Great florist in the Madison area!

Renee from Madison Wedding Flowers was very pleasant to work with. She's very professional and responds quickly via email, which I found very valuable in all of our wedding vendors. Her invoices were detailed and easy to understand, so we had no reservations about working with her.

We didn't have a very exact floral vision for our wedding, and Renee was really good at translating our vague floral plans into actual types of flowers. She reviewed some photos I had from Pinterest and pointed out which types of flowers are the most expensive and which are more affordable.

We had small floral centerpieces for our dinner tables, and they were lovely. The bouquets we got for myself and the bridesmaids were huge and beautiful, and the boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen turned out perfectly. All of the flowers really pop in our photos.

We highly recommend Madison Wedding Flowers to anyone planning their wedding in the Madison area.

Amazing experience

Beautiful flowers! Renee is very easy to work with. She listened and had amazing suggestions. She was very flexible with last minute changes and was considerate of it being a busy wedding weekend and took care all flower details!

Beautiful flower arrangements

Working with Renee was a dream. She took my vision and made it real. The flowers were absolutely perfect, and when a few of the flowers did not come in she let me know right away and replaced them with perfect blooms. I can not say enough about the work that Renee was able to do.

Renee with Madison Wedding Flowers is an ABSOLUTE DREAM! She is so incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I went into my initial consultation a little unsure of my preferences and vision but with a few Pinterest photos and my color scheme, she was able to create an entire floral masterpiece. Each centerpiece, garland, bouquet, etc. was designed to perfection and the quality of each piece was top-notch. I could not ask for a better person to create the wedding of my dreams! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Madison Wedding Flowers. Renee was so helpful throughout the entire experience. She walked us through how everything worked, explaining all the different types of flowers and giving us many options. She was always available by phone or email as we planned the wedding from a different state. She came to meet us in Madison when we were only in town for a day and made several trips to our venue on the day of the wedding to delivery flowers for my hair, the cake, and the corsages. She was able to get all the flowers that we wanted and had backups planned just incase any of my preferred flowers weren't available. She made adjustments as we got closer to the day to ensure that all the flowers were the exact colors that I wanted. She was very accommodating when the number of tables and centerpieces changed at the last moment. We are so happy we chose to work with Madison Wedding Flowers. We highly recommend this company.

I have worked with Madison wedding flowers for years as an Event Manager and have recommended her all of my brides and she has NEVER disappointed. I reached out to Renee as soon as I got engaged because I knew I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my flowers. I was lucky enough for her to do my wedding flowers and I couldn’t have been happier. She is so easy to work with, goes above and beyond and is so affordable. She is THE BEST!

Just wow! Renee is incredible. Meeting with her prior to our big day was a marvelous experience. She was extremely flexible, honest and open to our ideas. On the day of our wedding, boy did she deliver. We were in complete awe of her work. All of our flowers were even better than I could have imagined.

My florals done by Madison Wedding Flowers were exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding. We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding flowers and greenery. Renee was so awesome to work with throughout the whole planning process. She was so easy to talk to and was always very timely with getting back to me about things. Renee (Madison Wedding Flowers) was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was able to take the bits of information and a few inspiration pictures I gave her and create something better than I could have ever imagined. She is so knowledgable about a large variety of flowers and provided details on what's in season, color options, and what will work best for different arrangements. Best of all she was extremely accommodating even when the inspiration/direction changed (more than once!). Since the wedding I've had so many guests comment on how beautiful the flowers were - We definitely have Madison Wedding Flowers to thank!

