Madeline was an excellent wedding planner. Since the beginning was very diligent, proactive and always available. Our requests and needs were always fulfilled. The event day she had an excellent crew that were supporting us in all the areas. We were at the hotel, ceremony and venue and everything was above our expectations. Estoy más que agradecida con Madeline y su equipo de trabajo porque hicieron de nuestra boda un sueño hecho realidad. Trabajamos juntas durante casi 2 años y tengo que decir que su trabajo superó todas mis expectativas. Si tuviera que volver a elegir una planner la escogería a ella otra vez. Madeline me ayudó a escoger todos los detalles de la boda aun yo estando a distancia. Nunca tenía un no para nosotros. Es muy atenta y profesional. Sus dos asistentes son un amor que me atendieron como una reina el día del evento. Madeline trabajo mano a mano con José Raúl para crear una decoración de ensueño. I had the honor to work with Ms Valentin at the time we met from the beggining of the procees was in cinstant communication to ensure I felt satisfied and made sure we were on the same page. She guided me through the process every step of the way, best of all you don't know something? She will give you options according to the vision discussed. If you have a question or concern she had your back. She indeed organized the event with her crew over passing my expectations. Wonderful person to work with and best of all she is techy, you can send your inspirations through social media, pinterest and more! How cool is that?! She listens and writes your ideas for her to keep track of your vision and style. She can make your dreams come true, I have to say she is THE wedding wizard!

User2575428 Sent on 04/12/2016As soon as I met Madeline Valentine during my wedding prep trip to Puerto Rico I knew I had hired the right person. She was very responsive to any method of communication I chose from the first time I contacted her, until even now after the wedding. She made great recommendations for choosing all my vendors and has so many connections and tricks up her sleeve that she is prepared to handle any unexpected or last minute situation. For example, three days before the wedding I got an email from the website I bought the sparklers for my wedding exit telling me they couldn't ship my sparklers to Puerto Rico. I panicked because you can't get those in PR unless it's fireworks season, which it was not. I called Madeline and not only did she offer me some sparkles she had left over from a previous wedding, but she personally went to party city and bought supplies so she could hand-make me 65 candle crafts so the rest of my guests could participate of the wedding exit. She didn't even charge me for the trouble she went through making these crafts in a such a last minute situation! Hiring Madeline made my wedding day stress-free and a success! Not only is she a great wedding planner, but she has won a special place in our hearts and I would recommend her to any future bride and groom in a heart beat! -

AFTER HEARING HER PITCH I MADE A DEPOSIT BIG MISTAKE. SHE WILL TRY AND FORCE YOU TO WORK WITH HER PREFERED VENDORS! HER WEDDING MAFIA I DECLINED HER SUGGESTIONS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT OFFER WHAT WE WANTED. SHE HAD A CHILDISH TANTRUM I WAS FORCED TO FIND MY OWN CATERING. SUGGESTED A LOCAL HOTEL IT DID NOT WORK SO SHE TOLD ME TO FIND LODGING ON MY OWN. KEPT A JOURNAL WITH EMAILS AND TEXT LOTS OF PROOF. MONEY PAID TO MADELINE FOR VENDORS WENT MISSING FOR WEEKS AND ANOTHER PAYMENT FOR MONTHS. SHE FAILED TO CONFIRM RECIEPT OF FUNDS DID NOT DEPOSIT INTO THE VENDORS ACCOUNT UNTIL I DEMAND AN EXPLINATION. USED THE MONEY AND HAD TO REPLACE, DATE OF THE DEPOSIT IS 2 WEEKS AFTER I PAID. ON THE SAME DAY I DEMAND PROOF SHE BEGGED ME TO PAY HER MY BALANCE. SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD TO PAY RENT AND DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY.
I ARRIVED IN PR A WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING AND ONLY GOT A FEW TEXT ASKING ME WHAT VENDOR I OWED. DURING THE EVENT SHE WENT MISSING FOR MOST OF THE NIGHT HELPED HERSELF TO MY OPEN BAR, RUMMERLIER STATION AND CARICATURIST! FOUND HER IN A CORNER FLIRTING WITH A MALE VENDOR SMELLED OF ALCOHOL WITH BLOOD SHOT EYES. MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING ISNT THE ONLY ONE SHE HAS BOTCHED I HOPE OTHERS COME FORWARD!
IF I HAD NOT TAKEN THE INITATIVE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING WOULD HAVE BEEN A DISASTER. I ARRANGED PLANNED AND EXACUTED THIS WEDDING MYSELF. SHE WAS PAID FOR SUGGESTING SEVERAL VENDORS AND MAKING A FEW PHONE CALLS. SPEECHES WERE MISSED SHE FORGOT TO TELL THE MC AND THE LIST GOES ON! SO MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO WRITE. I KNOW SHE WILL READ THIS AND TRY TO DEFEND AND DENY ALL! MADELINE VALENTINE IF YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO DENY ANYTHING I CHALLENGE YOU TO PROVE ME WRONG! ALMOST 2019 AND HAS NO WEB PAGE. GO GET A REFERSHER COURSE ON WEDDING 101
