I want to start off by saying that I am not a make-up girl. I don't wear make-up at all. In fact, I am scared of make-up, if that makes sense. My MOH told me that I could trust Mae as an MUA and she could not have been more correct. Mae was awesome. She saw my reluctancy but she was sure to explain to me what was happening throughout the process and reassure me that "it was not too much make-up." She was right! I have never felt more beautiful than on that day. The make-up looked "natural" and "bridal photo-ready" at the same time. It did not feel heavy and I loved the way it looked. My MOH and my bridesmaids all looked beautiful and Mae is to thank for that, too. I would absolutely recommend Mae again. 10/10! -

Mae did my makeup for my wedding in July 2017 and I have recommended her to my friends for their weddings as well as had her do my makeup for other life events. Personally, I am not a makeup person whatsoever....but she made me love getting dolled up and feeling special on each occasion!! From the first trial I had to my most recent session for my sister's wedding in July, she always makes each session fun, comfortable and enjoyable. As a bride, she made her I was happy with the service and result; the makeup was lightweight, classy, and she leaves you prepared with a to-go mini kit for touch ups throughout your special day. As a bridesmaid, she caters to each individual and what they ask for, and also creates such a fun atmosphere while keeping casual conversation to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
As you can see, I have nothing but raving reviews about Mae - and her referral only status as well as the testimonials are spot on and speak for themselves. I am honored to be able to refer new potential clients to Mae and if you are able to get your foot in the door with her, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! 👏🏼 -

Glowing on my wedding day
Working with Mae was a delight. After writing with concerns about my acne-prone skin, Mae decided to do my makeup for my wedding in lieu of another member of her team. At both the trial and on my wedding day, I immediately felt at ease sitting in Mae's chair. I especially appreciated how Mae encouraged me to take a deep breath and do what I needed to relax. My makeup was absolutely gorgeous and lasted throughout the whole event, even with rain and extreme humidity. I also loved her thoughtful touches, from finding the perfect shade of long-wear lip color to adjusting her services to match each person's expectations for makeup perfectly.
All in all, I'd get my makeup done by Mae again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, Mae, for helping me feel beautiful on my wedding day. -

Mae is aMAEzing!
There isn’t anyone else I would have trusted with my makeup on my wedding day! Mae did an incredible job and I felt so beautiful. The vision I had for my wedding day makeup came to life on my trial day but I was so incredibly happy all over again on my special day. My makeup lasted all day and photographed beautifully. I would recommend Mae a million and one times! -

Mae was freaking excellent at both the trial and day of wedding. First off, my trial was done at her beautiful studio which I definitely recommend checking out. Mae arrived like 5-19 minutes early the day of and made herself at home setting up while I gathered everyone. She was super easy to have in our home and took extra special care of my disabled grandmother. Mae was incredible, she made it feel like a sleepover rather than a normally stressful day. She left me with tips on how to touch up and a few goodies to help me do so throughout the night which I ended up needing like right before the isle because it was super hot in our venue. I highly recommend her services and her fair prices. She doesn’t charge for travel within reasonable distances which my hair stylist ended up doing for a five mile drive out of her way so that was super cool! -

Mae is hands down the best makeup artist. She did my makeup for my sisters wedding, and her work was beautiful and professional - on not only myself but the rest of the bridal party as well! She knows how to work with each persons unique features, and gave me the most stunning, glamorous yet natural beautiful look- it was better than I ever could have imagined! My makeup and skin looked flawless, received many compliments! Mae has an amazing spirit and positive fun energy, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to work with. She is hands down the best makeup artist and I can’t imagine going to any other makeup artist other than her! -

Mae is the absolute best! Not only was she extremely professional, but her artwork speaks for itself. She has the amazing ability to let your natural beauty shine. I’m not one who wears a lot of makeup, so I was a little nervous about getting my makeup done for my wedding, but it looked/felt like I was wearing very minimum makeup which was exactly what I was hoping for. -

Mae was truly the best to work with. She was super responsive to my questions and handled all of the coordination with the hair stylist (who she recommended and was also fabulous!). On the day of my wedding, she arrived precisely on time and was meticulous, caring, and calm. She made getting my makeup done a relaxing experience—it was so helpful to have a moment of peace that morning. And I absolutely loved my makeup. She made me look like myself, but an enhanced version. Thanks to Mae, I felt glowy and confident! I am so grateful that I had Mae as my makeup artist!! -

Mae was fantastic. She made our day SO special, and the makeup she did was exactly what my fiancée and I had imagined. Not only was she outgoing and friendly, she was knowledgeable and left my skin glowing, even after the makeup came off!! The makeup lasted through all my tears and well into the early morning hours after our reception ended. I didn’t even realize I was wearing makeup, it was so light - yet made my features pop the exact way I had requested. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will be using her for all my future events here in MA and I’m so grateful for all she did to make my wedding makeup absolutely perfect!!! -

Mae and her team, especially Kalah, were incredible to work with. I was very limited on time to do a trial and Mae and Kalah made it work no problem! We had so much fun getting ready with Mae and Kalah and when one of my bridesmaids didn't end up liking the hair style she picked, Kalah changed it no questions asked. We all loved how we looked and I am so grateful! -

Mae did my makeup and my bridal parties makeup last weekend and it was amazing. It feels so light and looks so natural not to mention that it was a hot and humid day and with lots of dancing and our makeup still looked great at the end of the day! Highly recommend Mae for anyone getting makeup done for any event! -

Mae was absolutely wonderful! She made the process so easy and beautiful, from the trials to my wedding day. I knew I wanted my make-up done on my wedding day but I was skeptical because I wanted it to be natural and not caked on. Now If you want a naturally beautiful bridal-look, look no further! I loved all the products she used and she was so down to earth! On our wedding day, some family members who were also skeptical about make-up, saw what Mae had done and couldn’t resist. Mae was such a sweetheart for doing their make-up last minute. I will definitely pick Mae again for any future special events and I highly recommend her to anyone! -

She made me not only look beautiful but feel so flawless on my wedding day! you can trust her, and you will be glad you did. Such an easy decision. PS! She does great facials as well! She was able to do a wedding party of 12 (bride, 8 bridesmaids, mother of bride and groom, and grandmother) in a timely fashion without any stress. Makeup lasted all day and night. She is friendly and professional beyond words and makes you feel and look BEAUTIFUL on your big day.

Mae actually listened to what I wanted, understood me, took the time to make sure I was happy, she responded to my messages quickly, she gave me great advice and the trial run was fantastic! I had no concerns leading up to the wedding day, I knew Mae would do an amazing job! I’ve already referred her to friends and people came to me after my wedding asking who did my makeup! I’ve had my makeup professionally done 3 times before and I hated it. Mae is the best makeup artist I’ve encountered! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her!

She had so many good tips for brides from being involved in so many weddings. Very affordable. You can have as many make up trials as you please. She is willing to go above and beyond!! Mae did my engagement shoot make up (as a trial) and also my entire wedding party and family on my wedding day.