Renee is absolutely outstanding! :) Her portfolio was what attracted us in the first place, and the floral arrangements she created for us were gorgeous! During the planning stage, she was very quick in understanding the look we wanted, and she was very helpful in providing pictures of the kinds of greens and flowers we would like to use. She gave us options to manage to our budget and kept us informed as specific items were coming in and out of season. Most importantly, Renee made beautiful creative decisions to make all of the arrangements absolutely stunning! :)

Wow, I can't even begin to describe in words how amazing Renee is from Madison Flowers and how thankful my husband and I are of her. Renee is, hands down, the absolute best. She is so friendly, creative, EXTREMELY flexible and very cost friendly! At the beginning of planning my wedding, I had this vision in my mind of what I wanted my centerpieces to look like and other flowers that were at our wedding. I was so scared because I had NO idea how I was going to pull the vision out of my head and make it come to life. Also, how the heck was I supposed to paint a picture for someone? The very first time I met Renee, we accomplished SO much. She was so patient in that she let me spit out everything in my mind (or at least try, bless her heart!) and made me really feel like everything that was in my head was 100% possible. She made everything come to life. My flowers were SO beautiful!!! My husband and I received so many compliments about our flowers at our wedding. Everything that we wanted, we got. Towards the end Renee let me know that one of our flowers wasn't available, but she approached that conversation in a way that didn't make me freak out! She made me feel like everything would be ok and that she would figure it out--it would still be so beautiful and it was! All in all, we can't thank Madison Wedding Flowers enough for making our wedding SO beautiful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!

Rene was amazing at using her artistic talent to create the most beautiful, local wild flower bouquets for our wedding. She was very accommodating with our requests. First off, I love flowers and that was a super important part of the day to me. I also do A LOT of event planning in my career and for my wedding I really went to town researching florists and spending time meeting with them. We planned our wedding from 2,000 miles away so I had to find someone that we could really trust and put a lot of faith in.

From the first meeting my now husband and I had with Renee we were thoroughly impressed with her organization, creativity, and just the ease of being around her. Renee made it so easy to work with her - even from 2,000 miles away. Essentially I explained the look I was going for, created a Pinterest board of some things I like, and Renee took it from there. I was very happy to place the final decisions in her hands as a professional and I'm so glad I did!

Renee's work on the flowers for our wedding was nothing less than stellar. I was amazed and the design was beautifully executed, even better than I imagined. She took my rambling explanations and examples and instead of replicating something from a photo, she made the floral design reflect what we described. Renee is truly an artist and I would highly to recommend her to anyone, any day of the week! All of our guests at the wedding said it was just gorgeous!

Renee did an incredible job of selecting and arranging the most beautiful wildflowers for our wedding. They were absolutely perfect - better than I had ever imagined! She did an amazing job of listening, asking thoughtful questions, making great suggestions, and taking the time to really understand what we wanted. She came up with such a gorgeous selection of wildflowers, grasses, and leaves. The flowers were one of my most favorite parts of the whole day! Renee is very responsive, patient, and flexible. Finding a florist was one of the more difficult parts of planning our wedding, and I am SO HAPPY we came upon Madison Wedding Flowers! I have very little flower knowledge, and just had a general idea of what I wanted in flowers, so I was relying heavily on my mother for information and advice, and then eventually Renee at Madison Wedding Flowers. Renee is so friendly, and so knowledgeable - I was able to give her general ideas, and she then gave awesome flower ideas and arrangements that would fit in our budget. She handled transporting all of the flowers, renting vases we need for the centerpieces, as well as all of the set-up - I went in the bridal suite to get ready and when I came out, the reception room had been transformed! She also had all of the bouquets in cylinders with water, so they would stay fresh (and the cylinders were complimentary)! I don't feel like I have described well enough how helpful Renee was, and how easy she made this part of the wedding. I loved everything she did, and would highly recommend her, and her company, in a heartbeat!

Madison Wedding Flowers provided the most beautiful and unique centerpiece arrangements, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres for my wedding! We have received numerous compliments from our guests about how strikingly beautiful ALL the flowers were. MWF even made a teeny tiny "bouquet" for my 5-month-old niece to carry down the aisle - a single rose wrapped in ribbon with a little greenery to spruce it up. It was perfect. Renee was very flexible in setting up our meetings and paid very close attention to all my specific requests regarding certain flowers, arrangement size, vases, etc. Delivery was on time and easy. I very much recommend MWF to any bride looking for a professional, reliable, and creative florist.

