. Overall excellent food and atmosphere though!
User2746908 Sent on 08/29/2016We had our reception at Maggiano's Las Vegas in May 2016. We had a wonderful time. My husband and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience. The food was fantastic, the staff was professional from the planning stages to the actual event. We had 2 servers and both of them were excellent. Every glass was full the entire night. We had about 20 people so the ladies in the banquet office put us outside on the patio facing the strip. It was BEAUTIFUL. There was plenty of food and our guests are still commenting on how the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding reception. They provided us with an iPod dock and speaker that was very nice. The staff was also accommodating. We live in Missouri so having a tasting in Vegas was out of the question. However, the Vegas staff contacted the St. Louis location and we were able to do a tasting in our home town to help us choose our menu. I'm also not a merlot drinker so we were able to substitute merlot for champaign with our banquet package. The whole event was so easy and so much fun. I would recommend using Maggiano's Las Vegas to any bride and we will be back!