My advice for any bride and groom looking for wedding flowers would be to look no further than Madison Wedding Flowers. Renee was THE most creative, flexible and organized wedding vendor that I worked with while I was planning our wedding. She has the talent and eye to create gorgeous flowers and bouquets and a friendly, easy-going, and driven attitude to get things done while giving the best service to her clients. We received a ton of compliments on the flowers from guests and even friends that saw pictures. She had great ideas and was also flexible enough to take the ideas I gave her to create something beautiful merging the two. The bouquets turned out even better than I thought they would. She was very flexible with setting up time with my fiance and I to look through booklets and pick out the different flowers while she informed us of what was in season at the time of our wedding, and what might work best for our color scheme and budget. Her communication was awesome, she even sent us an updated outline for our event when my fiance and I added or removed items. For me, it was really refreshing to have a stress-free working relationship while working with Renee. I could trust her whole-heartedly. I can't thank her enough for doing such a wonderful job on our wedding flowers!

Renee was by far my best find of wedding vendors. She was so very kind and authentic and left me feeling like friends. Her knowledge of flowers was great and best was her ability to help me decide what we look good. I know nothing of flowers or even what looks good, so at first I wanted her to just decide everything, but she was so good about helping me figure out what it was I wanted, which started by accumulating knowledge and forming opinions of what will go well with the things I had chosen for our wedding! I just loved working with her and felt it was all taken care of, which is exactly the feeling you want with wedding craziness.
Also, I came in $200 under budget, which helped :)

Renee provided the flowers for my wedding party and for our family members. The consultation was excellent, and she designed gorgeous wildflower-style bouquets - largely with local, seasonal flowers - to match our wedding on the Illinois prairie. She also used creative lotus pods and greens for the men's boutonnieres - I received so many compliments on the imagination and inspiration! I would wholeheartedly recommend Madison Wedding Flowers for your wedding or other special occasion. Professional from start to finish, and absolutely reasonable prices. I'm grateful for the fantastic look that the flowers gave to our big day.

Renee was so helpful, friendly and flexible. She delivered reasonably priced stunning flowers for my wedding. I lived nearby and picked up the flowers the night before - they were healthy and fresh looking even the next day, our wedding day and they even lasted for days to come. She did amazing. My wedding was in my husbands home town in England. (You can imagine my dilemma in trying to plan a wedding 4,000 miles away!) I've always admired Renee's work with Madison Wedding Flowers, so I wanted to see what we could figure out to have her take part in my big day! She was able to make the most beautiful synthetic arrangements! I had my doubts about not having fresh flowers, but she most certainly surpassed all of my expectations! She did an amazing job packing them just so and they made it to England in my checked luggage. They came out just as amazing as when we put them in! And the great thing is...I get to use them again at my reception here in the states! I would highly recommend Madison Wedding Flowers if you are looking for a skilled, creative, and reasonable florist for any of your events!

I only have great things to say about Madison Wedding Flowers. They truly exceeded all of my expectations! Renee was great to work with-she listened to what I wanted and provided a lot of different options that were within my budget. Since most of my flowers were DIY (except she did the bouquets, bouts and hair flowers) she helped me plan out how many flowers I would need per vase, what would look good together, etc. The bouquets she put together were gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned. She was flexible with my schedule and was very responsive, especially when I had last minute questions the days leading up to my wedding.

I am a member of the banquet staff at Ramada Janesville and have nothing but great things to say about Madison Wedding Flowers! Recently, we held our first Bridal Show in our Grand Ballroom. Even though we are in Janesville, WI, and Madison Wedding flowers is a ways away from us, they graciously responded to my request to participate in the event. Renee replied immediately to my invitation by email and kept in contact right up to the day. Even though a prior commitment kept them from attending, Renee arranged to meet me at a convenient location in Madison and donated a gorgeous arrangement and business cards so they could be represented at our fair! She was a life-saver due to the fact that no other Floral Business was able to commit to us given the short time we had to organize. The contribution that Madison Wedding Flowers made assured that we were represented by all areas of the Wedding Industry! It was a sincere pleasure to work with Renee through Madison Wedding Flowers. Our story is a bit different, as we actually (officially) got married on November 24th - 6 months earlier than planned - due to my Mother in Laws cancer spreading. In November, we planned that ceremony in a weel and ordered flowers 2 days before from a local shop. The were beautiful flowers, but not my 'dream flowers' as I had always envisioned.

I told Renee our story and she made me confident in the fact that I WAS going to finally get my dream wedding floral decor.. and she was going to do it for me. We went over & looked through a handful of Pinterest inspiration I found and she wipped out her GIANT binder full of every flower and greenery imaginable. She knew her stuff and I was so excited that she was willing to take the time to go over every little detail with me.

Her communication the 2+ months before the May 24th wedding reception/vow renewal was implecable. She was always readily available and willing to answer my million and one questions - or just reassure that everything was going to be perfect.

May 24th came and I was absolutely stunned when I saw my bouquet... my DREAM bouquet. It was perfect, and beautiful and stunning and everything I ever hoped for. The centerpieces in the room were flawless and we recieved comments on them all night - and even the week or so after! Some family and friends were lucky enough to take a centerpeice home the next day and sent us pictures of them displayed in their home.

Again - I cannot thank Renee enough. She helped make the day what it turned out to be.... perfect.

Renee was amazing from beginning to end. When we first met she was so prepared, even knowing that my wedding was a year and a half away. She has cards of every flower and plant in every color and season so you really have sense of what you're picking out. She was so fun to work with, and shared in the excitement as the arrangements were begining to be finalized. I never knew there were so many options for fall leaves!

When the wedding day finally came, she was so helpful, and even took care of our centerpiece items that became part of the arrangements and set up the banquet area beautifully. She kept me fully informed as the flowers began to arrive, and let me know when things weren't up to par/exactly how we planned. She made great decisions and could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

I would and HAVE recommended her to every friend/aquaintance that is getting married in the Madison area!

I worked with Renee on flowers for my wedding. We met in person a couple times to review types of flowers and colors but we also did a lot of refining through e-mail. Renee was respectfully of my budget and I feel like I got great service and a lot of flowers for my money. She was able to take ideas I had and pictures of arrangements and bouquets I liked and execute designs that exceeded my expectations within my budget. When a couple of the flowers we planned on using came in a little different color than expected, she consulted me and we made a decision on how to proceed. This was great because there were no surprises when the flowers were delivered for the wedding. Most of our guests commented on how beautiful my bouquets was and how cool the table arrangements were. We were extremely happy working with Madison Wedding Flowers for our daughter's recent wedding. Madison Wedding Flowers did the floral arrangements for my wedding, and Renee did an amazing job. I don't have a ton of knowledge about flowers, but Renee was patient and met with us twice to suggest flowers that would be available the time of year of the my wedding and would fit the feel we were going for with our wedding.

I was so impressed when I saw the floral arrangements the day of the wedding - the colors were perfect and the arrangements fit the mood of the wedding flawlessly. She was able to take my vision and make it into something better than I could have imagined!

Renee was great to work with. She is extremely responsive and flexible, which means so much when you're planning a wedding. She went above and beyond and met on her own with our rental company to make sure she could give us an accurate estimate based the size of the jars we were renting for the floral centerpieces. I would highly recommend Renee and Madison Wedding Flowers!

Renee was AWESOME! She was so wonderful at communicating with us and made sure that our flowers reflected our vision for our wedding and also stayed within our budget. Using locally sourced flowers was important to us, and she went above and beyond to offer us that option. She worked wonders with last minute changes from another vendor. We received many compliments on our flowers. They were BEAUTIFUL and lasted extremely well. I had the chance to see some of her other arrangements, and they were so gorgeous, as well. Renee did ALL the flowers for our wedding that included over 30 tables, a remembrance bouquet and other arrangements for the cocktail hour. We were completely blown away with the quality of all of her pieces, especially since my husband and I didn't know exactly what we wanted and sent her away with only some guidelines. We had a vision and weren't great at conveying it to her with our words, but she nailed it. We couldn't have been happier, we walked into our venue and were speechless. To make matters more complicated for Renee, much of the planning was done via email since we were 2000 miles away from her and our venue. With our crazy schedule, Renee was very flexible to meeting times and extremely easy to work with.

We had about 2 months to plan our small ceremony, so finding an available florist who would be able to create a beautiful bouquet and boutonnière for us was going to be a problem... UNTIL I contacted Renee. Even though she already had another wedding that day, she made the time to create and deliver our flowers to us. I was so grateful. She was prompt in her responses and incredibly easy to work with. I gave her a rough idea of what we wanted and she offered up suggestions to make it work. And we corresponded entirely on the phone and over email since I was out of town. We met for the first time when she arrived at my hotel the morning of my wedding to deliver the flowers. They were beautiful. I really appreciated her flexibility, professionalism, and talent.

Renee has an eye for creativity and beauty. The floral arrangement she created for my son's wedding reception was very elegant, romantice, but yet a bit whimsical . The use of wild flowers, hydrangeas, along with tree branches made for a unique and lovely arrangement. Madison Wedding Flowers worked with us very closely and helped us stay within our budget. They were prompt, and catered to our every need, especially on the day of our wedding. They knew exactly what to do and we did not need to constantly oversee everything. Madison Wedding Flowers were fantastic!

Renee was excellent at taking care of all my needs. Never offended by me being picky and very open to listening to my wants. She had wonderful ideas to make our flowers for our wedding day come together and match beautifuly. I have three brothers and will recommend her to them and any other friends and family that are currently unmarried someday to be married.

Renee was GREAT at helping prepare flowers for my wedding! Not only was she flexible in meeting times, but also with how I wanted my flowers done. She was very educational on what would look best and she worked within the budget I had prepared for her. Most importantly I had many comments on how beautiful the flower arrangements were! Afterwards we highly recommended Renee to many of my friends getting married. Also, a relative of mine was so impressed she had Renee prepare flowers for a 65-year anniversary.

My husband and I booked Madison Wedding Flowers for our Labor Day weekend wedding in Madison, WI. We met with Renee to discuss our initial vision and then later ended up switching our bridesmaids bouquets, which wasn't a problem at all. She was so easy to work with and so creative. I was able to send photos of what I liked and I felt like she understood exactly what we wanted. This was confirmed when our flowers arrived on our wedding day and they were exactly what I had described and envisioned. She even took the time to set the flowers up for us and we couldn't be happier with her work. Madison Wedding Flowers is also incredibly affordable and their work is impeccable. We ended up spending LESS on flowers than we originally anticipated, considering our 20-person bridal party! Madison Wedding Flowers is a top notch florist and I highly recommend this business!

I truly enjoyed working with Renee for my wedding flowers. She is so friendly and easy to work with! She always responded to my emails in a timely matter which I definitely appreciated - she knows what customer service is. I really loved the bouquets that Renee provided for my wedding! They were beautiful and very well done. She was also really flexible in getting the flowers to the wedding and was available to answer my questions right away. She was very thorough and helped me pick out the flowers for my reception, even though I really had no idea what I wanted. She was super helpful and did an awesome job!

Renee is great! She is very budget conscious and the delivery and installation fees are the cheapest around. Once she ordered the flowers she was also incredibly communicative regarding which flowers were available or not available and if they came in looking great or didn't so we could adjust our floral.

Renee did a wonderful job with the flowers for my wedding; they looked gorgeous! Everything was well-prepped, labeled, and the bouquets were delivered in vases to keep them fresh. All of the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were fresh, very pretty and very well made with attention to detail. I loved the orchids in the vases with water and wire for the table centerpieces! Thank you, Renee, for your help in making my wedding perfect!

Working with Renee was very easy - she was easygoing but professional. I showed her photos of what I was looking for and she gave me price quotes on each of the photos. It was also helpful that she also sold wholesale flowers, so I was able to buy loose stems to make my own bridesmaid bouquets and some extra for the decorations. It was nice to have that option so I could splurge a little more on my bridal bouquet while saving some money on the other flowers.
